Went to this establishment for a fill and pedicure. Everything came out horrible. Nails are lumpy and toes were not filed to look even. No one can paint!! Very lazy staff. I would NEVER recommend this place!!

This salon is so convenient for those that have hectic schedules. I am one of those customers that will just drop in because I have 1 hour and 20 minutes to spare. With that being said I am completely aware of the concept of “walk-in.” Because of the high demand of lashes/eyebrows and Sarah skills/professionalism, I will always go in the beginning of the week. If I go on the weekends it will be as soon as they open. She is so worth the wait. Fill-ins and pedicures are done at the same time. It’s mind blowing to see how they service the people and get them in and out. I will always have my nails/pedicures/lashes/eyebrows serviced at this place!

Went and received a fill and color change and I have never had gel nails peel in all the years I have been getting my nails done. My sis been back 3 times and they still did a poor job PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! Obviously it’s the polish they’re us in f if me my sister and another customer have the same issue

Updated. Tried again today. Year after year they disappoint. They were horrible to my 9 year old who just wanted a spa day. Took the nail palate from her and handed it to another person as if we werent paying customers. Before they could even run her water we left. Just because she was young they had us waiting, and disregarded us. A lady was about to walk in and overheard me speaking to my daughter about how she was treated and told us she wouldnt patronize just because of what happened to us and she left. We went to the shop next to Publix and was treated with respect. Ill never step foot in LV Nails again. Plus most dont have valid licenses and go running to the back when inspectors come. Pay attention...

This place is a total rip off there service is okay but they charge too much for eyebrows 70 and pedicure 40 and nails 50. Now 160 is too much for all that.

My daughters and I went there to get our nails done and I also got a pedicure. The bill was $238 plus Tips. When its all said and done its not about how much you spend, its about the quality of service you receive. Unfortunately the quality of the service from The Nail Tech Man was poor. After 1hr30min of getting her nails done it came off in less then 24hrs! SMH

They did a good job. I felt a bit blindsided by the pricing. They style of the nail is a bit old school with the hump/added apex. Overall, it was a good experience they have tons of colored powders. My fill lasted exactly 14 days til one popped off.

The actual pedicure itself was GREAT! 5stars to that part! But I paid $20 for gel polish just for it to come off in less than 24hrs. And no i didn’t hit my toe or anything like that.

I visited this shop for the first time on yesterday. The tech that I had was very nice but she wasnt doing a very good job on my nails. I noticed another techs work and asked her what her name was. She lied and told me the wrong name, which was actually the name of the tech who was doing my nails. I asked my tech what her name was and she told me the other techs name. As I checked out, I asked management if I could make an appointment with the tech. The tech, I guess her name was Ann...who knows, became very rude and disrespectful and said that she didnt take appointments, she was busy and didnt want to do my nails. She said all of this in a very disrespectful tone. Management heard the conversation and didnt apologize for Anns rude behavior. I told Ann that she was very rude and disrespectful and departed. I would have to give this place TWO THUMS DOWN for being treated very poorly and highly disrespected!!!!

Ive been a patron for years. Its the only place ill go for luxury pedicures and great manicures.

I’ve been waiting here for about 30 minutes in this bowl of water and it’s cold . I’ve asked 4 people about turning the water to boy and they still don’t listen . These people who own this establishment doesn’t care .

LV Nails have always made me welcome when I enter there place of business.The staff is very professional and building is always clean.

The technicians Vu, Nhan, Dung, & Sara provided great services to my daughter and I. We both got Pedicures & Gel Re-fills with designs. Sara also did an excellent job on my eyebrows! I will be coming back next time Im in Atlanta!

I absolutely love my sns ombré and pedicure from today. The guy there did an amazing job.

Love this location. 2nd time being here and Tammi did my nails.I got a gel fill in with a color change on my toes and it was less than $40 before tipping.Amazing technicians and a pleasant staff.They do offer SNS, eyebrows, massages, & more.

I love my nails and toes. My designs are different. My experience was very relaxing and personable. Nina is the best. Shes the only one who will touch my nails from this day forward.

The service is just okay, however, to tell someone AFTER you’ve done their nails that you charge +$8 to file them coffin Is UNPROFESSIONAL & DISHONEST. On top of that the staff who is childish all stood around the manager speaking their foreign language laughing as if it’s funny. Ignorance. I’ll support BLACK business that is professional and speaks the language of the money and the land. Yalls days are numbered here. We are fed up with Asians coming into our community to collect our dollars and be rude in their native tongue.

