I walked into this salon because it was right beside the place where I get my waxing done. I was able to be seen immediately, but I think it was by someone who was untrained. It was like getting my nails done by someone who had never had their nails done by a professional (only close friends). She clipped my nails in such a jagged pattern that I ended up asking to leave 2 minutes into the service.There was a bit of a language barrier, but the technician working next to her was able to smooth things over. He offered to have someone else finish my nails. Another technician came over to reassure me, and offered me some water. Honest to god, if those two techs who were so warm and friendly dont own that salon, they should. Bravo with customer service and supporting your team!Another tech who was much more skilled finished my pedicure and up-sold me on a gel polish change. The work wasnt great, and I dont plan on returning, but my heart really goes out to the techs that are doing a great job. I saw some customers with great pedicures (I was jealous that I didnt get their tech).The only advice I can offer the salon is to make sure all of your texts are warm and friendly, and that they fully understand what they are doing. There were times when I felt like I was just a dollar sign that needed to quickly be in and out. Even the illusion of paying attention to details can go a long way.The work isnt so bad that I wouldnt advise anyone from ever going, but if you do choose to, make sure you look around at what techs are producing what level of work. Just go during a more busy time and watch people leave the salon. Check their nails, and if you like them, ask for that tech.UPDATE:Within 24 hours, I noticed that I now have a nail infection on one of my toes. I took a photo and uploaded it. Most likely it was because there was so much intense clipping happening in the seams of my toes without proper cleansing. There was so much clipping happening that I was concerned that I might start bleeding (that didnt happen). Also the soap from my pedicure was just wiped off my foot and not properly rinsed. Now I have to spend additional money at the clinic to get this treated 🤦No pretty toes for me this month.

I called at about 1:30 to see if I could get an appointment for the same day. They said if I could get there by 2pm, no problem. I went in and John gave me a fresh set of tips. I showed him a design I wanted but it turns out he only does regular polish. His personality was great so I stayed with him anyway and just picked one colour that I liked. He gave me the shape I wanted and the finish was lovely. He was also fast but precise

I am visiting from California. My niece brought me to this shop for a pedicure. It was absolutely a Wonderful experience. Lillie got my niece and I into pedicure chairs as soon as we walked in. Silvia was the lady to do my feet and she was Marvelous. She did an Awesome job. She made sure to ask if any and everything she was doing was ok with me. And I truly appreciated that. My niece had them do the works on me and it was a Beautiful thing.If you are in the area and in need of a pedicure. Give them a try. They offer alot of personal services

I love that there is free deck parking & i walk right in after my wax appointment. Ive never had to wait and the staff is friendly. No complaints on outcome either.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! This place is deceptive. My friend and I went here for the first time and it was terrible. The online prices on their website is misleading and they charged me $15 more than what was stated on their website. When I showed them their own website, they scoffed it off and said the prices were from the previous owner. They wouldn’t honor the prices on their own website. Terrible experience. I’m never coming back here again. Please do yourself (and your nails) a favor and find another nail salon. Not worth your money and time.

Staff is friendly enough and my acrylic and gel nails came out okay - no better than anywhere else I’ve been in atlanta. After waiting over an hour when I was told it would be 30 minutes, which is fine things happen, I was charged $10 more than the advertised price for acrylic and gel nails bringing my total to $55. I was told the extra $10 was for the shaping - I got standard coffin so nothing out of the ordinary or what they do on a daily basis. This service didn’t include anything special or what you would normally expect with a full full and gel polish. No hand massage, lotion, cuticle clipping, nail clipping or anything. I also came in with clean, unpolished nails. There was no soaking and little prep required on their part. My tech also did my nails and the girl next to me at the same time. I got there at 12:15 and didn’t leave until 2:45. Insanely overpriced for the the service, long wait, and final product.

The management staff at this location is flat and rude and nasty, but Kai and Lee were sooooo professional and friendly and took good care of me! If it were not for them I would have walked out an never came back. But I will definitely be back to see them!

