So to make a long story short I have a puppy German Shepherd..... Yes DOG HAIR EVERYWHERE... and now its ALL GONE😁. Super professional and knowledgeable! We will be back! I wish I had before and after photos....

I went in to get my engine cleaned up and the guy who owns the shop was extremely friendly and knew what he was doing. While he was working on my car we talked and had some great convos. I asked him about my windshield as well because it was dirty as hell and had stuff on it that would just not go away. He immediately told me maybe a quick buff would fix it...and it did! I asked how much I owed him for everything and he said nothing! I was shook! I said no way I have to give u something...he insisted and said no worries ur good; have a good rest of ur weekend and enjoy the sun. Honestly the best service Ive ever had from anyplace hands down. I will be coming back for anything my car needs. Great detailing and even better service! I would give him a million stars if I could.

Bought a 2019 Ram 1500 crew cab 3 weeks ago with cloth seats. Scheduled it for an interior cleaning, due to a few stains on the passenger seat, and seat protectant front and back. Dropped the truck off the night before. The next morning Keith messaged me that the interior was in great condition, since the truck was still fresh from the dealership, and did not need a shampoo. He cleaned the stains and did the seat protectant...and did a great job.I expected to pay full price since I had scheduled an interior clean that was not needed and Keith could have had another paying customer during my time schedule. I was surprised when Keith only charged me for the stain removal and seat protectant. I even tried to pay him more for his time but he would not accept it. That is true customer service and I will be returning for all exterior detailing in the future.

I had my adult daughters car detailed as a Christmas present. She loves that car and spent quite a bit of money to keep it up mechanically. We were all impressed with the quality of the detail work and the reasonable price. The 15-year old car looks like new, inside and out. My daughter was especially pleased. I think Details On the Go will be getting additional work from our family.

Great job and well worth the price. My pick-up was an absolute mess. 3 years as work and play vehicle since it was last detailed. When I got it back everything looked like I just bought it off the lot.

Had an appt. to get my truck detailed on my only day off. I arrived a few minutes early and waited patiently. When our specified appt. time arrived and Keith had not arrived I sent him an email (the way we had been communicating prior to today) and got no response. A few minutes later I called Keith and nobody answered the phone. At this point I decided to leave and go home (21 miles back to Puyallup). When I finally did hear from Keith (via telephone) he wanted to argue about how late he was, I said 10 minutes and he did not agree (does it matter? Late is late). He would have been much better off apologizing immediately. I would not recommend this business and will never book another appt. with them again.

He was very professional and the appointment was right on time. He was quick and efficient. Great work for great price! Highly recommend.

Needed to sell my mother in laws van and with his service, it sold in two days at asking price. Amazing job and keeping his card to do all my other vehicles.

I spilled a smoothie in my car and he came in on a Saturday morning to clean it for me. Super fast and a he did a really good job!

Be warned. Keith has done a good job detailing my vehicle, however, this last time he returned it with damage. He refuses to accept responsibility for the damage or discuss repairing it.Youre options will be live with the damage, pay for repairs yourself, or take him to court- which is where we are heading.
