Jamie got me out of a really bad situation... two wheel bearings on 2 wheels failed on an axle of my fifth wheel. He figured out a plan to get it home safely. Nothing short of heroic. He saved us, and I am truly grateful. I don’t post to social media, but I couldn’t not for this one. THANK YOU

Our Sprinter vans electronics died and we were stuck in an RV lot on a ski resort mountain during a blizzard. Brett Saliveros arrived and surveyed the situ. He used his vast experience to find a creative approach to get us unstuck. He literally SAVED us; it was a tricky situation that few equipment and/or tow drivers could handle. Thank goodness he had the experience and the right truck to get the job done. It was expensive but worth it. We made it to the service center just prior to closing. So glad we called PRO-TOW of Auburn to do this job!!

I wish I could remember the guys name, but he is one hell of a professional. Drives the box van that does like roadside assistance or what not. Came out, I was passed out in my sleeper birth, and he fixed my truck and had it ready to roll before he politely woke me for a signature. Absolutely a stud performance.

Tow arrived one and a half hours after promised time. Dispatcher just kept saying they would be there in 20 minutes multiple times. Would not recommend .

We use Pro-Tow/ Mororplex on a regular basis at work. Every time we deal with them, they are on time, professional, and take care of us in as timely fashion as possible. Will continue to do business with them and have enjoyed the working relationship. Highly recommend them to anyone needing help or work done!

The entire interaction was tedious and dishonest. I wondered why the driver was doing everything at a snail’s pace and constantly playing on his phone, but their “hourly rate” explains it. The Tow-Pro shop is 7 minutes from my house, my house is 20 minutes from my mechanic, and my mechanic is 20 minutes from the Pro-Tow shop. It doesn’t take 1.25 hours to load and unload a van (my van has been towed before and the person I usually go to gets it loaded up in 10 minutes.)

I believe the man that helped us tow my car was named Jerry. He was amazing and super nice. I definitely would recommend 10/10.

Getting a semi truck and trailer towed, it wouldnt make my situation any better to be rude to these guys. Really friendly and professional service person. Was very effective at solving and addressing the problem. My semi truck was stuck in mud on a soft shoulder at an on-ramp. Took 1.5 hours to complete. Equipment is state-of-the-art, top of the line. Well organized, methodical and meticulous technician. Used crane and winch to hoist me out. Was honestly one of the coolest things to watch. Check the rates before using them! They charged 6,500 dollars to tow a semi and then a trailer a total of 30 miles between the two moves. That is highway robbery. The rate per hour was $385.00 per hour. Bumper factory tow hook use was 134.10. The permit fee was $390.88. For the spill waste absorbent granules we were charged $257.79 (normally cost $10.00 a bag). There are more charges for using a heavy duty strap, support stands, the wrecker 5th wheel attachment and wood cribbage. It looks like they plan on charging their customers the replacement costs for everything on the wrecker plus two months mortgage for their home in the Hamptons.

It took three and a half hours to get a tow, but that the insurance company’s fault, not ProTow’s. They were there in like 30 minutes once they finally got the call. He was professional and courteous.

The driver ensured my RV would be removed from my property with care. It was difficult to remove, but he did it with confidence. I would use this company again!

My experience with this company was not good. I would not reccomend them. I feel the tow truck drivers really didnt know their jobs. I think 5 hours on a job that probably should have taken 3 is not acceptable. The guy driving the tow truck I was in seemed inexperienced. He missed gears and ground gears.

Interesting my car insurance did not dispatch Pro-Tow in the beginning.Rather they chose to use Core Value Roadside Services LLC ( 2 ⭐️ on Yelp- for good reasons) . After adjusting their arrival time twice, I appreciated that my insurance company decided to contact Pro-Tow, a company they don’t even have a contract with.I greatly appreciated Kyles, my Pro-Tow drivers, professionalism and prompt response- he arrived right when they estimated he would.Kyle was very friendly and super helpful to get my car jumpstarted, even after I had made a few attempts myself.I also appreciated his advice on how to resolve the problem going forward.To his point it ended up simply be a new battery that I needed.I filled out the survey for my car insurance company, and definitely recommended that they reach out and form a contract with your company,Thanks again Pro- Tow Team!

