Kim did an awesome job with my gel fill-in and nail art! Everyone was so pleasant and professional. I had been faithfully going to another salon but was sick of waiting in long lines and dealing with crowds. This salon was quiet, clean, and the technicians did a fabulous job. Highly recommend.

I wasn’t going to write a review but here it is I came to this place because I stay less then 5mins away and I seen good reviews unfortunately when I went July 16th 2021 I was prepped for my pedicure a middle aged gentleman was prepping for my manicure as soon as he sat down he grabbed all of his stuff so he could tend to a regular who had just walked in and sent a younger boy over who barely knew what he was doing I was very unhappy the amount of time it took just for my sns gel to be uneven and bumpy as well as my shape no correct my pedicure came out awesome tho as of august 5th my sns had came completely off almost all my nails and that’s when I noticed the infection or whatever this is that is under my nail right now I’m truly upset this has never happened to me I spent $120+ $50 tip just to end up with this i probably won’t be returning

I called ahead to make sure I could get in, and they were able to accommodate me immediately. I got an SNS manicure with tips and a regular pedicure. Everyone was so kind and made sure I was happy with my nails. Already recommending this place to friends!

Save your black dollars. DO NOT GO!Horrible service. I took my wife for a spa day (massage, sauna etc.) and luckily this was our last stop of the day. I’ll make this short and simple, the water for our pedicures was piping hot. When asked to turn it down we were talked about in Vietnamese and I know so for a fact because I recorded them and had a friend translate for me. Finally our bill was $60 more than it should have been, when I asked why the bill was so high, I was told the website was old and prices were outdated. Our work was subpar, no shaping of the nail bed, no buffing, no cuticle treatments at all. My bill went from $85 to $157 for subpar work. Save your dollars.

I had a wonderful first experience at Nail Spa. Luc (American name Chris) and Hannah did a lovely job on my gel manicure and regular polish pedicure and I was in and out in an hour. Everyone was masked which made me feel very safe and comfortable during COVID. The prices were great and they were very kind and talkative. I will definitely be making this my new go-to salon.

I went to this salon when it had newly opened. I see it crowded all the time. They have beautiful collection of polish colors, good hygiene standards and friendly staff. My polish was applied evenly- although it lasted only for 3 days. I am definitely coming back to try the gel polish.

One of the most favorite spots of mine in town. I dont really live in the area but I have been to this particular place for a few times already, because of their amazing services. Clean and organized. People are super nice and friendly. And most importantly, I always left happy. Very affordable for manicures and pedicures. I was very disappointed at my last visit when I had called and made an appointment for 6pm and was not seen until after 7pm. While it is understandable that this is their busiest time, it was frustrating to be pushed aside when I had specifically made an appointment. I have seen multiple staff members to do my manicures and pedicures and have always been impressed by the pedicures. I can confidently say that I have received one good manicure from them. Kim is very good but she is usually booked up. They have a great selection for traditional color, SNS, and gel. I would come back here for a basic manicure and pedicure however if you plan on shaping your nails or adding acrylics I would not recommend here since they rush the process and the wait is long to begin with.

My family and I have been going here since we moved to the neighborhood! They always have such great service and are so nice! I just recently started getting an acrylic manicure and I love the way they do it! Always happy when I walk out!

I have been going here for over a year and love this place. The staff is always friendly and I have never had a bad experience. The facility is very clean and they use great products and always have new colors. The staff is really what make the big difference here because everyone is so amazing!

Horrible customer service. I am never one to write a bad review but I had to let my experience speak for itself. I have been a regular customer there for about a year because its close to my job. Its safe to say I have spent at least 150 dollars a month with them over the past year. I would like to mention the fact that on several occasions they have taken customers that dont look like me before me even if I got there 1st, but Im not one to base things off race so I always thought it may just be a coincidence. Not this time. After paying for a gel nail set and pedicure and tipping I noticed that the colors didnt match ( even thought they were promoted as perfect match colors) I had to go to work so I figured since I am a loyal customer and since it clearly didnt match I could come back the next day and get it corrected. Not only did they tell me to wait and took several customers in front of me they shooed me away after I told them what I was there for. The manager Tony told me that they wouldnt fix anything for free... I made sure to ask if they were willing to lose a client that spends at least 60 dollars plus tips every visit and comes at least once every two weeks and he made sure to tell me yes. Ive never been treated so poorly at a place I spend my hard earned money at ever in my life. They will never get another dime from me.

This place is awesome. I highly recommend to set an appointment with Sandy. She was really nice, skillful and quite. Staffs in other places talked too much, I really want to relax and enjoy my time. She did me a great combo manicure and pedicure. On the other hand, the salon was super clean and well organize. Love their decoration. Definitely I will be back.

I asked for a repair and eyebrows and they gave me the run around for 10 min. She tried to tell me they dont have a color similar. I found 1 and then she claimed it would take 20 min to soak off. Ive been getting my nails done for years it does not take that long. I asked do you just not want to do it. Ive never been treated so poorly for a service so quite naturally I walked out. Will not spend a dime here and I tip very well.

Tan is the absolute best at SNS, quick, last forever, and tons of colors. I have been to many nail places over the years and he is one of the best!

My friend had been talking about this place for some time now so, I decided to go and check this place out. My first impression is just wonderful! This salon is very clean and the nail techs here are very friendly. It was just very lively here. But, moving onto the manicure. The nail tech cut my nails evenly and while removing the cuticles from my nails, she never once cut me. After she was done with all that, she listen to all my requests on what color I wanted to paint my nails. When she was finish, I just love how pretty my nails look. I will definitely come back here again!

