Very underwhelmed by this gel manicure. The tech was nice but spoke very little English and needed translation from another tech simply for the process of choosing a color. Definitely not an big deal, but it ended up taking a long time to describe what kind of color I’d like (even after showing her the samples).Once a color was chosen, I was informed that they didn’t actually have that color available. After some more translation, I was told by another tech that despite the MANY color samples available, they only had 2 that matched my description and were actually available. No problem, we’ll go with it.She hurried through the process, which I don’t mind, IF the end result is good. The color was pretty translucent so it required 3 coats, and even so, it looks uneven in multiples spots. What bothers me the most are the careless edges!!!! They ended up looking like something I could’ve done myself at home. Disappointed.

I really was impressed with the services. My names were beautiful. All they did was buff my nature shine. I was so very happy to see the nature look.😁😁happy customer.

Recently moved from MA to GA and was looking for nail salon. Polished Nails was top rated in my area so decided to check them out. I was shocked to find:1. Tools were not in a sterilized pack!! This was the standard in my MA salon. How can I know you sterilize equipment??2. They used paper towels to separate toes lol. I guess that’s smart/cost effective but it doesn’t do the same job as the professional toe separators. I get times are rough but whoa!! Not professional3. Pedicure wasn’t done well. She didn’t file the nails right, kept getting caught up in bedding and clothes.Definitely not going back there unless I’m in a pinch. The nail tech was a nice lady though🙂

I LOVE the guy who did my nails!! I forgot his name but he’s Spanish, kind of chubby and always has his airpods in he’s amazing!😂😍 he took his time and got my nails down to the T!! His personality is sarcastic but so cute and the lady who did my toes took her time and did an amazing job too!! They are just a little pricey but very worthy I had to TIP! Going back soon!

I received a gel pedicure & was charged $42. Gel is guaranteed to last at least 3 weeks; however, the next day they were smudged & worn off. I went back to the salon & they fixed it. 6 days later the same thing happened throughout the week. I contacted them and there was nothing they could do for me. If you’re charging an extra $15 for gel they should last more than 6 days. Do not waste your money or time.

I went to this nail salon to get my daughter’s nails done at 5:10 PM on Sun. 8/1. They advertised that their salon closes at 6PM. When I walked in the salon I was asked how may I be helped, I mentioned that I would like to get my daughter’s nails done and then I was told they are now closed. I was very disappointed and embarrassed, as they should have turned off their OPEN sign and/or close their doors. They were not even that busy. I will never be going here to get anything done. Very poor attitude.

When i walked in there was a 15 min wait for a full set. Once it was my turn, i was left at a table to soak off my acrylic remains for 30 mins. It does not take that long. Meanwhile people who walked in after me was immediately worked on while i waited for my nail tech to begin. I ended up being passed off to another tech while mine was doing a pedicure for a walk-in. The entire time (2 hours) i was looked over, technicians was swapping from feet to nails to face, gross!!! and made me feel second to their “returning clients.” Stiletto nails were not sharp or angled, My gel polish application was mediocre but the design was cute, which is why they are worth 1star. I was overcharged for a soak off, full set, gel polish and design. $95 for this is robbery. Do not go to this place.

I just moved here from Texas. I went to Polished Luxury Nail Salon on Ashford Dunwoody in Brookhaven today. I paid $56 for the WORST pedicure and manicure I have ever had in my life. My feet and hands look like I polished them myself without regard or notice of my cuticles whatsoever. They look horrible and I brought new sandals for nothing 😡 WARNING: Do not allow the older Asian females in this salon to service your feet bc you WILL REGARD the outcome. The quality is extremely poor. Today was my first and last visit.

One of the best places I’ve ever been! The person doing my nails was super sweet and very nice always making sure I liked what they were doing to my nails! I already recommended this place to my friends right as I got done, do recommend! Just a little bit pricey what I got (full set tips, acrylic, gel top coat)

Im always very impressed with Polished Luxury Nail Salon! I live a little bit out of the way but will always make the drive to see them. Im thrilled that Ill be moving closer to them soon so itll be easy access. They are wonderful!

