I was excited to try this place because of its pretty good rating, but my experience turned out to be terrible. If youre looking for a nail salon, save yourself the grief and time and just go across the street to Passion nails where all staff are friendly and do impeccable work.I had SNS done and I noticed the colour wasnt very saturated and was even a bit clear on the tips. When I mentioned that to the nail tech, I think her name was Don, she instantly got very irritated and rude and blamed me for not specifying how many coats I wanted. From then on out she had an awful attitude. After I paid and left and saw the state of my nails in the clear of day I saw just how sloppy and unprofessional of a job she did. There was nail polish past my cuticle all the way to the curve of my finger on every finger. I turned around and went back in, and much to her annoyance she rubbed some remover around my nails and told me I have to go scrub the rest off my self in the sink. Obviously, that didnt work so another girl came over and rubbed more remover and accidentally removed some polish in the process so she put a top coat on, which as you can see on my pinky I accidentally rubbed off shortly after. Even after all that, there was still polish all on the cuticles and beyond. And they had the audacity to get mad and rude at me for their own poor work! Appalling, really. She did a bad job and she handled it very badly. The only thing she did right was telling me to go somewhere else to get a proper manicure done.

Yora was amazing. I went to have a poor SNS job redone and she was wonderful. My nails look amazing. I also appreciated the calm setting as some salons can get rather loud.

First time here from NY, I was surprised and thankful they did my hands and feet at the same time to save time. Everyone was very friendly. Nina did my pedicure and she was very gentle and did an amazing job. Tine did my full set and the quality and shape are dope. I would highly recommend this place.

This place is a true gem, the last few times I’ve gone Tina has been the one to take care of me and she always does a fantastic job. They are being extremely safe in these trying times, I felt very comfortable being there. Everyone is required for o wear mask and they distance people at stations.

Best nails I’ve ever had, seriously! Sooo natural, clean, and they really take into account exactly what you want. The front desk manager/nail tech Kathy is so great and on time with appointments! I get my nails done every 2 weeks so a nail salon is extremely important to me, I’m so glad I finally found such a great nail salon. They have so many SNS colors, the most I’ve ever seen a place have and they are so precise with their work, especially Kathy! They really care about their customers! I’ll never go anywhere else ever again! Highly recommended 🙂

So, I’ve been here many MANY times. It’s in a convenient location and I’ve always enjoyed myself. As a frequent customer, I’m beyond upset with my experience today and will not be returning. The nail tech I had was beyond unprofessional and honestly not invested in my treatment at all. The water used for my pedicure was ICE COLD. I wasn’t offered a drink, like I usually would, while everyone else is enjoying wine. My nail tech rushed through the treatment despite me asking two times if she could pay more attention to my heels which are a problem area for me. When I asked if another technician could finish my treatment, she gave me an attitude and loudly explained what had happened to another tech who was working with a customer. So now I’m disappointed AND embarrassed. She didn’t care in the slightest because she began playing on her cellphone. Why does she even work here?!! With another high quality salon right across the street, it isn’t worth reviewing. I wish I knew her name to personalize this review. So disappointed.

Went in with a broken pink and white ombré nail. After they applied a new nail, I pointed out the difference between the new nail they placed and the others they filled.At first they blamed it on the quality of there product then all three workers admitted that they don’t know how to do ombré.All together was a bad job. Be careful!

I rate this place about 4 because there is still nail polish and they was rushing when I messed it up to put the polish on and when I didn’t mess on up it was bumpy but it nail polish on my skin

The young lady who did my pedicure was amazing. The nail tech was rude upon me entering her customers service horrible thats why I gave it a 3 stars.