This has been my go to pedicure place until today. There is a sign that asks you to be quiet and courteous. However, the owner and another male employee talked loudly the entire time. The lady who gave me a pedicure made fun of my nails because I bite them. She teased the lady that waxed my eyebrows about trying to give me a manicure. When I left I talked to the owner and explained that I had been going there for years and never been treated so poorly. He said that the nail tech was joking because they were so slow and maybe I should get a manicure. If they were so slow, why did I sit there for 20 minutes before they even started? Very disgusted to know how much money Ive spent there to be humiliated. I will never return.

Clean Friendly atmosphere

Needing a pedicure today, I found Nail Spa Waxing on Yelp and it gets great reviews so I called.  They literally got me in right away which was great.  I never get in-grown nails but I had one since a former pedicure out of state last month.  The guy dug as gently as possible and took care of it, finished my pedicure and I was done in less than an hour.  I was a big baby about the in-grown nail but the rest of the pedicure was awesome.  The staff is super friendly and I think I have found my pedicure spot!

I love sisters nail salon so much!! I stumbled on their salon after my old nail salon closed. That was 3 years ago and Ive been coming every two weeks, ever since. Nancy is my favorite but honestly everyone is good here and Ive never had a bad service or bad experience. They are all so sweet and nice and they do a great job everytime. My gel polish always last and never peels or chips! Im so thankful I found them!!

Seems that they are not very friendly towards African Americans.Every time I or my girlfriend have visited we leave unhappy and just feeling like our experience could have been better. They made my girlfriend wait for 45 min for 1 broken nail helped 5 other people in front of her. She had just visited the salon the previous day and was returning for a repair. She came home in tears. On her first visit yesterday, the lady nipped her fingers so many times, and my gf thought that it was just an accident. The lady was very rough with her. She has dried blood marks around her cuticles..I dont think it was accidental, and I do not think that anyone should support this business. Another note-the lady did not stop to aid to the bleeding on her fingers she kept going, and put the tip she used back in her drawer, and that is a HUGE infection control violation. It is sad that we l still have to deal with this in 2017. We are all equal. NOTICE this is not the 1st review about discrimination. All great reviews are from another race.

I just recently move to Atlanta and trying to find a nail spa place that I love is definitely difficult. I went to Minerva Nails and they were horrible. I had acrylic nails and the next couple of days it came off so easy.After trying multiple nail shop this place is my favored. I had Katie did my nails just the way I like it and Kim did great with my toes and eyebrows. 🤗 Customers service is great as well. Definitely will be back again!

This place is great! So often when you enter a nail salon you feel more like a body not a person. You feel as if no one gives a crap about your day or customer service anymore. This was not the case I was greeted immediately not just asked what I wanted but rushed to sit down where it was worm and asked how I was doing. I couldn’t ask for a better pedicure and I will defiantly be back. In an industry where there is a different nail salon on every corner this one was able to stick out from the rest!

I am very disappointed with the pedicure I received when I went in last week I took my mother for a simple pedicure the pedicure was rushed and I felt uncared for as a client they did nothing to resolve it this is the second time they have disappointed me with a pedicure. If i could give this place a negative star I would. Spend your money elsewhere there is plenty other nail salons on howell mill with better service.

Cindy is the name of the woman in charge on my manicure. I got the nails that are organic & better for your real nails. She did an amazing job! She also knew exactly the shape that I wanted & she did so good on the nail colors! I couldnt have asked for better! I gave her a $10 tip for my appreciation.

Most durable set of acrylics Ive ever had, and really affordable! Its clean, with sterilizers in plain view. Theyre all really nice and seem to have lots of regulars. I am happy to come out of my way for this salon!

This is my first time visiting this nail salon and it was totally worth my time and money. The place was really clean and nice designed with plenty of high quality modern chairs and tools. The owner was always there taking care of customers and cleaning all the time. I had Eyebrows / side burn and SNS - Pink and white full-set with inexpensive prices and i was very pleased with the way my nails came out. My technician was so talented and focused on me all the time. Staff is very nice. This was my first SNS and although my nails are super short, I was urged to try it. The technician broke the skin on my cuticles twice with the dremmil. When I pointed it out that I was nearly bleeding she said ‘I had a hang nail’. There is still color on my skin around and under the nail. My thumb has a lump from uneven color. I just spent $72 getting a combo. I won’t go back.

I got a full set on Friday. The day of, one of my nails broke just by me picking up my cell phone. Now it is Monday and FIVE of my nails have broken, simply by me doing light things like opening my door, etc. When I called Saturday about getting them fixed free of charge, I was asked to come in on Monday, today. I came in and got HORRIBLE customer service!! They said that it was my fault and that I had to pAy to get them fixed or removed! They said that when I sign the receipt, Im signing an agreement that means they arent responsible for messing up my nails! NEVER will I EVER come back!!!!!!!

Lowest prices with GREAT quality!

Last 2 times I went there, manicure was below average. Paid 43.00 and no hand massage or lotion. I have acrylic on 3 of my nails, the rest are natural, but the staff acted like they had no idea how to deal with my 3 acrylic nails, lots of back and forth between employees on how to deal with this. Been going here for years but something has changed. No more, will find someone else.

They did a terrible job with my manicure. There was nail polish on my cuticles and it looked sloppy. I dont know how this place has this many stars. But they do give 10% off to students so thats a nice bonus. Wont be going back.
