This is my second time visiting and I’m convinced this is the nail place for me. Because they require an appointment, there is no waiting (or very minimal), service is fast and everyone here does great pedis! Bin is my go-to mail tech. He does great nails, he’s down to earth and funny!

Its SO hard to find a nail spot that is A) friendly and professional, B) able to provide basic services well, C) clean and organized, and D) able to do AMAZING nail designs! If youre looking for all of that, come to Haute Spot! So many times Ive seen a beautiful nail design on Pinterest and wanted to have it done on my nails only to be told no one at the shop had the skill to complete it. Not the case here!I had a noon appointment and was taken back right away. Phoebe and Lynn took such AMAZING care of me; we laughed and talked the whole time while they worked their magic on me and made me feel beautiful. Im definitely going to be coming back- definitely check them out!

To begin with, The worst experience ever for my own money. The owner at the front desk is rude. He is almost thrown his phone at me when I told that I didn’t want to get manicure and pedicure at the same time because I didn’t like the quality.I got the fungal nail infection at their place !!!! Picture is attached. So I believe their sanitary norm is not ok at all. About this place.Except drinking wine and playing with the dogs, I would suggest to the owner to take customer experience classes and work on the attitude.

Can be busy at times but all around great place to get your feet and nails done. Fast service and good technician

On my first visit I was seen right away and I was surprised because it was a Friday. The nail tech was amazing. I love love love my nails! I came back Saturday for a pedicure and my nail tech again was amazing and so cool to chat with. My only downside was the long wait on a Saturday but I was a walk in so I understand. And did I mention the pricing is good as well! This is my new go to spot!

I’m really disappointed because I normally speak so highly about this establishment, but i got nail extensions with a gel overlay. I paid almost $190 on my nails and i got them done on June 30th, it’s July 2nd and my nail broke off while i was simply pushing my deodorant further into my bag because it was falling out. I didn’t even have a chance to apply pressure to push it all the way in. This is ridiculous, I’m all the way in Cancun with a fresh set of nails that are jacked up. Why charge us those steep prices when you all don’t do the quality work? I don’t know if i will be returning, this is the first time this has happened, $190 down the drain clearly

Ive been coming here for 8 years as well. There isnt one person that does a bad job here. I personally have grown attached to Luke for my pedicures. He is very precise in every digits detail, and always has a good attitude. One major bonus they just renovated the shop to expand and gave it a modern face lift.

The owner is very rude. There are no walk ins, appointment only. I made my appointment for 10am (three weeks in advance) with JOJO and SHE was over 45 late, because apparently she does not come in until 10:30am but even at that time she was still not there until almost 11am. It was my birthday and I had to leave and go to another nail shop but not before the owner said “either be patient or leave” because I asked IF there was another nail tech I can go to. I think the owners name is Chris. BAD SERVICE! I will not be going back

Excellent Nail Salon!!! Clean, structured but not uptight. I’ve had a number of clients who frequent my hair salon recommend this place and they were right. It’s the first time I’ve went into a salon and not felt hesitant to ask for the newest, coolest Pinterest pic... and these guys nailed it. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of clients around me getting all of the cool shapes and designs. My nail tech and I had casual conversation the entire visit. He answered all of my questions and gave me tips on how to get the results I want from other nail techs in the future. And the price was very reasonable. This will be my GO TO nail spot from now on.

DO NOT GO THERE! Went to get my nails and toes done, toes were fine but my nails on one hand were shorter than the other, and they overcharged me for simple nails. If they wanna be that expensive then they need to do a better job, never going back there again.

I came in close to closing time and the staff really took care of me! I enjoyed the cute little dogs and it was a very nice place. Jay did my nails and he was great! Owner was also very nice and accommodating! I was even told I could bring my small dog, Lola! Will definitely come back!

Hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been too. Pricey but you get what you pay for. I’ve had to go less often because they do such a great job and can literally do anything you can dream up. Check them out on Instagram!

I wish I was leaving a better review. I was referred to this establishment from a friend. She spoke very highly of the quality of the work here. However, the two times I came ( and had an appointment ) I waited over an 30 mins past my appointment time and when asked when a tech would come and see me I received a very unprofessional response of someone will get to you when they get to you . I attempted to speak to the person at the front desk, he continued to be rude and disrespectful with me in saying If I dont want to wait, then go somewhere else and dont set appointments here again!All a customer wants is to be respected and their time to be valued. I do not care how good someone is at what they do, if they do not or refuse to have good customer service all that goes out the window. It literally take no effort to be a kind person. Please whatever you do - go somewhere else . It is not worth the disrespect and being talked to the way I was.

