Rushed and dirty. I had to fix them all when I got home. She seemed annoyed I asked her to fix all the bumps. Couldn’t do a simple French tip with almond shape and I had to settle for a solid color which still had missing chunks, all different lengths and shapes. I had to leave when I was asked to sit in the pedi chair with paraffin still all over from the last person and no protective liner.Mostly disappointed because I just wanted to treat myself and instead I just wasted money.

I have literally never left a review before for anything. However, I left this nail salon frustrated, dissatisfied, and in utter shock of the quality of my nails. I arrived with an appointment at 6:15 and sat there for 45 min waiting to be seated and two people who came in after me without appointments were helped before me. Once I was seated I told the woman I would like my dip manicure removed. She began to file one nail and then decided my nails needed to be soaked. This is a normal practice but she gave me one bowl that my hands barely fit into, no towel to rest my wet hands on, and i sat there for ONE HOUR soaking off a simple dip. At this point i figured i would just stick it out since i had already wasted so much time there. A man finally was able to start my acrylics. He cut my nails sloppily and did not even file my nails before applying the tips for my acrylics. He used dirty supplies and got glue all over my fingers. It seemed like he was in a hurry to get my nails finished because he ripped off a few of the ends of my extensions while filing them to the shape i requested. ALL of my nails were different lengths and shapes. I have never had a manicure be so sloppy. When he started the actual acrylics my nails were uneven and clumpy. When the acrylic hardened he did not file my nails and then proceeded to apply gel that looked so sloppy that my four year old brother might have done a better job. While filing my nails he also cut me multiple times with a dirty already used file. I could understand the quality of nails if the prices were cheaper than most acrylics. However, I was charged $50 for a below average and noticeably rushed manicure. Also, although he seemed rushed to finish my nails, it took him almost an hour to do my acrylic set. I should also add that I just did a basic color with no design. In all I was there for over two hours and the experience was very negative. Terrible customer service and I will never be going there again.

I have been going the CM Nails for at least 3 years now. Lilly and Sam are amazing people and they truly care about their customers.They are always wearing masks and gloves while staying as safe as possible during COVID-19 time.They always do an amazing job for full set and pedi. They can do design as well! They consider everyone as their family and I will continue to go back to them :)

I love this spot! The staff is always welcoming and accommodating to after hour appointments. The price is right and my nails always look nice!

I NEVERRR leave negative reviews but I there were so many things I wish I knew before going in.-the color examples only have ONE coat of color on them, so the actual color that ends up on your nails is MUCH darker and not even similar to the color you originally picked.-whatever brand of “dip” they’re using is horrible. It’s clumpy lumpy and looks dirty ??? So many specs of other colors and what looks like dust when they put it on your nails.-the dude called me “baby” the whole time which was strange.My pedicure was mostly fine but trying to do a full set with the dip was a nightmare. The first color I picked looked much different from the example and when on my nails looked dirty? Specs of other things / other colors in the dip powder. The lady was very nice and wanted me to leave happy so she took off the first 2 nails in that color and I picked a new one. The new one I picked was a glitter one since she said all the dip powders would have that specily look to them, so I picked a very light pink glitter (which was already something I’d never get). As she’s doing them I notice that my nails are like BRIGHT RED glitter like full blown ruby red slipper style and I was like ohhh my god but I was like I can’t do this again so just finish them but as she went on they were soo lumpy and clumpy that I had to ask her to remove everything so I could leave.I spent 2.5 hours in there to leave without my nails done. I’m incredibly frustrated by this experience but I genuinely appreciate how kind the lady was when trying to fix the issues but unfortunately I couldn’t see myself leaving there happily paying $50+ for nails I was going to immediately take off when I got home.At least the people were very very nice I had zero issues with the customer service side just the actual nails themselves.

This was my first thought me and it will definitely be the Last. She asked me 10times if I wanted a pedicure I explained to her I was not interested because my time is limited. I had to let her know I will tip her s I felt pressured trying to up sale me. I Hate My Nails. They are not sculpted and the nail she replaced is deformed shaped and UGLY... I told and instead of fixing that nail she trys to make the other s UGLY,.

