First of all, i am the pickiest person i know by far, i always get extra long stiletto acrylics which are the hardest shape to get right imo. and salon 5 has never disappointed me once. tiffany is not just a acrylic nail technician but a nail artist, she always knows exactly what shes doing and is so detail oriented. honestly i will not trust any other salon with acrylics because any time i go somewhere else i wish i went here! prices are reasonable here for the quality of service. the atmosphere is always relaxing, no obnoxious top 40s radio, just spa music. the man who works the desk is really nice and efficient with appointments as well. thank you salon 5, i appreciate you!

Arrived as a walk-in, my fiancé and I were getting mani-pedi’s for our wedding. Everyone was very friendly! My nails turned out beautiful and my fiancé loved his manicure and pedicure. Highly recommend!

I had an initial bad experience the first time I went. I did tell them the second time around and they made it completely right after. They explained next time if Im not satisfied or I see something that Im not happy with to speak out. I felt bad but they really showed me up when I went again. This was my first time coming to this nail salon and let’s just say I found my new nail shop home! The customer service was very warm and welcoming upon entering I knew I made the right choice. They did a great fast job removing my nails and it was painless unlike other places! They recommended I get SNS for less damage done to my nails and I’m glad they did I love my nails! She also massaged my hands and forearm! The pedicure was amazing and relaxing. They really did an awesome job and it was a great way to bring in the new year being pampered by great,talented, friendly people! I highly recommend !!

Most technicians are pleasant but theres one thats extremely rude and arrogant. When she was confrontational nothing was done to reprimand her or apologize to me. I was spending $96 every time I visited. No more!! They really dont care only want your money!

I looked up this place online and ended up going there last minute. It’s the best manicure place in Atlanta hands down. She did an amazing job with my gel manicure and it hasn’t chopped at all after three full weeks

It was OK. Left nails were a bit crooked (bc my nail tech wasnt paying attention, talking to a co-worker). Then she asked if I wanted my brows done when I never said I did. Sorry for having full brows

First time coming and last time coming. I am an African American male on the heavier side and I was treated lower than dirt. I watched clients walk in after me and be seated and helped before I even got started. The nail tech who helped me rushed through the service and barely touched my feet. I was the last to sit by far and then the 1st to leave by far. Never going back here. Wish I could rate 0 stars

Went in for the first time today for a no frills manicure. Quick service, good quality, nice polish selection, good value. My tech was named Crystal and she was very friendly. She did a really nice job shaping my nails and when I immediately scuffed my pinky before it dried provided a fast touch up. My service was $15 before tip. Will definitely be coming back for future services!

I just moved to Atlanta from New York and explored the Moreland Area well with my wife. We went to Salon Five and ecerything turned out great. I love the pedicure here. I have been to the salon twice for pedicures and Amy has done an wonderful job. I have been to dozens of salons and never satisfied with the pedicure. Amy takes her time and does a thorough job. They are friendly and polite. Best of all I enjoy how quiet, peaceful and calming the environment is while getting my nails done.

There is nothing I can say about this salon. Theyre great and do good jobs on your hands and feet. They have a good collections of seasonal colors. I really pamper myself and enjoy the soft music here that makes me calm my mind and relax after a long working day. Good job!!!

Ive gotten my nails done for several years but this salon is one of a kind. I promise you, no one will regret coming! I tried their NEW gel polish that changes color with youre mood and all I have to say is am in love! I chose the dark gray and when in contact with heat it turns to a light purple. Stunning! Plus the salon is in little five points so theres so much to do after! Pay them a visit and youll be a happy client like I was!

This is favorite nail salon. It is pricier than regular nail salons but you get what you pay for. The service is very good, clean, comfortable and sanitary (they cover the tubs with disposable plastic covers and sanitize after every costumer). You will want to schedule an appointment because theyre usually busy. And in days where theyre short staffed, you may be there a while.

This was my first time to this nail salon and after reading all the great reviews I was hoping to have a same experience there but i cannot say I will be back. I cant remember getting cut this many times getting my nails done ever and took an even longer time to finish. And after one day my nails are chipped with acrylic and gel polish on top

I love the experience and environment. Lord my hands feel so soft and smooth my sister loves her nail polish I work in a warehouse to getting my nails and feet worked on is a most in finding someone is hard but they got my business and co-workers to look forward to.

No other nail salon matches Salon 5s quality and service. Mina is the absolute best! She is a miracle worker, and I have never left unsatisfied. Great work by a true professional:) I highly reccomend Salon 5 and refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails done.

My first experience here was not the best, however when I called to voice my concerns to the manager, he told me to come back and he would fix my issue. I went there and Joey fixed my nails for me and reshaped them the right way. I am happy with my new nails and the way that they now look! Ask for Joey he will get the job done :)

Today I had a terrible experience at this salon, very unorganized, unprofessional. I was told that there was a 15 min wait for a pedicure, they proceeded to call two if there clients ahead of me that had no appointment, but because they wanted to sit beside each other I had to wait longer, my time is valuable as anyone else. A quick tip, Be professional and let the future client know what is going on instead of having her sit there with no clue.GOOD DAY

I have been coming to this place for 6 years and although they have a new name, Salon Five they still provide superior service. I got my usual gel manicure here but this time by Mina. She is so kind and does a great clean job. I will continue coming here for years to come. I look forward to trying their other services since they have added new options over the past few months!

I wouldnt know how great their services are. I was told that the person who was doing my nails was stuck in mid morning traffic and would be 15 mins late. Despite having an appointment at the nth hour, i was waiting for 30 mins before leaving. But after seeing how others were without appointment and being serviced, I felt disrespected and I left.

My name is Nikki I previously went to Salon Five two times before this Sunday 3/5/2017 and it was ok. But this Sunday, I had a deluxe pedicure and just a gel polish change. The pedicure massage was ok, but she left green mask all over the bottom of my feet and on my pants, after I was . The other lady who did my polish change was pulling my hands and was rushing and nicked me a few times. I paid 25 for a gel polish change and 55 for the pedicure (10 minure extra massage). I paid and when I got to car my nails looked horrible, the strokes of polish were crooked and clumpy and the Polish color is so beautiful, bit she made it look dull and amateurish. I called an my money was refunded, thanks to Joey, but Im not going back and spend all of that money for mediocre work..

OMG. Heavenly! I had my first facial ever so I didnt know what to expect...probably was easily impressed. Still, I had an overall great experience. LaTonya performed my facial; she was very nice, gentle and provided great customer service. The experience as a whole was soooo relaxing, I almost fell asleep on the table! I loved it, and will be back again...

Youll pay a little more than other spots nearby, but the experience is so worth it. Excellent massages included, and the manicure lasts.
