We ordered a ring 3 weeks ago after a week we were called and told it was NOT processed as a person who supposed to order it got sick and they didn’t do it the next day.Since then bridal sale expired and even manager Maria cannot give us 50% off.We have done it couple times before as we have upgraded my ring. I am without my engagement ring and wedding band because I left it with Zales to make it happen quicker and not drive twice. It’s just so sad that manager cannot process a bridal sale or do some extra discount to Give us the price that was promised to us. It shouldn’t really take that long.

I would just like to say i’ve have really good experiences recently & i’ve come across this young lady very nice, who explained everything to be very well made me very happy with my purchase. Although i do have one daring suggestion for this store to maybe even better this lovely store! Me like a woman would appreciate if someone higher up then me in my place of work would give me a few pointers in my appearance & how i look in front of clients & now that we’re on the topic this young lady with long black hair & glasses had an interesting odor, ive been with her for numerous occasions and have smelled the same odor like i said she’s very nice and intelligent but i think she just needs a little help in that area! but keep up the good work!!

Initially we were happy with our purchase (day after black friday). My fiance though wanted me to get a bigger carat ring.So we looked into it and then called to see what we can do, so Justine explained that we could either change out the diamond with one thats on sale or even do an upgrade. As long as its double the price we can do it at anytime. So we were looking to get the same Adriana Papell but at the 1 carat size so we were informed it would be a $4k difference. Ok that sounded good so we asked for the 1 carat to be sent to the store, as it was only online or at other stores, so we can take a look at it in person. Took about two weeks or longer to get there unfortunately, and I kept having to follow up with the store which I would have right being in sales the store would be more on top of this sale.While waiting anxiously and deciding we were informed we could put the bigger ring in layaway with just putting 10% down by Maria. Even better for us...But then on December 21st when we went in the store and were informed that it would actually be $5100 not $4I difference and now we cant put it on layaway because then the prize while in layaway. We were hoping to get it but why the prize change.... and all the changes in things that were initially said to us. Dont you want the sale???We were even planning to put $1k down to start the lay away and then this happens... then we waited to see if Nancy would call u . Who initially sold us the ring to follow up and see if we were still interested etc. Nothing yet....Unfortunately our experience was not great at all. Although we bought a total of 4 pieces at the store in less than 1 month, and spending over $3500. This is not how you get customers to return. Again very disappointed with our experience.I recommend to go elsewhere. 😒

My overall experience with J’son was easy, polite and a bit humerus. I didn’t expect it to go so well. Making major purchases are usually a serious and intense moment but J made it a pleasant and fun experience. I even went next door to your competition (Kay’s) and the customer service was very stale and a tad bit rude. There should be more associates like J’son working around the world because as a consumer and a prior sales associate myself the experience was worth every penny. Thanks!

Stopped in to buy my mother a birthday present, and was recieved by a beautiful very polite store manager named Maria. She asked for my moms taste and showed me what she would get her mom & I must say very good taste! After about 30-40 minutes i was able to walk out with a pair of 1k solitare earrings. She made the 35 min drive worth it from the city, service with a smile! I will go back on my sisters birthday as well!

I originally got my ring from the woodfield mall location, but the stone fell out and it only had been less than a year since I got the ring.. I went back and the customer service was HORRIBLE. I decided to go to the location at this outlet mall and I was so pleased with the service. They really know how to talk care of their customers. Brittney I believe her name was. I talked to her on the phone and she was great. And Maria is a great manager!! Maria really went above and beyond!!

They have friendly employees and the wait time is not long. It is not the same experience as other Zales locations. Outlet or not it should be the same. I asked if they clean rings and I was shown the at home cleaning kit. Then asked was my ring purchased at Zales. I have never been asked that before at any other Zales that I have been to. I will not return to this location.