I came here with my cousin for pedicures and I need my eyebrows waxed I should have left when I asked her to change the paper on the table where I can visibly see someone’s dirty feet print I then got a pedicure and while she was working on my feet I started to look around at how dirty the place was and was disappointed with myself with not leaving when I asked her to clean the fist time two days after my pedicure my foot began to be really sore and I know that I didn’t step on anything come to find out she cut my foot when doing the pedicure!!!! I do not recommend this place

I wanted a simple look and the guy did terrible. He left nail polish all over my skin and he left glue all over my skin. He didn’t fully paint my nail and didn’t give me the shape I wanted and he cut and burned me a lot. I would never go back there. Only went because they were the only ones who stayed open late

Came across this place on a quick google search. I called and made an appointment for myself and a friend and it seemed fine at the time. When I arrived they told me they couldn’t take us because there were only two people working. I mentioned my appointment and they took care of me immediately which I will give credit for. However, there was a general lack of cleanliness, I wasn’t given a proper manicure, and my nails don’t look like the $40 I spent. The girl doing my nails was obviously frazzled by being short staffed and she was very apologetic. My nails weren’t clipped, my cuticles weren’t taken care of, the dip powder is uneven, and my massage consisted of a quick rub down with oil. The entire service took 20 mins tops and because it was so rushed the quality severely suffered. Overall I’m not happy with my experience but I also felt bad because she was so flustered. Sorry but I won’t be coming back.

By far my favorite shop here in Colorado, originally from California so Im very picky with my nails and how theyre done. I found this place a few years ago and have been going ever since.. I get a full set with colored powder put on and it last about a month or a little longer. Its amazing!! Lily is my girl and her customer service is amazing.. we had the green put on by mistake and I left thinking it would be ok but it wasnt and I called her about 45 minutes later asking if we could fix this she she said no problem come on in and fixed them so quick free of charge. They all are amazingly sweet in here and I would recommend them to everyone!! I already have a few friends going!!

Couldn’t find a salon that was open after 7, but luckily i found this one. the workers were very nice and wanted to make sure you have the best quality you could have before you step out of th building. despite me messing up my own nails after i left, they were very beautiful once they were done. i would definitely come back again and when i’m not in a rush and i can relax. My friend and i loved the turn out of our nails!!!

I just got my nails done for the second time at this salon using cateyes for my design. First time a yr ago she messed it up. Second time messed up and wrong color. Then I just washed my hands after 2 days of her service half my thumb polish came off. The lady in the first chair messed up me and 2 of my sisters nails. Shes open til 10pm because her service is horrible.

Okay, so this place is opened till 10 pm!! Need your nails done late? Come here first! Lay-li seems genuine compared to other places Ive been too. Give this place a try, especially if youre a busy person and cant do the regular hour shops!

Overall the experience wasnt too bad. Only thing I have a concern with is the pricing. I got a full set of gel nails (coffin style) done. As you can see below not too over the top.Nails are bulky looking & the filing and shaping of the nails could use some work. Kind of a simple style and design, yet I was charged $85. I have never paid this much for a full set ever! The most I have ever paid was $65 and that was with designs on all nails and rhinestones (yes also gel nails.) I walked in to other salons to get an estimate of what they would charge for what I got. They all (went to 5 salons) gave me a reasonable price of $65 max. I honestly feel completely ripped off. My friend had more rhinestones, did gel & dip and got designs and yet she was charged less than I was. My nails are basic compared to hers. I was given a customer appreciation card that they stamp everytime you go in. They didnt even bother stamping our cards when we asked. We were ignored & the lady walked off once we paid. I wont ever go to this salon again. Ive gone to luxury nail salons that serve alcoholic mixed drinks while you get your nails done. Still I never paid over $85. Yes, even with the drink included. Honestly dont go here. They will rip you off as well. Its not worth your money.

Went to this place because my usual place was closed, only a couple reviews were bad so me and my friends decided to try it out. Not even 2 days after I got mine done one of my nails broke, i was really upset because it was my real nail and Ive worked hard to grow them out, i usually do dip powder because its healthier for the real nail. Lee lee I believe her name is, one of the owners, rushed and did my nails super thin and then charged me $55!! Definitely will never be going back here again

I was a little hesitant after the reviews but decided to go because they were open late and I needed to get my nails done for an event. I got a shellac mani and a pedicure. Both were amazing!! I am very particular about my nails and I love how meticulous they were. My nails turned out perfect and the pedicure was amazing. Give them a try! Honestly you won’t regret it.

This place is so unprofessional. As I was waiting for a pedicure soaking my feet I over hear a client asking if she could fix her nail because it looked very bulky and poorly painted. The nail tech was being so disrespectful telling her to call the police that it looks good and she kept insisting on not fixing the polish. The client kept saying she didn’t want her money back that she just wanted her nails fixed and the nail tech just ended up taking her nails off despite how many times the girl said it was hurting her nails. I saw like three people walk out.

