Every time I leave that car wash my car is still filthy. So I bought the $39 monthly pass thinking it would be better since its the best wash available and the girl even said they brush your car more. The boy only brushed my windshield and my trunk. And when I got home I noticed some white solution all over my bumper That wouldn’t wipe off

Got my vehicle washed there today, several areas still dirty due to employee negligence. The employees didnt even brushed my car before it went into the automatic washer. My issue was that it wasnt even that busy; the employees were more concerned with their own car; working on something in the engine bay, bass testing their speakers; showing off their exhaust. Very poorly managed business. I will try Richs next time.

The attendant made no effort to brush the front or back of the car. There was no soap coming out during the car wash, just water. When I asked about it the attendant insisted there was soap. He said they don’t use the brush before a wash on cars unless you pay for the more expensive wash. I could have sprayed my car with a hose at home and saved my hard earned money. I will not return to this business.

Ive been to this location a few times over the past year and I must say that this place is OK at best. Expect to have a few dirty spots remaining after a wash (my girlfriend has similar problems and she drives a smaller vehicle). The prices are steep for a one-time wash but they do offer monthly subscriptions.

I am traveling for business and wanted a car wash and particularly bugs cleaned off the front end, windshield and side mirrors. After paying I pulled up and was told you dont use a brush on the $8 wash. I asked when that changed and the attendant said maybe a couple months ago. He argued with me for 3 minutes rather than simply brushing off the bugs which takes a minute, two tops. I asked to speak with the manager and he told me he was the manager to which i am not convinced. The wash did not do a very good job and one of the vacuum hoses comes off the end when you try to vacuum. Ive tried calling while sitting here and no one answers the phone. I am in Auburn periodically and have not had an issue in the past. Dont really like the treatment I received and questioning why you have earned my business. If someone wants to speak to me I am happy to provide a name but wont publically shame him. Well see if I come back.

Wish I could give zero. Wash was trash, vacuums were trash and didn’t pickup anything, and staff seemed as if they’d rather not be at work. Was told by staff that refunds could not be given.

Bob and i drove through here in his white Honda hybrid and the wash was not very good. Because it missed the whole bottom half of the car.

I said I wanted to cancel my membership for March, and they said everything has been canceled. But this morning I got charged a membership fee. And they would not answer the phone. Plus the entire washing sequence turned out to be not so effective as some parts of my car is still dirty after the wash.

The only problem I have with Goo Goo is I always get the tire shine and my tires always look the same every time I go. My tires never shine.

....staff is very helpful but, the reading system for members has not worked correctly. It will not read tag in windshield. Very time consuming

Went though because its close to work keep in mind I was may car weekly but my wheels were still dirty and the tire shine was very heavy on 3 tires and 1 that only got half a tire after drive .2 of a mile to my job I had tire shine all over my car I dont recommen this car wash go to Richs never have an issue there and the service is great.

Went for a simple car wash and to use the vacuums. Ended up getting a free deluxe wash cause my car was still dirty.

The attendants treat law enforcement vehicles with better prepping . I actually pay for my services and I really dont appreciate that,this isnt the first time I noticed. I did let the attendants know my feelings in the matter.

This wash did not clean my car. I could take my thumb and rub the dirt off afterwards. So apparently it didnt even tough the sides. 21.00 for nothing.

A while back I got extremely upset with this location because a small Stylus, which I valued greatly, I accidentally vacuumed up and the Staff was unable to Recover it... 😤But todays Staff was able to Retrieve my small plastic 🐕. I value greatly the competence displayed. Ill spare you the story about why it has value to me. Accidents happen: But with Employees that are Educated on their equipment, a solution can sometimes be quickly found. 😃

Employees didn’t even spray my car with the power washer, left my Car still dirty. Also, the wash left big wax marks on my door. Every other vacuum works. Will not return to this car wash.

It does not clean your car good at all.

New changes are not good for selections. They need to put the old ones back into effect

Good place to wash, Ample parking.Me and my wife visited this place with our daughter. We liked this place very much. It is clean and well maintained.Price is bit high though, but overall above averages, not extraordinary.I would recommend to check opening and closing time before you visit.

To start the attendants were cursing so loudly I could hear them over the noise of the machines with my windows closed. They were more into their conversation than they were with actually doing their job. I purchased the deluxe wash ( which is one of the more expensive washes) my vehicle not only still had dirt on it but it also had soap everywhere! I had to wash all four rims and the entire roof and rinse off all the remaining soap! I will never go back and will wash it myself from now on ..... For a lot less money!!

Cameron and Mark did a fantastic job! Great communication and customer service. I am very impressed! If I worked for corporate I would move these guys up the ladder in the near future.

The service was great, but the equipment is sho wet ing its age. Some of it could use an update so it will be easier on a paint job.

Great price was in and out in 10 minutes but in that time I was able to vaccum my whole car, run my floor mats through the floor mat cleaner to look almost brand new, and they provided spray to squeaky clean my windshields. It was worth the price.

The thing that rubs against the car damaged my rear bumper. When I talked to the manager, he called me a liar.

The car wash service is a great deal for the price! But the paper towels they offer for post-wash window cleaning leave soooo much paper residue on the car. Maybe bring your own microfiber towel.

Does a much better job than touch free car washes. Cleans the wheels good too, if you get that option. A couple of guys hand brush the front and windshield to help get all the bugs off too.

Staff is great, I love the scent hanger they give. Machine does a good job and vacuums at the end are strong.

Its got the coolest express wash. And it works because they have employees that start the wash by doing the herd to get spots cleaning then you pull onto this belt track with one tire and put the vehicle in neutral, let go of them steering wheel and sit back in your seat and let the machine do they rest as it pulls you through the wash and then pushes you out till the light turns green for you to grab the wheel and put the vehicle in drive and the rest is up to you!

Nice place to get a quick, decent car wash. Free vacuum. If you have a dirty car and 3 minutes to spare, I highly recommend them. Especially when we have drought-related water restrictions!

Its was pretty nice having the people to help you get through the car wash. It had a working floor mat cleaner. (That was a plus to me.) And had window cleaner and paper towels.

I take my car here A LOT. I love the automated car wash but the free vacuum for as long as I need it is truly a blessing. I have kids and it takes so long to vacuum my car! There I have plenty of time to do it right.

I had never been to a GooGoo, but now Im hooked. The price seemed steep, and I was skeptical about the quality of wash I would receive, but my car was so dirty, and the wash got it so clean. The vacuums are nice, and there is plenty of room for everyone, even on crowded days.

Kudos to Jordan, the attendant, who helped me out with some tough stains on my cars roof. Excellent customer service!

Great place to get a carwash and vacuum. My truck wasnt washed good so the guy gave me a free wash to come back the next day because they were closing. I came back I got rained upon lol. I didnt get to vacuum. Nice young men though. The vacuuming is what I wanted the most 😂😂😂😂😂!!!!

I had never been to a GOO-GOO Express Wash but was told that they where great, so I went about a month ago. My car was dirty and really just needed to be vacuumed out. I went through the wash and it did not do a great job cleaning it and then I went to vacuum it out and the vacuums I pulled up to didnt work so I pulled into another spot and they had the power of about half of what one needs to do its job. Overall it was not a good experience because my car didnt get vacuumed and wasnt very clean on the outside.

Awesome facility and Team they just opened up while they were closing so I can get my wifes car washed and even turned the vacuums back on will continue to come here at least three or four times a month.
