I’ve been going here for years. Alvira is the only person I let do my eyebrows and Brazilian. She consistently gives me perfect eyebrows every time. Brazilians are never fun but she’s quick and makes it as painless as possible. She’s also very kind and professional!

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now and today was by far the worst service I’ve been given. The person was not gentle at all. She was pushing my head and hand aggressively as if I wasn’t human. I tried to cover my eye lash extensions because the thread was digging deep into my lashes. She commanded that nothing was touching them and I told her that she was. Overall, very rude. Ruby was the best threader before the pandemic hit and now she’s gone. It’s not even worth stepping foot in there.

I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted, the women who was going to do them asked if I ever had my eyebrows tinted before and I said yes but not at this location. She then told me she would not be able to use the tinting dye on me due to not know how my skin would react… so how do you tint anyone’s eyebrows at that location then because when it first opened I’m sure you were not turning people away.

The ladies here are professional, pleasant and really good at what they do. I thread my face and get my brazilians here. And they’re reasonably priced. Plus the place is really clean.

If you are looking for. Great space to get a wax this is the place to go. Priya is my go to lady. She is the sweetest person and she is maculate and fast. It’s not painful experience at all. And she always has a smile on her face. I’m here once a month. You will never want to shave or use home wax again. I def recommend anyone to check them out.

I had been searching all over Atlanta for a good brow location. While the specialize in threading, they wax just as good. The ladies are nice and care about customer satisfaction.

My wax was extremely rough and she blamed it on my tolerance. Ive gotten brazilian waxes for a year straight and she was so rough it felt worse than my first wax.

This was my first visit and I will be back. Very clean and relaxing environment. Brought a birthday party for henna tattoos and they were done fast and very creatively.

Finally found a threading place that works!!! For a Indian girl that’s a dream come true. I really love all the staff there, they are really professional and have been very safe during this pandemic. This has been my eyebrow spot for a couple of years now— even though I moved far away I still make the drive over! Quick, courteous, and affordable... plus I get compliments on my finished brows all of the time.

I come here for threading, and Priya is absolutely amazing. She’s skillful and is able to work both quickly and meticulously. Wonderful value and quality overall!

Friendly staff & great prices. I used to go out of my way to get waxed here. They are always kind and polite and go the extra mile to Mel you feel like a valued patron. I only ever had one incident here and they took care of it with no problem. Best prices around.

I came in to receive a full body wax (half leg,brazilian, and under arm). The price outside clearly says $60 for a full body wax however once I took my clothing off I was told it would be $80, not $60 like how they’re advertising. I went ahead and let her wax me anyways I mean I was already undressed. The process did go by fast and was not very painful. After the session was done I was a bit disturbed by her staying in the room while I got dressed. I still tipped her anyways because she did remove the majority of my hair in my bikini area. But once I got home I noticed so much wax was left behind (in bikini area) along with hair that was not removed! I’ve never experienced wax being left behind ! The customer service was okay however I will not be returning, I will do my own waxes moving forward!

The staff here are always friendly and very precise with services. The henna tattoos are beautiful. Ruby does my waxing and eyebrow threading and she is phenomenal at what she does. Their location is convenient and easily accessible. I recommend them to anyone.

I went in today for my first Brazilian Wax and I was very nervous! Priya made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire experience and I couldn’t even focus on the fact that she was pulling my hairs out. Lol it didn’t hurt nearly as bad as I expected and I will continue to go to her for making my first experience a memorable and comfortable one! She does my brows as well and they always look bomb! If you’re looking for any waxing/threading services, she’ll get you together!!

Ive come here a few times to have my eyebrows threaded and its always been amazing. The girl who does mine is a little shy and she can come off as rude but shes actually really nice. Plus its only $9 for threading. Because its been so great I decided to try out their waxing services. I usually pay a ton for hard wax at a chain studio so I wasnt sure what to expect. IT WAS AMAZING. It was the quickest wax Ive ever had. I got my lower leg, bikini, and brows done.. I was in and out in 20 minutes!! It takes at least 45 minutes anytime Ive ever had my legs done. It wasnt painless but it was definitely less painful than hard wax. Im absolutely blown away and will definitely make this my new regular place!!

After being a faithful customer for almost 2 years, I will never patronize or recommend this place to anyone. Although Ruby is the best at eyebrows, she has the worst customer service. Ive never been so belittled or nagged by someone I am paying full price and tipping nicely to. It truly saddens me I have to find someone new. But I have to take my business elsewhere, where I will feel welcome. :(

Not professional.. they dont understand how to manage appointments. Their online system is not working and the worst is that they cancel my appointment that I scheduled by phone. I had a very important event but I cancelled it because of this bad place and management.