Trying to get my nails done after 7 was surprisingly difficult. I found CM Nails on google and saw they were open until 10 pm. I called to confirm and sure enough they were open. Despite the negative reviews, I decided to give them a try and Im so glad I did. The woman was so friendly and kind and the work she did was spectacular. She was quick, professional, and very good at her job! Ill be going back in the future. I was honestly afraid I might not like my nails because of the reviews but I actually loooove them! Im happy I went and Im happy to have met the lady who works there. She is the best!

I love this nail salon. they do amazing work and are very through. Ive been going here for almost two years and drive out of my way to keep coming back. They are very affordable and make you feel very welcome. Due to my very busy and always changing schedule I have never made an appointment but they always get me in when I walk in. If there is an uh oh after having your nails done and you go back in within a few days, they fix it free of charge and make it right. I recommend them to everyone who asks where I get my nails done.

I had gotten coffin acrylics, they gave me a pink when I chose a purple. They were extremely aggressive, harsh, and rough with my nails. The acrylics were bumpy and not straight. My skin under my nails were cut up. The acrylics didn’t cover my whole nail.

Amazing place. We came in for 3 full sets right beford they closed and they accommodated to us. Did i wonderful job. Does wonderful on waxing as well. Very friendly workers that make you want to come back everytime. I think this will be our new nail shop. Prices are reasonable and well worth it after you see your nails.

Best place in my opinion for getting your lady needs taken care of. Every time I go in for any service, Im always leaving happy with the results. Ive been going to them for almost a year; and Im happy to say, I wont be going anywhere else for these services. Theyre pricing is great, as is their customer service. They will listen to what you want, and will accommodate your wishes. They take the time to make sure you are satisfied with their work. Appointments are best, but they accept wslk-ins just as well. I normally go in the mornings, as that seems to be their slower times, and I can get in and out of there in a hurry if Ive got some place to be. By far, the best place to go; and thats from someone who has been get her nails and such done for many many years, and have been to way too many places trying to find the best.

Wouldnt recommend. Had a manicure by a young boy. He filed my nails all different lengths and didnt round the edges. He painted them and missed parts of my nails on most nails. They looked terrible. *sigh* A woman then offered to redo the entire manicure with Shellac. It looked fine when I left but once I woke up the next day, the edges were all lifted and a chunk of Shellac chipped off the end of my right thumb nail. Ill never return and dont recommend. I feel sad writing this because I dont like leaving negative reviews but the work was just so bad. I really should have just gone back for a refund.

Is it possible to give a place 0 stars? Where do I begin! This place is HORRIBLE! So many cuts on my hands and when I tried to tell him it was hurting he just shrugged it off. The place smells awful. The nail tools where in a box NOT staralized! Got done and went to JT nail & spa, they fixed my nails AND gave me a discount! And they had the right color I wanted! Go to JT nails instead!

Ok, look. I try to be really understanding and positive with my reviews but this place...whoa. Brought my mom in today because we were on the hunt for a nail place and all the places were booked up. We called and the lady there was very excited for us to come in because there was nobody there. First red flag, I shouldve known better because its a Saturday morning and all nail salons are booked. We show up and get sat in chairs for pedicures immediately. I dip my feet in and the water is like lava. I tell the guy its too hot and he puts a bit of warm water in. Whatever, Ill suck it up. Next we get unsanitary tools, mildewy and dirty towels, REUSED PLASTIC GLOVES, lumpy base coat applied, very rough scraping of my poor moms heels, and reused toe separators. We left the place with our skin crawling and desperate for another shower. I refused to let my mother continue on to get a manicure because I wasnt gonna risk fungus on her feet AND her hands. This place was too much. Nice enough people, but thats not enough. Dont stay for a service just to be polite like we did.

Took my daughter to get a pedicure and it was as mess. Place was dirty and the same tools were used on both my daughter and I. To make matters worse he used dirty gloves and did not wash his hands in between pedicures. Feet have been itchy since we left. I would not recommend.

The worst I’ve been to in Colorado. Just left from there with my niece and we won’t ever return. My nails are bulky, lumpy, and too fat I asked her to file them some more but they still are. My nieces nails are also bulky and fat and the guy who did them got more polish on her fingers than her nails. When we first got there they were rushing us like they were busy everything we asked for we were told they had and then when they started doing our nails it was a different story, they were out of everything. The sign says $25 for acrylic....but I ended up paying $45 she said because of my length (mind you my nails are short and people usually don’t charge more for the length that I have). They are filed completely uneven and I’m beyond disappointed and dissatisfied. When doing my nails she rushed as if they had a line out the door and they didn’t. They really need to learn how to shape nails, keep stock of what they say they have, and polish correctly. To think I had 2 other people come with us but they changed their minds about getting services. So glad I didn’t waste more money paying for them as well. When I get my nails and feet done I always have 3-6 people with me but that’s money this business will never get from me again. Also when my niece told the guy she didn’t like the first nail he did, he told her she couldn’t change it again (she is a teenager who didn’t know any better but I had to explain to her that she should’ve told me he said that right then and there. We paid them but we’re not happy. They didn’t make us pay but they will know when we don’t come back. Plus there were other people who were complaining to them as well smh. Don’t waste you time or your money!!

