Mady and Mike are hands down the best! We had just come off of a year of bad experiences with another jeweler and I’m afraid I still have little bit of PTSD from that experience. My diamonds were loose and falling out constantly. I was honestly going to give up.. who needs a ring!? Mady and mike made my husband and I feel right at home. Mady searched loose diamonds and we looked at almost every setting. I felt so bad, but was desperate to find “the one”. Turns out we did. My diamond is flawless, we customized the head and my setting is stunning, and they managed to pull off getting it on my finger before our wedding that was only a few short weeks away. I can’t say enough about these two. Thank you, thank you for everything you did. I’m looking forward to having it cleaned so I can come in again. We will shop this Jared for years to come . I guess my “appearance” didn’t reflect I was there to spend money. I was walked by and overlooked by multiple associates before I had to request someone assist me. Meanwhile they were very attentive to other customers that walked in after me. No outrageous accusations, but it definitely felt discriminatory.

My experience has been horrible was waiting for 45 mins before closing spoke to an employee as they walked out. The employee said oh that there busy in there theyll get with you. I kept calling into store several time no answer everytime. I dropped my ring off on July 30th was told I could pick it up on August 3rd after cleaning an replacing a diamond. It is now August 7th an I still havent been able to pick up my wedding ring horrible customer service.

Apai at the Aurora location has the most wonderful customer service, she went out of her way to help me understand the work I needed done on my ring and also didn’t make me feel rushed in my time spent here! The repairs were done immediately while I waited because I had to leave town the next day and they got my ring all sparkly and perfect again on top of it!! In terms of front of house, Eric was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond! He was so kind and patient and I’ll forever be a Jared customer!

The value and pricing on the high quality diamond I got was much better than at Shane Co. and the treatment by the staff was OUTSTANDING. I called an hour and a half ago to see about repairing my mothers ring, and after successfully making it through the weather I arrived to find that they closed early and I missed it by 3 minutes. Terrible customer service, I will take my business elsewhere.

Its true that during peak hours after work, it is a long wait to get help. I so far have nothing negative to say. Once I was helped, the saleslady was sweet and quite helpful. I had a pleasant experience when picking out wedding bands. Also, I love that they do all sizing in store so it is only a two day wait to complete the order. It takes other stores weeks to order in the right size.

First and last experience as I will not go back. Purchased an emerald ring and within a month a prong broke off. Got it fixed no problem, not long after prong broke again. Manager at the time Apai pretty much forced me into taking a simulated stone as that particular precious stone wasnt available. I never liked it, never wore it, cant take it back as too much time has passed, I was very Ill and now disabled and couldnt get there. I called and talked to a sales associate who was not helpful. I understand too much time has passed but competition would have taken it back if purchased as I called and asked. Horrible experience, never going back, neither will my friends.

Information online about hours are wrong. They won’t let you in when you arrive informing you only once you get there they are by appointment only.

Bottom line… This is the most professional jeweler in Colorado. Very easy to work with non-pushy and patient. Leo and her crew are the best!

My fiancé and I went into this location today after shopping Jared online. We saw the rings we liked and planned on making purchases today. That was before Michelle happened.One should not assume that because someone does not have a diamond ring that it is because they cant afford one.She asked us a few questions and then asked to see my engagement ring. When I gave it to her, she got a disgusted look on her face and said, Is this a diamond?? To which my fiancé and I responded, Its moissanite I am very proud of my ring and love it to death!Unfortunately through our research we have determined that enhancers do not come in moissanite so Ive come to the realization that Ill have to settle for diamonds for my enhancer. I know that may sound silly to some people especially someone who is not educated on moissanite. Not only is it virtually as hard as a diamond (9.5 whereas a diamond is a 10) it is also more rare with better clarity and more brilliance. Mine is also colorless. Oh and the best part, they are ALWAYS conflict free. Did I mention they are half the price of a diamond?Michelle didnt know any of this and actually told me that they would not be able to solder my ring to the band because it would melt, which is not true. She also did not know the correct information about sapphires or the actual hardness of a diamond. The last straw was when Michelle mentioned with more enthusiasm than our whole interaction that they had financing and layaway available for our financial needs. While thats all fine and dandy, why would she ASSUME we needed those options?Ive read quite a few reviews about Jareds regarding the low quality of the jewelry they sell but we will never know because based on Michelles representation of the company and herself, weve decided to take our very important purchase elsewhere, specifically a lovely place in Cherry Creek that treated us with kindness, respect and dignity and gladly accepted our $5000 purchase.