Beautiful location, however the service is bare minimum. And the hilarious thing about it is that they really think they can do nails. The only reason why I think they have the clientele that they have is just because it’s convenient and it’s in a good location. The guy that I went to was very cocky and really thought he his nail sculpting was to die for( Boa Boa is his name please your work is BASIC) Beware!!!!

Came here about 3 or 4 times the get acrylic nails with designs. The first time I came pre pandemic, I was a walk in and got Ben. Ben was very good with designs so I made a few appointments with him and was never disappointed. I even broke a nail once and they were really good about fixing it for me the same day.Recently, I had a very different experience. I came as a walk in at 10am on a Friday and the shop was busy so they made an appointment for me at 2pm. I came back at 2p for a full set with a leopard print design. Ive gotten this design b4 but the tech I got today couldnt do it. He askes another tech to assist him but it still looked pretty Fisher Price.At first I felt bad about complaining but I mentioned my disappointment to the guy working the front desk and he removed it from my bill and had the tech remove it from my nails. I ended up leaving with all black matte naila which was not what I wanted but simple and easy.I appreciated that they fixed the issue. The prices are expensive but they have decent covid practices which is good. I would come back but I was make an appointment with a better nail artist.

I went last night and got my nails done professionally for the first time ever. They are very clean, take your temperature, everyone wears a mask. I came with 3 coworkers and it took about 3 hours to have all of our nails done. The tech who did mine (Ben I believe his name was) was super nice and did a great job with what I had requested, fancy cow print nails. I will be going back!

I will never go back! They share everybodys personal business and are disrespectful. They have no company code of conduct or ethics. Medical info was shared by doctors and this business that is in violation of HIPPA. #42366

The best nail salon ever!!! Wouldnt go anywhere else. The salon is so clean and they make sure to keep the staff and clients safe with wearing masks and taking temperatures. You get what you pay for, which is always amazing work!

I recently scheduled an appointment to come in for a full set and pediatric. I was booked with Halina! By far the best full-set of nails I’ve ever had. She really took her time and it shows. I will definitely be back to book with her again

I had big moma on my feet and my on my hands and when I say they did they job. They was friendly and funny. My boyfriend had helina on his hands and anni on his feet. They was so sweet and goofy we actually had a good time for our first time being here. I will def come back, and ask for the same 4 lady’s 👑👑❤️‍🔥😝

I am just looking for a nail tech with consistency! I tried this salon for the first time just four days ago!I paid $65 for a pink & white coffin shaped ombré, 4 days later, 2 nails have broke and now I will have to pay someone else to fix this.DO NOT GO TO NINA!! Try another nail tech there. This took 1hr and 45minutes for her to do and it came out beautifully just to break off randomly 4 days later. NO BUENO! I don’t mind paying for good services but this was not it.

Loved Loved it...They practice social distancing here. And I was able to get a pedicure and new gel nail set in hour. Big Mama did the BEST pedicure and V did my very first red powder dip on my nails. Thanks to my god daughter ❤ Dina for the recommendation.

I brought in a design i wanted done on my nails, I told my technician that I wanted the exact shape and design. He then went on to say the nail shape was old granny and did his own nail shape which I did not like, and got mad at me when I asked to change to the shape in the picture. Then I asked for him to do the design exactly, he kept insisting on using more colors (probably to charge me more) and was rude when ordering me to look for colors. Then, he insisted that the design wouldnt look good the way i wanted and did the nails the way he wanted. At the end he came up with $95 for a manicure I dont even like and now one is popping off 3 days later!!! 95?!?!? With that service? No thanks.

The nail technician that I’ve been lucky enough to get every time I’ve been here is amazing. She’s very detail oriented and does a wonderful job! I’m in love with the subtle nail art we did this time! This has become my go to spot.

This place is really unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment and because the employee double booked herself the receptionist was really rude to me. I was ignored and treated very disrespectfully. The receptionist took my temperature and then threw the thermometer on the counter causing it to fall and the batteries fell out. He then shoo’d me away yelling at me to go wash my hands. After that walked off and disregarded me completely. He refused to make eye contact with me and was just bitter. Bless him because I’m not sure what he was going through but there’s still never a reason to be aggressive towards a customer. For this place to be so highly talked about, the work is honestly not worth it. It’s the hype that your paying for, not the work. I’m really disappointed. Don’t be fooled by the likes that have on Instagram.

