Dispatcher lied about extra fees for CHP call after specifically asking before I ran my card. Also promised a clearly itemized receipt of charges andneither digital or handwritten receipts were itemized. Next day husband calls asking about $350 for tow less than 3 miles and a tire change. Employee was extremely rude and hung up on him.Tow companies, by law, must clarify the extra charge and give a clearly written (or typed) itemized receipt or they can actually end up owing the customer.

They were great. My bill was small and the staff was nice and professional.

Ive never had a good review of a tow company for obvious reasons, but after having a medical emergency while driving and needing to take an ambulance to the hospital, CHP choose then to tow my vehicle back down the hill off I-80 back to Auburn. No damage to my car and they didnt stiff me on the bill. Just want to say thank you to the crew at All American Towing, CHP, and the medical crew in the Ambulance including Frank C, doc and nurses at Sutter for keeping me alive.

These guys are literally life savers. On Friday, July 3rd, my wife and I took a wrong turn and ended up on Mosquito Ridge Road outside of Foresthill, California. Asking another driver if there was a gas station nearby, he said yes, but pointed us in the wrong direction, and we ended up running out of gasoline. Jon from the towing company came to our rescue(five hours after we had expected another tow company to help), bringing us five gallons of fuel. Not only did Jon fill up the car, he followed us down the mountain and to a gas station to make sure we were ok and able to fill up. He, and the rest of the team, were very professional, and if we ever have trouble in the Auburn area, we know where to turn. Thanks again, Jon and team!

So i call to have a vehicle removed from my property. The owner of this fine establishment calls me white trash and hangs up on me. I own restaurants in the local area. I would not recommend this company.

Showed up on time... had a chance to meet the owner as she was the one doing the towing. She was really nice and professional got my truck up on the flatbed fast and safe. Really good operator and drove a nice new truck that was clean and well taken care of... that means alot for the vehicle that is being towed to me that shows pride in what they do. I highly recommend this company for any tow you will need. Great service!!!
