I absolutely love my nails! I definitely recommend this place and you should schedule your appointment with Elizabeth. I found her on the Nextdoor app looking for nail salon recommendations. She kindly explained me everything I needed to know about nails. It was my first time getting my nails done in the US and I had so many doubts. She perfectly understood what I wanted, she did a wonderful job and I am very happy about that. I will return without a doubt. The place is spacious, clean, there is free parking outside, and Elizabeth is very friendly so I also had a great time there.

Since I do have time today let me share my story.So I recently found Passion Nails I’ve been about 3 or 4 times with zero problems. They NORMALLY take their time, i felt comfortable, pretty all together good service. I thought phew! Finally a place that doesn’t rush and has good service. That was a complete bust. A little back story.I got my nails done before going to Jamaica my experience was nice a sweet man did a GEL manicure for me and a even sweeter woman did a GEL pedicure.When in Jamaica my foot hadn’t touched an ounce of water or sand when I looked down and my pinky toenail polish was completely gone. Ok weird that normally doesn’t happen to me with gel anything. Once I got back into town I went to Passion Nails to see if I could fix my pinky toe nail and my pinky nail that broke (that had nothing to do with the salon and their work). The manager (guy who stands the entire time with the arm tats) tells me their busy but to sit down and someone will get back to me. So I waited and waited and waited. While I waited 3 different nail techs asked me what I needed. I told them all the same..my pinky toenail and my pinky nail needed to be fixed. Only two things I needed. At this point the salon is closing. Another nail tech asked me what I needed in an irritated tone. Y’all in the midst of me explaining what I needed she walked away. Huh? So I say in my head, “she must not have heard me.” I call her over and say, “excuse me miss.” No response. She comes over again and ask me the same question. I calmly told her that before she rudely walked off before hearing my answer to a question she asked that I need both pinky’s to be fixed. She interrupts me again and yells that she was checking out a customer. I then told her it’s completely fine to check out a customer but it’s rude to ask a question then walk off in the midst of me speaking. YALL this woman waves me off and raises her voice stating, “I don’t want to work with you anymore.” Excuse me work with me? I did nothing to you.At this point my blood is boiling so I ask to speak to the manager (again the guy with the arm tats) I told him what happened and he states, “she must be having a bad day.” I wasn’t offered any type of accommodations to awful service oreven an simply apology on her behalf.So I saw all that to say that was the rudest treatment I have ever experienced in an establishment and what made it even worse was how it was handled by her superior. I have never felt so embarrassed to be waved off in front of the entire salon and when voicing my complaint was told HIS employee was having a bad day. It’s unacceptable and unfortunately now an establishment I cannot support in anyway.

Pedicure was sub standard. Paid for all the extras, dead skin and callous remover, yet on one foot heel felt the same way it did before I came in, with dead skin and the other foot the same.Not as consistent as they used to be. Gel manicure was great.

I LOVE this salon, been coming here for years. Staff is always friendly and professional. Nails always looke beautiful when done. They have a great selection of colors and the salon itself is clean and comfortable. The complementary beverages are a nice touch too. Will keep coming back!

THE BEST STAFF!! Not only have I been going to passion since 2017 (~4yrs), but I had a medical emergency the other night while at the salon. Every single staff member jumped in and made sure I was okay. Love these people so much and am so grateful for their swift actions.The staff is so great. I’m always happy with the results, plus you can get some wine when you’re there!

Great team of nail techs and fantastic selection of SNS and gel colors! Great attention to detail, I always leave extremely satisfied with my new set! I have had a hard time finding a salon that is consistent and they have always taken great care of me.

I truly adore this place. I love the environment, the nice welcome, color selection, etc. but today was clearly not their day. I never leave reviews and I hate I have to leave such a bad review, but this is unexceptionable. To fix them, they just layered more color on top of what was there and it looks horrible.

Service was horrible. The employees are rude and so is the manager. I was turned off immediately when I walked in because they were arguing with a customer.

I have been going to this salon for a few years now. Stacey is always professional, on time and always try’s to get my services exactly the way that I like. I have been known to be extremely picky about the way my nails look, so I appreciate her willingness to get them exactly the way I want. The salon is also extremely clean and pretty quite so you can enjoy getting your services done.