They do not know how to do acrylic nails! They always over charge or get upset when you tell them you don’t like it. And ask you to come back the next day. The pedicures are ok, manageable.

Clean and efficient nail spa in midtown that doesnt have the stench common to such places. The staff is workmanlike with their service and have massage chairs to help enhance the experience. Parking is free in the attached covered garage.

Really nice people but the quality of the work is not that great. My pedicure was done well but my nails look awful. I noticed that the work was horrible while getting them done but I’m honestly a person who would rather just pay it and move on and not go back.Sweet people but the Quality of my sns full set was horrible.

The staff are friendly but overall they’re overpriced manicure and pedicure was rushed and as thorough as I expected for the $80 I spent.

The lady cut the side of my toenail making it super thin and pointed looking because she said i had an “ingrown toenail” which shouldn’t have altered the shape of the nail cause an ingrown is the skin itself. That was never communicated. She should have asked and talked to me before altering the shape of my toenail. I have gone here for 2 years and will now be searching for another salon. Situation was handled poorly by the lady or management.

Katie is the absolute best! I couldn’t find the location and she took it upon herself to walked outside and into the garage to find me. She is an absolute sweetheart. I love this place so much. Katie did my pedicure, and she is lovely and smart. I got the fungus in my toes but I don’t know that. She takes care of me very carefully, dropped medicine on my toes and instructs me how to use the dropping liquid. I live in the area, and usually come here quite often (about twice a month). I like to support businesses in the neighborhood, however this is my last time patronizing this establishment. I was over charged for a man’s basic manicure and pedicure. A service I have paid between $30-$35 for several years, was $47 today (I still tipped each tech $5 each as well). When a business thinks they are getting over on me as a customer, I let them, but will not patronize them again. I’m glad you thought up charging would help line your pockets, actually you’ve lost a loyal recurring customer. I will drive to my back up salon happily, from now on. Also, the nail tech who did my pedicure was too busy talking and being inquisitive, that I had to ask her a few times to correct my cuticle, that she failed to remove from my toe. You’ve lost a once loyal customer.

I came here 2 days ago to soak my nails off and get a manicure and got talked into a gel manicure. First of all, I soaked my nails off myself...could have done that at home. And most disappointing, is that I already have two broken nails and the gel polish is chipping. My pedicure was just decent, i wasn’t offered any options for my pedicure and there was no massage. And this lady kept talking to me without a mask on. Ma’am, coronavirus. Back up.It was convenient for that day, but I won’t be back.

My close friend has been using this salon for a year and when I needed a new place, she suggested Nail Talk and Spa. It is not far from work and I do enjoy it. My girl Vy is very friendly, gentle and always make you feel welcome! She’s also do a fantastic job! My gel color also lasts a long time between visits like 3 weeks. Love the place and Vy.

They do my mom nails and her nails last up to 2-5 weeks. She loves them especially when she gets the massage. They are amazing when they do my nails also. I usually get french gel nails and their amazing.

AVOID! I went here a few days ago, thinking I got a good experience. The woman who did my pedicure was nice and chatty, but did not wear a mask. I have over the past few days developed a really nasty infection from a severe cut my pedicurist inflicted on me, to the point it if painful to wear shoes and even walk on. I have two upcoming trips for the first time this year I am concerned will be ruined because of it, one being a hiking trip and the other a beach trip, which will be hard with an infected open wound on my big toe. I tried calling the shop to make them aware and they could not understand what I was telling them and ultimately hung up on me.

Walked in in the evening, ask if they would do my nail. Two of the employees start talking to each other or could have been arguing who would do it. May be it was because towards closing time. I waited few minutes as they did not respond

I would never recommend this salon. Poor quality all around for nail services. I have came here twice and on the second time it just was all bad. How do you do pedicures and paint nails and toes all day and it’s not perfected and look good? They should be a master of skill but all that is lacking.

