The fastest response time I’ve ever experienced from a tow company! We broke down on the side of the freeway and called Jazz Towing because of the 5 ratings and sure enough they had a truck to us in 20 min!!!! Family and I are very grateful for their urgency in getting us to safety! I think the driver’s name was Eddie!

This company is great! I called while at work, looking to get a tow for my car, to a dealership. The owner Eddie, gave me a great rate and we set up a time. That Thursday I called to confirm everything was a go for 10am Friday, and come 10am Friday morning, Eddie was calling me to tell me he was right outside. We got there, he gave me a complimentary ride-along, and we had great conversation. Very personable. Very professional. And very reliable!

My dads car battery completely died; jumping didnt help. When his car stopped, we called his car insurance company for roadside service/a tow truck. We spent 45+ minutes calling, staying on hold and talking to the car insurance company; they told us that they would send out a tow truck and that we should get a call from the towing company. The towing company called 5 minutes later and informed us that it would take them 2+ hours to get to the car and tow it.We cancelled the insurance roadside service, went on Google and found Federal Way Tow Truck.My one regret in this whole thing, was that we didnt call them sooner. I wish I had gotten the tow truck drivers name. He was efficient, professional, communicated well and often (by giving us updates on how far away he was) and got to us in 15 minutes!The whole experience with Federal Way Tow Truck took about 20 minutes from getting the car on the tow truck to the front door of the car service company. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Federal Way Tow Truck!

Eddie was very pleasant and happy to help. The family car broke down in the gas station parking lot while it was raining/snowing. Eddie said he would be there in 20 minutes, and I think he was actually a couple minutes early. He had the car loaded up and we were on our way in about another 20 minutes. Eddie dropped the car at the service department for is so I could take my family home. I would recommend Eddie to anyone.