Staff are extremely friendly! Salon is clean and I felt nicely spaced from other guest for social distancing. The gel nail manicure was done very nicely but my pedicure needed improvement. The pedicure itself was good but the actual nail maintenance piece could’ve been improved. Nails weren’t filed, clipped or trimmed and the nail polish job looked like myself or a young child applied it. It’s cracked, not evenly applied and just missing in some areas. The lady was super nice so I didn’t complain but it looks really bad. I would visit again, just would probably ask for a different specialist. Images from “Taleeia” review are close to how my polish looks but it’s sad to say even those look better.

I am a long time customer of Passion Nails and have never had any issues. Its normally easy to walk in without an appointment. They have any color polish you could possibly want and offer complimentary drinks...even wine and beer! The service is always great and my nails are perfect! Thanks Passion Nails!

I have come here about three times and everytime the experience is different. I see how some people are treated and how some people aren’t! The women that work there rush and don’t give you an experience where as the men have more of a take your time spirit.I was deeply disappointed in my gel manicure and pedicure that I received no care was taken. It was a rush job between two women. I wish I could say more positive but my nails look terrible

I had such a great experience here! My nails look wonderful and April was so kind and fun to talk to. Everyone was so helpful and I really appreciate the COVID precautions they have in place (temp check, masks, sanitizing, etc). The atmosphere is so relaxing and I will definitely be returning soon!

This was my 2nd appointment for SNS nails, the first time went great, this time was terrible. I had a pedi and SNS manicure, the pedicure was great, however the gentleman that did my manicure messed them up so badly. I dont know his name, an older gentleman, different from my first nail tech. He cut 6 of my fingers with his nail grinder, filed the tips unevenly, and spread the SNS powder over my nails onto the skin. I had to peel so much off of my fingers afterwards. They were completely misshapen and looked terrible. He also filed the bed of my nails down to the point where I could feel it on the skin underneath, it will take forever for them to heal. The very next day, one broke off, and another broke off the next day after that. I will be going elsewhere to have them fixed, awful experience.

Came in for an acrylic manicure with extensions and gel, my nail tech took a while to shape/file and I didnt mind at all as I figured Id wind up with a great result. I left and looked at my nails and they were awful. Top coat was dull and patchy, I had several crooked nails and the shape (coffin) was just poorly done. My cuticles were also cut several times during my initial visit. I came back the same day to get them fixed and the finish on the nails is better, but they are bumpy and the shape is still just not it. Wound up with more cuticle injuries and a $68 bill at the end of it all

Very nice. Walk-ins welcome. They are also very good with making and keeping appointments. Massage chairs and TVs make for a relaxing, easy experience. Street parking and free deck acrost the street. Parking deck next to building requires payment.

My son and I do bi-weekly mani/pedi sessions with Stacy and Diane. As an elite swimmer, it’s always a relaxing part of my son’s routine to get that self care for his hands and feet. Stacy and Diane are always prompt and efficient, and they alway leave us feeling recharged for the next two weeks. I highly recommend Passion Nails especially for male athletes, and I definitely recommend Stacy and Diane.

I enjoy Passion Nails regularly for gel manicures and pedicures. All of their technicians are excellent, the shop is very clean, walk-in is welcome and prices are good.

Ive been looking for a new Hand/feet salon home for a few months now. I had a great time with CiCi and Jimmy, both are very detailed and listen. CiCi took care of my feet with a beautiful Gel paint and Jimmy hooked my hands ups with the SNS paint!

Got my nails done on August 24(it’s now September 4). Typically when I get SNS nails (which I rarely do, only special occasions) they never chip and will last me about 3 weeks. On day three of having them done the middle finger chipped (just like my pointer fingers) and I went back to see if they could re do the nail. All she did was file my nail down (if you zoom in to 2nd pix you’ll be able to see how it still looks semi chipped). I even told her that I’d pay to have it redone. Anyway, i haven’t had the time to go get these two fixed and feel like if I did I wouldn’t be satisfied again. :(

Stacy has been doing my nails beautifully for years! Passion Nails has always been a clean salon, but pandemic... I went in for my first pandemic mani/pedi/SNS and the salon is doing a great job of keeping people safe and distant. Temperature checks and symptoms questionnaire upon entry, masks required, plexi shields at the tables.... fantastic and safe experience yet again!

Best gel nails Ive ever gotten. Not too thick, nails squared perfectly, gel was painted at the perfect distance from the cuticle to avoid that catching thing that happens when they grow out sometimes, nice color selection. They change in the sunlight! Mad props to Tony.

