I went here to get a Brazilian wax and was waxed by MiMi or Mini ( unsure of her pronounce due to accent) firstly she double dipped when asked I was told because it was my personal pot of wax. 24 hours later I develop Folliculitis called the owner sent pictures and they say yes she missed lot of hair to come back and wax (mind you I’m in so much pain and tender to touch) also said Folliculitis was just swelling and irritation that would go away with ice any Tylenol fast forward 1 week later I am still suffering of Folliculitis, trying to tend to myself and infant. What was suppose to be a pre wax trip with my husband for Mother’s Day has left me shambling in pain. This woman has made this past week so horrible!!!! She also kept trying to wax me over and over again with the same strip, did not apply pressure to skin after pulling strip didn’t even hold my skin when pulling strip just laid it and pulled it up as if it was sod. PLEASE BEWARE! I warn I would not get waxed here again, I am now on antibiotic pills and ointment (per doctors orders) 7 days later!!!! She should know Atlanta has some of the highest STD rates it’s extremely unsanitary for inhumane to double dip. This btw is not my first wax!

I got a Brazilian wax from MIMI very unprofessional as she was waxing my lady she called me heavy. I asked her what she say she put her arms up like a bear and said you are heavy. I was BAFFLED to say the least!!! Ive been getting waxed for several years now, Ive never known your backside to not be included in a Brazilian wax. I will never go to this place again BEWARE of MIMI if you carry some weight!!! If I didnt have to give a star I wouldnt!!!

I really like this place. I have been coming here ever since I moved to Atlanta in 2018 to get a Brazilian using the sugaring method. Everyone is always so kind and the place is always clean. The only reason for the 4 stars is because I have had 2 estheticians I have developed a relationship with leave on me. I used to see Meena and then I started seeing Saru. Now they are both gone and I have to start looking for other places. Very disappointed in their turn over rate. Getting a Brazilian is a very intimate and invasive experience. It takes a while to build up that trust. But every time I reach that point with a technician, they end up leaving. Very frustrating.

Not the best place for Brazilians. Customer service was good, but I get Brazilians every month and came here because it was close to work, but this was probably the most painful I’ve had ever. Not to mention she sprayed astringent straight into my vagina and it burned terribly. I’m sure their other services are great, tho. Definitely won’t be back for Brazilians lol

Best threading salon in the Buckhead area and their prices are slightly cheaper than the other salons in the areas. I highly recommend Shika for eyebrow threading. I asked for a dramatic eyebrow arch and she took her time and made me one haha! 10/10 would recommend.

I tried Glitz for the first time on Jan 31st. It was very clean and organized. I filled out an informational form and was seen promptly for my Brazilian sugaring wax after I finished.I deducted stars because the sugaring wax was too hot. I expressed my discomfort and instead of turning down the temp, stopping and allowing the wax to cool down a little, she began to BLOW on the stick. Unsanitary on so many levels. That’s like Rule 101: Don’t blow on your instruments or clients’ skin (I’ve heard of places doing that 🥴). The wax was still hotter than it should’ve been, which caused an already less than comfortable experience to be more unpleasant.The other reason was because they use strips and my results didn’t last that long as hair started growing back within two weeks. I’ve had sugaring one other time and she only used sugaring paste that didn’t require heat and my pubic hair didn’t grow back for at least four weeks.I have another appointment scheduled March 1st so I’m willing to give them another try as they have great prices but if it’s the same as last time, I’ll have to find somewhere else to go.

I scheduled an appointment for a Brazilian wax, only to be turned away at my appointment time with little to no explanation.
