Normally, Ive had a decent experience here but today wasnt one of them. It would have been nice if the carwash attendee had told me to place my vehicle in neutral after guiding me to pull forward. (I did not want to put my vehicle in neutral until I was told to just like every other time Ive gone.) I could have rear ended the person in front of me and I could barely see out of my windshield and driver window because of all the soap suds. And the fact that he was laughing and had a smirk on his face was truly unprofessional.

The Car Wash Knocked Off The Plastic Between The Front & Back Window, The Guy Working Reattached It For Us. Great Vacuums. Rug Cleaner Could Be Upgraded Though.

Bubbles car wash $19.99 and they towel dry, vacuum, clean the windows & wipe down the dash and seats. I feel like I paid more to do my own work @ Goo Goo. Free vacuum is not free when you pay $21.00 to drive through what you can get a a gas station car wash. In the end my vehicle is clean. You get what you get.

Outstanding job doing full service. Interior and trunk really needed it. Fast in and out. Lots of very hard working young people. Restroom was spotless too.

Customer service was great, but I paid $39.95 for the works and my tires and wheels werent clean and I still had several spots on my car. I think they gave me the wrong wash because it barely did anything. It still looks dirty.

My husband lost his wallet a couple days ago at the self serve goo goo car wash in Auburn on Opelika Road. Its a dark brown leather one. If you found or know someone who did, wed like it returned. I dont even care if the cash is gone at this point. We just want it back as his dad bought him that wallet.

I had a full service car wash and they did a great job!

This wash has had a damaged spray nozzle for 3 weeks. The spray hits the top of vehicles with a high pressure solid stream instead of a fanned spray pattern and is very bad for clearcoat finishes. I have made 2 attendants aware of this nozzle needing to be repaired and both of them said that the owners have been told but refuse to spend money on repairs. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Had a very pleasant experience today (8/1/20 @ 4pm)! I went in and got the polymer pro. After, I noticed my car wasnt quite as clean as I expected (still had bird poo on it, and I got the upgraded wash). We called the manager over and he took EXCELLENT care of us! Very pleased with the customer service!! I only wish Id gotten the gentlemans name.

I have 39.99 dollars coming out of my card per month. Led to believe clean car 2xs a month inside and out. When I went today its only for the outside washed thru the machine and the inside cost an extra 15.00. I canceled it during my visit. Two more in the waiting room was done the same way. They had also cancelled theirs too. So I guess we all misunderstood. Took approx. 45 minutes to clean my car.

You will have to run your car through 4 times to get it washed.

Went through and got the $35 full service wash and the whole experience was amazing! The staff is super friendly up front, the quality of the exterior wash is always excellent, but the deep clean team is what really blew me away. I watched as they got into every little corner and they really took their time to do a great job. I’ve been through the detailing service here before and wasn’t that impressed. I’m glad I gave it another go today, because it was 1000x of an improvement from the last time I came.

They broke my front bumper and will not answer my calls or call me back when I leave a voice mail!

Usually, Ill go to Richs Car Wash, but today I decided to go through Goo Goo Car Wash. I wasnt happy with this visit, it didnt clean my Equinox good. Left dirt on the lower part of car and didnt clean the tire rims. What I paid here $15, at Richs the same price would have cleaned my Equinox.

The car wash seemed like its probably alright, but when I used it, I bought the top wash and went through. When I got out to vacuum I noticed there were soap suds COVERING the rear face of the vehicle and part of the rear quarter driver side. It was as if some rinse sprayers werent functioning, and maybe some blow dryers too. Who knows?I backed up to where an employee was standing and he kindly enough sprayed the bubbles off with a hose, but this defeats a lot of the point of the top car wash.Anyway, I bet its ok. We were passing through headed home. No biggie.

One of the better washes in town. I like the initial scrub before entering the wash, however the kids need to be more diligent about directing cars more accurately into the wheel rails.

Up until a few years ago Goo Goo was great, but then they replaced their employees with college kids and it all went down hill.A couple of years ago they broke the rear windshield wiper off my Tahoe. They replaced it, but it never worked again. My fault for not going back again. At least it wasnt dragging behind the car and who really uses their rear windshield wiper.I was there this past weekend and the brushes from the car wash left very noticeable damage to the hood. I wasnt asking for a new paint job but did want them to see if buffing it would minimize the obvious. I went there twice and was told that a manager would call me. Never happened. I went there a third time and was told (not by a manager) TOO BAD.I have one more car wash on my gift card. I wont be using it, cant afford the risk. Ill pass it on to an informed risk taker with an all ready damaged vehicle.