Im really happy with the service I always receive here. Ive had multiple pedicures here and a few gel manicures. They take their time on the services and I really like the way they shape my fingernails. Last time I had a gel manicure, I chose a brand new color which ended up changing in the sunlight and getting a stained appearance. I called the following week and they got me in that day. Not only did my nail technician replace the gel color with a new one, but they re-manicured and filed my nails free of charge. Really appreciated the attention, and the new manicure is looking excellent!Would recommend this salon for the great service you receive here.

Found this place on Google, it was amazing. Everyone was so nice and made us feel welcome. They didnt have the design my mom wanted for her nails but they made one for her and it turned out great! The manager, is amazing. You can tell she is fantastic at what she does. The beautiful thing about her is that she gets right in there with her employees and does what needs to be done in order for her business to be successful.Okay, now on to the wonderful Tracy! I always noticed how she communicated with her customers and made them feel especially welcome. I made an appointment with her one day, and will never go back. This is my favorite nail place. It is very nice and clean! I always see Stacy, but she is busy so make an appointment. A few hours or a day is usually enough notice. She really makes sure to get your nails the way you like them and is very professional. As far as the place, they often update the machines and decor-even when they dont have to. Its a nice, relaxing place. You can park on the street or in the garage next to it, and they validate parking!

Great customer service not so great manicure. Avoid the older guy with a lil bit of grey in his hair. His skills need work.

Cindy Trans did a fabulous job on my nails. The almond shape is not easy and she nailed it! She made me feel right at home and comfortable in the salon. 5 stars for the service and 5 stars for the quality!

I called in like an hour before closing, desperate for some pampering before a holiday weekend. They told me to go ahead and come in. A couple of the girls stayed late to get me taken care of. They didnt rush and I still felt valued as a customer despite the last minute walk-in. They did a great job and Ill definitely be going back.I recommend this location if you are ever needing to look for a trustful and 10 star results.

Love this nail place! Literally came in at almost 6, and Anthony took my nails off and restarted them all and finished them in about 40 minutes tops. That usually never happens!Oh, and they actually know what they are doing. Very talented, clean salon with great service. very happy I found a new nail salon on the first try!!

Very quiet.The girl who did my nails did a really good job and was able to fix a cracked nail from my old acrylic set from the previous salon that did my nails, which I was really worried about! I came into town for a wedding. Anthony did my nails and he did an amazing job. I had to wait 30 minutes but it was a great experience and my pedicure was perfect.

The staff does an excellent job of creating a safe environment during COVID. Theres hand sanitizer at every station and mask are required. When having a manicure theres a plexiglass partition. The staff is friendly and does an excellent job. Theyre also open until 7pm during the week which is nice.

I love getting a deluxe pedicure. Diane is excellent when it comes to leg and foot massages. Very happy customer! 😊

I have been on a mission to find the perfect nail place by where I live and I have finally found it! Tracy helped me and she did such an amazing job my nails look great and Ive been getting so many compliments on the color I did, she was super sweet and communicated well in making sure everything was okay with my nails. The place was super nice and clean and the staff was very friendly, and they offered cafecito which was delicious definitely a plus for me. Will be back to do my nails next time !!!

Passion Nails is a very friendly & professional place to go. When i first walked in, i was greeted very kindly and barely even waited ! when i first sat down in the chair i got acrylic nails and a pedicure. both ladies doing my nails were very nice and patient with me. I told them all different types of stories of bad nail salons and they laughed and made me feel funny lol. They engaged in conversation and were very nice. i highly recommend.

I like Passion Nails. However, lately there has been an issue with parking validation. The service is typically good, but they have a sign stating they will give you validated parking for services over a certain amount however have not been honoring it. I may have to start looking for a new place.

I looked up the cost of a gel polish on their website $15 + - well be prepared to pay the + (10) for a polish! Not even a manicure. (Not to mention it was the worse polish I ever have received when getting my nails done - imperfections in the paint). I inquired a little about the cost- but then he began to talk over me to another worker.Overall the place seems to stay busy, provide drinks and a good vibe.

The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately my nails do not look as neat as they could have been. I feel like I paid a lot to get my nails done. 65 dollars my hands, and they look dull. They dont even look shiny. My acrylic nails dont cover my whole nail. It makes me very sad to look at, and I wish I could get my money back.

Have you ever seen the AT&T Okay is Not OK commercials? If they created one for nail salons it be this place. The price for a manicure ($13) was great for being in Inman Park/Reynoldstown area but everything else was literally okay. Ill definitely pay the extra $4 across the street next time.

First time for my friend and I and we are hooked! Service is great, massage was on point and staff are friendly. Anthony did my nails and I love his work.

