Ive been going to Neuza for YEARS and she has yet to disappoint. She gets you nice & bare lol... and I mean that in the best way!! Shes also been very good with keeping me on point as far as making sure to exfoliate properly and maintaining in between waxing... Shes my absolute FAVORITE!!!

Good first time experience after 2 years no waxing. Kaitlyn was great and patient with me, however I had alot of bits of wax left on me so I had to clean myself up with some baby oil.

I’ve been coming here two years. So Typically this would only be 5 stars, however today I encountered a front desk girl that made me never wanna come here again. I scheduled an appointment for 4:00pm on 3/11 and I’m not sure what happened in the system but it didn’t show up. I told her I had a flight to Jamaica in the morning and I’d wait around for an opening because I desperately needed it and didn’t understand why the appointment wasn’t showing. She explained to me she would not allow me to wait, I asked her could I talk to a manager but then said I’d have to wait in my car for her to call me. The manager never did. You’d think that after TWO YEARS of coming here faithfully and telling all my friends to come that they’d be kinder or even attempt to accommodate me. I’ll never be returning here again, your front desk girl working on 3/11 in the afternoon is not fit for customer service. I loved this business until interacting with her.UPDATE: Taylor, (very sweet manager) called me wanting to fix the situation and assured me this would not happen again. I am pleased and grateful they care about customer concerns. I adjusted stars because Taylor’s great customer service.

Nueza is the GOAT! Talks you through the process as to prepare for sensitive areas that may cause more pain than others. Gives you advice for better results as you create your hair removal routine. And she goes as quickly as possible while remaining extremely efficient and mindful of your tolerance. Always satisfied!😌

I love this place. They will get you right. Yes, it hurts but the breathing exercises help a little and you walk out feeling like a new woman. Anddddd Katelyn is awesome! :)

My wax technician was very friendly and easy to talk to while I was being serviced. Very clean. However, I didnt receive a very thorough wax. There where hairs left that I could literally take my fingers and pull on and hairs left on my legs, where I could run my hand across and feel them. Not truly satisfied and a little disappointed.

I went here to experience first full body wax. When I first entered I was greeted by the receptionist. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Marianna took good care of me. She was friendly and she also let me know what she was doing next as the procedure was being performed. Thanks a bunch.

I’ve been going to the same location (W Peachtree St NW) for about 3 or 4 years. The very first time I went, everyone was genuinely nice. Lisa was my go to, but unfortunately, she’s no longer with the company. Luckily, I have found someone who is just as sweet as she was. Although people have their own techniques, their work is always flawless, so I have zero complaints.

My mom and I go here once a month and every time we come we have an exceptional experience. We have our two main people who we like to do our wax & have never had a bad experience with the other staff as well -it’s always been a great experience from the time we come in to the time we leave. Sheyla is my favorite for Brazilian wax. Ive been going to her for months. Shes quick, does the tough areas early on and is great to talk to! Its by far my favorite wax salon - and Ive been to sugaring / brazilian wax places all over the country. This is the best - great staff and fair pricing. Theyre also super efficient and can do a full body wax in like 30 minutes. Most places it would take at least an hour.

I definitely love this place! Great prices. I get my bikini waxes here. They are very clean and professional. Plus, they are always on time and finish the job quickly. I docked 1 star because it does depend on which person you have doing your waxes. I recommend checking out a few different people until you find one you truly love!

Worst wax I’ve ever received. I got a Brazillian and half leg wax. As a woman of color, I would not recommend this particular location. Our skin is different and needs to be treated by knowledgeable esthetician’s. My waxer did a very poor/ sloppy job, leaving hairs and wax on my skin. I can rub my leg and feel the broken hairs from her pulls—not good for women of color. I’ve visited other locations by Andreia, where I was happy, So, I’m really disappointed. To make matters worse, the front desk attendant did not handle my displeasure well.I told her I wasn’t satisfied and she didn’t offer for me to speak to the manager or any type of concession. She quoted the price and was going to let me leave. I asked for the manager to which her response was she will call me on Monday. It’s Saturday. Absolute 1 star. Spend your money elsewhere!

Had to go in for a last minute appointment for a Brazilian and had it done by Mikala. This was my first time with her because I usually go to the Alpharetta location and WOW! She is absolutely amazing. Virtually painless and so easy to talk to. Very detail oriented and gets everything done beautifully. She definitely earned herself a permanent client!

