Went in for a battery change and they couldn’t do it on the spot but instead sent it out to their technicians. Took about a week but the customer service was a1 and he even gave me a 2 year warranty with the battery. Great people.

Amazing deals and friendly service!Came in thinking my favorite watch was broken but thanks to the jeweler it ended up being a simple fix that only took 10 mins! Great workmanship and and very informative answered all my questions and took the time to explain things which I very much appreciated. Ended up being a lot less than I expected which made it that much better. Highly recommend!

Went in for a Swiss watch band/battery repair and told the employee that if the “band can fit and if he can do it” and he responded with “of course” little did I went back he just changed the battery and said I had to get another band and paid 20$ for a simple battery replacement. Then went on saying he can give it to a technician for a band. Saying less I wouldn’t trust it and you can even haggle which shows me that the pricing is unjust.

Everything was very professional about the repair and they didn’t give me a bad price at all. They compare to other competitors as well and do price matches to make sure you get the best deal. I came in for a battery replacement and it only costed 20 dollars for a replacement which was done very professionally and they even gave me a 3 year warranty. Will be coming back with more watches!

Awesome place! Found it randomly while strolling the mall! Ask for a guy “ Abdullah” he hooked me up and was very friendly! Definitely recommend it, very honest and trustworthy!

Got quoted at 150$ to do a watch battery replacement and buffing. I was not going to do that so they eventually got down to 100$ after a couple in between offers. Dakota watch did the same job for 45$ and had the watch ready in an hour. This place wanted to keep it for multiple days.

Tried to charge me $79 to fix a broken chain. Crooks.

Dont waste your time. Nobody there knows anything about watches and cant give you a quote on anything until they send it out to be looked at.Ive asked them simple questions that any good watch repair place should know and theyre clueless.Yesterday, I was shopping at the mall and noticed that a screw pin in my watch bracelet was sticking out a bit. I asked if he could screw it back in. Literally a five second job. He said hed do it but hed have to charge me a labor charge. Really?? I asked how much, and he couldnt give me an answer. Just some BS about how hed have to call the owner. The nice lady at the Dakota watch kiosk did it gladly for free.Again, this place is a joke.

Absolutely the biggest scam. If I could have given a zero star rating I would. Try to avoid at all costs. Went to resize three watches and was charged $170. I usually get this done at any Walmart free of charge. Let alone the guy that works there was very disrespectful to talk to. Highly do not recommend!!!!

Absolutely horrid service. Told me it would take 10 minutes max to replace a watch battery and install band pins. Wound up taking 80 minutes, and charged me $49 for a job that would cost $10 elsewhere. Also left multiple scratches on the back of the watch an a few on the side. Absolute WORST place to go for watch repair.

Ive found they are fine for a battery or watch band.

Asked for a replacement segment for the band in my Seiko watch. Guy behind the counter tells me it will cost $100 because it will take 2 hours of labor..Found the part online for $6. These are the kinds of places that the internet will thankfully put out of business - their practices are damn near predatory.

Trust your gut and all these reviews. Stay away from this shop.

I called to get my watch band adjusted. After five minutes of them not answering my question they finally ball-parked how much it would cost to do. They claimed it would START at $50 to make the adjustment. I called their competitor in the mall - $10.95.Stay away. STAY AWAY. Rip-off artists.

The charged $118 to change batteries on two watches, should have told me that it would cost $100 before starting the work.THIS PLACE IS A SCAM ... pls avoid and save your money !!!