Ive always been pretty happy with goo goo but today my windows are absolutely filthyI paid $35 for my windows not to be touched my car wasnt that dirty to begin with a just need to be vacuumed really well and wipe down I dont think it got wiped down either.So I come home and have to beg my husband to clean my windows because I cant see out of them... Pretty much think theyre worse than what they were before I had my car cleaned.Got to tighten up

I wanted them to remove a stain and they knowingly didnt try to remove it and just left it right in the middle of the windshield. But well, they are fast and still way better than the gas station carwash

They stand behind their work. The few times that Ive had a problem with my car wash they have gone out of their way to make sure that I was happy. Thats a whole lot more than I can say for some of the other companies that I have dealt with here in Lee County.

My husband is addicted to this place. He purchased one of the frequent wash passes and has really been enjoying it. Our kids love to come here too, its so fun to watch and it smells so nice!

I purchased a complete car wash yesterday for $30. The outside was OK; however, they do not do a good job on rims. The inside was CLEANED (sic) in less than 10 minutes. After I left and got into the sun, I noticed most of the floor mats were still dirty; seats were not cleaned well; windows were murky. Although I have used Goo Goo in the past, this car cleaning was the worst.

I paid 15 bucks for the America’s Best wash. I went through in my Silverado. No blowers went off. I asked an employee why. He said I had rocks in the back of my truck. I had about 30 loose pea pebbles which had been there over the last year and I’ve been through this wash many times with them in there. My truck was very wet once exiting. He offered me towels to remedy the issue with no care as to potential water spot stains due to the sweltering Alabama sun. I think someone should have told me the blowers weren’t going to run. To top it off he told me “I’m not a dude and not hard of hearing” after I spoke loudly over the other blowers firing off for other customers. Sam is the “manager” and he was not helpful. Not apologetic once. Not customer service friendly. I’ll drive to the opelika road location in the future. He did give me a courtesy wash after I asked and pushed for it. I had to wait about another twenty min in line to get it.

I used to get great service at this car wash. But for about the past six months their customer service and performance has been seriously lacking. I have gone there repeatedly and have been unable to do the full-service wash because apparently it is down? I would not go there and get a car wash at all if the full service was down. Of course they do not inform you of this until you were stuck in the line and the option is not available on the screen. I actually asked one of the employees this time and they said the full service was down. After I got the car wash that I would not have paid for if I had known this as Im exiting the wash I look to the full service area and there are about 20 employees washing and drying and cleaning out vehicles. I do not know how 20 people can be a system that is apparently down. I called as soon as I left and spoke to someone who did not identify themselves and they confirmed that the system was down. This makes no sense to me. I did suggest that they put a sign out front that informs people that the full service system a.k.a. people are down or refusing to work or whatever the issue is. But they should let people know before they get stuck in the line that certain services are not available.

Good car wash, but sometimes they run a little low on the soap, and the auto rapid pass reader doesnt work sometimes.

The full service is often a bit slow! But they do a good job.

This place did not clean my car very well I got the 35 full service it was half done by a bunch of young kids that didnt care if it was done right. They didnt vacuum very well and never even open up the back to clean or vacuum in the truck area

Very poor carwash. The front of the car was not clean. All their car wash did was spray on water on the front. No scrubbing to remove bugs and dirt. You would be better off to wash your car yourself and save your time and money.

Ive been using Goo Goo for over 25 years. The reason Im giving this location 4 stars is that you have to know how to get a good job. The trick to getting a good job at this location is to go late in the day so the sun is shining into your front window when they clean it. Otherwise, they leave a swiped up mess more often than not.

These guys get 5 stars for turning a bad situation into a good customer experience. We paid for the Ultimate Wash, but the power went out while we were in the middle of the automatic wash - someone apparently ran into a power pole. They finished rinsing the car and gave it a hand dry for free, PLUS gave us a $30 gift card just got the trouble. I will go back!

Needed my car washed badly. Pollen and rain and more pollen. I always go to Goo Goo to wash my car. The mat cleaner is the best!

Prices are fair, and they do a good job even for a basic wash.

I love Goo Goo but recently something hasnt been right with the rinse or dry sections of this wash. The rinse leaves behind soap suds and hard water, which results in streaks and spots, and leaves the car looking more like it was hurriedly washed with a hose than cleaned at a quality tube wash. This wasnt always the case, so I think some adjustments need to be made to the wash program.

Dont open until 8am. Prices increase regularly. Full service is slower than previously and often closed due to being at capacity.

The full service option can be a good way to clean your car for a reasonable price, but DO NOT pay for it unless you have an hour to an hour and a half to wait. There are often only three or four people working during the day and full service can back up without a way to access your car.

They are extremely reliable and one of my favorite car washes to go too, never failed me!

This was the first time I’ve done the full service in over a year and the wait time, attention to detail, and customer service left me estatic and impressed. As a messy, college student who spills fries in between seats and leaves soda cans to explode, i knew the staff was up for a challenge! BUT not only did they meet my expectations they truly surpassed them!! I will definitely continue to use this car wash and tell all my friends — 10/10 would recommend.
