I’ve been here a few times and they consistently do great work. I got SNS and not only did it last a long time but my nails were strong and healthy when I removed the set. It’s a longer drive for me but definitely worth the service.

I love Glam Nail Spa. Ive been going here for a decade since I moved to Atlanta. The atmosphere is great, the staff is amazing and its so clean! Jack and Tina are truly amazing!

Glam nail spa is my local go to for general nail care needs. About every 2 weeks in there for a gel pedicure and gel polish. They have most popular nail trends such as cat eye, glitter, chrome, and SNS in tons of colors... my pedicures are always fabulous and leave me more than satisfied. Many times I add a paraffin wax to my pedicures with is a nice accommodation many places dont have. They have a nice point system that allows you to have money off after a certain amount spent. Everyone is always very polite and professional. Im very pleased with most of their services, my only complaint is I cant trust just anyone there to do my fill ins, a few times Ive had lifting or cracked nails that needed replacement.

The salon seated me and my friend as soon as we arrived for pedicures. They have great customer service. I stopped going to this shop when a closer one opened near my job but their customer service sucks so when I remembered this salon I came back and will stay now. The prices are reasonable too.

I would give zero star if I could. I certainly feel discriminated against when I visited this place by a probably unlicensed tech. I believe the health board should be checking such places more often to ensure the standard of technicians.A tall man did my eyebrow. He spent like two minutes, maybe less, doing it. He put two tapes, one above and one under my eyebrows, and took them off immediately. This wasnt the first time I had my eyebrow done, I am a grown women and I have done this many many times, at many many places, by many different techs. Not even the best tech would do it twice at the same time. Its extremely hard to maintain the eyebrow shape, let alone doing it in 2 minutes. He RUINED my eyebrows, and no apology. I wont be coming back. I am not sure how in the world he got licensed. He certainly wasnt professional. Its borderline reckless.My eyebrows are now uneven, the left eyebrow is torn off at the end. The right eyebrow has patches torn of at randomly, making it looks like a very bad split. Everytime I look at the mirror, I feel like crying. Such unspeakable incompetence, such borderline recklessness.At the end of the service, I paid my money anyway, and I didnt cause a scene, or else I would be that black women who causes issues, and I dont want to be that. I have worked too hard, spent too much to engage in that. But I wont be coming here again.I certainly felt discriminated against, but I want to clarify. While he was incompetent, reckless, and unprofessional, nothing suggests that I was singled out because of my skin color. He might be just as incompetent, reckless, and unprofessional for everyone.

The absolute best nail spa in the vinings area! The staff never sacrifices on time or skill with each client. Awesome foot massages everytime! They are also practicing social distancing and using plexiglass dividers.

I’m so disappointed to write this. I’ve been coming here for 4 years and have always loved them. The last time I was there it took them 2.5 hours to do my nails... today, had an appointment at 5:30. After sitting in the pedicure tub for 40 mins with no one assisting me, I left. They constantly do this lately. And I’m just over it. I won’t return.

Ive been coming to Glam Spa since moving to Vinings in Nov 2019. Every time I come here Im very satisfied with what I leave with. I get the SNS on my hands and Gel on my toes. The staff is very friendly and Jack makes sure to greet each guest. I never feel that they rush my services to get to the next customer. They take their time and make sure I’m satisfied with the services rendered before I leave the spa. I am glad I found them as soon as I moved here.Amiee does my SNS and I love them. Check them out if you are in the area. They are in the plaza with Publix, UPS store and a dry cleaners so its one stop shopping for me.

Ive only been here once so far but I intend to go back and if they do a good job again I will probably stop going elsewhere. Ive been going to nail shops all over Smyrna looking for the right place and I think this may be it. The technician did a very thorough and detailed job on my nails, didnt try to talk my ear off, handled me gently and with care, and the price was fair for the work done. I like the shop itself, very comfortable, plenty of chairs, not stinky with fumes, and has a fairly big selection of nail colors. This last time I got an ombre french manicure and it took some time but the technician was lovely and I think they turned out pretty. I went back for a fill in and polish change and she did a perfect job!

Literally the absolute best experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. The staff were so friendly and personable. We had great laughs and I value that more than anything. They were the best and I would highly recommend.

Cut me and then put alcohol on my cut. They use file on foot without asking. I dont use that tool because it’s bad for skin. I will not be back.They also didn’t disinfect any of the tools. It should come from a sterile pouch. 🤮

I was charged an extra $5 for a French/American manicure although I did not receive that service. I didnt realize it until I got home. Make sure to check your receipt before leaving. They also used a drill to remove my previous gel polish. I wont be back.