I actually really like this nail salon - I live in Old Forth Ward Atlanta and have been extremely disappointed in the nail salons in the surrounding area ESPECIALLY for the price they were charging me but when I found this location - the lady that did mine did an amazing job and super affordable. Highly recommend this location.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED!First of all it is more expensive than going to any other waxing place! even the fancy Brazilian waxing places in midtown Atlanta. The lady clearly doesnt know what she is doing. even thought i told her to only clean my eyebrows she literarily waxed a solid 1/8 in from the inside part of my eyebrow on one side.... and then attempted to do the same on the other side....... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I love this nail salon, I havent been anywhere else since my first visit! The staff is great, so friendly and professional and the salon is always clean. They get busy but always have a full staff so theres never a long wait; fast service but efficient, never sloppy.

My sister and I stopped in for a quick polish change on our toes. It was a busy afternoon, but we were greeted and seated quickly. Even offered something to drink. I took a star off because they dont have dryers (even portable units) for hands or feet. That was a first and, this family has been frequenting mail salons for decades.

Wonderful staff. You should go! My boyfriend and I went for pedicures and they where very clean and precise in their work. They places bags over the foot area of the chair which made me feel like even more comfortable with putting my feet in the water. For sanitary reasons I was completely amazed because a lot of places do not use any types of covering. I will return every time I come into town. The parking was horrible but worth the short lived stress.

The staff took their time. Were very kind and the served wine! Definitely a go to salon. Taking is important.

I found this place via Google and decided to check it out while having a few hours of downtime. I really enjoyed it. The workers were very professional and friendly. The salon did not smell of acrylic and they did an amazing job. I got a pedicure and it was only $22. The free wine was an added bonus! If youre in the area check them out.

Loved this place! Came here while on vacation for the fourth of July! Helen transformed my nails! They were all in awe over my three year old, who fell asleep after getting her nails polished! I will definitely come her EVERY TIME Im in Atlanta! You girls were magnificent! !!

Ive only ever gotten the gel nails done here, and they are the best at it. I tried another place, and I will never go to another place other than this one after that. Ive had a few friends who I introduced to Serenity say the same thing. We all only go to Serenity now :)

I love this nail salon. The staff is very nice. They always offer you something to drink, the environment is clean and up beat! Parking can sometimes be a bit of a challenge but I always seem to luck up! I drive a pretty good distance to come here and Im never disappointmented! All the nail technicians are good but Mandey its my favorite! She is the bomb! My nails are always on point! She gives you what you want! I always book her for my appointments. Once you come you will be hooked!

I have been going to this place for almost a year, and I love it. I always get the gel polish on my natural nails. Navvi is my nail tech, and she is awesome. Friendly staff and they always make me feel welcome.

Unassuming nail salon in Inman Park. Every time I’ve come here they’ve done a great job. Don’t expect a super luxurious salon but one you can come to on a Saturday in yoga pants with no makeup to get a quality mani/pedi.

I wasnt really watching when she was doing my toes because I was trying to relax, but when she ran my card and brought it back 1. She charged me $10 more than she was supposed to and 2. My toenails are cut to different lengths, not filed and paint all over my toes! I asked her to clean up the polish a little and then asked her how much each service costs. When I told her shed charged me $10 too much she offered to give me $2 back, saying that evened out with the tip. UM?!? No. I came here once before for my friends wedding because she likes to go here and I remember it being OK but nothing spectacular but I figure Id try it again. Now I know.

I decided to give this a try despite also(like another reviewer) feeling like when I first called the person had an attitude. The lady who was doing my pedicure was friendly and doing a great job. The lady doing my manicure had and attitude. She end up scratching the crap out of me while massaging my arm. I had long red scratches and my arm was burning. I asked for her to do massage firm that does not equate being scratched up. You dont use your nails massaging people. When I asked for the owner she told me and I quote I mean what do you want me to do? I said I dont know youre the owner you tell me what you think should happen . She said my skin was sensitive and the lady doing my manicure told her in their language I asked for it firm. Again I do not feel it was intentional but her attitude clearly was I dont want to be here and getting scratched was a result of her careless attitude. Also I said I was ready to go they kept insisting I stay I felt uncomfortable she told me I quote just tip her, Im fine on my end you dont tell me to just do anything, I tipped the lady doing my toes because I felt she did good. Im glad there was no argument about whether or not I was going to pay for those services. If the owner just came over and said Im sorry that happened to you or something along those lines we wont charge you do you still want to proceed? Instead making it seem like it had nothing to do with her worker, and when I said I dont think she did it on purpose she said thanks for acknowleding that. So which is it, my sensitive skin, or you know she did it but you dont want to admit it, It was the worst nail experience Ive ever had. And a horrible experience in general.

