My daughter recommended this location. So I thought I would try it. I just walked in the door at 5:20pm. There were 2 stylists and each one had a client they were with. The one closest to the door looked up at me. I told her I wanted a trim. She then said we are very busy right now. I asked where the customers were hiding. She was rude and she made it quite clear that she did not want my business. On my way back out I said “I can guarantee I will not be back”

I asked for a simple haircut, short in the back long in the front with bangs. I wear glasses and can not see 2inches in front of me without them. I did not realize what the stylist had done until after the cut was finished on how short and distorted from the original cut I wanted. I was given an extremely short bob cut, that was uneven, she used clippers on my neck and left peach fuzz that was extremely noticeable. I had to ask her several times to even out the two sides and even told her that was not what I wanted, she was like a deeper in headlights not comprehending my frustration with the service. And then produced to charge me full price (23.00dollars) for a completely different cut that I did not want and that does not compliment my facial features

Took my daughter to get her hair and bangs trimmed. I almost cried. One lady working on her butchered my little girls hair and bangs, it was such a straight forward haircut. I asked for a different lady to take over because it was so bad. She tried to remedy the hair cut but of course it turned out so short. Absolutely ridiculous! The worst experience I have ever encountered in my life. I asked why she didn’t ask me on length, why she didn’t communicate her decisions that she made against my wishes and she said absolutely nothing. I will not return.

Me and my mom went in here a week back or so to get our hair cut layered and facial framing and the lady told my mother to her face that she was to old for what she asked for! And the lady who cut my hair didnt even give me layers or facial framing! I will not be back and will not recommend to anyone.

You can pretty much guarantee you will get a good cut from anyone here

I asked for a fade on one side, i got a straight buzz instead. i wanted the rest of my hair to be cut evenly, she gave me the most ugliest layers ive ever seen. i ended up going to a different place right after and they unfortunately could only fix so much of the mess this lady did.

I will never return, I asked for a trim specific about 3 and they took 7!!! Apparently nobody there speaks English? Im Asian and Im finding that ridiculous... if I wanted a boy cut I would have asked for it, visit at your own risk

Communicate clearly with your stylist. When they give you the mirror, double check. (this is the perfect time to make any adjustments, if needed) Just remember, hair grows back. With the Covid-19 lingering in the background, tension seems to be everywhere. Enjoy the haircut and the conversations that may or may not happen. We are all trying to cling to some kind of normalcy. I wanted to make myself feel better with the quarantine and everything only to leave crying and wanting to wear a beenie. I will not return and will absolutely never recommend anyone to go there. They just cut and cut and cut and used the tooth type scissors all over my head leaving empty crazy looking spots all over the place. They arent worth a hill of beans. Go some where else quickly.

Stylist was unprofessional, didn’t listen to anything I said, and left with a lopsided haircut that I had to get fixed elsewhere.

Got in right away after calling ahead (recommended). I requested trim on top and short on sides/blend.Stylist took my vague request and made it look better then i could have hoped for.She did great job.She was friendly/ social and a pleasure to deal with.Waiting area,chairs, floor all looked recently cleaned.One of the best Supercuts ive ever been to.(my stylist was in the first chair,directly behind front desk/registar.Dont remember her name.Make sure to tip her well ;)

If I could give zero stars I would! I showed the stylist, I think she is the owner, a picture of what i wanted and we talked about length. Did not shampoo me. Im lucky that I didnt walk out with a Pixie haircut. It was way to short and uneven. She attacked my hair in the back with texture shears and I have a hunk of missing hair 1/2 wide and 2 long. I paid Veronica at Third Dimension $36 to fix what she did to me. RUN

The ladies there do not listen at all and basically cut your hair how they want. Also ruined my wifes bangs right before our wedding.

Sometimes you get what you ask for, sometimes you dont. Be sure to convey clearly and in FULL DETAIL what you want, and (NOT OR) if you can, bring a picture of the style you have in mind. And even then... Good luck.

Very nice ladies work here. They got my little one in fast and were super friendly. His haircut was great 😍 the only bummer is $21 for a 5 year olds haircut. It wasnt even shampooed! Not sure if Ill go back for that price, his hair grows sooooo fast!

Ive given this location more than just one try and my results have been unsatisfying. I almost never get what I want and the costumer service can be a lot better. Honestly if you want something fast and easy this place wouldnt be that bad I guess however if you are looking for something specific and its really important to you that you get exactly as you ask for then Id go somewhere else. Your chances/probability to get what you are looking for at this location are very slim and if for whatever reason you try it out and are satisfied then be extremely grateful because chances are that your next visit might not be as satisfying as your first.

I have been trying to grow out my hair forever and all I wanted done was to thin it out - the lady thinned it out so much she shortened the back of my hair, but left my front strands of hair untouched?? Im am still trying to grow out this mess and Im furious!!!!!!

