I am new to the area and looked for a nail tech and when I found this place I have never been anywhere else. Trang is amazing and all the other staff is so friendly and talented and professional!! Definitely refer everyone who ever ask me about my nails

Today was my second experience here. After asking the nail tech not to use metal and to use a sanding band to take off my nails (which is healthier)The nail tech cut me (purposely) I jumped due to the pain and she put my finger (cut finger) back in the acetone and walked away. Hailey then explained that I should leave with acetone on my nails along with the bag of acetone I was soaking it in and no one would help me. I was very sweet and nice through out this whole horrible experience. I explained I would stay until the acetone soaked through. 20 mins later hailey leaves for the day so did the Original lady working on my nails. I called the police to inform them Of my situation. 15 mins later someone stepped in to help me. At the end I was over charged and told not to come back. I did not argue nor did I curse anyone through this whole experience yet I was treated as if I was the problem. They do not like you to correct them when they are wrong. This is universal with all nail salons. Cannot take anyone having knowledge on their business. PLEASE EDUCATE YOURSELF ON THE NAIL BUSINESS SO YOU CANNOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!!

I been going to Trang for 2 years now! She the best nail tech I found. NO one else can do my nails. The Manager Tim is very nice and makes sure someone is helping you! Their family friendly and very clean.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. My past few visits has gotten worse each time. Pedicures are rushed and there is no real pride out into the work. (Yes…Even more than the normal that we expect). Paid for gel and it peels within 2 days. Not worth the time or money. Quality of service has declined.

I’ve been coming to this salon since February 2021. Every time I’m come in they are accommodating and flexible. I love the atmosphere and the quality of work they do for manicures and pedicures. I go to Trang for the artistic complexity of nail designs for special occasions(i.e. birthdays, girls trips, and weddings), but I will use any nail tech at this salon regardless!

Ive been here before so I was excited to come back based on the service I was previously provided! No maam I came in knowing and communicating exactly what I wanted.. everyone acted like it was such an inconvenience (full set, gel polish).I guess they were too busy sitting in the message chairs enjoying movies on their phones.I should have listened to my instincts....its almost like she did them just to say they were done...of course I notice along the way and tried to politely explain shape inconsistency. (They were supposed to be coffin)Anyways Ill have to find someone to fix this botched job.My expectations were obviously too high.

I love this place. Ive been doing my nails with Trang for 2 and a half years. This Nail Spa is clean, everyone is friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this location. and most of all my favorite Nail Tech, Trang! 💯

They always do an excellent job on my sns nails and pedicure. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean facility. I recommend booking an appointment in the summer.

The appt started fine. I noticed a blemish in my nail & asked her to remove it. She uses the drill and burns the hell out of my nail which I told her she did. Why not use acetone to remove it? Then she doesn’t prep me correctly so there is white residue encapsulated all in my nails bc she was supposed to allow me to wash my hands which I didn’t get to until after the acrylic was applied. She also burned me on each finger with the drill. I will never come here again thanks to Rachel.

Will not return!! I currently have an infection on my toe from this facility. Please clean your tools!

Usually I have positive experiences but this time the lady cut two of my toes with the nail trimmer till my toes were bleeding. It kinda took away from the experience because the rest of my pedicure was stinging. They are still really sweet ladies!

Tim is overall amazing ! He is very professional and works precisely and efficiently!

I normally go to the location in Conyers but my nail tech was not available so I went to this location and I have to say that I am very displeased with my service I went there last Wednesday and I got a full set with gel polish and once the nail tech started to apply the Polish I knew something was wrong with the Polish I said it looks like this polish may be running out because it wasnt coming out the red color it was coming out like a burnt orange so he said no its fine Ill put another coat on it to make it even I said I dont really think it needs another coat but okay so he puts the other coat on the service is completed I leave Im driving maybe 30 minutes down the road the gel polish is Lifting and peeling so I had no choice but to take it off because its already lifted and it looks crazy so I called the nail salon and I explained to them theyre like oh no Im so sorry I dont know why this has happened come back and well fix it for you so I come back Friday that same week and I tell them who I am and I told him that I called about the issue and at first the lady at the desk was acting like she didnt know what I was talking about and then she was like okay well have a see hell be right with you so then I was like well Im just going to change my color to a different color shes like if you change the color then you have to pay $10 being the customer and being that I just spent $50 in here a few days ago and it wasnt my fault that the Polish Has Lifted I dont think that I should have to pay anything if Im wanted the color to change so needless to say I just went ahead with the same color and it came out fine I left now this week on Wednesday the Polish has chipped again and lift it again I do not recommend going to this nail salon because they dont listen to the customers and theyre really not willing to accommodate the customer

I had a nail break at a jagged angle i thought was not repairable and Tim was able to fix it!My nails look great I will definitely be back.