My boyfriend lives around the corner, and we came here for Dip powder. Ive been getting dip powder for the past 4 years and never paid this much for a simple solid color. The color full set is on the higher of the average spectrum at $35. I was charged $45 for simple white nails. She stated she had to soak off but if I had dip before thats part of the service. You have to get rid of the previous color. Also even if she was charging to soak off, the brochure said soak off with a service was $5. I should paid no more than than $40 even with their higher prices. Overall, service was ok but not worth $45 for a simple color no design or French. Also not many safety procedures in place.

My mom my daughter and I came here from SC. The best pedicures and fill ins ever. This is a place I will travel 2 hours to come back too. We loved it! I saw Lynn she was very detailed and friendly. She knew exactly what I liked without me even telling her. Her patients was incredible. I love it can’t wait to return again. My mom said this was the best pedicure she has ever had by Kailyn. This place is the best.

This place is okay at best. Everyone is really nice but I was definitely upcharged. I asked for a $30 pedicure and when I went to pay he said it was $50. And after leaving, I noticed that my cuticles on my hands and feet were so itchy. I probably personally wouldn’t go back but they weren’t awful.

I paid $55 for SNS and the initial results were really pretty. However, after a few days a few nails began lifting. I went back to the salon and asked for them to be repaired because I had a flight the next day.The same technician who did my nails the first time proceeded to put nail glue at the base of all of my nails to /repair/ them. This was only my second time getting my nails professionally done and I wasnt aware that nail glue was not a proper fix. The nails started back lifting within a few hours and there was no time to return to the salon. I had to soak the nails off while on vacation because my hair kept getting stuck in them and they were more of an inconvenience than anything. I would not recommend this nail salon for SNS nails at the very least.

Today was my first time going to this salon and it was decent. It wasn’t the cleanest but they made sure my services was up to par. I’m not going to lie but they really need to do some sanitation in that place. I was scared to put my feet inside of the pedicure bowl although they used the plastic things. I will probably go back just for the manicure, but word of advice please do some cleaning in there it’s very unsanitary especially for a nail salon. I know because I do nails myself and what I seen is so wrong.

I was ok with the experience except when the work began I had two people working on me for my hands and feet while I was getting serviced with nails the person doing them was probably the owner or manager but he didn’t care if the products were getting me messy and into my hair and eyes while drilling, I asked for a gym stoned design, he mentioned that no one was there to do them at that point I wanted my nails finished to go to another salon that could easily place the letter shaped gym stones one one finger, my service was also interrupted multiple times by phone calls and leaving to go do other things. Not to sure y my experience went this way but I hope that this business can improve on things

I came in at 9:40 (10 min after opening) for a full set. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes which was fine. I waited for an hour & ended up leaving out. However, a Caucasian lady came in after me and she was immediately seen. The lack of communication was unprofessional. Also, if your short staffed, just say that. Zero stars if I could.

My nails are amazing! I went all black and that a difficult color to get right because it shows imperfections so well. They are stunning. Marlon did fantastic!

Very filthy, dirty place. All kinds of grime built up on chairs and floors. I can tell they do not clean or sanitize anything. And staff wasn’t the most welcoming which I can overlook, but not the dirtiness of the place. Also the quality was subpar. Do not recommend & will not be returning.

Went in this evening about 45 minutes until closing. Was my first visit here. They did such a wonderful and fast job on soaking off my old acrylics and giving me a new beautiful full set. I’ve been trying to find a good salon near me who was able to do a black and red ombré color and I was having The hardest time finding a nail technician who could or would do so. But she did an awesome job and gave me exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be back and absolutely recommend!!

