First time ever getting my eye brows threaded and I am happy with the results. The staff were really nice and the prices are good.

I haven’t let anyone touch my eyebrows for months because they continued to be messed up but I went here today and the lady was patient, slow, and experienced. And I love my eyebrows 😊 I’ll definitely be back!!

This location needs more staff because everytime I go they say there is an extended wait (30 mins+) and they tell me to come back or go to another location. This location is a lot closer to where I live but I’m just going to continue going to ponce because they always get me in and out in under 30 mins even when they have a lot of clients in the shop.

Went in for my first full body wax today and it was okay. She worked fast, but I realized she left a lot of hair in some places and it hurt more than usual because she kept going over the same spot. She also didnt pull my skin taught before waxing which also hurt. She was really nice, but if Im going to pay for a service, Im expecting a good outcome. I sometimes wax myself at home and do a better job. Ill find a different waxing place.

I started coming here about a year ago when they first opened. The service is very welcoming and attentive. I usually make an appointment but on the off chance I dont, Im still taken care of very well. All of the staff members are friendly and do an excellent job, but Zehra is my go-to girl!highly recommend

I go to Perimeter FAITHFULLY and wanted to try this location since it’s closer. It is never okay to have a customer sit for 10 minutes while chitchatting with a friend. This location needs more work in staffing and customer service.

I’m both particular and not always sure what I want when it comes to getting my eyebrows threaded/tinted, but Simran always helps guide me with great advice and my eyebrows always come out looking THE BEST! She listens to exactly what I need and also takes creative control to make my eyebrows look amazing every time. Simran is so patient and kind, and honestly, just a joy to talk to. On top of that, the place is always clean, has a great ambiance, and the staff is professional and nice. I sincerely cannot say enough good things about this place!

The ladies here are always so friendly. Mini usually does my waxes and is very gentle and quick. My go to place for a perfect wax!

Arrived 15 minutes before the shop was supposed to open. The girl didn’t open the shop until 10:05am on 8/6/2021. She didn’t apologize for being late and then denied me service when I expressed to her that the website wouldn’t let me book an appointment or see the openings. I’ve been using this company for a while but this is unacceptable. I will never use this location again.

This location specifically is not it. I love unique thread and wax and sugar but this location always seem to not accept walk ins. They never have same day appointment either. The girls aren’t as friendly here or maybe I just have bad luck. But I will much rather drive to perimeter or ponce to get my services done.

I get my sugaring done here. This is the longest I’ve gone to anyone one salon for the service. Zara is awesome! I always appreciate her professionalism.

This location is amazing! If I could give 10 stars I would. This was my first time going here and I will be back regularly. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. They take every precaution to make you feel comfortable. Zara is an all around wonderful person and the eyebrow queen. They really make you feel beautiful walking out. I came in on Friday, June 4th. I wanted a Brazilian Wax and eyebrows done. I didnt have an appt so the brazilian was a no-go. I was able to get my brows done and I was mot satisfied. I asked for full and arched. She replied Yeah, Ill clean them up. The young lady looked young and not very confident/experienced. I brushed it off but the first thing she did was drop wax in my eye -- I should have known then. She started on my brows and was very fast. I looked in the mirror and they looked the same as when I walked in. She kept them full but there was no combing, trimming, or tweezing. They looked like she didnt do anything and one brow is now thinner than the other; not by much, but I can certainly tell. And there is a burn mark under my left brow. Its on fire. I realize there is nothing that can be done because she cant put my hair back on & start over. They are still thick but every hair counts when it comes to shaping . My brows have been growing for a year so she had a great pallet to work with. I didnt catch her name, but maybe shes new to this. I ended up being squeezed in for a last minute Brazilian. Moni was incredibly kind and patient (this was my first wax). I dont have much to compare the experience to, but she was pleasant and made me feel as comfortable as one could be given the circumstance. Im not against going back but I know who not to go to for brows. I pretty much just gave the business $14 for no reason.

I had a good experience. She was quick and precise. It still hurt like any other waxing but I was pleased with the outcome!

My new favorite wax place! Zara was so sweet and very friendly. I cant wait to come back. When I got there, she made me feel comfortable and super relaxed. It had been a while since my last wax and she was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. The room was super clean and smells very fresh and I am actually looking forward to my next appointment with Zara.

I’ve been here several times for sugar wax and eyebrow threading. Up until my last visit it has been a good experience. I last had my eyebrows done by Sabeena who did a terrible job! I asked for a clean but thick look. My brows didn’t even look like they had been done and my left brown was extremely thinner than my right. When I experienced my concern and disappointment her response was very nonchalant and you could tell she did not care! what made this matter worse was she had a smirk on her face as if it was funny!! If you’ve ever had a bad eyebrow job you understand how upsetting it is. I would NOT recommend Sabeena.UPDATE: Zara reached out to me about my experience. I appreciate her sincere concern. Zara’s excellent customer service and rectifying the issue was must appreciated. I will continue to give them my business.

I love unique ! The staff is always so warm and welcoming! Such a clean covid friendly environment. You can call ahead or walk in and still get in and out in a timely manner! I highly recommend Zara if you ever need a Brazilian sugar. She always takes her time and uses a friendly conversation to keep you distracted lol. Not only does she just wax she takes the time to educate you on exfoliation and what to do and what not to do to keep you looking as neat and polished as possible down there. I love this place would not go anywhere else they always have a nice deal and it’s cheap for the quality of service. Go now you won’t regret it. Trust me.

I really enjoyed my experience here. I was a new patron and a walk-in and they conducted themselves very well, giving attention to each patron while also making sure to sanitize and sterilize everything. The shop is really cute and gives a simple but elegant feeling. Sonja was my threader (she works in the buckhead location but was here for a friend) and she did a phenomenal job on my eyebrows while also explaining the process to me (it was only my second time ever). Rahila (at the ponce location) was my full body waxer and she was very kind to me and we shared so much in the short time. The wax was the best I ever had. The energy was amazing, she was easy to talk to and was willing to share about herself as well. I love her so much!