If youre coming here, you definitely should make an appointment with Taylor. She does great, detailed work and is one of the nicest people Ive ever met. I had been going to her for a couple of years and fell off for about 6 months. When I came back, she recognized me, we caught up, and she did a phenomenal job as usual. Its also been great to see the facilities upgrade and change. Theyve started selling products, and I use their lemon scented scrub. It works wonders and smells great, and I use the scrub as my go-to exfoliator.

I went and got in really quick and the lady was chill everything was cool it’s just. The wax was too hot. I felt myself get burned. Lots of small hairs still there. And the next day BUMPS LOTS OF BUMPS I’ve never had this happen at my previous waxer everrrrrrr I’m very familiar with waxes and the process to avoid ingrown.. I don’t know why this happened. And I’m so mad

I wish the appointment didn’t seem so rushed . Seemed like they were more concerned with turning over clients . Plus when she was finished I still had sticky wax all over me I had to take it off myself. This was my first Brazilian wax that was done with 4 monster strips . I love going here because their wax quality is great. Ask for soft wax if you really want the amount of hair in a certain area to go down. It is more painful so I would be cautious if you cannot handle pain well on pubic area.

Best location in Atlanta of the three Ive been to. Several of the aestheticians have worked with me, each time listening attentively to what Ive asked for and executing beautifully and with care. Id recommend them for a first timer or a veteran waxer! And if it is your first time, say so, and theyll be able to be a bit more gentle.

I used to go to the Peachtree Rd location.. moved away for work & relocates back to Atlanta. Midtown location is close to my current job & I would definitely recommend both peachtree rd & midtown.

This place is very good for the price. You will barely spend anytime waiting and the staff is very competent. The only downside I can note it that because of the speedy service they can be a bit impersonal. Its nothing too bad I just noted they didnt spend a lot of time paying attention to my emotions. I booked online and didnt realize that choosing which staff member to perform the service was an additional cost. Upon my arrival the receptionist realized it was my first time at the salon and removed the extra fee since I didnt have a preference. I really appreciate her catching that because I had no idea. Amazing service! This was the 4th or 5th place I tried for wax services, because of my sensitive skin and bikini area baring sport, and this is by far the best. Clean environment, they use hard wax for Brazilians which makes the process much smoother. Taylor at the Midtown location is the best!! One of the keys to a painless wax is to do it quickly and cleanly (limits clean up time) and she does just that!! She also has an interesting conversation with you during the process, which helps limit the pain factor. You’re in and out in 15 minutes and she does a great job!

Last two times I have gotten my wax with Neuza, she is great. Neuza is gentle and gives me tips. I was in the area, Neuza accomodated. I do not mind driving from my house in Peachtree Corners just to get my wax done by her. She is great!

I have been serviced by a few young ladies; however, Simone is always my first choice if shes available. If she isnt available, Lana is great as well. This was my second experience with a brazilian wax and i was super pleased. From the time i walked in the door i felt comfortable and at peace. My first wax was somewhere else and it was awful. Lisa is the one who performed the wax for me here and she was awesome. Very calming. Let me know what she was going to do before she did it AND it only took 15 minutes tops. This is my spot and Lisa will be the one to help me everytime. 2 thumbs up!!!

This is the best waxing studio Ive ever been at. Fast, competent and a great atmosphere. Sandra is my favorite waxer. Prior to waxing, she explains what she will do and why. I honestly suck in doing my own eyebrows and she fixed them completely. She left some hairs even though they seemed to be out of place but two weeks later my over-plugged hair grew back and it looked amazing.

I love it there, I always see either Neuza or Marina, they are so sweet, though today i tried calling for an appointment; got hung up on twice and when i finally talked with someone, i was put on hold for 12 minutes! I gave up and just didnt try again. That never happened before and Im really disappointed.

This was my very first Brazilian wax. I didnt have an appointment and just walked in and waited less than 5 mins. I anticipated the pain from what ive heard and I was thinking it would be excruciating. But it actually wasnt that bad. Zyria was absolutely amazing...she made me fell comfortable and talked to me through the entire ordeal. The bikini line and the inner lips were quite painful lol but only for a few seconds so it was pretty easy to get through. I will definitely be going back!

The wax worked out great and the chain facility trains their staff well. The environment is very relaxing and conformable. Keilys wax was great, 5 stars! When I tried a 2nd time at this location with Lana I reacted to the products poorly somehow.Im confident Ill be returning fire their services.Great price and quality for a full body wax.