It was a Sunday pro tow and repair was the only company that wanted to help they sent there Tec out and he was very friendly and figured out my semi coolent leak unfortunately it was a part they needed to order from Volvo.so they came back on Monday and Im up n running highly recommend

Prices are absolutely laughable🤣 im gonna be laughing for the next week. They tried to charge me $1,700 for a 100 mile tow. LIKE WOW LOL. Borderline DISSRESPECTFULL pricing, especially when i could get a 200 mile tow and a year of roadside assistance from AAA for $138. Lol I know they probably offer other services but I have NO CLUE how these guys stay in buisness let alone have that many good reviews hahahaha!

They added $90 in surcharges and processing fees that they didnt quote and then threatened to impound my truck if I did not pay. I paid it and then they added an additional $200 for the 45 min delay in me getting the payment made through their online system. The shop I had it towed too said I paid twice as much as I should have.

Could not do the job took way to long wsp kicked them off site another tow company did the same job in less time and got it done never use them wsp even said they dont know what they were doing

We had our shop broken into and one of our vehicles stolen. It was one heck of a morning and everyone involved from the service I called to the tow driver that came out was understanding of the situation and the I was having a bad morning. Extremely professional and courteous. Not what you would expect necessarily from a tow truck driver. No offense. I will be requesting we use them from now on anytime we need a tow.

Service was EXCEPTIONAL. I needed to get my truck towed to the dealership at 9:00 AM on a Tuesday after it broke down ON THE WAY TO THE DEALERSHIP, SHEESH. The dispatcher quoted me a price that was more than fair considering the service I received.Within 30 minutes, they had someone dispatched to my location who was very professional and courteous. Additionally, the tow truck had to be the cleanest tow truck I have EVER seen (inside and out), and when I mentioned it to the driver (Forgot his name, said he was the newest guy to the fleet) he told me his truck was one of the oldest.I think this is a testament to how things are run at Pro-Tow. Ive already recommended them twice, and will tell anyone who will listen about the great experience I had. I will most definitely be using Pro-Tow again for any towing needs.

All I needed was a simple lockout and the professionalism of the driver was outstanding. The dispatcher made the call setup easy when I called and the call from the responding driver was quick. Once the driver arrived I just signed some paperwork and the driver had my truck unlocked within minutes. Very inconsiderate and rude tow truck drivers. Had a truck involved in an accident and they could really care less. All they were concerned about was how much they could gouge and in my opinion fraud the insurance company for. I went to their yard a few days after the accident to retrieve items. The woman in the office was pleasant and nice but the person who was supposed to help me get items from my vehicle was less than helpful. In fact, after charging me another $100 because a forklift was needed they said I need to come back at a later time?? I refused and started moving things out of the way myself to get to what I needed and only then did they start to help. The last thing I need after an accident is rude, unthoughtful and unhelpful people to deal with.

This place towed my car from a handicap spot at my apartments I asked the tow truck guy how much is fit going to cost to get it off the truck he told me i can $250 but I have to get It from the tow yard. Pro Tow has two locations and one jus happens to 10min. From my house straight up the highway it’s either 10min or less so before I leave to pick my vehicle up I call to get the exact amount of cost and they tell me $572.55 I couldn’t believe it they said it took them 2hrs to get my car to the yard that’s ten minutes away. What was even worse is that you can contest tow charges on court don’t forget you have to pay another $83 to do.With all the moonrc

Justin arrived quicker than estimated and he had all the proper tools to repair the shoddy wiring job that Budget Truck did. Thanks to Pro-Tow I got back on the road with minimal delay. Trailer brake line broke. They got it fixed up enough to roll and get off the highway. In the morning they returned with specific parts to properly repair brakes. Excellence service and support on the road. Good people.