Great service, great technician. I got my nails done by Amy. Shes friendly and great at what she does.The one star review is due to the owner not requiring all customers to wear mask. Theres a pandemic going on and I saw several customers walk in without a mask and the owner didnt say a thing. I am extremely concerned for my gf and my safety. I probably wont come back until after the pandemic.

I’ve visited glam nail spa 3 times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. every time I have been disappointed with my nails. On top of that the lady cut two of my fingers where I was bleeding and when she mistakenly got paint on my hand she used a nail filer to get it off. Yes she rub my skin with a nail filer. I’ve went to another nail tech name jack there and I asked for coffin shape they looked terrible the shapes were all over the place.

This place is horrible. The women did a horrible job when she originally did my nails. I complained but I did not have time to get them all re done again. I have been getting SNS nails for the past year and I have never broken a nail. I broke a nail by just putting my shoe on only having them a week and a half. They have lines all in the nails, one is cracked, and my right thumb is growing out horribly because she did not put the fill my nail in with powder completely. The entire nail is lop sided.... (see picture) I will never be back again!

Manicure chipped in less than one day!I got a gel manicure at 6pm last night. This was my first time getting a gel manicure here. The experience was pleasant and the price was good.I am writing this review at 11am the next day and I already have chips on two nails. I dont work with my hands and I havent done anything strenuous. I dont routinely have this issue with gel manicures, so I suspect the root of the issue is in their process.

I had been going to another nail shop but became disenchanted when they insisted on using a drill to remove gel from my nails. Searched around, found Glam Nail Spa and read the reviews. Took a chance. So happy that I did. The technician Amy did a wonderful job in removing the old gel (without a drill), gave me a recommendation on a product to help strengthen the damage from the other salon and did a wonderful job. I will be returning here every two weeks!

Man I feel amazing. Sugar scrub on my legs which you really cant understand how nice that feels, wax on my feet, mud mask and cream on feet and legs, wine, almost 2 hours of amazing massage chair and then a neck massage from my technician. My new favorite place.

This place is conveniently located but extremely disappointing. The folks are rude, detached, and they rush through their work. Im writing this review as I look down at a very poor job (this is after one tech fixed the work of another). I am not picky. I tip well. I dont require fancy colors or designs. I dont require a lot of artificial banter. Just quality. If you feel the same way, go elsewhere.

I came into this nail salon to get a fill. I had on my full set for just under two weeks. I received a fill, probably the fastest service I have ever received. Everything seemed fine until 2 days later when a nail broke. It basically popped off right at the fill line. I came in and paid three dollars for the repair. The very next day two more of my nails popped off at the very same spot. Obviously the technician did an awful job with the fill. A day later another nail came off. The owner tried talking me into getting a brand new full set this time because my nails kept popping off but then refused to give me a discount because of the poor service. I will not be coming back here ever again. Poor service and even worse management.

The manager is awesome. I wont let anyone else touch my nails. She never disappoints! I looked and looked when I first moved to Atlanta and couldnt find a good nail salon until I found this place. She even goes above and beyond to stay late because she knows I get off late.

Started coming here this summer and the quality of the mani/pedis I have received has been great: the technicians take their time and the results are long lasting. My only complaint is that, multiple times, I have been left to move my purse and coat on my own -- with freshly manicured nails-- while the tech goes to another client. It actually happened today and it is frustrating because smudges inevitably happen. Would be great if more attention was paid at the end of the service but other than that, this is a good place.

This place is overpriced & horrible customer service the two ladies working on my nails & feet were very rough this has been a very uncomfortable experience. There is no working ac & the manager basically told me if I didn’t like my service then I could leave. They don’t use cuticle softener so my pedicure was painful around my cuticle. The lady removing my sns powder burnt me & cut me with that drill multiple time. The whole experience I’m say ow! Ouch! Ow. I usually don’t take the time to leave a review however no ac & discomfort & pain isn’t what I’d call a 5 star rating.

Ive been going to this place for years. When I first moved to Atlanta in 05 I went to so many nail salons it made my head spin... Now I wont go anywhere else to get a full set or a fill. Jenny is wonderful... Ive been getting my nails done off and on for over 25 years and she is the best tech Ive ever been too. Im a bit of an artist myself and have a great eye for detail... Now no one make an apt with her in the next few days because shes already booked into next week and Im waiting on a cancelation...!!!!! Their gel polish for toe nails: it depends on which tech you get. The polish always looks beautiful, but not all of the techs are good at shaping and finishing...

