Literally went to church and got towed in the church parking lot. I don’t understand

I was in town for one night for Camp War Eagle with my daughter and got towed. But I didn’t have a parking pass so that’s on me. When I met the gentleman to pick up my car, he was very professional and he apologized for the inconvenience. I drive a 2016 M5 and it sits about 5 inches off the ground. How he was able to tow my car without any damage is beyond me. Sucks to get towed, but I am appreciative of this man.

Car got towed from my apartment complex for no reason. LITERALLY NO REASON. AND STILL HAVE TO PAY. What a dirty business.

They towed my friend’s car from their own parking lot and still made them pay to get it back???

Absolute terrible place to deal with. They have nothing better to do than tow in the middle of the night. This is the first place my debit card had ever been denied at. I had plenty of money for the towing price, but for some reason my bank did not think it was a secure place to be used at. Brings up red flags

HDK Towing is a predatory towing service. Not only do they tow illegally but when offered to pay to drop the car (while still on private property) they said no and drove away. THIS IS PREDATORY TOWING! I have given HDK towing hundred of dollars to have my car handed back to me after it has been towed illegally. I am not the only one in the city of Auburn with this experience.

I was towed from my own parking lot in the morning. I called to ask about it the OWNER himself picked up stated that I have to pay a 100 dollars to get it out. The parking pass fell on floor and was towed. This is all happening at 6am. I have to work at 7 and then he proceeds to tell me after I agreed to pay for my mistake this mf then says. You can pick up the car at 8:00am. Then click hung up on me. Even when I told him I wanted to ask a question.

I’ve lived in auburn for 3 years now and this is the only tow company that drives around in the middle of the night, into complexes, and tows people, doesn’t matter if you’ve been parked there for 10min, they will tow you. Also, they will illegally tow your car even if you catch them while they are hooking it up. It is illegal to continue towing a car if the owner can get there before the car is secure.

This company tows from empty parking lots and bypasses locks to enter the vehicle cabin in the process. Would not recommend employing their services for your towing needs.
