The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the items I had purchased. The explained the warranty very and gave me tips on the best way to use it. I really appreciate their customer service and hospitality, I will definitely shop their again.

I came here to see engagement rings so I can let my boyfriend know what I like. The women working were fabulous! They took time to show me options and make me feel special even though I wasnt buying that day, unlike the other jewelry stores in the mall. My man will definitely be buying my ring here!

The store is a total Scam! I was told when trying to warranty my ring that it was now going to be extra because the same ring now is not on special anymore so I would have to pay the difference and purchase the warranty again. From the best of my knowledge in life a warranty covers even replacement. I do understand having to purchase the warranty again but not having to pay more for the same ring to get it replaced under warranty

Worst jewelry store. My wedding rings were purchased 2013. They have had so many problems with quality. The store does not stand by warranty they charge a fortune for. Karen has no idea what she is doing. Her co worker has zero customer service skills. The store Manager is never there. They always tell you to come back to avoid servicing. Belittling staff. They close during store hours for lunch with customers lined up. Beyond terrible experience every time. Review is -5

Impressive customer service at Zales in Aurora outlet mall.I walked in with $10 hoodie, sweats, flip-flops and yes socks- and I felt like I was treated like royalty.Quickly attended, patiently explained too and surprisingly impressed.I wish I could say the same àbout all the Zales stores Ive been to; but Zales in the outlet mall, you are now my go to jewelry store.thank you for the pleasant experience

I went to get my ring cleaned that I bought. And a worker, Asian lady perhaps in her early 50’s was SOOO INCREDIBLY RUDE. I couldn’t find the confirmation number to get my 6th month cleaning and she basically blew up and turned red as a tomato’s because I wouldn’t come back in a few hours and take her card. She called me entitled and gave me the finger and shrug... is that customer service?Ridiculous... behavior.

The Hispanic man who talked to me was very rude and did not help at all. I would never purchase anything ever again from this store nor any Zale Franchise.

We have had so many problems with them. My husband and I bought his wedding band here. The first time we ordered it, we kept calling to see when the ring would arrive. Couple months later, they told us they had not actually submitted the order. When they got around to submitting the order and the ring finally came in, they had gotten the ring two sizes smaller than we told them. We had to exchange it for a bigger size. The representatives placed an order for the same ring in another size. This time they got the ring a size too big. Not to mention, they are all rude, deceptive, and not well versed in knowledge of jewelry AT ALL. Hopefully this third time they actually have the correct ring size brought in, and then I will be happy to never come here again.

Worst experience ever. Sabrina, Karen, Leslie. All of them have the worst customer service skills anyone could ever think of. the stone on my engagement ring has fallen twice out of my ring- the first time they ordered a ring and the diamond was scratched and yellow, they ended up putting that for sale, the ring is marketed when we bout it for 8K. EVERY time I need an update for my ring they say its not available and that they will give me a call back. They always have an excuse of why they didnt call since I always have to call back. they dont know how to own up to what they said and they are plain rude. my ring has been with them since end of July and claim they only need to add a diamond to my ring to ship it back and it will take 3 and a half months..... DO NOT BUY FROM ZALES . Specially this location. they are plain rude and dont care about your business.

I called to see if my ring was back from 6 month check and repair. Noone ever answers the phon . Finally, Brittany did. She was rude and hung up on me 3 times before I could complete my questions. Called corporate on her behavior and poor customer service skills.

My overall experience with J’son at Zales was easy, polite and a bit humerus. I didn’t expect it to go so well. Making major purchases are usually a serious and intense moment but J made it a pleasant and fun experience. I even went next door to your competition (Kay’s) and the customer service was very stale and a tad bit rude. There should be more associates like J’son working around the world because as a consumer and a prior sales associate myself the experience was worth every penny. Thanks!

If I could give this store no stars that would be more realistic!!! Had a ring and necklace set. I had to send in ring to be fixed so I sent in for repair at the zales in cherry vale mall. Got it back and the basket that holds the emerald was mangled underneath. I brought it to this zales and they did best they could but it was still crooked and thought it would be ok to give to me. When it came back I showed them how crooked it was, how did they not notice being in the jewelry industry. They said they would contact designer to get another since they dont have it in store anymore. Leslie called to say they cant get another one so I have her on voicemail saying I can exchange whole set for something else or get a refund. There is nothing in the store I want nor do I feel confident buying anything from zales since their repair shop doesnt know how to repair jewelry. I called and spoke to manager Ray Ristich and his solution is send it back out or pick something else and will not refund me. They were the ones that ruined my ring!!! They should give me my refund whether I bought it a year ago or yesterday. I am beyond pissed and I urge you to not shop here!!!

When I made my purchase, the store representative sold me a warranty plan and a credit card plan with a temporary 0% interest for my purchase. They did not tell me at the store that the 0% interest is only deferred, and that if I do not pay the balance off by a certain date, that the entire interest for the past year will be due upon expiration of the deferment period. Also when I purchased the warranty plan, they did not tell me that I must visit the store every January and July for inspection of the ring, otherwise the warranty will be voided. This is extremely deceptive and I am very disappointed with the services at this store. They should have a training policy whereby every employee is instructed to be clear about these terms PRIOR to making a sale. All their employees care about is making the sale and trying to make you spend more and more money. I am very disappointed, and I will never shop here again!

Extremely disappointed to find out it takes the weeks to size a ring. Didnt know until after the purchase, they dont have a jeweler on site so everything is sent out! My poor fiancée feels awful now because he bought the warrenty with them, so were stuck. Beware inexperienced buyers, theyll trick you thinking youre getting the deal of a lifetime.