I really like this salon. There is free parking on the inside of the building you just have to find the entrance. The guy who did my nails took his time and also fixed the terrible job that the last salon did on my nails. Expect to pay a little bit more especially when getting a full set he told me $30 for a acrylic full set but the quality of my nails in the time he took will be worth it.

Horrific experience. 45 dollars for a pedicure and I didn’t even get a foot or leg rub??! Each nail was a different shape (I asked for square what the heck is this?) and on top of that nail tech cut my toe and now it’s swollen, painful, and possibly infected.

I love this nail salon, which I go out the way to visit. I travel from Stone Mountain to come here. This salon is the only place where I dont smell feet or chemicals circulating in the air. I really enjoy my pedicures from Julie, she is amazing!

She did a good job on my manicure and the wax was excellent but she was pretty rude😳she just didn’t have a nice personality. I was very nice to her but when I asked her for a glass of wine she made me feel guilty, like I was asking for an arm and a leg. That’s not professional.

I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for almost 7 years, on and off. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is nice, and the employees usually do an incredible job. The same 3 or 4 employees have always been there for as long as I have been using this salon. I went in for my monthly pedicure and gel polish change/manicure. I did not recognize the girl assigned to do my manicure. She started to remove the polish and immediately started filing my nails with the coarsest file I have ever seen. She was not careful and was filing the skin around my nails over and over again. Instead of leaving the foil and cotton soaked in alcohol on for the necessary amount of time, she left them on for just a minute and then spent 30 minutes trying to file the gel off. This destroyed what was left of my nail due to all the filing, and literally made my skin around the nail bleed. I eventually had to stop her and tell her that I just needed to leave. I tried speaking to one of the girls I recognized about the situation and she offered to fix it for me the following day, for which I was not available. This was all that she would offer. I asked to speak to the manager and he was extremely rude and told me that he would fix it right now, but that was all he could do. I expressed how I did not want anything else done to them at the moment since the skin was already so sore and painful. He brushed me off and told me there was nothing he could do. I went to dinner, ate in extreme pain trying to keep anything from touching my fingers and decided to go back and have another conversation with the manager. This time he was even ruder and acted like he wasnt even listening to me while he was doing something on the computer. I expressed how I was a loyal customer and that this was very poor customer service. He again was rude and told me there was nothing he could do. This is has been an absolutely terrible experience and the lack of customer service was astounding. I do not blame the technician as she may be new or just not know any better, but for the management to completely ignore a loyal customer that has never caused any problem, rather than addressing the issue makes it clear that this is not a respectable establishment. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this salon ever again.

I got my nails done once there came back wanted to see the same lady that did my nails before. She was with another customer. I asked how long will she be. I was told by the male receptionist 15 or 20 mins. I said I would come back. When I did she still was not done. He had me sit at a station. An hour later I had to leave. They are not in the business of satisfying customers. Beware of this place.

Awful! I do not recommend. I have never been to a nail salon that removes sns by soaking fingers in acetone for 20 minutes. Plus, this place needs to be cleaned and it smells. Tried to find a local nail salon, but I’ll just have to go 20 miles away to the girl that I’ve been going to for a year and half. Will never be back.

Yesterday was my first visit to this location and I am so impressed! My nail tech was John, he did an amazing job. I think I have found my nail tech finally! This is the first time I have had SnS done that I am pleased with. I would definitely be back many more times to come. Thank you so much John.

The only reason I am rating this location is because of a particular nail technician. I have been patronizing this location for over 10 years and Claudia is still the best so it wouldn’t be fair to give the overall shop a bad review. I will say since the new manager Daniel took over, the atmosphere has changed and not for the good. Daniel is not appreciative of customers, dismissive, and down right rude. He has absolutely no place in management future being the salon manager. The owner needs to rethink who they are letting run their business. As a long time customer, there have been some very professional and outgoing managers which Daniel is not. If the owner is reading this review, please revisit his performance and take a poll on his customer service and disrespect to your patrons for you to see exactly how he is bringing down your business.

I had such a wonderful experience coming to this salon. The girl who did my nails did some designs and they looked great. My nails come out looking great and clean. This salon is definitely worth a visit.