ABSOLUTELY NO~I had an appointment at 1pm on a Thursday for a French mani and pedi... IT TOOK ONE HOUR AND 45 MINUTES!!!!! unbelievable and that was with TWO technicians working at the same time. My total for a gel French manicure and a French pedicure was $86.00- of course it wasn’t itemize. There are several signs throughout standing that their prices will undergo a slight increase starting January 1, 2019. I do not recommend this nail shop.

Love this place. Ive been going here for almost six years now. Kim is simply amazing. She takes her time when doing your nails and make sure she gets very cuticle cut properly, every nails shaped and looking fabulous..... and gives GREAT massages. Diane does a great job and is usually everyones GO TO for gel and SNS. Lina does mostly pedicures and does a great job at assuring you leave there feeling like you have a new set of feet. Rosie (the owner) is also very hands on and professional. This is a very good trait to have when youre running business. Rosie is also very great with nails. Be sure to make an appointment because it gets busy.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. I went there for a fill in and my nail chip off literally 2 days later! I don’t know how to explain like this shop is not skilled at all. What I mean by that is they don’t know how to do nothing. You can show them a picture and they would not be able to do it ! This a very basic shop literally. I wanted to do matte on my nails and it came out sooooooo ugly 🤷🏽‍♀️I ask for Hombre nails and they could not even do that ! Please please do not go there they suck for real !

I had a gel French manicure done and it was beautiful! It stayed on perfectly until my nails grew out. I really liked the lady that painted them (unfortuantely I do not remember her name) and the salon itself was fantastic.However, when I returned to have the gel removed, the lady helping me was named Diane. She was horribly rough with my nails, the file she used scrapped my nails through the gel she was removing, when she cut my nails none of them were even & she tore one of them, and the buffing she did additionally scared the surface of my nails. Luckily I have very thick nails and she did not wear through them.I really like this salon- they offer you water & have wines available, the ladies are all very nice and courteous but DO NOT let DIANE touch your nails! (she wears glasses and has a square face)

Pedicure was great, but I was so disappointed by the SNS manicure that I’ll never go back. It had been a while since I had done SNS, so when the technician jumped straight from filing my nails to painting them, I thought “well maybe the manicure part comes at the end for SNS...” as she was close to finishing up, I said are you going to shape up my cuticles, and she said “oh, I can” - she took a chunk out of my pinky finger and I still was asked to pay full price - I should have made more of a stink while I was there, but I was tired and frustrated and just wanted to leave. I had to come home and get dirt out from under my fingernails and try to clean up my cuticles myself - such a disappointing experience!

Great work. I got the basic manipedi and they still took their time and did a great job. I also didnt have to sit forever.

Nail spot,not spa. workers are rude, speak different language mid sentence in front of others knowing English is the preferred language when speaking to Americans especially when asking for a service. We had to ask for hot water in the bowl 3 times, they didnt want to remove the cold water first. we ask to soak for few minutes before working on our feet and the lady got snappy asking exactly how many minutes do we need first. it was suppose to be a couple experience to relax instead we were rushed, not offered beverages like they had listed online, not given towels, and many of the nail polish bottles are dried up. We went on a sunday so business was slow, you should be happy tourist want to come visit your establish even tho the online ratings were trash it was close to the hotel. never again, it is better to drive further away.YOU ONLY GOT A SECOND STAR BECAUSE OF BUSINESS HOURS.THIS IS NOT A SPA FACILITY AT ALL.

My husband made an appointment for the two of us to get pedicures. The initial wait was about 10 minutes when they called one person back, which wasnt too bad. But my water was basically cold and they never even bothered to turn on the jets. When I mentioned that my water wasnt hot, they used a water picture to take some of the water out and poured it down the sink where you wash your hands. When my husband came back to his chair a man had been sitting there previously and they left the towel his feet had been sitting on.I left after 30 minutes of sitting my feet in cold stale water. I wouldnt pay for this level of service when there are so many other choices in the area. I took a chance on this one because it was a referral.

I made an appointment earlier in the day and I was told that I would have to wait because someone else also made an appointment at the same time I did. The tech did not begin my pedicure until 45 minutes later. The tech kept getting up and catering to other customers as they were understaffed. I was in the nail salon for almost 2 hours, for a simple 30-45 minute pedicure. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Pathetic service. The woman doing my manicure gave me a 23 sec massage on one arm and 30 sec on the other. My entire manicure didnt even take 15 mins and it was a French. She was in a rush to get out and guess what, she left me on the chair, no instructions, no good bye, packed her stuff and just left.. no one else asked me if I needed anything and i didnt know what to do. When I asked for manager to file a complaint, turns out that woman who left was actually the owner - Rosie. How Pathetic! Shame on you guys for charging 45$ for this crappy customer service. You shouldnt be charging more than 15$ for the level of service you provide
