My sons SUV broke down in a parking lot late last night, and we had to get it towed this morning before the business opened. Some times its hard to find people first thing on a Saturday (especially on a home game day Saturday), but Big Blue was available for us. Mark was incredibly friendly and professional on the phone and was able to have someone to us within the hour. The young man who came, Troy, was extremely nice and did an excellent job loading & unloading my sons SUV. If I find my self in need of towing again in the future, I will definitely call Big Blue towing. If anyone needs a tow service, I definitely recommend using Big Blue towing.

When your child is stranded, call them..they responded quickly unlike superior, that couldnt be bothered that a young woman was stranded in a parking lot for an hour and a half...call them first!!!

One of the worst customer service Ive experienced. Simply asked basic questions, and what came back was negative attitude and demeaning tone. Id recommend a new person who can resemble some sort of professionalism to answer phone calls.

Tow truck guy was very rude!! I was trying to give him directions to pick up my grandsons truck which was in a rural area and I couldnt understand where he was. I was being as nice as I could to help him find it and he had a smart mouth. He said Well Ill just drive around at $3.00 a mile till I find it!!and hung up!! Rude, rude, rude!!!! If I could give a zero review I would!! I was so mad I forgot his name but this happened this Monday September 14th around 3-3:30. He towed it to a dealership.

-TERRIBLE Experience, Will NEVER use Big Blue again. The driver we just had to deal with was super unprofessional, a straight a-hole,completely unsympathetic, and was just money hungry. My girlfriend had just gotten into a wreck and “BIG Blue” was called to come tow her car. And when the driver gets to the scene he starts off as being a douche by yelling at us to get out of his way (we are no where near him) . So we go get into my truck. He thens walks up to my truck and throws a card in my face and says this is where your car is going. So we follow him there and then yells at us being on the property while he is trying to unload the car. (Okay we can understand that and we proceeded to wait by the gate) he then drops the car off and comes to get out of the gate and proceeds to lock the gate saying we can give him 150$ right now to try and drive it off the lot. I asked “okay and if it doesn’t drive off? Can I have my money back?” He says no and now it’s 300$ for asking questions. And he is going to rack up all the charges he can on us. So we just ask to go get the remainder of the stuff out of her car and he says no it’s going to be 150$ to get her stuff out. So we both get mad at this time and storm back to my truck and he proceeded to lock the gate and leave. -TERRIBLE Experience, Will NEVER use Big Blue again.

Only in America can you legally steal some ones car and hold it for ransom!! they should rename themselves the aubun pirates. Theyll tow even when your parked legally. Big blue towing company are the biggest Hero on the plains. They are the hero that auburn doesnt deserve, and also the one no one needs right now.

I have used Big Blue Towing in the past, they were wonderful then, so I called them again this weekend to once again tow my fathers truck, the gentlemen that answered the phone was super, Thank you for the work you do! I highly recommend you call them if you or your elderly parents are in need to be towed!

Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Says on google it’s a 24 hr service yet no one will answer. Have tried calling every 15 minutes the last two hours.In response to the owner- no. I called over 30 times and it would ring and I would get voicemail. Very unprofessional in someone’s time of need. I called a different company and received amazing customer service. Thanks.

This place is awful ! The female that answered the phone had a terrible attitude when I continued being polite and by the end of the call she got extremely aggravated and I told her I am a customer I have to spend my money this is ridiculous she hung up on me ! I would never use them or refer them to anyone !
