Outstanding job. I got a manicure and my daughter got a gel fill. Excellent work and would recommend this place to everyone.

I came in an hour before closing and they still accepted me. I showed Annie a picture of the mail art I wanted and she did a fantastic job!! Very close attention to detail and took her time!

Annie did a great job on my toes. Shes very patient. Everyone there was very friendly and honest. Nice to know you can trust them.

Friendly staff, nice massage chairs and enjoyed Food Network during my pedicure. Melody was professional and helped me to choose a great polish for fall.

Amy was amazing, I came in with nails from someone else who gave me something I really didn’t ask for.. I showed her some pictures and told her I just wanted them off so I could have cute nails! I paid $65 for this set with take off and redo, and they’re my dream nails 🥰😍🤩 Highly recommend and definitely will be back ❣️

Truly zero stars but cant post without giving one.Dont bother making an appointment at this place because they wont honor it. Made an 11:00am appointment and when we arrived (there were three of us with appointments), we were told they were running 10-15 minutes late. Waited for an hour and left after being rudely told they didnt have any seats available. Ummm... thats why i made an appointment. Never going back.

Went in today to get my nails and eyebrows done! Annie was working with me, and she did great. Eyebrows are perfect, nails are perfect. She was very fast and efficient! Definitely will be coming back! :)

I would never go here again. The nail tech who was tasked with cleaning up my eyebrows/ waxing. Said and I quote “you have a lot of hair!” She proceeded to remove 50% of my eyebrow. Don’t go here save your money.

I had Viki she cut my ingrown toenails The best job ever done, and didnt feel a thing!!! Was so kind to me I was treated like a Queen was very satisfied. My toes were beautiful!!! Now I only want her to do my nails. She knew what she was doing and made sure I was happy.

The best nail spot in town. Nina does very unique and creative nail art and designs. I recommend her to do your nails. Also extremely talented nail technicians and astonishing service. I used to dislike getting my nails done, but now I love it!

I am very happy with my french tip gel nails, done by Nina :) I came with my bridesmaids, mom, and aunts, and we were all very satisfied with the experience and our nails. It was so nice to know I could trust that my nails would look perfect for my wedding day, as I also came and got them done about a month before as a practice run. I would definately recommend this nail place :)

I went here on Monday for a pedicure when I finally decided to give TK Nails a try. I am so happy I did! They refused to honor a gift certificate. Very Illegal. According to the Calif Dept Of Consumer Affairs anyone who takes over a business from a previous owner assumes all debt,including gift certificates.

TK nail & spa is the cleanest and most sanitary nail salon Ive been to in Auburn. Ive had my nails done at 4 other salons, they dont even come close. The girls are professional and are very polite. I highly recommend them.

I seriously dont know why this place gets good reviews. If i could give zero stars i would. Im done here. I have been here several times with my daughter for mani or pedi and I usually end up disappointed about something. I really wanted to like this place. They have a lot of nerve calling themselves a spa. It is not a spa experience and I will tell you why. Noisy, bright lights, crowded, even if you have an appointment they make you wait. Flies in here. Pop music blaring, cooking show on tv, chairs uncomfortable, my girl seems inexperienced and pulled non sterile clippers out of her pocket to cut my toenails, her hair is long and hanging down and touching my feet...she does not seem to care. I wonder how many feet touch her hair each day? Sorry but that is nasty. I feel like calling the health department on this place. Last time I was here, they left the acetone on my hands so long I got a chemical burn. They interrupt your service all the time to go work on other clients and make you wait. My butt hurts from sitting in their uncomfortable chair. They recently have a new owner here. She needs to manage this place better. Im not coming back. They are also so slow with a manicure. Takes two hours to get a powder manicure because they keep leaving g to go answer the phone or ring someone else up or go to work on another client.

I took my daughter to this place to have her nails done yesterday. This is the second time weve been here and have been happy with the service. HOWEVER...Yesterday while I was waiting for my daughter, the gentleman who I think is the manager or maybe the owner approached me and very loudly in front of other clients and accused me of taking nail polish. I was mortified!! I told him that while waiting I did look at 3 different colors, I pointed out that the bottles were still on the shelf., but assured him he was wrong which caused him to go into a triad. To prove my innocence, I emptied everything out of my purse and handed him my empty bag to inspectbut I think because he realized that he was wrong, it made him more angry. All the time he kept yelling, You steal my polish. He also told me he had it on video tape so I requested to see the tape and then he denied that he said it, there wasnt a video tape. So now hes gonna call the police of which I welcomed which made him even MORE angry so he orders me out of the shop. (Trust me, there was nothing that I wanted more than to get away from this but job!) As Im putting all my belongings back in my purse, I repeated myself for the hundredth time that I didnt take anything of which he clearly saw. I demanded an apology of which he kept yelling, Get out of my shop. Then, I think out of his embarrassment, he decided that I had been in the shop before and according to him, had taken polish then as well. So Im humiliated and embarrassed and on the verge of tears so I leave and wait for my daughter in my car. As if what he did to me wasnt bad enough, he tried convincing customers that he was right and that I stole from him after I left. Please keep in mind, there were customers in the shop that saw all of this happen. I have never in my life been treated like this . I was more than happy to prove to him that I was innocent and had he simply apologized, I would have been gracious and accepted. We will NEVER step foot in this establishment and I would strongly recommend that you dont either.

I love this salon. Nice 20 minute drive from Sacramento. Its amazingly clean, in fact each pedi spa has a single use sanitary cover, and they use a brand new file, buffer and scrubber for each person, they unpackage right in front of you. There is a great selection of polishes, and EVERYONE is so nice and Happy! It does get busy! I use Kayla, but am confident anyone would make you happy. The ambiance is relaxing, the massagers in the pedi chairs are great. Ive been 3 times and will continue to go. I have found my place!

Excellent experience. I’m from the east coast and my nails were in bad shape. I heard from my sister that TK Nails did wonderful mani’s, pedi’s, gel, etc... I had Mimi (22 years experience). She did a great job on my nails and waxed my eyebrows - shaping them perfectly! I highly recommend this salon!

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. They rushed through the mani and pedi in 20 minutes. They didn’t file or shape my nails. The paint looked as if it had grown out for two weeks when I left the shop. I immediately left and went somewhere for them to fix the horrendous job TK did.

I find their pedicure prices high on top of which they charge extra for services usually included such as buffing hardened skin on the feet.

Very bad customer service policy! If you have a your nails done here and they are done horribly bad, they will only let that person fix them!!!!! Absolutely not!!!!!!they have lost my business.
