My car shins for weeks. Love it

Auto wash has been a wonderful experience. The customer service representatives are outstanding. The owner is a wonderful man. The service provided is excellent and the wash of my vehicle is top notch, it comes out of that wash every time shining. I am very thankful for the delegance of the staff at auto wash for doing such a wonderful job.

I dropped off a food delivery to one of the staff there and they gave me a free car wash! Extremely satisfied with the wash. Im currently a monthly member at k&s but Im thinking of changing now....

Love auto wash... in top of a free vacuume which helps when you have 7 kids, the customer service is amazing. Spoke with Damien for a few and on top of professional he was personable which makes my experience much better.

Didnt speak once. Definitely not friendly. And my car would have looked cleaner if my kids cleaned it and they are 3 and 4. Never again. What a joke.

Best automated car wash Ive been to. Prices are reasonable and the wash is fast. It is probably the best car wash in the area. The under-carriage (bottom of vehicle) cleaning option does a really good job at getting the New York salt and road debris off. They even have free vacuums!

I love this place,depending on who is working. Jacob is awesome. Young new kids need a few good lessons on how to line up someones tires.

Its awesome never had an issue running through the car wash like K&S. My car goes in with no problem and comes out perfectly the same with out any damages. I rather go to them than K&S.

HONEST CAR WASH REVIEWI decided to get the car wash membership this past Summer 2020. Before that I would spend the money to get my car washed each time twice a month. If you think about it in terms of money it is more expensive to wash your car by paying each time you go than it is with a membership. If you wash your car once a month maybe no membership is a smart idea but if you wash it more than that GET A MEMBERSHIP. You save money and dont have to wait a few minutes to do the payment process. And you will go more often to the car wash and it is WORTH it. CNY winters see so much salt and that is not good on the exterior of our vehicles. With the membership you are saving yourself time and money with costly repairs from rust, etc down the road. Just knock on the door by the payment area and say u want a membership if no one is out. They will walk your through the process and different options, or look up their prices on their website.And now onto the car wash itself. You pull in and they center your tire so dont feel nervous, you are not on your own. They will tell you what to do and when to go into neutral. From their the staff will manually hose down your car and make sure it looks satisfactory before sending you through the rest of the wash. During the automatic wash part there are several different tools that clean your car. Near the end there is a giant dryer roller that will dry your car. Once you get near the end a blinking green light with GO will tell you to shift into drive and boom you are all done. You have the option to go vacuum your car for free and dry it as needed in certain hard to reach areas the car wash cant reach (driver mirrors, etc)BOTTOM LINE5/5I would recommend to family and friends, and I will continue to come here to get my car washed. I have the 20.00 monthly car wash. Free vacuums are great but after your car is washed there are streaks of soap that stays on your car.

Pretty nice car wash. Vacuums are free. I like that it does a good job and the price is already including tax. I dont like that the only option is pay for a single wash or a full monthly membership. Would be nice if there were deals for a set number of washes. Anyone who can do math and washes their car a normal amount wouldnt get the membership.

Got a monthly membership, the people are nice and the wash looks great plus they have free vacuums so thats a huge plus too

Best prices in town. Their employees are super nice. I had an issue once and they fixed it immediately. You can’t beat $20 a month for unlimited washes! That’s cheaper than 2 washes per month anywhere else! Plus, free vacuuming! Only thing is the wash always turns my mirrors in. Wish that could be adjusted! I’m also hoping maybe one day they’ll expand and have detailing.

I havent been to the k&s on north street in about 2 years...the last few times I went the car wasnt as clean as Id hoped. Well this one they just out up on the west end seems to work 100x better. This place is fantastic! I stopped for the first time, to quickly vacuum my vehicle between appointments. I was very pleased with how clean the car wash looks and also the FREE Vacuuming! The staff is very approachable and helpful. My battery died during the time I was cleaning my car and when I approached the staff to help me jump my car, they did with no hesitation. Ryan, the Manager, provides excellent customer service and has outstanding leadership skills. He took the time to drive home, get a set of jumper cables and then proceeded to jump my car for me. He educated me on how to jump my own car, and also what to do following to prevent this from happening. Very helpful. I liked the page on Facebook a few days later, and he reached out to me to see how my car was, and if I were still having trouble with it. What sets this car wash apart from just an ordinary car wash is the personalized customer service. Ryan went above and beyond to assist a customer non-related to his job task. I am very pleased with this car wash and will be back. Definitely is the best car wash in Auburn, NY!

I went there on July 16 with a filthy car, covered in bugs from my trip out west. They have huge bugs in the west. We went to California and back. I went to two car washes while touring and never touched those bugs. Went to Auto Wash 4 and mentioned the bugs to the two polite men working, which they already noticed, they probably thought I never washed my vehicle. One trip through the wash and not a bug remained. Great car wash for sure. I am now their newest customer plus they have free vacuuming available. Thank you.

I frequent the Auburn location to get my car washed. The facility is top of the line and all of the staff go out of their way and are very kind. They make sure your happy and they greet you with a smile. I think a lot of this is because of Ryan. He is a professional from start to finish and under his management, he has created a family type atmosphere to everyone that pulls in.

Great new build car wash. Professional staff. Very well equipped with free vacuums and automated point of sale (POS) kiosks. Cant beat the unlimited washes especially with the added value of multiple locations in Western NY that honor the same unlimited wash program.

Had to cancel my membership June 4th due to paint damage on my car. Had before and after pictures, time-stamped, on my phone. Complaint was filed, but the manager told me they wont do anything. If you have a new vehicle, dont go here. Find someplace with a touch less was system.

Never had any issues with them at all. Even got a couple months free from referrals. Only reason I cancelled my membership is because I moved up north.

I believe theyve improved their soap because it seems to be doing a better job now. My wife loves the location of the Auburn place, she hits it all the time going up Grant Ave, so we get our moneys worth.

Quick, clean and reasonably priced. Dont be afraid of a line, I had atleast 7 cars in front of me and was in and out in just a few extra minutes. Very impressive! Employees always do a quality pre-spray no matter how busy. Just wish the wash could accommodate truck mirrors without folding them in, still more than worth it.

I have an older SUV, I recently tried the car wash for the first, and certainly, LAST time.While going through the drying part, it ripped off my rear wiper blade, and severely bent the wiper arm.I got a call, the next day, from the manager, apologizing for the damage to my car. He said that they will pay for the replacement wiper, and guaranteed that it would not happen again.In spite of my problem, it is the fastest and best wash my car has ever gotten.