This place is awful. They dont know how to do coffin shape at all. They just turn out square and then will charge you extra for the shape. They wont tell you until its all done and you have to pay. They are sneaky and dont care about doing your nails correctly. They just want to charge you with a bunch of random fees and get you in and out quick. Take your business elsewhere..

The ambiance is extremely peaceful, something you need in every week and the staff is always excellent. A great deal of care is taken with everything they do and you always leave here feeling like a million dollars! Highly recommend For any type of service.

The lady who was doing my nails left hang nails. And they are very over priced. The lady also cut me. And was not very friendly about things when I asked her to take them off because I didn’t like her work. She was in such a rush. So my mom just said screw it and told her to take them off and we left. Terrible service and the place is nasty. Plus 25. At the counter it would’ve probably been 40. They need to be shut down!!!

Literally the WORST nail salon I have ever been to in my entire life the people working there had no idea what they were doing he didn’t even clean my feet when I got a pedicure he just tried to paint over like my nail both of my hands were bleeding from them tight trying to take off The set of nails I had already had on which they hustled me into getting a new full set almost ripped off my fingernails overcharge me give me the wrong color polish on both my toes and my fingers at least three times each before I finally had to settle on whatever third color I had chosen because I wasn’t going to deal with having them look for another color. I picked out a color from their selection of numbers and they came back with a completely Different color and asked me if it looked good. Like no it doesn’t. Complete horror story come to life

On the trip going to Colorado for a business, I wanted to get my nail done so my co worker introduced this nail salon to me. She said that this salon is the best one in area and now i totally agreed with her. When i first walked in, i was impressed by their cleanliness and nice environment. Actually their works impressed me more because they used high quality products for decent price. I got Classic Pedicure for $24 and the technician made my nails look so fabulous. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is living around this area. You wont be disappointed!!!

LeeLee is my fave I have been coming here for years and have always been satisfied. I tell her or show her what I want and she never strays away. She always does her best and treats her customers right. I have never had any issue with Lee Lee and her service.

So I can tell that someone else has bought this nail shop. Ive been going here off and on for the last three years or so. Went in yesterday and the pedicure chairs look like they have not been wiped down or cleaned for some time. Also when I went to sit down, I asked the guy why it was so hot inside. He proceeded to tell me the air conditioning isnt on and said dont worry I will turn it on. Im sitting there thinking, it is almost 100 degrees and you guys dont have the air conditioning on for your customers? Ive had my feet done twice by LiLi who I think is the new owner and she is a very good at pedicures but the cleanliness of this place is definitely a concern now for me. Shes a nice lady but she spends way too much time up selling when she herself isnt doing anything. Instead, she should be spending her down time cleaning her shop. As a result, I dont think I will be returning.

Had a great experience! Called to make an appointment but they had space so I drove over. I got shellac and was in and out in about a hour. It was $30 which isnt cheap but not expensive either. Kevin listened to me about the shape I was wanting and they look great. Very satisfied

Never again... this used to be my nail salon for 3 years 2014-2017 with no problems. I moved away for a year and went there today. I asked for a full gel set which was supposed to be $30. At check out they told me it was $40 and said I had gotten acrylic with shellac polish. They then proceeded to tell me that my full total was $75 because the person I was with got the basic pedicure for $25. Since when does $40 + $25 = $75? I will never return... they rob you for sub par work and then the joke of a manager tries to explain your total. I dont need explanation of being overcharged for a service I didnt request. The girl next to me got charged $25 to fix one nail and a polish change, they are thieves. Stay away if you value your money!

I love this plac! First time getting dinner powder and she did an amazing job great prices! I highly recommend.

Top-notch nails and a pedicure with an amazing foot and leg message. Better than higher-end salons. The owner is knowledgeable, consciences and will make sure you feel pampered.

This WAS my favorite salon. It took me 4 years of hack jobs to find a good salon after moving from California. Then the owner Roy left mysteriously a few weeks ago. He sold the salon and now the quality is not the same. I will be looking elsewhere again.