Worst nail experience! Went here for my first time because I heard so much about Haute Spot. I got SNS and my nail tech was Nina. These were supposed to be almond shape and if you see the picture, the color is very uneven and my nails had scratches all over them from the file! The worst part- they were having a party and serving the employees shots of liquor while they did our nails!! They were all very clique-y and not friendly if they don’t know who you are. **the owner did offer for me to come back to fix them for free but at that point I didn’t even want to go back there!

My experience was not a great one. My first visit I received a full set with 2 gel powders for $100.00 ( which I thought was overpriced). I was not able to use my fingers for the first 24 hrs being that my nail tech (TEAL) didnt score the sides of his new file which in turned cut me on 3 out of the 5 fingers on each hand. I really liked my nails (after my cuticles healed) and was willing to give them another chance. But unfortunately I didnt make it that far due to the lack of professionalism from the receptionist when I called to make an appointment with someone else besides TEAL. This will be my first bad reviews but for the prices at this salon, I refuse to be treated with disrespect.

I was kind of worried about going here after reading some reviews BUT I couldn’t cancel my uber so I decided to come anyway. Plus I follow them on Instagram where they have over 100k followers so I knew I’d have to try them out. It was packed but I was helped as soon as I walked in, it did not take long and she didn’t do a rush job (very skilled/gentle). The nail tech asked me what I wanted and I got exactly what I asked for. It was a typical nail salon except they are VERY up to date on nail trends, which is awesome.Some reviewers complained about nail techs talking to each other but like man, what kind of dystopian world do you think we live in where people can’t talk at work, jeez. Or nail techs having attitudes but I think people forget that a lot of foreign people have different mannerisms/maybe sound rude because English isn’t their first language (everyone was sweet here and there’s even puppies to play with).There’s parking and a lot of other stores near by, this place is easy to spot. I really can’t wait to go back and take my sister with me. I haven’t had this good of a nail salon experience in a very long time. I’ve been wanting to try ombre on my nails forever but was always so scared of trying something different! These ladies were amazing so quick and my foot massage was EVERYTHING. It’s a little pricey but totally worth it. Tiffany did my nails and Nancy did my toes!!!!!

I called for my girlfriend because she gets embarrassed asking...she is an amputee and only has one leg. I called and asked if she could come for a pedicure at 1/2 price, hence the only one foot. They said NOPE! Not even sorry, we would love to but we can’t, just a very rude NO! Don’t go here

Only place that touches my nails. I’ve been coming here for 5+ years. Worth the prices, which are also reasonable. The more you add on, the more you pay. I always tell people who I refer my salon to, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! It makes a huge difference. There have been a few times I’ve waited because the appointment before me ran late, life happens. Sloppy and overpriced. My first visit was ok but I really liked the salon itself so I said I’ll give it another try. My second visit was terrible and after only have my nails done for 2 days a nail came off and my gel polish started peeling off my toes.

First time here, and I’m surprised they only have 3.4 stars! Kim did an incredible job on my nails and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I brought in a picture I thought was impossible, but she made them look even better. The shape is perfect too! The energy in the salon was awesome too, the employees all seemed happy to be there. I remember coming in here planning to get my nails done and I felt like I was push to the side mind you I had recently cut all my hair off and Im black lol..they told me to have a seat and wait than I a second later another women came in and she didnt have no appointment an got helped before me it was very busy and it made me feel some type of way because there is no reason that that women should have got helped before me I came in before her.. This place only employs techs with real talent and real skill. I have never been to a salon that did nails this well.Ive come a couple times and they are worth driving for. The dip powder I had done by Hao was unreal. No other salon has ever done it as nice and long lasting.I also got my acrylics done by Tina this last time and they are so gorgeous. She took her time and the shape is perfect.This place is on a different caliber when it comes to nails. Thank goodness I’ve finally found a place I can really trust

This place is awful. I had my lashes done here and I’ve never experienced anything worse. I walked out with what I thought was an eye infection. This is my vision they’re messing with, not something as simple as my nails. With the recommendation of my lawyer, I went to see multiple specialists about it, and it has finally been classified as a chemical burn due to unskillful technicians. This chemical burn quickly turned into an infection, which my doctor had to prescribe eye drops for. When I first called the owners to tell them about what I thought was an infection, his response was, “how do I know you didn’t wipe your butt and touch your eyes.” And when I was mid sentence, he hung up on me. When we told them I was getting my lawyer involved they said they will call me in a few days, it’s been two weeks with obviously no phone call. Not surprised by that, but beyond disappointed. Disputed my card. This place and their owner’s behavior is disgusting.

