SCAM! Paid $16 dollars and the touchless carwash does NOT WORK! Tried calling them and no answer.

Touch free wash doesnt work, good luck getting a refund. Try disputing with you card company when you cant get ahold of these guys

I paid for a car wash what I got was a sprinkle of water a few droplets of soap. The air dryer at the end put more water on my car then the car wash did. All for 16 bucks and no one to answer their phones when I called to get my money back. If I could have given it 0 stars I would.

ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER THEN THIS PLACE!!! Came here to clean and vacuum my car and there was only one working wash station along with no working vacuums! The one working wash station had a leaky hose that just gets you all wet and on top of that the options to wash dont do what they say. I wanted a high pressure rinse and I was getting a wax coat spraying instead. So now my car has wax all over it and no way to rinse it off with actual water. Literally if you need to wash your car, do it at home or anywhere else. Dont waste your time or money here like I did.

What a waste of money. Barely any soap and pressure is really weak!

Seems like jets are clogged or not spraying in some of the sequences like the pre soak.

Payed $13 for It sprinkle a little bit of water and soap😐 save yourself the money and go elsewhere.

Their automatic car wash barely gets your car clean. Go to Brown Bear.

Zero star .. I put $20 bill & the machine just gave me 3 quarter .. after light turn red ... I tried call to file complaints.. fasilty has no phone for listening complaints

I never use the automatic wash or the vacuum but the self wash part works not too bad as long as there is product. Ive gone quite a few times and I think they have only been out of wax twice and never out of soap. If you know what youre doing you can make your car look fine and get 2-3 washes out of $20.

I like the touch less wash. Does an undercarriage spray. That’s cool. Dryer isn’t any worse than Elephant

Do not go here. Paid 14 dollars and the machine stopped working after it soaped our car up. Our car was completely covered in soap so we had no choice but to pay to use the self service hose. Complete rip off. There was no phone number to be found to make a complaint or get our money back. Zero Stars.

I usually only use the touchless in Tacoma and like it. I never leave negative reviews but the touchless here left my truck looking worse. Didnt wash anything. These pictures are right after driving out

Terrible automatic wash. Seriously paid 14 bucks for premium and only went through cleaning and washing mode. The vacuum sucks car is completely soaked after I drive away. Will never come back, brown bear is 100 times better and so is the one in Covington near Fred Meyer.

I wish I can give no star for this place. No maintenance at all. Vacuum does nothing. Use your precious money at other places.

Machine does not dispense change, or give receipt. Seems to always be out of both. Car wash machine is not very good. Washes ok if you only have loose dirt, but rinse and dry dont work well. Leaves soap on the car so i have to use one of the booths to finish rinsing... wouldnt be so bad if the machine gave my change.

Only one of the self-serve stalls work no indication the Stalls are out of service auto wash stalls are out of service whats the point of even come to this place lost $3 in the machines trying to get them to work not happy at all now have extra tokens for nothing

Horrible!! Do not go here! Paid for $14 for a premium touch free carwash, they only washed & rinsed. Didnt do wax, and a couple other things. Stay away!

Rinsed worked... and the dryer, but no suds and soap. . . The wash stick just circled my car twice doing nothing at all.There’s no number to call to report this. So a waste of $11.

Gone there a couple of times in the past since the line seems to be shorter. Went there today and it took my $20, then said it was unable to distribute change. Did not do the wash promised (basically the works). If you looked at my car now you would not even know I went through a wash. Sad.

Never gives receipt cash or card doesnt wash so good wouldnt recommend it to no one cant even call anyone to complain

Vacuums take your money but not the dirt out of your carpets. Not kept very well. Waste of money. One star is too many but it does not let you give less.
