This place is amazing! I tend to hop nail salons but I will be going to this place only moving forward. The staff is so nice and my nails look beautiful. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and they look even better than the picture. The ambiance is super relaxing too.

I just got my nails done with Henry and he did such an amazing job. Some Brazilian friends recommended him to me, and even hearing so many good accomplishments about him, it was beyond my expectations. I will definitely go back whenever I need nail extensions. So good to know there is such a good professional nearby!

I love my nails. Henry did a fantastic job, hes an artist. This was my first having my nails done since the beginning of covid. I found this place based off of the reviews and wanted to check it out. They were busy but he took his time to ensure that my nails came out well, which I truly appreciate. I have gone to places that try to get you in and out with no concern for quality and this place is not like that. Seems like it gets pretty busy on the weekends so I recommend making an appointment. Worth the price and I will definitely be coming back 🌻

I have been coming here to see Henry for 2 years now and he always does such an amazing job! I always bring him a challenge and he knocks it out of the park! Every tech is so friendly and I always leave smiling!

Definitely not recommended. I had shellac polish manicure done and the person serving me cut my cuticle 4 times. Twice on the thumb which started bleeding. The polish went over onto my skin and they didnt bother to try and remove it until I asked them specifically for polish remover when I went to pay. All in all it doesnt look good or like I went to a professional. :( the only upside is I liked the color, wont be returning to this one.

The appointment set was at 6:10 we arrived at 6:20 because we went to the wrong location we called and explained. When we arrived there was not an additional person to do my 💅. As she begin my daughters nails she realized she did not have the appropriate product so she decided she could not do her nails. She then looks at me and says we are closing we won’t have time to do your full set!! The time now was 6:35 and so a full set was not an option🥴The customer service experience was horrible borderline xenophobic🥺While I had an important meeting the next day I ran around with less than 20 min to find a place to do my nails luckily I found Lynn at a nail shop near Ross on Illiff and she hooked me up!!I tipped her 20.00 for her professionalism. I arrived there at 7:15 they were closing, but she said don’t worry I will take care of you🥰

It was a great experience. Tina was phenomenal. Little upset about an extra charge for a third color but I guess most of the places charge for it. Nail color was on point 💅 .

It’s my second time getting my nails done at the salon and the first time I really like it and that’s why I came back, but today I didn’t have a great experience as the first time. I was charge $5 more to get my nails in almond shape and it’s a uneven so I’ll need to fix it at home. It would be ok if I didn’t pay more to get my nails in this shape.and some of my nails have spots that are not cover with the dip powder (I can see my nail and not the color). I don’t know if it’s because today they had more people waiting to get their nails done and he was in a rush, but I’m disappointed with the result. Hope next time I have more luck.

Really pleased. Came here to fix an old set that was poorly done by another salon. Even though there were 2 women ahead of me, i got helped within 10 minutes. I showed the nail tech the design I wanted and she got it perfectly. I am OBSESSED with how well my nails were shaped. Im already thinking about going back even though I was there only a few days ago. Theyre up to date on all the new styles and techniques. This is now my favorite salon and the only one I will be going to from now on.

I LOVE this shop. The employees and owners work fast and do an awesome job. Everyone there is soooo sweet.. Even after not seeing me for months and having a mask cover half my face they still recognized me.

Liked the people. Atmosphere was fairly decent. Friendly but not very talkative. Inherently placed me with a trainee without consent and discussed her abilities and results right in front me(in another language) all the while trying to make me think otherwise.Ultimately, she did a fairly good job with the exception of not going back far enough to the cuticles. I still tipped very well. On the hope of them not doing it again or at least telling the next victim

Very friendly and standard pricing. I get dip on my fingernails and it used to crack when I had it done at my old salon; it has never once cracked when its been done at My Nails and Spa!!

Henry always does such a wonderful job with my nails! Everyone there is really friendly. I will go out of my way to keep coming back here! He puts up with my sometimes weird requests and helps me decide when I’m being indecisive (often). Great atmosphere and clean salon.

Came to this salon for the first time after the start of the pandemic. Today was my fourth visit. Rave reviews are accurate regarding friendly staff, great service and clean facility. I feel very safe after watching careful procedures in place before, during and after for each customer.

Since moving to Colorado 2 yrs ago I struggled finding that perfect nail salon that as all around amazing. Salon is clean, the staff are friendly, professional, funny, they all do a great job. They are gentle on your nature nail another plus. One thing I love is how after my first visit my nail tech remembered my name. I finally found my nail salon.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too she had no idea what she was doing and they charged me so much! I will never go here again I am going to add pictures the lady did not know what she was doing and then stood there waiting for a tip I will never come back here! My nails look terrible for $80!

I had a great experience here. The staff was so friendly and in a great mood. The atmosphere is so relaxing and friendly. I got there right when they opened and got in right away, but by the time I left there was a wait. They seem to be able to take phone reservations so I would definitely call ahead! I will be coming back :)

Ive been going here for years. They treat you like royalty & family. I am a diva & thrilled with my manicures & pedicures. I always get compliments afterwards. Prices are cheaper than other establishments. They can never close!!!!

My go-to place for the past year after yearssss of searching for a place who doesn’t pierce you while buffing or have your acrylics fall off after a week..... so definitely recommend coming here- everyone’s so sweet and does such a great job!

Having grown up in Napa Valley and Marin I am quite particular with quality and experiences. I was throughly impressed with my service. The reviews did not disappoint and will be back regularly now.

I had a manicures service at this location few days ago with an old guy, I dont know what his name is, but he seem to not know much of English. I was try to explain to him what I want but he seem to not want to listen and trying to argue back with me. The perform of the employee is very unprofessional and Im very unhappy. This is the reason why I give one star for the service.

This is the first time I have had gel nails last more than 2 weeks. My manicure was thorough and still looks great 17 days later!

I was trying to get me and my three friends who only had one day to get nails done before a big wedding. Since the place seemed to have decent reviews. I called ahead and asked Do you have a wait? The person on the phone did not seem to understand although I asked multiple times as clearly as possible. We even went out there just in case it was a bad connection. There was only one technician working, only 4 pedicure/massage chairs. And she was already working on one customer. I asked her Do you have anybody else working here? She still did not seem to understand what I was asking and could not give me any comprehensible response. We could not wait for her to finish and do our groups nails one person at a time....so we gave up hope and left.

Its always a pleasure coming into this establishment. No matter the wait I am very satisfied with the outcome of my nails and feet.

The new management is amazing! I actually followed my nail technician to this location! It is clean and organized, unlike a lot of shops these days.

Great service and customer service. James did an awesome job on my gel pedicure and dipped powder manicure. Hanh also did an excellent job on my husbands pedicare she really took her time and had his feeling soft afterwards.

Am a black skin Latin girl. I googled nails near me. This place came up. When I walked in, there was no one in the salon. They ask what I wanted and stated a full set with pedicure. They said very rudely “We don’t do fake nails” I said what do you do? They say only mami/pedi. Very rudely they said go across the street!!!! I ask “How do you know if I will do a mani/pedi instead? They started talking their language which I did not understand? I ask why you don’t want my business? And the daughter said “what business?” I said my cash and again they said go across the street not here. They have a sign in their business that says that they do fake nails how they call it. I ask why you have this sign, they said the girl that does them don’t work here no more. First time ever in my entire life I felt discrimination. I’ve never experience this feeling and it feels real bad!!! I did not know how to react I was in shock!!! Wao never ever have experience this horrible feeling. I just walked away and said thank you. The place they send me to Sala Nails and Spa were wonderful, thanks to them I found my new spa location.