Go see Nancy for your nails and Lisa for pedicures they are the best! Hands down. Been going to LV Nails for 4+ years now. Great service, Clean, and nice staff.

I love the pedicure but it took three hours on a Sunday with hardly anyone in there. The guy that did my feet this time was probably new.

I never rate 5 stars on a nail salon but my new favorite nail tech is worth it! She is very gentle with me to the point I fell asleep after a long day while she was doing my nails! From what Ive observed, the other technicians are the same. Very thorough and have your hands and feet looking great when you leave. I havent heard any complaints from other patrons outside of the wait but it happens so I pay no mind to them. Definitely recommend!

I’m not into arguing you down about an up-sale. When I say no, it’s what I mean. The tech clearly had an attitude and got rough with my pedicure. It was funny to watch her tantrum until she swiped my card for $69 for 2 basic pedicures. She did a good job but snuck in a few charges. I won’t be returning.

LV Nails Salon was so horrible. I went for a full set and a pedicure. The lady that was doing my pedicure dug under my toe nails so rough and scrubbed my feet even worse. I couldn’t enjoy myself. My toes still hurt. I never got a chance to get my full set. The guys asked me to find someone to do my nails and that he had 2 other customers plus one on the way there. And then asked me to come back the next day. As I was sitting there a client came in with a complaint about her gel polish chipping after 2 days of having them done. He nails were tore up. I don’t recommend this place at all.

My Acrylic nails came off within the next two days!! I paid $40 for them!!!

Adam did my nails and did a great job! My nails were not thick and bulky. They were natural looking. He took his time and made sure I was happy. Only issue is the chrome started coming off 3 days later. He put a gel top coat on it so Im not sure why this happened. I still got a lot of compliments. If Adam is there go to him!

They have social distancing protocol and cleaning measures in place. But Thai got me in the chair in no time.

This place has some talented technicians! They turn Flintstone feet into pretty feet! The Classic Pedicure is only $22!!! So tipping $5 is easy to do and they deserve it! Ask for Lisa (who is usually always booked) shes the best!

Had a really bad reoccurring ingrown toenail. Came here once a month for about 2-3 months and I’m back to normal. They really know how to get everything out 🥴

Do not visit this nail shop poor service and I was charged 45 dollars for a regular set called back and was told it was 35 dollars went in to talk to manager and was given lies and excuses. I will never return to many other options. Thieves

The worse and most unprofessional place I’ve ever been too. If you are uncomfortable or do not like something unlike other actual professional places they will NOT own up and will not fix it, instead they will argue back and forth you. Never going back!

I come here atleast once every two weeks. The only people that do a great job here from my experience are Thai and Henry. Do not let the lady whose young daughter comes do your nails. Youll be very dissatisfied.

The wait time here is ridiculous, honestly. Ive been three times, and I have walked out twice due to 39min + wait periods. [[No exaggerations simply because I wasnt serviced.]]I sat with my feet in water, waiting for a pedicure, and wasnt approached or serviced for 39mins. To my left were two other women expressing the same sentiments to one of the technicians.They are very understaffed for the amount of traffic that they have coming through their doors.

An all together terrible experience. My nails were cut too short, so short in fact that for a couple of days after my visit my fingers ached and felt raw. Ive always had fast growing nails so I keep them on the longer side so a great deal of length was lost unnecessarily. Then the nail tech commenced to yank my hand after I asked her to just tell me when she needed me to readjust and after I expressed to her that I do not like my hand yanked. Ignorant to the fact that I am multilingual she felt it appropriate to express her disdain of my comments to her coworker sitting beside her. I got the deluxe spa manicure and pedicure which was nothing but a regular manicure and pedicure ending with the nail tech slapping cold lotion on my arms and legs and wrapping my limbs in an odorous lukewarm towel and walking away for far to long leaving me to sit in cold, wet towels. When I contacted management about my experience they became defensive and unwilling to work with me. LV Nails is a terrible place of business and extremely unprofessional.

Horrible experience I went to literally get one nail fixed and fill in stayed 2 hrs with no wait should of known then it was a problem . The guy from Texas did my nail but Nhun Finished them . Well the one nail that was fixed was entirely shorter than my other nails . Big no no in my books so he re sculpted it and then re Polish I had to tell him twice to repolish look my 8 year old niece could do better . All and all I had got charge 35 dollars for one Nail and fill in with no color . My shape is horrible also I asked them to use clear Nhun used white . Very horrible place feel rushed as Well . I dont recommend at all