They didnt give me a uv light to dry my nails and they basically rushed me out the store. I shouldnt have to ask for a uv light Ive never had to and Ive got my nails done lots of times.

Dont you hate when you go to a nail salon and they RUSH through the service, only to leave your nails looking NOT that great? This place is NOT like that!They were so attentive and very precise. The guy that did my gel manicure was so kind and worked efficiently without even hurting me. I was so pleased with my manicure, I will definitely be coming back. I even got a little holiday gift before I left! They definitely make you feel pampered.

Ann does an amazing job with my SNS nails. Her attention to detail from start to finish is admirable. They last 3-4 weeks without breaking and I have been coming to her for the last two years. She has a great eye for color choices too.

This salon is very nice. I love getting my nails done here because they do such a great job. It is usually pretty quiet and clean. They stay busy, but I havent had to wait anytime Ive ever gone there.

This place has a goal of deceiving you when offering services. They have “natural” and “organic” nail services which all have the same names. I always make sure to point to the “natural” page and ask for the service I want. They still tried to charge me for organic even though I made sure I pointed to the one on the natural page. They also have their SNS Manicures priced $35-55. I assumed since I came in with nothing on my nails mine would cost $35. This isn’t true either. They charged me $55 “because it includes a manicure”. I did get them to adjust the prices slightly after speaking to a manager but if I could post a picture of my nails with this review you’d cringe. They have leftover black SNS polish around the edges and the guy even ripped my skin off while trying to get some of the leftover SNS paint on stuff off. Needless to say this felt horrible every time he put rubbing alcohol on that finger. I won’t be returning. I’m always happy to pay a higher price when it’s advertised correctly but this place just likes to bamboozle people and doesn’t even do a good job.

I called ahead to make sure it was doable for my mom and I to both get mani/ pedis at 7:30. The gentleman who runs the front counter said it would not be a problem. From the time my mom and I walked in, the guys attitude was unacceptable. He seemed annoyed at my every question. My mother and I sat for 20 mins without being offered a drink or having any services. On our way out, we were not asked why we were leaving. The owner (at least Im assuming he was the manager), just scowled as we left. I will never return to this business

Unimpressed. My SNS manicure was fairly sloppy and didn’t even go all the way to my cuticle on some fingers. The tech also cut my pinky with a file and just ignored it. I know salons can get busy on Sundays, but I was there for over two hours. Won’t be returning.

On my first visit, I got SNS nails by Lilly. She was very nice and loved her job. She talked to me and made she I got all that I wanted. My friend got the same service by another woman who added way too many layers and had no sense of customer service. My friends nails broke later that week.Weeks later I went back to get a new color and ended up with the same woman my friend had (after waiting 30 minutes with an appointment scheduled). I kindly told her what happened the last time that we came to try to avoid similar problems. It took over 30 minutes to soak and remove my prior nails and the woman picked and pulled layer after layer of my natural nail claiming to remove the acrylic. After complaining she stormed off. I left with bare natural nails.

I have been going to Passion Nails for over 2 years and have always had very good service. Everyone is very nice.

I had my pedicure done yesterday (Sunday) and my toe is still bleeding each time I try to wear shoes today (Monday). Ive been here before with no complaints, but this time around the technician was super rude and rough on my feet. I politely told him that it was hurting, but he really didnt care. Not coming back!

I was treated like a second rate citizen. My gel pedicure started chipping after 2 days. The tech that did SNS rushed me to pay him saying hes trying to get home to his wife. After I gave him my card, he left it at the register for me to retrieve. Never brought the receipt nor card back to me. As I walked put the door I noticed he was servicing another client so I dont understand the rush. I was also there at least 10 minutes before another lady came in w/o an appointment and she was seated and serviced before me.It was a bad experience overall and to make matters worse I paid over $100 for my services and I would typically only pay $70-80 including the tip. Ill never return to this salon.**Update** I have already had to glue two nails back on. This is not normal for SNS as the nails.

Best nail spa around.

I usually love this place (Tim always does a great job - I highly recommend him.) But today I got a different man who made four of my nails bleed, did a terrible job painting my nails, never apologized even when it was obviously painful, and didnt say one word to me. I normally go there for a relaxing experience but this was enough of a turn off to stay away for a while.

First time i have ever given a bad review. I have been visiting Passion Nails for a few years and after tonights experience, likely will not return which is very unfortunate. No care was taken, the finish product is very poor and although i did raise concerns, it seems customer service was not a priority, rather take money and go home was the priority. Real pity. Not to worry there are other nail salons close by.