A week later with SNS polish and now the my nails have grown out a little you can see bad of a job this really was. Spent 58 dollars for this. I won’t be coming here again. They also use old nail files, nail clippers and other products and don’t label them as soiled.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my dog. I been getting my nails done for over 15 years..personally this shop seems like it’s doing very bad financially and I should have listened to the reviews before I decided to go here but let me tell y’all bout my experience.. so to begin the shop is not taking any precautions for COVID. No temp checks or mandatory mask. For two it took 3 hours for one take off/full set with gel color. NO DESIGNS NO RHINESTONES, just color. My nails were not soaked to take off acrylic but they were literally ripped off piece by piece tearing into my nail beds. When I finally got done, the guy doing my nails said $80. I asked what the $80 was for if he could break it down and he was confused and asked the manager for help. When the manager came over he said the full set was $50, $10 for taking off nails & $10 for length and shape. $70 for a full set gel polish no designs is outrageous. I paid and left ... I called to see how much a full set really was and the lady on the phone said $25 and up. I went back into the store for an explanation, the lady was screaming at me different prices and now said I was charged more because it took 3 hours (even tho that was NOT my fault) I was also told because the nails “look nice” that’s why it’s more. the manager originally told me it was $10 for gel like at any other place until the math wasn’t adding up right for what I was charged, then he changed it to $20 for gel. They were all scrambling talking over each other trying to justify how much different things cost and none of them had the same answers. Long story short if you want to be swindled into paying more money for a basic set of nails all while being disrespected after spending your money with a company.. this place is for you! Sad I couldn’t leave 0 stars!

This is the first salon that I can say slayedddd my nails AND feet!! I will only be going to them from now on. I’m seeing some pretty bad reviews on here but that was not my experience at all. They were busy and I had to wait a few mins. But that happens everywhere. And my nails lasted so long. It’s been 2+ weeks and they’re just lifting.

Clearly told the nail lady not to shorten my nails but she did. The next day there were already bubbles in my polish and it started to chip off. I paid 60 dollars here and would like my money back. I called in the next week to get an appointment with another person that was recommended to me and when I walked in the salon he was helping somebody else that walked in a minute before me. Sorry but no thank you.

The Male Owner they call Papa is very unprofessional. He misunderstood what I said as far as the difference between a pedicure with just gel polish...and just getting gel polish. I clearly stated (when I called) that I wanted a pedicure with just gel polish and I wrote it on the sign in sheet as well. Papa was very unprofessional because he got upset and threw a tantrum due to the misunderstanding and he did not want to go back and start over because it would have been too much work for him😕..as opposed to him handling the misunderstanding as the owner of the establishment should. I insisted on speaking with the Manager (they call her Mama) because I was not going to stoop down to his level and argue with him. She came off a bit abrasive at first, but when I stood my ground and remained calm and professional with her while explaining the misunderstanding, Mama came around and was MUCH more pleasant to work with😄. I had gone to this salon once before and it was a much better experience the first time.. I do not hold Papas actions to the work and actions of the other nail techs in the establishment because I did not work with them. Hopefully Papa can receive some professional training on how to deal with misunderstandings in his place of business, and become a better person and salon owner. I wish nothing but love, respect, and success to this establishment in the future. I just know that due to his lack of professionalism, my visits here have come to an end. Hopefully this is a learning lesson for Papa, just as much as it is a learning lesson for me. Much love❤.

Ive been to this salon twice and I really wanted to like it since it was close to my new apartment. However, both times my gel polish chipped within 24 hours. I went in the day before yesterday and my chrome polish I paid extra for looks freaking terrible. The nail technician kept laughing at what I wanted and I guess I shouldve paid attention because the polish he used was clearly very cheap or fake. That or he doesnt know how to apply it. I guess you pay for quality. Let me also point out I spend the day typing for work and I havent even washed dishes for my nails to look like this. Will not be returning.