The worst nail experience I’ve ever received and they didn’t even get to do my nails. I was in this shop for 2 1/2 for a gel pedicure!!! No one knows how to do anything. I was told that someone was supposed to do my nails as I got my feet done, and it never happened! One girl started my feet, and another one finished my gel, because she wasn’t experienced with gel. I asked for square shaped toes and they couldn’t get the shape right.I was the first person in the shop, but noticed other women getting nail services before me. I was told only two people in the shop know how to do acrylic so I had to wait. The manager told me three different people were going to do my nails, and as each one of them finished another persons hands, it was another excuse as to why they couldn’t start mine. So finally, after my feet are done, I ask who is doing my nails, and it changed again. At this point I’m so frustrated from being there for over 2 hours on a pedicure that I leave. They were rude, they talk about you in your face, and don’t even do a good job.The manager also lies. He makes up anything just to keep you quiet and as I began to ask questions about my nail service he grew angry with me and became very unprofessional. Doesn’t matter if you’re first in the shop, you’ll be the last to leave on a simple pedicure.I spend more than $200 on nails and feet every other week, so price wasn’t an issue, but for the service I received, they deserved absolutely NOTHING! AVOID THIS SHOP.

First time here and I was very disappointed with manager/owner attitude. My nail techs were great but their manager is bad for business. I was overcharged for basic pedicure and acrylic overlay with gel polish on natural nails. My nail tech tried to fix it but manager fussed at her in their native language and then English. Very rude...I will NOT be back nor will I refer coworkers here.Reply to Owner: There was no misunderstanding if your tech tried to rectify situation. She was defending me by telling you dont argue with customers and thats when she was fussed at. Reading your reviews I see you lack professionalism replying back to certain people. I was going to give good rating and even took your card...but your attitude ruined that. All of my reviews are accurate and authentic...check my receipts. Do better and be consistent.

A week ago I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The associate was using the razor blade grater to scrape off skin on my feet and the woman cut all of the top skin off of my pinky toe. I was gushing blood and it was hurting so bad the entire time. She kept pressing on it so hard to stop the bleeding. All I wanted to do was get out of there and my phone was blowing up with work calls, so I ended up leaving quickly. I went back the next day for a refund and had to convince the manager that I needed a refund. He only gave me a $15 gift card. I had to go out and buy medicine and I cannot wear closed toed shoes as my toe is still healing and still hurts. SUCH a pain and inconvenience. I wont be going back. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing and they never are there, the associates are so rough and irritate my skin.

Giving this place a 5 star mostly because they took me in on a short notice in the morning, staff was friendly, establishment is clean, and I love my nails!!!I called in the morning after reading a couple of reviews. They had an opening at 10am! Got there a little late because I parked on the street first but they have the parking area. They did my nails. They did an awesome job and were really meticulous with their work. My nails feel really light. Definitely will be coming back (:

The pedicure I received was lovely, but they advertised being open at 9. What they failed to mention was the only people who are here at 9 are here for pedicures. There was no one to do my manicure until 9:45. But since I had to go to work, I couldn’t receive the manicure. Also they do offer parking in the garage, which I didn’t know so I wound up paying for parking.

Stayed almost an hour late to finish my nails and they are immaculate! Everything nice in side and MUN the female did my nails, ask for her!! Very patient & sweet. My new go to.

My mom and I went to get a normal mani pedi. The manager was extremely rude. They did a horrible job on our nails. Our nails are NOT even and are painted poorly. When we asked them to fix our nails, they argued with us. Would not recommend. However, if you’re going to go, ask for Jackie. She did a wonderful job on the pedicure.