I went in for a liquid gel fill in. While removing my gel polish with a nail drill the lady doing my nails drilled into my nail bed and almost drew blood on my pinky. I brought it to their attention but since she had already removed all the polish from my other nails I asked if they just give me a discount for what had happened and go ahead and continue to do the rest of my fingers.They offered me a $5 discount, which was less than 10 percent of the cost of my service, which totaled about $70. I didnt feel that discount was fair since she literally put a hole in my nail that now burns everytime water touches it. To her credit she did apologize but that didnt really help. I dont feel like they tried to solve the problem at all. They continued to try to convince me to just put gel on top of this wound in my nail. I ended up paying 5 bucks for the polish removal because I guess they did that....I will never return and I dont suggest to anyone else does either. They didnt even get all the polish off.

I had an Amazing experience today at Nail Care Spa! Rachel did my luxury pedicure & did a FANTASTIC job & Tom did my SNS full set and totally nailed it!!!(pun totally intended lol) I am so glad to be back at my FAVORITE nail spot...moved to Conyers and was going to the sister shop there but they truly pale in comparison to the original Nail Care Spa in Atlanta...I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD...highly recommend for a quality tier 1 experience!!! Oh and the glass of moscato was a nice touch ;)

The service I have received by all of the staff has been great! Went in yesterday for SNS nails with Jenny and I am so happy with them. She took her time to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Such a sweetheart and has 20 years of experience.

Yea....I will not be returning here!! I just got my nails done on the the 21st of September and the next day they immediately started breaking!! All I got was tips and the SNS powder. Please be mindful, I had this service done several times and had not had this result. I moved to the Brookhaven area hoping to find a new nail place to call home, I can promise you this one will not be it. I want to also mention I was very shocked leaving the nail salon how much residue was left on my fingers from the powder. It literally looked like a 5 year old painted my nails. The fact that the tech didn’t even try to get to residue off after finishing was shocking. This was a major waste of money!!! I wish I can dispute the charges including the $5 dollar tip I left.

I should have read the reviews before going to this salon. The first time I went was for a pedicure. No problem. The second time was for a pedicure and SNS. After 5 days the SNS started chipping. I went back and she fixed it. 2 days later, the other hand started chipping. Normally my SNS will last a month....I think they use cheap products.

Do not recommend getting your nails done here at all! The lady who did mine rushed them and was very sloppy. My nails are extremely thick and the shape is horrible. My sisters nails are just as bad as mine and when you try to correct them, they don’t listen. Do not come here and waste your money.

Won’t blame the nail place totally, because me going to this nail place multiple times expecting a different outcome is definitely my fault. I’m not as picky as most of my girlfriends who have a SPECIFIC nail place and nail tech they go to. They get their nails longer and usually get designs, so shaping and accuracy is imperative. I only get an overlay or an acrylic cut down to look as natural as my my real nails with Gel color. You would think any nail place can handle that since it’s EXTREMELY simple. I decided to try this place because it’s super close to my house and I just needed my nails done since my set I had looked old. A guy did my nails and when he finished they looked okay, could’ve been more neatly applied but didn’t create an issue about it. 2 days later, 2 of my nails chip......already. Annoyed I had to go back but when I did a woman fixed the 2 nails and didn’t charge me. Which I appreciated but she also repainted the tip of two other nails (that I didn’t ask her to do) which made them look sloppy. Couple days later, I break a nail. Went back to the same place to have it fixed, first guy who did my nails fixed it and clearly he does not care about the quality of his work. At first he used regular nail polish and put it under the UV light. I acted like I didn’t notice but I’m like, okay....? He realized his mistake and fixed it. My fixed nail is bumpy, polish applied sloppily and it’s filed crooked. Sorry for the long review, but there’s another nail place in the plaza across the street so I suggest trying that one over this place.