Business at The Haute Spot Boutique are are not practicing safe sanitation procedures, and me and my family have become sick several times from our visits. They also have illegal immigrants working in there that that are non licensed and I have seen them use non sanitizing tools creating injuries to customers causing bleeding, fungus, and more. They have unregistered aggressive breed dogs that are malnourished running around loose that have even bitten customers. This is a safety hazard and very unethical. They discriminate there customers and use racial slurs openly. Do not go there!

I’ve been going here for years but recently I’ve found that the techs are very very slow and can be extremely rude. I’ve tried to make appointments hoping that will make up for the slow service but honestly that seems to do the complete opposite. I will say that the majority of the nail techs are pretty talented and they do have a wide range of color options which is nice...all and all I think it’s time to find a new mail salon

This nail salon is great for nail designs that most nail salon dont do.They are over priced but do an amazing job, my nails look like artwork.For the price you pay the environment is dirty and smells like dog. This is only my go to for special occasion nails because they do great with artistic nails but just for an basic 1 color nail polish i do not recommend.

I have been coming here for over a year now, and will keep coming! I am always greeted every time I walk through the door and always treated very well. The products they use are high quality, so this is not a cheap service just fyi. $20 sets never last long anyway, so its best to invest in yourself :). I absolutely LOVE their dogs, they are SO CUTE! I definitely recommend to everyone.

Its a NO from me! My friend suggested this place and I decided to go and splurge a little for my birthday. She gets her nails done here often but she always goes to the same guy, David. I called to make an appointment but David was not available on the only day I could go. I described what I wanted and the rep told me that another tech could do a nice job. Well to make a long story short, I spent 70 on a full set that I could have got for 40 somewhere else. My nails dont look bad but the whole experience definitely is not worth the price. The techs werent rude but theyre not friendly and I could tell my tech was annoyed because I couldnt decide on a color. After working all day, the last thing I want to do is argue over nail service, something that is supposed to be enjoyable. Once she was able to give me a design I could live with, I paid my money (even a tip for all the filing she did) and got the hell out of there. Im done spending my money at places like this that dont value me as a customer. At that price point, I expected more. Lesson learned... Oh well, the search for a nail shop continues. 😐😐😐

Ive been going to The Haute Spot since it took over from the previous owners. It is the only place that I will go to get my nails done. Although the salon is always busy, the service is top notch and the nail techs are simply phenomenal. A.T. and David are my favorites, but the simple truth is, the entire team is talented. The management team is very selective, so you can rest assured that you are in good hands regardless of who your tech may be. The Haute spot always has the latest colors and powders and can replicate even the most intricate designs.The Haute Spot is also great with handling large groups. I frequently reserve multiple services for my girlfriends and I to have mini spa days. So long as I have made an appointment, whenever I come in, my pedicure spa is ready and waiting and even if I havent made a reservation, the staff still gets us taken care of and on our way.If you havent been to The Haute Spot, you are missing out.

The nail tech I had did not do my nails well. It seem as if he was struggling to do the desired style that I requested. I was not satisfied. However, I did like the way my pedicure came out, she was very thorough and seemed like she knew what she was doing.

I have been all around Atlanta, trying to get an amazing set of nails. I have finally settled on The Haute Spot and I am happy! Kim is the only one I trust. She knows my style, shes talented, shes clean. My friend and I bring a bottle of champagne and make it a girls afternoon. My nails always last 4 weeks.

The nail tech do an amazing job. I will not take that away from them. I’ve been going there for about 4 years now & I understand things change. However, all the nail techs act like they are snobby people. I understand clientele is out the roof now. I get it I see it but now they have the it is what it is attitude. They are rude and they have a attitude that your there but want a tip.

Ignore the bad reviews like I did and come here. This place is an amazing nail salon!!! They will do your nails anyway you like with no difficulties or attitude. I had Kimmy and she was extremely nice and sweet and did an amazing job on my hands!!! Nancy did my pedi and took her time making a custom color to match my nails!! This is an extremely clean and friendly fun environment .The puppies are so cute as well! Well worth the wait and the price!!