I had my very first Bikini wax with Ruby yesterday. She was very informative, pleasant, relaxing, kind and patient. I will have every one in my office make an appointment with Ruby she was very gentle and I will be making my next appointment with her in just a few weeks. I will also be having my eyebrows done with her. There was no wait time and the atmosphere was calming and professional. I was also offer a beverage which was unexpected. I absolutely love this place.

Great place for threading! Every time I get my eyebrows done it is consistently good service. My eyebrows are naturally thin and they do a good job of cleaning them up without taking too much off. The shop is clean and the ladies are friendly.

I would have given four stars, but my last experience was less than spectacular. Jasmine is amazing!! The customer service is A-1!! But the last girl who did my eyebrows took too much and she did not leave tint on long enough. Also Brazilian was done subpar. She did not pay attention to detail. Jasmine always pays attention to detail. If I do decide to go back I will only let Jasmine touch me. She was the one I originally scheduled with in the first place. Only reason I am not going back at this point is I have found services closer that pay attention to detail. I get who I scheduled with and the prices are a lot better. (Especially if you are getting multiple service at one time). Otherwise I recommend this salon.

This place was extremely rude when I went. I have an aptitude to expect the best of people, even when I’m unsure, and stay polite and positive, but the experience I received here was awful. I got criticized for my thick eyebrows and got them styled exactly the opposite of what I wanted. I have thick eyebrows, and love keeping them that way. I pride myself in them. I specifically asked for them to keep them thick and lush, but they took waaaayyyy too much away from them. I feel completely unheard and ran over. Honestly so they were so rude, from the beginning to the end. I have never written a review in my life, but do not come here for good service, or for expecting them to keep your eyebrows thick. My heart is broken.

Priya is awesome. Quick and informative and supper friendly! This was my first eyebrow threading and I have thin eyebrows, after she finished they looked thick and healthy. I have found my place here in Atlanta.

Neat place with reasonable prices. I got full face threading for $30. The threading was not perfect as in there was hair left on my face, also not a lot was done to prevent breakout after threading. I would prefer a more communicative and reassuring service when it comes to my health and beauty.Edit: went back and Alvira fixed every imperfection! Im happy now!

Came here after growing out my eyebrows for almost two months since another place made my eyebrows uneven. I have the type of eyebrows that have zero shape and spread out a lot at the ends but Priya was able to shape them so beautifully while keeping them natural looking. Shes truly an expert.

Ive been going to this location for several years and have great service. There are times where there is a long wait, but I have always walked in so it is excepted. The ladies are knowledge about their profession and want to give their customers quality work.

I come here often but I normally only let one person do my eyebrows, upper lip, and Brazilian wax. Unfortunately Alvira (the owner) has taken some time off. Im very anal about my eyebrows. But yesterday Ruby did an awesome job on EVERYTHING! She did my eyebrows exactly how I asked and my Brazilian wax was quick and basically painless. Go see Ruby!!!

I was recommended to this place by a friend who gave them rave reviews. Priya was amazing! My first wax experience was at a different place, and it was terrible. She promised on the spot to make it up to me and she definitely did! I couldn’t be happier with the results. She was friendly, very informative, and just an overall pleasant person. I ventured into this salon, on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The service was great, and the prices were right! They have a loyalty program and much like the other waxing salons have a full body waxing discount! For $75 you can get legs, Brazilian, underarms, and eyebrows waxed; Tip: Ask for Sue she is great!

I don’t know if they’re aggressive by nature or if they simply just didn’t like me. I went to get my eyebrows shaped, showed the woman a picture, and it didn’t necessarily look like what I showed her. Plus she aggressively grabbed hands and plopped them on my forehead and my eyes, I guess so she could shape them properly but i wouldn’t know because she didn’t tell me why she did it. Anyway, I know my eyebrows weren’t going to look EXACTLY like the way it did in the picture but it still should’ve looked atleast a bit similar. So I told the woman I did like it and she was like “What’s the problem?! Pull up the picture! Now see tell me if you think I can do that?!” At that point, I just knew I had to leave because..jesus. So this place gets a thumbs down from me.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is my go to for waxing, threading and eyebrow tinting. They get you in and out quickly while still doing quality work. Best Brazilian Wax I have ever had.

Got my lashes done here. My individual lashes lasted about 3 to 4 weeks. Nice people and good service. Im just bias to my regular location.

They are very rude, here. Even if you call and set an appointment, they answer the phone as if its their personal phone and get smart with you if you ask if this is Miracle Beauty salon. I have called to set an appointment several times and each time they tell me its being set and to come on in, then when I arrive on time, I have to wait another 15-20 mins to be seen, whats the point of taking appointments if you dont honor them?