I came in on July 15th and purchased a $25 gift card as a surprise for my mothers birthday. I notified my mother of the amount on it. She went on August 25th and upon paying, she was told that there was only $10 on the gift card. My mother goes to this salon often which is why I purchased the gift card from them. I honestly am hoping that they resolve the issue and the apparent $10 upload was not an intentional way to cheat me or anyone else out of money. The sad part is is that my mom used the $10 to tip them. My mother also asked to keep the gift card as well so that she could come home and ask how much was loaded and we could resolve the issue. She was then notified by the staff that they do not allow customers to keep the gift card. Ive attached both items of proof.

I’ve been coming here for over 4 years. I love management and my nails are always done to my standards! Tom is my guy but honestly you can’t go wrong here! Best advice I can give is speak up! If you don’t like something they are always willing to fix it! Second advice, the attitude you come with is the attitude you’ll receive!!! They have an awesome atmosphere of positive energy and fun and relaxing. So keep your negativity out the door. Heck it’s a nail spa, they’ll talk to you and get to know you and will even remember to ask how things went the next time come back! I LOVE THIS NAIL SALON and it’s staff/management

Definitely wasn’t satisfied the nail tech cut me with the cuticle trimmer and acted like it was fine so disappointed blood was everywhere.

I tried this place Saturday for the first and I was extremely impressed. They have a luxurious atmosphere with very affordable prices. The only thing I didn’t like so much is how junky their nail polishes are. They don’t seem to dry all the way and my nails were smudged by night. Also, getting real nail dryers instead of fans would be amazing.

Beautiful nail spa & Lan Ha did an amazing job! When I come from NC visiting she’s the only one that will touch my nails.

Went for the first time Friday while killing time to get a wax. The salon itself is nice, but the ladies in their are very rude. They speak OVER you and ABOUT you in their language and it is SO obvious. I got a manicure and pedicure. The lady cut me and didnt say anything. I noticed my finger bleeding and I said something, she just rubbed some blue stuff on it. Mind you, the tip touched my cut and she just put it back away, no type of disinfecting. The polish I chose was beautiful, but the application looked like a child polished them. They looked AWFUL! Wont be returning!

The salon is nice but the experience not so much. Didnt really feel welcomed both times I went. First time I went the older lady with the glasses did my pedicure and cut me. She didnt apologize. I went again saying to myself Ill give them another try and got cut again.

Ive been going to Nail Care Spa for about 2 years now. Ive always enjoyed making my appointments with Helen. Shes patience, professional and very skilled at what she does. I always order SnS Dip Powder nails and she always makes sure that they are durable and very natural looking. If you go, be sure to ask for Helen!!!

Really calm atmosphere. Really pretty! They have a lot of colors to choose from. However, they over charge & prices are different each time Ive visited them. They dilute their nail polish so it doesnt last long. & the owner can be rude at times.

This salon is very thorough with pedicures. Ive been here about 3 times and have tried other salons in the area. This salon is by far one of the best Ive come across. Heather is great with pedicures and makes the experience so relaxing. The staff is friendly, but a few arent as welcoming.

Ive been coming here the past few months, I live in the area so its the closest one to me. They are a little pricey but I chuck it up to the area, I havent had any negative experiences, I would say the only thing is the wait time. If I ask, how long is the wait and you say 5 minutes I expect to only be waiting 5 minutes, not 15. However, Ive never had a negative customer service experience with them. Additionally, I wanted to shout out Hai!! I came in on July 4th and he was so sweet, did my nails fast, and it was exactly what I wanted. I said what I wanted and he responded, to make sure I have you correct, you want ....... and did just that, so kudos and 10 stars for him. Other people to notate if you need services are Nancy for nails, shes always busy so make sure you book your appointment if you can rather than just dropping by, shes quick and it looks good. and Jenny slays eyebrow waxes so check her out too. Overall its a nice place. I also think they give out complimentary wine, water, and soda (or at least they used to, I havent seen it lately but when I first started coming here they did)

They’re okay if you need a “let me get this done and go” place. However, they’re not the best or one of my better nail spots.Long term the nails do not last. I have had SNS for years and this is the only place where a nail has chipped or came off after just a week (give or take).I’ve been here now three times, but I won’t be going back any time soon.

I love NCS! it is super close to my house which is why I went the first time. Everyone is always super friendly and accommodating. They also have wine, so a great place to go after work! I will be heading back there today for another set of SNS (they have great selection of colors).

This is the only nail salon I go to! I have been coming here regularly for over a year and always have a good experience. The employees are always friendly and do a great job. I usually just walk in and I never have much of a wait, even when it is busy. The salon is always clean too.

