Their prices are very reasonable, the customer service is 5-star quality and I had such an amazing experience at a nail salon before. From being seated when I first walked in to the quality of the work I give this place 5 stars over and over again. It was very clean, the techs were amazing I wish I got their names but they are all equally talented, professional, polite, and provided the best service. I found my new go-to spot; this place is seriously quality. The bar has been set.

Easily visible from regular traffic, parking space is limited and in the back of the building. They validate parking. Love their service, Ashley is my favorite nail artist. Kudos to the team the facility is clean and hygienic. Highly recommend it!

Very friendly and welcoming staff! I got the eyelash lift and tint by Leah Reed and my eyelashes have never looked better! The whole procedure was quick and timely! The beauty room was very comfortable and they even offered me a blanket! Overall the whole service was impressive and pleasant. I will definitely be visiting again!

I’ve been a member since the day they opened back in September 2020. Just the mere fact that I could have a membership at a nail salon literally sold me. It was a no brainer especially since I’m in the military and I was always going to get my nails redone every two to three weeks. I can switch my nail color anytime I need to and that makes such a huge difference. My favorite part is also the cleanliness and the nail technicians. They are all certified and trained and are always pleasant to talk to. Prose is the future of nail care. Watch and see.

My mom and I had a manicure and pedicure together on 2/5/21 and we loved it. The online scheduling (same day booking!) was easy, the space was nice, clean, and spacious. The staff seated my mom and I together for both services so we really enjoyed our time next to one another to chat. The staff did a great job with cleanliness and safety during our visit, ensuring we had distance between all of us. Both of our staff did a great job on our nails and toes. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

I’m struggling to rate this business as the experience itself was pretty great but the overall result is disappointing!The entire experience is very different than most nail places. It is very clean and all natural! I loved the ambiance and the two ladies that worked on our nails were fabulous! While I thought the chair for the pedicures was very uncomfortable (to the point my leg started cramping) the water tubs for the feet were a perfect temp (I did feel awkward watching these ladies carry these heavy tubs of water...you think they could find a better way to support their workers backs).Well...the disappointing part is within a few days my nails look like they were never touched by a professional. I showed my partner (who gave them a higher rating) and he was shocked, as my nails look very different than his. It’s obvious Prose does not have a standard of service if two different people on the same visit have nails that look very different. I wouldn’t mind if it wasn’t so expensive and didn’t take 2 hours. I expected to pay more for the all natural experience, but assumed my nails would also be phenomenal, considering the amount of time it took, sadly I will now have to pay again to have them look like they were even worked on.If you are looking for a different experience, it’s worth a try, but don’t expect great nails. If you want your nails to look good, go somewhere else and pay less!

I absolutely love PROSE! I have had my nails done by Ashley and Sophia. They are both AWESOME nail techs! The entire staff is SUPER friendly. The place doesnt smell like chemicals. They are very COVID cautious. Everyone wears a mask. They even have some available if a customer comes in without one!

I haven’t been yet but i called about pricing and it’s $55 for a gel manicure, which is the most expensive i think i’ve ever seen for salon in midtown. Do what you want with this information

PROSE is a welcomed getaway from the hustle and bustle of my everyday life. I love know that I can go there and receive great service in an extremely clean and welcoming environment! I found Prose because I’m pregnant and trying to avoid toxins. All of their products and polishes are non toxic and no smelly fumes in the salon. My gel manicure is flawless! The staff was friendly and accommodating and I love being able to book on an app. I signed up for an unlimited membership so I can take full advantage before baby comes!!

This is my second time at Prose Midtown. The place is immaculate. I love the natural smells and all the cleanliness standards. I seldom get my nails done as part of self care and being a male you typically notice that your nails buff wears off in just a day or two at other places. Not here... last time my nails looked good for about 4 weeks. I hope it’s the same this time around, hence why I returned. Special shout out to Deshona (sp) as she takes her time and is very meticulous

I love the membership options, convenient booking through the app, and incredible experience with Prose Nails. I drive from North Atlanta to get my services and it is worth the drive! Not only is it the cleanest salon I’ve ever been to but it also doesn’t smell like toxic fumes.

I just love coming here and the owner is fine as hell 😩🤣 He peeks in from time to time. The salon is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

1 star is too high of a rating in my opinion. I purchased a membership when they were scheduled to open and I have been twice and have had nothing but negative experiences and a staff unwilling to provide a solution. After the first time (gel manicure) the polish chipped after 1 hour. Per their policy, I went back in for the manicure to be fixed and it was even worse than before- no topcoat, scratches, hair under the polish, uneven coats, essentially looked like I job I could have done better myself. I decided from there to immediately get them redone somewhere else (cannot recommend Nail Talk and Spa highly enough). My next experience involved my nail technician being 30 minutes late to an appointment, a completely uneven shaping of my toenails, and not receiving a $15 massage that I paid for, and leaving with a jagged toenail. After all of this and letting the manager know, I was still not released from the contract and was charged $52 for my next month of service. This is a horribly run business with inexperienced technicians.

My nails look fine, but I won’t be coming back. Our appointments were at 2, I didn’t start my service (in an empty salon) until 2:45. They said nothing about being behind, I had to ask to find out how long it would be. “Ten minutes” was another 25. I scheduled a mani and pedi, but after being there for 2 hours I decided to skip the pedicure. It was also extremely expensive, so value is basically 0 with the poor customer service. Maybe they just have kinks to work out but there are a lot of salons in midtown with superior service (and more logical price). It was clean, so there’s that.UPDATE: my sns lasted 8 days. I get regular SNS manicures and I’ve never had one literally chip completely off in this amount of time.
