Recently moved to the area and I googled this place and went there testing it out.. and it was amazing!! They have different promotions so if you pay for 5 sessions of eyebrow and lip threading/waxing it comes out to be a super reasonable price (more than it already is!)I ended up also getting the 5 bikini waxes for $130 special (price might change by the time you read this, so call and ask, if its something you are interested in). And to be honest, i dont dread going to get a bikini wax anymore. Shes so efficient, and very caring- making it the less painful experience Ive ever had!! Definitely 💯 recommend!

Waxing just not for me.. only one person in there at the time she was so nice and persistent.. if it hurts it hurts it DNT get no better n she sd it would.. I was told one price for Hanna tattoo and she actually charged me more. Esp w out telling me the price would be diff.. just be upfront w clients if and when prices change so if ppl on a budget merchant and client are not upset.

To give my honest opinion the wax that I received was not usual, although the customer service was decent. The position of the table did not allow for a good wax, making it uncomfortable for me and the lady preforming the service. My wax felt aggressive and after the whole process, I was still left with hairs. I am someone who gets a wax monthly so experiencing that level of pain was alarming to me. The placement of the room was uncomfortable, exposing me to the customers right outside the wax room. As mentioned the customer service was decent, I feel like some changes could be made.Two week update- I have bumps everywhere I was waxed.

I love going to get my lip & eyebrows threaded by Noreen. She’s the best!. I first met her about 7 years ago and I have been with her ever since. No one else is touching these brows😊

LADIESI’ve been trying out Groupons for multiple wax places in Atlanta. From hole in the walls to fancy shmancy ones in search of the best wax place for me. I FOUND IT. Noureen was gentle, professional, and quick. Come give them a chance, DONT BUY THE GROUPON THEY WILL PRICE MATCH. Besides, Groupon takes a huge percentage of the sale from businesses like this. I have been coming to this salon for more than a year. Noureen does my eyebrows. She does a great job. I definitely recommend her services.

DO NOT GO HERE. She will over charge you or not charge you the agreed upon price. Even when you confront her about it, she will just to make up some reason and calculations that are complete bullsh*t!! She tried to charge me DOUBLE the price we agreed upon. She will tell you one thing just to get you to get the service, I even told her back what she was saying to clarify, and when you get to the register, she will try to charge you more!! On top of that, she was TOO ROUGH and still left patches or hair! DO NOT GO HERE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I made a 10am appointment here for services 3 weeks in advance to ensure everything was set for my wedding week. I waited outside the business for 15 minutes (until 10:15am). Knocked on the door. Trying calling the business. No one showed up and the place was dark so I finally called around to other places and went to the first one that could take me. After waiting 20 minutes, I went elsewhere. I don’t recommend this place if you want timely services that are reliable. I’m glad and so lucky I found another place nearby with decent regular prices I was able t go to.

It was my first time and I was terrified. I prepared my mind for significant pain, but I was pleasantly surprised! She was highly professional and informative, as well as gentle and efficient! I highly recommend Noureen. Not one scream escaped my lips. No worse than an eyebrow thread.... very impressed!

Today I had a brazilian wax and it was a great experience. Noreen was awesome! I arrived early and she was able to start early. She was precise, as gentle as possible and quick! I was so impressed with the service that I also got my brows threaded. They look great. I highly recommend Embrace. I will definitely return in the future!

Ive been twice. My skin is on fire and I have burns on my skin. I had to put ice down there. I dont know what the issue is. Ive gotten waxed millions of times and never experienced this. This waxing salon just may be too harsh for some peoples skin. Customer service isnt bad though. Im going on vacation in 2 days and will be wearing a bathing suit. My whole bikini line is red and has burns.

Worst Brazilian waxing experience. I’ve gotten plenty of waxes before and this was the worst. The lady couldn’t have known what she was doing and was practicing on customers. She was not removing the wax strip properly causing excruciating pain I’ve never experienced from a Brazilian wax. I literally screamed and demanded her to stop. I was willing to walk out with the wax still on my body. If I’m willing to leave with no idea how I would get the wax off at home, then you know it was seriously a terrible experience. Another lady had to come finish the job, which I believe was the owner. Then has the nerve to still charge me full price. I was so disturbed, in pain and upset that I didn’t debate paying full price. I was given a coupon for my next visit but I will NEEEEVVVER IN MY LIFE go there again.

Today was my first time going to get waxed at this salon and it was a great experience. Noureen was very sweet and did a great job with my wax. I also like the aloe and rain water she used which soothed the area. I will definitely return.

Noureen was kind but I did find it extremely weird that she was in the room watching and waiting for me to undress (I know for service purposes). Normally the aesthetician will leave the room and then knock to see if you are ready, that way you have time to freshen up if needed. It just made me slightly uncomfortable but other than that the experience was fine.

I had my eyebrows threaded for the first time and I am very pleased with the results! The staff was extremely kind and provided a great service at a great price! I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience during my last trip to Embrace Wax and Threading! I received waxing service from Maz. She was so great it was almost painless! Would definitely recommend getting a wax from Maz.

Worst wax I’ve ever received. I got a full body wax and all of my hairs broke off instead of being pulled out, they don’t use baby powder which is incredibly uncomfortable and made me so sticky. After I went home I had to spend a lot of time plusking all the hairs that were missed and broken. I’ve never had this experience at other salons.It’s such a shame bc the ladies are so kind and courteous, I really would want to go back it was just such a bad job.