This place is super cute and easy to access. Sometimes the service is great and other times not so much. The salon Ambiance is wonderful, I love being in there. There polish is diluted so it doesnt last past 2 days. The staff seems unhappy which is the biggest problem for me because it makes the experience wierd.

This is the second time I came here . The last time was over a year ago . I decided to give this place another try . The place is absolutely beautiful but don’t let that fool you . The service is horrific .I’ve never written a negative nail review. I know each experience with each person can be different. But I left pretty unhappy and they didn’t care as long as you paid and left .Last time my pedicure caused my toe to get infected within 24 hours and I have no health issues .This time I left with I have polish all over my skin / hands I took pictures of it .....this is only the half of it ... I can’t even tell you how rediculus the experience has been .I paid and left and don’t ever plan to revisit .

Ive frequent this nail salon for at least a couple years now, mainly never experienced any problems; just an occasional minor adjustment here & there but nothing never problematic to make you not want to return. Understanding I have had past surgeries on my foot, although the service I request is nothing out of the ordinary of a basic pedicure; as well as sometimes upgrade to the next tier of pedicures. I mentioned that very importantly due to the level of customer service Ive been receiving within the past few months. As anyone else, you find a place to do quality work w/good spirits & or attitude; therefore you find techs that you prefer...ONLY here that has become a problem. Quite naturally your preferred tech gets busy from time to time, but to shoo you off or want to just rush you is unfair; not to mention unacceptable. We all pay our money but when you request certain techs & then let it be known you dont mind waiting, it seems they like to discourage you by stating theyre busy; but shouldnt it be your choice to wait or try to schedule coming back later or coordinate a better time. Unfortunately they treat it as whatever and take whoevers available. Ive called to schedule appointments with my preferred techs and they usually dont want to share their schedules or availability. Ive read some of the reviews posted after the fact, but still really didnt agree with what was being said. Now I must share that things have changed, yes many of the techs & some times owners have come off or just appeared rude & yes, then want to talk about you in their language; when before then was speaking English to you the entire time. Its not a welcoming feeling or appreciation of your business. Therefore on that note the customer service has really taken a plunge, not what you would expect by walking in & seeing the place and all the techs working there; such a disappointment for a place youve been frequenting for a couple years now. If you have the opportunity to visit another nail place & give your business to at least some business owners who seem like they appreciate it; as well as offer much better customer service & quality....do so. Trust and believe, it had to take quite some time for me to get to this point. Therefore the reviews that state theyve experienced rudeness, I almost have to believe it knowing the truth I know. If anyone is interested there are a few other nail places in this area.

I had been about 5 times and had good results, however tonight, I picked a Perfect Match gel for nails/polish for toes, when they were done my toes were mauve and my nails orange.They took NO responsibility, NO refund, I forced them to remove the toes and put an as close as I could find on the toes.I talked to the manager and they said gel and polish containers were misnamed from manufacturer, and would not do any thing to satisfy me so I would return as a customer. POOR customer service. $56 down the drain

Although the atmosphere was nice the workers and the person who seemed to be In charge were unwelcoming and rude. Even worse my nail polish cracked in chipped on the next day. My experience was so bad that I don’t even want to go back to have them it. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Seems like a clean salon but they definitely dont know how to do dip/ powder nails. I went once and the nails were thick and bumpy. Tried going back again (to a different person) and they were thin and chipped in a few days. Dont waste your money!

I frequent this salon a lot. I love getting regular manis and pedis. They have a large selection of polishes and the quality of the polish is great. The people who work their are very friendly and personable. If you visit regularly you can get a frequent customer card, however it seems like this isnt public knowledge. Like I said earlier I frequent this salon a lot and no one mentioned it. I saw a gentleman with one and inquired. Then and only then was I reluctantly given one. I continued to go back because the polish doesnt bleed and manicures still look great a week later. The polish does not chip!!!!

This spa has great customer service. High quality service, and the staff is friendly. However, I think it’s a slap in the face to charge for removal of nails whether it’s SNS, acrylic, or gel.

Do not waste your time. I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year off and on because it’s close to my wax place and it always takes forever and my nails always break. The last time I came here I told myself never again. It took 2 and a half hours for a fill in and pedicure only for my nail to break two days later. When I returned to get it fix they expected me to wait 30 minutes to fix one nail.