I gave them a 3 star because they were really nice but my nails aren’t straight and my thumbs are lumpy(the left one has a crack in the polish.) I set an appointment & they had me going as soon as I sat down & it was very nice inside so that’s also a plus, if you do give them a try just make sure you are really attentive. I didn’t really notice mine until I got to the car & at that point I was just ready to go home. I had drove 45 minutes to go to this one bc the reviews were so good..

I am currently getting a pedicure by Tim and this is the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my 22 years 7 months and two days of living. Even though it is getting close to there closing time, they have been extremely patient with their work and it shows. If I could give 100 stars on my visit today I would. This was an exceptionally pleasant experience. Its been a while since Ive been to a nail salon, and I havent been to one just because I hate to get a thick nail. However, Lynn, the owner, did my full set, suggested a pink and white ombre, and I left the nail shop with the best manicure Ive ever had. Though its a drive, this is my new favorite nail shop!

I was there yesterday to have a mani/pedi.4 hours later my gel polish was chipping off.I live an hour and a half away so I can’t and won’t go back.The staff are extremely snobbish and only speak amongst themselves unless you ask them something. Half of them don’t have a clue what they are doing.Very disappointed in this salon

I absolutely LOOOOOVED the way Kim did my nails and she is officially my permanent nail tech. I came in during slower hours to get a new full set with one of my nails being broken past the skin and Kim made sure to be extra gentle when handling it. She was quick but definitely effective and mistake free. Literally the first time getting my nails done and not a single knick to my cuticles! Normally if a technician doesn’t knick a cuticle or two with the drill, the nail can look chunky and less natural. However, Kim knew exactly what she was doing. My experience was fast and relaxing. The salon was clean and calming and prices were average and definitely worth it. I’m extremely picking about everything food, hair, nails etc and I was beyond satisfied with how my nails turned out.

I went there, they left me sitting for more than an hour. and they cared for people who came after me. never go to this place. youre going to spend more than three hours there.

I just finished my first pedicure with Nancy and I am over the top happy. She’s so friendly and does an amazing job and fantastic massage on your legs and feet! Staff is also friendly and are swift but look like they too do an awesome job. I’m definitely coming back! Very happy ☺️

Came here to get a gel fill with regular polish under the impression it was $25. I asked the tech to trim my nails a bit since I type and prefer them short. Once finished he said it was 40. I asked him to tell me where the additional 15 came from. He said it was 5 for gel - even though the menu says gel fill - $25 - and 5 for cutting them down. I said ok where is the other 5 coming from?? Another man came over and tried to cover by making up charges I was never told about. I went back and looked at my account and realized that I’d been charged different amounts for the same service the last 3 times. I ended up paying 35 for a gel fill. The fact that they charge 5 dollars to remove a centimeter from my nails is enough of a reason to avoid this place. My fault for not paying attention before but hopefully you don’t make the same mistake.

AVOID!! Got a mani/pedi with gel polish. The polish on my hands began to chip 2 hours after I left the salon. They were closed by the time I noticed. I then went back the next day to see a sign saying they’d be close for the 4th and 5th of July...so ultimately there was no way for me to get my nails fixed bc by that time they wouldn’t blamed the chipping on me.Fast forward to today, I thought I’d give this salon another try just with a different tech, and the gel polish on my toes is already chipping once again! Never will I ever go to this place again. I live across the street and would rather drive 20 minutes to get proper service. They make up prices on the spot and their services DO NOT LAST.Another customer returned to the store expressing that she had got her nails done the day before and they were already chipping, she simply requested they be fixed and the tech tells her she will have to pay another $20!!!!!!! Terrible business. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They obviously do not care about their customers. 0/5