Its tough to be pleased with a tow service when your car has just died on the road, but I tried Pro-Tow in Auburn after another local company quoted 2 hours. Pro-Tow were with me in 25 minutes and Ryan quickly and efficiently had my Subaru up on the flatbed. Id called ahead to a shop, but on arrival, it was completely sketchy, so he drove us to another place, also sadly full. He then called Pro-Tows own shop to see if they had room, they didnt, but he had one last recommendation and they were able to get us seen too. He had no issues with driving us around until we were happy with the shop. Cab was spotless and this stressful time was made much easier by their friendliness (both the driver Ryan and the scheduler I spoke to) and professionalism.

Called as soon as he was dispatched out. Kept up to date on his ETA and asked for pics so he had an idea of what he was going to ne dealing with.

I have before experienced some of the worst tow services in the state and I was willing to drive my nearly undriveable vehicle because of my previous, exceptionally disappointing experiences with other tow companies. PRO-TOW was the exact opposite! I was more than impressed with the speed of pick up as well as the professionalism of the driver and the care that was taken in delivery of my vehicle. Thank you PRO-TOW, your company will be the only tow company i will ever use again!

Would highly recommend these guys for any heavy duty tow...update: had these guys do the repair on my truck... Mechanic started on it at 8:55am and was done, truck running and ready to roll by 11am...I truly am impressed with the quality of service I received here from start to finish

Its a towing company. Of course Im going to hate them, they towed my car away.... But whose fault is that? Mine. I knowingly parked where I shouldnt have, more than once, and they towed me. I guess the people I dealt with were nice, and just doing their jobs..... Originally 1 Star, now 3.

Disguised as a tow truck driver, Brett from Pro-Tow was really our Super Hero! We were stuck at 1:30 in the afternoon, along Hwy 18 in our mId-sized box truck, with a flat tire. After several calls to our Roadside Assistance, with long waits and without a lot of help, we finally limped up to the next exit to get off the freeway. More calls later, they finally dispatched a tow for us. From the first call from Brett checking in to see what our problem was, he was very helpful and reassuring. He was there when he said he would be and got right to work. He was very professional but friendly. Roadside Assistance sent us to the nearest dealership, who they had supposedly talked with and explained our issue. By the time we got there in rush hour traffic it was after 6pm. Only to be told that they didnt do tires there! They were apologetic but couldnt help. Brett got right on his phone & looked up local tire stores... all just closed. He knew of another, called them and explained our problem & what we needed. He even got a price for me. He got us over there, still through rush hour traffic, to the crew waiting to help. He stuck with us to make sure all went smoothly. Once we were ready to get on the road again, he had us follow, and showed us the way back to the freeway. He was kind, courteous and caring. He provided awesome customer service above and beyond the norm. After chatting with him so long during our ride, we heard a lot about the company and their work values & ethics. Brett was awesome from start to finish... we felt safe and taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend Brett and the crew at Pro-Tow to anyone in need. I hope I do not have another occasion to be towed, but if I do, I will tell Roadside Assistance who to call! If they are dispatched for you, your bad luck has turned & you are definitely in the best of hands!

There is very few towing companies that I have ever been pleased with but these guys were fair and on time. The truck shop (motorplex) that they are partners with were also efficient and on time with their work. Had a turbo ordered and replaced by the next day.

My husband and I were on our way to Chelan for 4 days of boat camping when the trailer underneath our boat broke. We were fortunate we werent on the mountain pass but still 9 miles east of Snoqualmie summit. Our insurance carrier found a tow company in Ellensburg to help but after 2 hours was told they needed a longer flatbed and didnt have one. Our boat is 22feet long... it took Progressive some time to find another company but then got Pro Tow and it was determined that the short flatbed would work. Rusty from ProTow had to drive from Maple Valley to get the boat. Rusty was very professional and confident our boat/trailer would fit on the flat bed. It did! Barely!! Lol. Rusty drove our boat 2 hours back to our home in University Place, WA. He got the boat and trailer off with careful precision!! Perfectly set in our driveway. I would highly reccomend ProTow!! And Rusty!!

Broke down in Seattle rush hour traffic in a horrible place on I-90 right before the bridge. Pro-Tow did a fantastic job saving my ass!! Quick professional service is what they provided me in my time of need. Great operators that I hopefully never have to see again.