This review will be extensive but it will also be thorough. I dont know why Google doesnt allow you to revoke all the stars. This is the worst place in the world to go for a Brazilian wax. Im covered in blood in that area as I type and this experience was the worst Ive ever had with Brazilian waxing.1. The wax was extremely hot. Not warm but HOT.2. SHE PULLED MY HAIR IN EVERY DIRECTION EXCEPT FOR THE RIGHT DIRECTION.3.AFTER THE FIRST STRIP I WAS BLOODY..4. SHE STAYED IN THE ROOM AS I GOT DRESSED TO LEAVE.5.She used the same piece of paper to remove the wax.Im so angry about this service Im so angry about the way that I was treated the pain that I feel in that area is terrible. I also still have hair down there she did not finish the job. And there was no professionalism in the establishment when It came to me getting this wax. This was my 3rd time getting a Brazilian wax and the worst time yet. She claimed the service would be faster and more pain free it was not. Im disappointed in myself for staying do not go here for this service...protect yourself.

This place is awesome, they do GREAT painless threading and very very beautiful henna tattoos for any and all occasion, or just because. The staff is friendly and the salon is nice and relaxing. They offer many services, such as full body waxing, hair styling, make up, and much more, its a great one stop shop if you are going out for a special occasion.

I always go here. I usually get my eyebrows done by Ali--i gave her the nickname. She is the owner. But when I cant get her I get them done by Sue! Love it. They are reasonable and I tip always. I earned my free one so I am going to use it today actually. I wish they had a place here on the south side in peachtree city...I have to drive out to get my brows done!

I’m so disheartened by the service I received although the business was referred to me by a friend. I’ve been getting waxed for about 5 years now and was right on time for my Brazilian.The technician recommended a wax and technique that she said was preferred and that 90% of her clients are happy with. Being that this place of business was referred to me I trusted her experience and recommendation. It was painful but quick. At the end, she cleaned me up without allowing me to observe the waxed area.Long story short, within a week (literally), I could see hair all over the area. In my five years of waxing, I’ve never grown hair back within a week. It’s typically at the two week mark. This means she did not get my hair from the root or left a lot of hair behind.I called when I noticed this and informed her of the circumstance. These were some of her comments in response:- We can’t control how fast your hair grows back (after I informed her that I’ve never shown hair within a week after waxing)- I don’t know what you want me to say...This review was the only conclusion to my circumstance. I of course won’t bw going back to this salon not because mistakes aren’t made but due to their lack of customer service.I advise agasint receiving service from this “establishment”.Thank you.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.EXTREMELY RUDE ladies - When I asked her to remove the hair she didnt remove, she made a face and acted like she was doing me a favor. She seemed to be in a hurry when there were 2 girl waiting in line. I paid 14$ for the AWFUL service they provided. Alvira has been doing my eyebrows for 12 years. She is like a member of the family. I have taken so many people to see her over the years and every one loves the job she does and her pleasent spirit. I recently began to get Brazilian waxes. I was initially terrified. However Alvira was patient and soothed my fears. It wasnt bad. Alvira was so gentle (as gentle as a wax can get. 😁) My results were so smooth with no irritation. I am now an eye bow and Brazilian regular. I have been seeing Alvira for over 12 years now.

I was worried at first cause I’m specific about my eyebrows and this is my first time visiting. But my eyebrows came out perfectly. She also evened my eyebrows out. Looks good and clean inside. 10 stars

I’ve been to the salon on multiple occasions and have had a good experience. However, today I received the worst customer service from RUBY. My mother and I were getting our eyebrows threaded and she barely listened to instructions and rushed as she worked. She was impatient, rude, and dismissive of remarks.

They do their craft well. My eyebrows are done well. Im happy with the result. The reason I give 2 stars is because I had the misfortune of going on a Sunday when 1 person was doing the eyebrows. I waited my time and after she was done with the eyebrows another customer shouted at me to hurry up. I took less than 10 minutes with the employee and since live far away was checking if I was okay with the shape of my eyebrows. It was not my fault that one person was doing the eyebrows or that they got 5 customers come in at the last hour.If you guys know your traffic, maybe deploy more staff to do eyebrows. Unless you enjoy customers being insulted by other customers at your business.

Im very picky about my eyebrows, before this place I had a hard time with finding a good spot, most of them just messed up my natural thick brow shape 😢 so I found them on Google one day and I would NEVER get my brows done anywhere else, very clean and friendly ... I love these girls I cant for the life of me remember the name of the lady that threaded my eyebrows the first time I went but she was amazing and I hope shes still there. I usually get my eyebrows threaded by Sophie now and shes such a sweet girl. I just dont like how aggressive they are about upselling other services each time i go i tell them Ill try something else when i get some money but it never fails that they ask anyway lol I understand though.