I came here today right after school to get my nails done for spring break. Yesterday, we made an appointment for 4 oclock (for 7 girls) and we were all very excited! We got there around 3:55 and at that time, all the people were taken. We would have thought if we made an appointment that people would be waiting for us or at least a few would.The lady told us to choose our color. We all chose our color and we were ready to go. Most of the time when you think you made an appointment, you would not have to wait. Well, that was not our situation. We were all sitting there talking and we all wanted to say something about it being a while because we were all getting picked up soon. We saw people coming in around 4:20 and they even took those people before they took any of us. Around 4:30 was when the lady came over and told two girls they could go. I got acrylics and I was so excited to get white almond nails. When I finally got my chance to get my nails done, it was around 5:10. I waited for over an hour which I think is completely unacceptable. I think if we made an appointment, we should at the most wait 20 minutes until it starts. This was my first time at this nail salon and I do not think I will be coming back. The lady who did my nails (I think she was the owner) was very very nice and she did my nails fine but after about 10 minutes, my nails began to chip. Right now, around 5 hours later, 8 of my nails chipped so I tried going over 4 with nail polish and the other 4 are so bad, that I had to take off the polish completely. I wanted to try out a new place and see how it is but I am 100% going back to my old place. Maybe tomorrow, I can go back and get my money back and I will just go back to my old nail salon and get my nails done. The people there are fine just the service is not. Also, I just got a text from one of the girls. She said her gel nail chipped also. Overall, our first time experience was not the best and we all wish it was better.

Love coming to this nail salon. The entire staff is friendly and polite. My nails always look great when theyre finished. The pricing is reasonable. The shop is always clean. They accept walk-ins but they can get pretty busy on the weekends so Id suggest calling ahead. They have a large selection of regular polish colors as well as gel polish colors. The products they use are quality and I never have any issues with my gel fill ins lasting 2-3 weeks. With my gel fill ins I never have any paint chipping or lifting. Would definitely recommend.

Great atmosphere. The service was excellent. I got a full set and pedicure. They both turned out wonderfully. Before I came my feet were really dry and calloused especially around the big toes and heels. The guy took my feet from that to smooth and beautiful. Selena hooked my brows and nails up. She was very friendly. I will be coming again soon.

The service provided to me was botched and a complete waste of money. I called a few hours after my pedicure and manicure because my nails were horrible. They were unevenly painted and some parts even missed polish.The manager Lane seemed reasonable and assured me they would fix the job. When I arrived, I was made to wait a while. I was then surprised to find the same person who ruined my nails would be working on me. I had voiced to the manager that I would like someone new but was clearly ignored.As the employee worked on my nails, I noticed the sloppy execution again. I started to become more frustrated but maintained a calm demeanor. I asked to speak with the manager again. This time she came over with an attitude and attempted to argue why she choose the same employee to wipe my nail polish off. I told her I just wanted someone new. She said she would be bringing someone else but I felt embarrassed because people were curiously looking and listening to our conversation. I eventually asked for a refund. The manager denied me and didn’t do anything to fix my issue. I left humiliated, disrespected, and without any nail polish on my finger nails except for the bit remaining on my cuticles.I would avoid coming to this nail shop. The customer service is terrible. It’s honestly okay to make mistakes but it’s unacceptable to not try to make your customers feel heard and respected. Especially... when the customer (myself), wasn’t rude or trying to make a scene.

This place is the best! Its so hard to find a good nail salon with great prices. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for wonderful service. Ask for Trinity. I came in an hour to close asking for a full set and she happily stayed 30 minutes past closing to finish my nails! And did a perfect job! This place deserves even bit of 5 stars.

I had such a great experience here. I was visiting from out of town and they had good reviews so we stopped by. They were polite and served us a quickly as they could. Tim is so detailed. Got my acrylics filled here less than a week ago. I have been getting acrylics for 5 years now and know how the process is supposed to be done. While I was getting the service, I noticed there were a few quality steps in the process that the nail tech skipped, but they were nice and appeared to be knowledgeable, so I let it go. Well, now less than a week later, my nails are already starting to lift! Needless to say, I wont be back and Ill be needing to go back to another salon shortly to get these fixed.