The staff here are always so kind and Im always taken care of right away. My dog was waiting in the car during one of my visits and they encouraged me to bring him in. They were so nice to him and offered him water. I will always be a Jared customer.

I bought a ring at Jared, but I was not happy with my experience. First, they said Id get $100 in Jared bucks (I forget what they called them) for every $500 I spent, that could be used on future purchases. I thought this could be applied to new purchases, but found out that I had to spend $300 to use $100 of those bucks. And there was a limted time to do so. Reading the fine print, the details werent clear to me. Then they also told me I could get the ring on credit with 12 months of no interest. Then I got a bill in the mail about a month later, indicating the full balance was due, or Id be paying 21% interest. I should have read the documents I signed, instead of listening to the sales people. Then I could have avoided this situation, and purchased from a more honest retailer.I would have preferred honesty, and to not waste my time obtaining credit for a 12 month interest free loan that was a lie. I figure I spent over 2 hours dealing with this, wasting my and their time.

I had to have my ring made because my fingers are so small, but you did a fantastic job. I am so happy with the ring. Ive made previous purchases at Jared and every time my husband snd I come in to get our wedding rings cleaned and checked the staff is always very curteous and we are well treated.

My mom took her wedding ring to be cleaned and repaired at this store in February and in September the main diamond a half carat diamond fell out and was lost due to their crummy repair services. They had it replaced the prongs to hold the diamond in place and these failed causing at the diamond to fall out. I called and spoke with Vince and let him know how disappointed we are and that the diamond had fallen out and luckily we were able to find the diamond. And asked if we had not been able to find the diamond if they would replace it and they would not replace the diamond even though it was lost because of the work they did. My mom had had this ring for 20 years and never lost a diamond out of it until this point when she took it there to be proactive and then ends up having more damage done to her ring. If youre looking to get your jewelry repaired I would not recommend having any work done here.

Apparently after the sale has been made, you dont matter- I went in today and waited 30 minutes just for someone to look in my direction to pick up my ring which I was excited for! Needless to say its sucked the wind out of my sails the reason why they have a mediocre rating is because they do not focus on anything but a sale when there are other customers present! Moral of the story is I didnt pick my ring up today and I live halfway across town by the time I pick my ring up I can guarantee I will no longer be making any referrals there I am so frustrated beyond words! First time I went into this store to buy a necklace, the second time I purchased two items online around Christmas time no less. The estimated arrival time was January 3 and I received both of them by December 29th. Great customer service.

Had been coming here for years. Bought my wifes engagement ring and our wedding bands here. After the last interaction I will never be back. Do not buy the extended warranty, they wont cover anything.

They are always nice .They try to help me get exactly what I want and they helped me pick out my wedding ring which took days. They are professional and they have a play room for kids. Which kept my son busy for hours.

Very friendly and helpful when needed. I was very comfortable buying what my wife wanted.

I took my engagement ring to get it sized there and they told me it needed a prong fixed. The estimate they gave me was 2 days. After 2 days they called and said it was going to take another 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called them and they said it was going to be another 5 days. I called again after 5 days and they said another 2 days. All in all they had my ring for just shy of 4 weeks. Had I known it was going to take so long, I would have taken my ring somewhere else. When I finally did get my ring back, it is entirely evident which prong they fixed (it looks sloppy). It is sized correctly so Im giving them 2 stars for that. Overall not a great experience.

I have been attempting to get my Le Vian watch repaired through this Jared since June 2018. I am so dissatisfied with the quality of this watch and the lack of customer service from this store. I have requested a replacement link that was removed and was told it would take 10 weeks. That information was passed on to me from Eric the watch expert in mid August. I cannot get a return call from him regarding the status of this missing link..... I have purchased many items at this store in the past but I cant justify any additional purchases given the extremely poor customer service. I will file a consumer complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the Colorado Attorney Generals Office. I regret that I have to grant them one star to be able to file this complaint.....