Male technician was friendly but seemed inexperienced due to thick application of acrylic and unsecured placement of nail jewelry. The pedicure on the other hand was fine but basic. I had higher expectations after seeing a lot of their work on IG. Check it out at your own risk.

Every time.. The nails look great from the top but the sides and cuticles arent professionally shaped and filed.. My guy friend I brought noticed how dirty the salon was compared to his normal spot. I always think when I come here itll be worth the money but it never is. My friend paid $144 for a mani, 2 pedis, and a short full set. 🤦‍♀️

My boyfriend & I went to get pedicures. He lives close by & my sister used to be a regular customer. I called ahead & made an appointment for us. The fumes hit us immediately (he’s only had one other pedicure in life & I usually go to a private nail technician) I forgot how strong it smells. We weren’t greeted when we first walked in. In fact, several heads turned, looked us dead in the mouth, said nothing, & continued working. I saw a desk in the middle and waited to check in, but apparently, it’s the check out desk. I finally see a guy with a schedule book. We’re shown to our seats & I’m told to pick a color. We chose a good time of day (4pm Friday) so it wasn’t crowded. We sat in the back & it was pretty relaxing. Heidi did a good job with my feet. We both got the pedicures with the sugar scrub & the cooling mask. Definitely not the best pedicure I’ve ever had, but it was decent. Mostly went to share the experience with my boyfriend since I’ve been wanting us to do this together for a while. I usually get gel polish but it was an extra $25. So I got regular polish (which of course smudged before I ever got home even though I let they dry for 20+ minutes 🤷🏾‍♀️). I’m big on customer service (which from the reviews, is seriously lacking) so I’m definitely not going back. I’ll continue to support my independent black owned nail technician.

Ive tried a dozen or so other places since I moved out of the immediate area... Ive made the decision that I cant mess with these other places after having gotten my nails done here. They get crowded but its worth it. They are extremely nice.. Dont come in acting up and they wont react in kind. Ive seen people come here and be absolutely nasty and expect to get their ass kissed. Not gonna happen here. Excellent basic nails, beautiful design... They can do anything. Have fun, expect to get what you pay for, and youll be back.

I give this place 3 stars just because my nails are good but it was so expensive :( I paid $60 for simple nails. No stones, the lady said that the chrome( which literally is just powder on the tips) I got was an extra $20 dollars. I don’t think they should overcharge so much but I guess they feel like if you go to them you have the money. Oh well.

Nails are cute but extremely over priced I paid $150 for a very short basic set of nails and gel polish was $25 extra. So $155 in total,I’ve never paid over $100 for my feet and nails and I usually get very long nails so in short Ladies save your money and go on old national highway they do the same work for half the price minus the nasty dogs all over the tables.

My nails are amazing. They pay so much attention to detail... got my nails done once before and but when I got gel here it was another experience. They are pricey though for acrylic (47 plus more i think)so I just got gel for 30. So be aware!! But my nails do looks great and feel great!

Ok I love this place, they can literally do anything you dream of. It’s always super busy so definitely make an Appt. and once you find a nail tech stick with them. I personally like Vi, Leo, and Thai for nails but anyone for my feet. It can be a little pricy but I would say it’s worth it. The owner is also super nice and bring his dogs which is fun.

The first time I went Romeo did my nails and they looked amazing however they were extremely overpriced and the lady who was doing my pedicure kept telling me to go to sleep... How can I? Its too chaotic and Im paying so much money Im going to make sure he does my nails right... This last time was NOT a good experience. Another man did my nails and when I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails he called it ugly... Thats ugly Ill make it look better like wow.... thank goodness I have tough skin and Im sure he meant no harm but seriously? Anyways I said I wanted a certain color and the lighting is so bad that the color he picked looked different in the store than outside... When I got outside I realized how thick they were and the color was off.... I go back inside and say I want a different color they had soooo much attitude. Made me wait forever... When I finally sat down the chick said you should make sure you tell them to fix your nails at the time not wait a whole day and I responded I just got my nails done and she repeated the same line... So frustrating. It took everything in me not to snatch my hand and walk out.... They literally have no filter and say whatever is on their minds.... Sometimes thats refreshing but not when youre rude with it..... but wait the dogs!!! You cant relax with them there either..... yea I wont be back.
