They ducked royal! I figured my money is just as good as everyone elses. They looked at me and my friend like we had 2 heads. And didnt even talk or give us the time of day! Not going back.

Ive gone to The Barber Shop in Auburn since the early 1980s and always got an excellent haircut. Took my boys there as well until they were grown. Best to call ahead for an appointment so you dont have to wait indoors for an opening. Thank you Crystal and Sheri !

They where great. I was from out of state and needed a quick cut. They said they like to have appointments, but we will squeeze you in. They where very friendly. If I ever come back and need a cut I will go back to them.

My name is Michael Fisher and have been a faithful customer of The Barber Shop in Auburn WA. for 5 or 6 years. Crystal and crew have provided excellent customer service over the years. The warm shaving cream neck shave is the tie breaker along with the after the cut vacuum. There is no itch after and that makes all the difference. One of the last true barbers left.

First time in there but I will be back. Crystal and Sheri are real nice and very safety conscious during this pandemic. It is hard to find a shop anymore that can do a great flattop, but Sheri is a master. She worked with me to get it just how I like it.

Three great barbers that give fantastic haircuts! I would give them six stars if they could fix my expanding bald spot ;-) I tried other barbers after moving to Kent 4 years ago but couldnt find anywhere that l liked as well - they are well worth my 6 mile drive.

The lightest touch ever, wisping through my hair expertly, light conversation in a well lit, clean, comfortable classic car environment. Next thing I knew I was looking sharp, professional, and 10 years younger. Wonderful, real people who care. Magic how well they treat children. Ill keep coming back.

I went there for my second visit yesterday. The staff was as friendly and professional as my first time there. Sheri cut my hair just as I had asked her, but when she had finished; I realized that I had told her the wrong clipper number. She offered to cut it shorter, but being short on time due to family coming into town, I told her it was fine. I had time to kill this morning so I stopped by to ask her if she had time to cut my hair again, and she did so with a smile without hesitation. She would not accept a payment from me, even though it was totally my fault. Its customer service like that that makes for loyal customers. This will now be my barber shop for life; not only for the perfect haircut, but for Sheris way of treating her customers.