After reading reviews, I still thought I would give this place a shot. Absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever had. Some kid, did mine. He was probably one of the technicians son. However, he was not a good choice. Please save your money and go somewhere else!

Do not waste your money! I have my cosmetology license and i know watered done products!!! I got services over$100 plus tip and not satisfied! I have been getting SNS for years and have never experienced the cracking after a few days. I want to say theyre using cheaper products (or products overdone with asitone* excuse the misspell) because SNS should last longer than a week. But thats not my issue I went back to get them fixed and I was treated as if I was the problem I had to remind the lady doing my nails that I am not supposed to be here for another few weeks. So after she finished repairing my nails they looked worse than before she completely change the shape (I didn’t mind the shape change but they were not straight) and they were not smooth I almost feel like I shouldve just kept my nails with the cracks in it. So another nail text ended up fixing her mistakes but they were not friendly or sincere about the extra time I wasted to get something I already paid for with a very generous tip. I will not be going back here and if you are person of color do not go here. I couldnt help but feel like I was being stereotyped, which is not cool. I would not recommend this place to anyone it looks very nice but the work is not and some of them are not friendly at all. Forgot to mention that the last nail tech walked off and let me sit there till another nail tech working on someone else said “your dry”. These people are very unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone.

Every time Ive been here for a walk-in appointment I have to wait 30 minutes. They send you to the back to make you think theyre ready for you but then you have to sit in the chair for 20 minutes.The last time I went the woman cut my big toe. Not once, but twice. The second cut was so bad I have been limping around for the last 5 days!!Do better Nail Care Spa.

TERRIBLE! AWFUL SERVICE AND TERRIBLE NAILS!!First visit went well and my nails looked good. Second visit the service was okay but my nails started cracking in 3 days. Third visit was terrible! After asking telling him about my issue with the last girl, my nails then broke after 2 days. The man was rude and did a did not even know how to paint nails (another tech had to come fix it). These are weaker than my natural nails! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Terrible, terrible nail shop!A friend recommended this horrible place. I went in yesterday to get full gel nail set. Full gel set $40, to shape my nails an additional $5, to pick gel color an additional $5. Some white lady got her hands well massaged afterwards, but I guess that would have been an additional fee for me.Woke up today morning and my gel nails are all chipping, like I used regular Walmart nail polish.I have been getting my nails done for over 5 years, so I know terrible & horrible nail spa.

Nice place but they DONT have dryers! They expect to have you sit with your hands out to this tiny fans to lets your nails dry. Also the guy i had was talking his sweet time walking back and forward constantly on his phone chatting with an other worker and at a point he even orderd a LATTE from Starbucks! Do your self a favor and dont get fooled by the place the service is horrible and the work is not good either.

I usually never report things that aren’t major, but this place is not a good place to get your nails done. It was my first time coming here and I must say I was not pleased especially once I got home and a few days went by and I got a bad infection on my finger from the manicure. Not to mention, when you get your nails done there you have to put your hands underneath a light and my paint kept touching the light and messing up! Also another girl came in while I was getting my nails done and she was very unhappy with her previous service. This place looks fancy but the infection I got and the service I received was very disappointing. I would not recommend to anyone. Sorry to say.

Nice facility, but the quality of the nail job is just terrible. They also take forever and on more than one occasion have made me sit and have my nails done first, THEN start on my feet. What a waste of time. The last two times I got SNS my nails broke within days of getting them done. Pedicures are decent, nothing impressive.

Had a great experience. The woman that worked on my feet did an excellent job. My feet arent scary but I hadnt had a professional pedi in a while. I got the middle tier pedi. Moderately priced $25-$35-$50 for pedis. They offer all the other typical nail salon stuff and eye lashes.It was busy in there, to be expected on a Saturday, but they were able to get me in and out within an hour or so.

If youre a person of color DO NOT GO there !!!!! Last night was not my first visit, always horrible customer service and very rude staff ! I took my 14 year old lil sis for her birthday. The guy asked us if we got money before he started doing her nails. Their Employees are not well trained. Its always hit or miss. They messed up my eyebrows and the guy also messed up my sisters nails. When we ask if he can redo them he said he wont take another minute on her nails. I dont think we would get treated this way if we were white or older . They profiled us based on our age and our race. They automatically assumed we got no money and we wont tip . Guess what, I probably make more money than they do and I know Im a great tipper. The bottom line is that place is full of Rude and racist people from the manager down !