Ive been patronizing this establishment for over a year. I live in Roswell and travel to this salon due to such a phenomenal technician Ken, who has left to manage a restaurant. I continue to patronize this salon and have been fair pleased with the service Ive received and have referred/recommended many of my friends to this establishment.This past Sunday my daughter and I came in for mani/pedi, refill for my daughter with gel polish and gel polish for myself. The manager did the refill and gel polish for my daughter and it was horrible. I explained that we were displease with the outcome and was told it was the polish, I asked him to fix the issue and he said he couldnt, with a very nasty attitude, I asked to speak with a manager, and he told me he was the manager and he is not changing the polish. I explained I paid for a service it which was not properly completed. I had to threaten to call my bank. They do not deserve my money. My poor daughter was traumatized! They have just lost several customers. Professionalism does not exist in this establishment. I will be making a complaint with the BBB because this has to stop. My daughter was so upset she cried when we got in the car. Never again. I also notice there has been an influx in negative reviews, so Im not the only one. Something has to been about these places taking your money and not providing adequate services. You dont deserve the one star i had to give in order to post this review.

Horrible Service. Apparently only one of the nail technicians in the entire establishment is capable of providing an acceptable full set. Which means she is very busy. Unfortunately she is also rude and so are her clients.After being shuffled through 4 different stations asking for a simple ombre fill in. I arrived at her station she started my nails. Then a loud mouth Birthday Girl comes in saying If you busy, Im leaving Well clearly she just started on my nails, so yes she is busy. Unbeknownst to me my money was not enough for her to complete my nails. She explains that the loud mouth has an appointment. If that is the case then you knew that when you started. So now I am supposed to wait because you overbooked and accommodating a late arrival. Because the loud mouth told her phone companion that she knew she was late but its my Birthday.Customer Service goes a long way. They certainly didnt get far with us. My BFF and I took off. If I am going to spend my money for a service; customer Service is first!!!

Worst experience ever! The lady who did my fill in didn’t know what she was doing, acrylic was everywhere. She knew she wasn’t doing a good job so she got her manager to finish my nails and he did a horrible job. My nails were not shaped right at all. I told him I didn’t like them and that I was going somewhere else. He cut off all my nails after I said that. I won’t be back.

I arrived for my appointment and the person I had the appointment with wasnt there. Then after I sat there for 30 minutes, they said they couldnt call to see how long he would be because they didnt have his phone number. They also told me they couldnt do the simple two color manicure I wanted even though I had previously brought pictures and discussed it with the manicurist. All this, and completely unapologetic. With a few simple and polite words, I wouldnt have felt the need to post this review.They also wash their dirty towels in one of the foot massagers. Doesnt seem sanitary to me. I will not be going back here in the future.

Went today for a mani pedi and am extremely unhappy. I asked for my nails to be filed square and they are crooked. My nails were painted with the color sugar daddy which is a light color. Unfortunately, the top coat was tinged with red and my nails have a red tint to them. When I showed the manager he was extremely rude. Would not recommend.

Rude and bad service - they didnt even give me anything to dry my polish with so I sat an waited 25 minutes for them to dry thinking it would be fine, they let me leave with wet nails still because they werent dried they got ruined so I went back for them to fix it and the lady rolled her eyes and I had the exact same experience the polish was ruined within a few hours. Waste of money.

I love NAIL TALK and SPA. I go regularly to get my nails done. They always do a great job, and I never feel rushed. Today I got my first massage and eyebrow waxing there, both of which were phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Claudia is amazing.... she will be the only one that I ever allow to do my eye brows anyone else is prone to mess up trust me I have experience it personally and was ready to never come back to the shop but thanks to her, my mind changed. so if you want your eye brows waxed right ASK FOR CLAUDIA.

I like this place. Sometimes they tell me what size to shape my nails but its my money and my hands. I hate that but the overall experience is great. They are always busy and super friendly.

When to get a full set about 2 weeks ago and was very happy. Went back today for a fill and they opened 10 mins late, then when I walked in and asked for a fill I was informed I would have to wait until 10am. There was absolutely no sign that said they do not start fills until 10am. Extremely unprofessional and I will not be going back.

John was awesome with the SNS procedure. The salon has the modern day up-to-date colors Ive seen in a long time. After this experience, I wont go anywhere else!