I came here tonight to get my nails done for engagement pictures and they look terrible. The nail technician was rushing the entire time because my appointment was at 7:15 and the close at 8.My nails are all uneven and when she had me put my nails on the dryer bubbles started forming on the polish. She had me pay her before my manicure was done, which didn’t happen the last time i was here, and she was packing up while my nails were drying. She applied something to my nails to make them dry faster and they are already peeling. I’m very upset and I will not be back.

I get my nails done here every other week, they have a great selection of quality polishes, theyre clean, plus they give you wine (if you want)! Everyone is really nice, love them!

If I could give zero stars I would. In 25 years of having pedicures I never had fungus until I visited this salon. After a week of my pedicure I noticed black around my toe nail and thought it was dirt until I took the nail polish off and discovered that I had a fungus infection exactly where the technician cut some of my toe cuticle in both toes. I am beyond annoyed and wish I had never gone to that nail salon. They must not have desinfectes their instruments properly. DON’T GO THERE!

Went here the for the first time with my sis and was satisfied. Came back but this time I went I went to get a nail fixed. The nail tech fixed it, doing a rush job and put on the wrong color after I waited in the pedicure chair for 40 mins. I asked if she could put on the right color and she said that was the closest match, when I clearly got the color from them. I also got a pedicure that had to be re coated. As I was leaving I paid with my card and didn’t add a tip bc I had cash to tip. As I was reaching in my wallet to grab my cash, the nail tech who did the nail with the wrong color walked away and told my pedi nail tech that i didn’t leave a tip for them and said some other unpleasant words assuming that I didn’t understand her but I’m an international business consultant fluent in several languages. I always leave a tip even if people are ugly and rude so I asked the owner if I could add a tip to my card bc at this point i didn’t have the amount of cash that i wanted to tip...it was my minimum of 10%. Needless to say I will never come here again. Moral of the story, never assume the wrong things of people and render service based on an assumption. You were wrong and you lost a very good customer.

I tried this salon because I was curious to test out what was around my neighboring nail salon. These women were extremely unprofessional. They were racially insensitive mocking other Asian women by speaking with a stereotypical Asian accent to each other. The women themselves were Asian but I found this highly inappropriate especially while customers are in the room. The nail service was ok but I wasnt uncomfortable. Owner was there but just looked on and didnt seem to realize she was their boss and not friend.

They did an amazing job with my pedicure and full set. Great customer service as well!

Whoever just answered the phone....was not pleasant AT ALL. I was DYINGGGG to go this place from reading the reviews, NOT ANYMORE!! Her unfriendliness was so off putting!! She didnt say anything rude but it costs nothing to make yourself sound like a nice person over the phone. She had Asian accent btw

I love this place. I stopped in when they 1st opened and I have been loyal ever since. I go back and forth with my natural nails and acyllic nails. For my gel set, I use Navee, she is so sweet and for my full sets I use Q. She is also nice. Donna is the owner and she is wonderful! Check them out and tell them KAsha (k-a-sha) sent you.

Its not a black owned business, I drove 20 miles because they came up in Google as black owned and the ladies in there said they are not. Disappointment.

Highly disappointed. Called twice and not once did they tell me that the nail tech I was goin to see doesnt do fake nails. She only does natural nails and SnS nails. Wont be going back. This was my first and last time trying it out.