I want to love this place because its so close to home, but as others mentioned, the service is not consistant. The first time I came my gel manicure wasnt done properly nor was it painted in fully on my toes. The third time I came for a polish change, I was overcharged by $14. This morning I wake up and one of the nails is chipped already. Ill go to get the repair, but I wont be going back again.

I went to get my nails and feet done just last week and my nails are already lefting!!! 5 nails so far have lefted already. I am beyond upset that I now have to go somewhere and have someone remove these just so that I don’t snag my hair with them or hurt myself.

My first time here, and they did a great job! $20 pedicure, and it still looks great after a weekend at the beach!

I do not recommend. My nails look horrible i got a full set and my no chip polish is already peeling off and my nails are cracking from the sides it has not even been a week. I am very disappointed

If I could give this terrible place -10000 stars I WOULD! Service is TERRIBLE!!!! I went for a fix and the shape of my nail does not match the other nails AT ALL! The older lady is extremely RUDE. Don’t let the way this place looks draw you in. I will NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN!!!! If you can get to another salon GO. I was also cut by their drill fill and they did not clean it at all! DO NOT COME HERE I repeat DO NOT COME HERE!

Absolutely horrible experience!!! I have been here in the past and quit going because of the creepy man who did my nails. Thought I would give it another try since it had been over a year. HUGE mistake!! Nail tech had clammy hands and a cold!! He was very impatient and rough with me. I asked for a fill, pedicure and brow wax. Took 2 hours for my nails and pedicure. They never thought about the brow wax and I’m thankful. I have never EVER wanted to run out of a salon before! Save your money and your time! P.S. owner asked if everything was ok when I left, I told him it was not. Owner never acknowledged that I was unhappy or even seemed to care. All that salon wants is your money. They could care less if you are a returning customer or a new customer. Over priced for their services.

Amazing job on gel polish and pedicure. Amazing colors and services from which to choose.

The lady cut my two toes and no one really didnt even care about it. The lady who cut my toe acted very passively and her responses were not professional. she was keep saying the tool she used was new so that gave the cuts on my toes.. I tried my best to be nice but this place has a serious customer service problem... never coming back. Plus found out i had UGLY pedi.. still cant believe i paid for this

It was very peaceful and it didnt smell too much like chemicals which is very good.

Do not waste your money here. One of the worst gel manicures Ive ever received, my nails began chipping and peeling within 3 days. The paint job itself was awful and uneven near my nail bed. There are so many other salons worth spending your money at!

This was my preferred mani/pedi spot for over a year. My regular tech went on maternity leave so i stopped coming as often. Decided to come on a Saturday for a pedi and eyebrows.Upon arrival was told to pick color but then was informed there was somebody in wax room. The guy said hed do them while i was getting a pedi. I declined knowing how tricky mine can be and said Im come back the next day. He seemed annoyed.Then the girl who was assigned for my pedi seemed rushed and annoyed. There were at least 4 other customers in the salon. She then proceeded to rush over my feet. Then came the worst part. She began cutting my cuticles in the MOST PAINFUL way Ive ever experienced. Im talking wincing pain. The other employees are laughing and joking with her about it in an obvious way. When i put them in the water. It burned. Im trying to bare it thinking its just me. And she becomes even more annoyed.Then i realize i chose a mood color which i didnt like. But asked her to apply a 3rd coat. She proceeded to tell me she was being nice to do 2. And thats just how it looks. Oh did i mention she exfoliated my feet the the pressure of a cloud??I was really upset by the time we were done. After being in Atlanta for 4 years I thought Id found a great spot. I will NEVER travel across town to this place again.

I came to get a fill-in and pedi and the mani was fab.. The tech who did my fill-in did a great job on my nails.The young guy who did my pedi was so NOT focused on my feet. He was focused alright; yeah, on the tv and his phone. He acted like he was afraid to go to town on my feet and make me feel like I was getting my moneys worth. Needless to say, it was lower than sub-par. He kept getting up because he kept forgetting the tools he needed and then he was still working on my feet even after the tech who did my fill-in had finished. Slower than a snail and too focused on other things than pleasing the client.Now, I remember why I havent been back to this place since last year in March to get a pedi. From now on, no venturing off for me. I am going to stick to my ladies on Lavista for my pedicures but I will come back to this place for a fill-in!!!