Customer service does not exist here... I picked out my color for SNS and the color did not match what I chose as soon as I told her the powder didn’t look the same she said sometimes they look different so I proceeded after I was done she asked if the color looks nice I said it’s not what I wanted, the lady excused herself by saying the colors simply “change” and that it was gel on the sample. She never even apologized or asked to do something about it . She even blamed it on me and said I spoke too late !Would never step another foot in here !

I recently received a new treatment at Polished Luxury Nail Salon. It is their new healing herbal wraps which consists of a herbal neck & shoulder wrap, herbal hand gloves and herbal booties. I cant tell you how wonderful these treatments are and how good I felt afterwards. Treat yourself and try them!!!

I went for a gel manicure after work recently and had a great experience! I was able to get in quickly without an appointment and the technician did such a good job, my nails look great. I have been hopping from one salon to another recently with sub par results, but I think Ive found a solid place thats close to work! Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this salon ! I have been going here for years. The staff is very patient and friendly. Selena is amazing! She has been doing my nails for a very long time, and she is awesome at what she does. I am grateful that when I want to try new things that will work for my nails, she is able to get new products for me. I will miss going to this salon now that I am moving up north, but I will definitely continue to come here whenever I am in the Atlanta area.

Finally found a nail salon somewhat close to where I live where they do great nails. I had been to three trying to find a good place and had no luck...Rosa was the lady that helped me and she took her time and made my nails look great! The place is neat, very inviting and the staff professional. Definitely will go back! Rosa got a lifetime customer ! Giving four stars because I also got my eyebrows waxed but felt like the lady didnt take her time and didnt clean it up as good as I had hoped. Overall I am very happy with the experience. I have had one of the best manicure experiences here! Make sure you ask for Kim specifically as shes very experienced and extremely patient with customers. She takes time explaining the products and whats best suited for your nail type. She does it with dedication and makes sure youre more than satisfied with the manicure / nail art.

I went to use a gift card and when I went waited 30 minutes for my turn then two friends came in after me and they waited on them before me......I will never go back to this shop again....the tech would not even review the sign in sheet to show I was correctResponse to your reply:Your reply was not accurate because if you saw me walk in on the phone you also saw where I signed in which is the sign in sheet I asked you to check when it was my turn. And good customer service would have been to ask instead of timing how long I was on the phone which obviously meant you noticed me there. Once none of this matters because customer service defines my interest in any business, without it I am truly not interested

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance for nails and toes. Service was so bad we just did toes only. When we got there no one was available..once someone was available clearly it was there first time ever doing nails. I had to show her all the areas she missed. Service was so bad we just did toes only. Worst experience every. Rude.. Communication was horrible. Dont go if your coming in town for an event.

My dad and I went for Fathers Day. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. They did a great job in a timely manner. Lynn, the owner, did an amazing job with my gel manicure. She even filed down the corners so they wont catch and start peeling. Will definitely be back.

I drive across town from Decatur just to go here! Excellent. The polish from my last pedicure held strong for almost 2 months. My calloused summer feet are unbelievably smooth after Lins attentive care (with the cool and tingly 35 min pedicure). Thank you!! Clean, great service, reasonably priced.

This place is wonderfully amazing!!! I’ve seen a different nail tech every visit and have never been disappointed. Today, I had the pleasure of sitting with Lan and Tam, seriously felt like I walked out with a new set of hands and feet; can’t compliment them enough. My wife and I just moved here and came to this nail salon for the 1st time.... Great service, Tam did a great job on my wife pedicure Ernesto did an amazing job on her nails and Dianna did a amazing job as well on my pedicure. We will definitely be back as regulars.

I absolutely love this place!!! Ive been coming here for years and I love their work. I originally started coming because it was close to my house then I moved over an hour away and I still come here. I would recommend this nail salon to everyone!!! They make me feel like Im apart of the family with excellent customer service!!!