You are greeted when you walk in by one of the stylists. The business is clean and well stocked. Services are many. Prices are a little high but the quality is never an issue.

Went for a trim. The stylist just sprayed my hair with some water, cut an inch and a half off and dried it until it was damp. I was in the chair less than 15 minutes. 25.00 for this. Funny because their website says 21.00 for shampoo and cut. 16.00 for just a cut. I have long hair but wasnt doing layers or anything fancy, just a simple trim. I didnt get it washed (not by my choice). She barely dried it either so not sure why I was charged more than the price of doing more but given less... Hmmm...This is now my haircut 😢😣

I finally got the time to update on this review after I gave it a week or so to rate my cut. This place is way more expensive than some of the other salons. They boasted about the hot towel treatment which I never did received. The cut was horrible. I was under the impression that since the stylist took her time to cut my hair, it would have been much better. will not go back there again. I would recommend Hair Masters at the collection outlet. Goin there today to get my hair fixed after this place ruined it.

Did not have a good experience. I have been there several times, but the last two times, my stylist would not listen to what I had to say. She was in a big hurry and one side is longer then the other. She would not fix because of being in a hurry. WILL NOT RETURN. DO NOT GO THERE.

Super Cuts should be called Super BAD Cuts. You ask the ladies to cut your hair a certain way and they do a complete opposite! I told the lady My son wanted to leave the top long, but the lady cut it completely off!!! As for my husband the gal didnt fade his hair the way he wanted, looked like an amateur did the cut.Never ever coming back here again!

Got my hair washed and curled, I’m pretty sure my “stylist” never even learned how. Literally picked up the curling iron and had a face of fear. She put all her body weight down on the iron while clipped on my hair. I really should not have paid for my service. Never again.

Got a subpar haircut one time, not terrible but pretty bad. The lady that gave it to me was very nice and friendly at least. Decided to give it a second try as it is the closet salon to me and figured it wasnt fair to judge on one experience. Second visit was absolutely terrible. This lady was very rude. She spent a max of 4 minutes on my cut, 2 of which was spent asking Done? Good? Enough? In addition to continually shoving my head in every direction, sighing every few moments, and generally not paying attention as she was snipping away. Walked away with possibly one of the worst haircuts I have ever had and a one of the worst experiences in a salon I have ever had.Definitely not coming back. Definitely recommend you to stay away from here if you want to be treated nicely and/or get a decent looking do.

Prices are super high for kids. Charged me $54 for 3 boys under 6. Im not sure if thats reasonable.

The worst haircut experience I have ever had, hands down. Im furious thinking about it. I cant believe I paid for it, still debating if I should go back and demand a refund. One half looks completely shorter than the other and the stylist kept talking over me when I tried to tell her what to fix. I try to make it look like picture! You said thats what you wanted! No, I did not want to look like 2 Face. Before I could make up my mind if I wanted her to fix it, she started kicking me out of the chair. Zero for customer service and styling. Pathetic.

I am so pleased with the cut,highlights and hair color I received from Tee and I cant thank her enough. My hair has been over processed,dry and damaged for years since I have always done it at home. In past, went to other salons to see about getting it colored or highlighted by a professional to only be told they would cut it only.I decided that for Mothers Day this year I would treat myself if I could find a hairdresser that would take the challenge and Tee did.She recommended products that I should use,explained the highlight and color process she wanted to do and said she was going to make me beautiful.At work today I received ALOT of compliments and my boyfriend LOVES it.Thank You Supercuts for your polite staff and having Tee as one of your stylist.I WILL be back for touch ups and I guarantee I wont be doing it at home.

This is a mixed review. I have been seeing Nick for the past few months. I always call the day I need to come in and get an appt set a few hours beforehand. Nick is great! Today, 9/3/18, Nick wasnt working. I set an appt with someone else. When I got there I was told they dont make appts. That there was someone ahead of me. I make appts because I have a busy schedule and dont have time to sit and wait .Nick, sorry but the women working there today lost you a customer.

I have always had great service and I have had my hair cut and colored there many times. One tip: Be specific about what you want.

When you’re answering the phone to make appointments for somebody you should be able to speak English very much but you can ask the customer what they want understand what they’re telling you what they want and people to tell them what you don’t offer instead of wasting time to sit and wait for an appointment just to be told that what you asked for they don’t actually do

Got butchered by so called licensed . She .is either incompetent or mental. BEWARE!! stylist at chair to right of cash register. I got a refund, but should sue for damages. Have near bald spot and went from hair to braline to 1 inch all over head.

I only let the manager cut my hair since she seems to be the only one who knows what a fade is, but others are pretty okay. My first time that I went here, one didnt bother to ask me what type of haircut I wanted so she decided shaved my head...I learned my lesson to always talk first before getting a haricut. There is one lady here who is highly rude, but I dont see her often (Youll notice if she is there. It is very obvious. She might even have been fired already) .
