Im sorry but my nails were horrible. I only tipped bc based on the work done Im pretty sure they dont get tipped much. I got pink n white ombre full set $45 and gel polish change for my toes $10. The toes were on point tho. 2 stars for that.

My family and I are visiting Atlanta fromChicago on spring break. The service was absolutely amazing!!! My four children (three teen age boys and my five year old baby girl) and I all got pedicures. Such a great experience for them as this was their first experience getting pedicures! Excellent customer service and beyond friendly... great work on our feet as well! We definitely will be back... and they took a family picture for us ❤️ Thank you soooo much! I highly recommend Nails Too!

I had a pretty good experience. The customer service was better than expected. The pedicure was $20 and the the gel polish was $15, which is higher than I usually pay. I brought my daughter with me and she got regular polish and I honestly liked hers better than mine. My toe nails were left longer than I would like. I asked her to cut them down and she cut them a little more but I didn’t want to ask again. The gel in my opinion was left lumpy. By the time I realized it, she was on her third coat and I didn’t want her to have to take it off. I would go back, I just would get regular polish instead. Overall a nice experience compared to other places I’ve been.

I’m no expert (this is only my third SNS ever; maybe 20th manicure overall), but I really like Nails Too! This place is right in my neighborhood, has a bike rack out front, and has had PBS playing a show about animals on mute both times I’ve been. I called ahead and they were able to fit me in within a few minutes, whether on Thursday evening or on Sunday early afternoon. $35 for SNS seems like a good price for the service, so I always tip 25%.The staff has always been friendly and I usually get to chat with a neighbor for a minute too. Daniel was really great: very patient with me as I picked out the colors, allowed me to customize and layer the powder, and used the glass file I brought in. (I know, so patient!) He used little bits of cotton and foil instead of a bowl soak, which I prefer, and he ran the Dremel back under my nails to make sure they weren’t sticking. Didn’t need to cut my cuticles, didn’t over-clip when I asked for them shorter... a great job overall! No massage/lotion/heat, but I didn’t mind. They are a tad thick but I know it’s because we were trying to make sure I got every last bit of glitter from the almost-empty jar!Thank you guys for a lovely spot in the neighborhood. I’ll be back in a few weeks for something fresh!

This is a picture of my hands after leaving Nails Too. The picture is self-explanatory. I was cut, bleeding, and the technician attempted to continue the hack-job as if she did not see the blood coming from the cut on my finger. First, that is very unsanitary and not safe. I literally had to stop the technician and ask for my wound to be treated. Second, this is NOT how you cut cuticles. No professional would do what this salon did to my hands.As I voiced my concern, the owner (sitting next to us during the exchange) said to me “If you can do a better job, stay home and do your own nails”! This was his response to a customer expressing concern about having their fingers aggressively pulled and cut to the point of blood.DO NOT use this nail salon. The owner is rude and does not value your business. They clearly allow staff to work without the proper training and credentials, and do not follow standard health and safety protocol. Patronize at your own risk.

Giving 2 stars because I liked how my feet turned out... but these nails are messy. I nit picked through the whole process and they still turned out bad... I don’t even think she used primer before she laid the acrylic. I won’t be going back.

Excellent service!!! I read the reviews before I went. They had me skeptical but I was in a bit of a crunch. Nothing else downtown was open so I really didn’t have a choice. One review said ask for Julio (I think that was his name). He was available and did amazing work very quickly. I walked in at 7:15 and was back in my car in less than an hour. This is a picture of my nails still looking great after almost two weeks. They are not close to my house but I will make the trip every time from now on. The shop I used to go to doesn’t compare. Thanks Julio!!!

I would NOT recommend. Waited almost an hour told them acrylic with gel polish lady was mad said I didnt say nothing to her when I didnt even know who was going to do me. Said sorry too late painted my regular nails and did it in 5 minutes (rushing) she Just didnt care. I didnt tip and I think this is ridiculous. They wont ever get another dime from me.

Did not clean my nails. Nails were dirty and one was cracked at the end of it. Added on something I did not ask for then wanted me to pay for it.

Ive been coming here since they opened and I also frequented their other location before they moved to this spot. Its been a total of over 10 years. I came in on 5/22/2020 to get a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed, so I paid for my services put my shoes on and left, the next thing I know Daniel is running behind me saying that I didnt pay. I told him that I paid his wife. As I was talking to him his wife came out the door to tell him to come back because I did pay. No apologies were issued. Ive been going there forever and I liked going there but now I have to find another shop.

Nails Too staff are literally my second family. Very supportive of the community!! Daniel, Alin, Tina, and Julio are my favorites. The other staff are very professional, kind, and amazing at what they do, too. This is literally the first salon in this lifetime I have visited that can adapt to every customer’s personality, and needs. You wanna get great laughs, amazing service, and feel like family—visit “Nails Too”!! 😊

The man that works there took it upon himself to give me service I DID NOT ASK FOR! I was overcharged and do not appreciate it. Plus my nails didnt look or last like nothing.

Friendly staff but not so good work. I have been four times but only because I live across the street, not for the quality. I lose a nail, need a fill-in, or the nails begin to lift within one week of service. Ive had to choose between convenience and quality and have decided to stop wasting my money here.

I have visited this store multiple times and each time I leave more unsatisfied than the last. Service is poor and I do not recommend anyone to go here, even though the prices are not that expensive.

When I entered the shop I told the owner I needed a full set and I showed him a picture of the design I wanted. He pointed me towards a nail tech and I showed him the same photo and asked if he could do the design and he said yes. I like my nails to look natural and I dont like my acrylic too thick. I even told the gentleman multiple times it was too thick but he insisted it was thin enough. I showed him the picture of the design multiple times and he still insisted he could do it. While he was applying the set, he cut my cuticles multiple times to the point where I was bleeding. He didnt even bother to wipe the blood off my nail before painting my nails, which is extremely unsanitary. He finished painting my nails and said that I was done. My nails were just painted with no design. I told him that I wanted a design and he said that he doesnt do designs. Now Im irritated because I was there almost two hours and my nails looked nothing like the picture I showed them. So the owner comes over and asks me to calm down and hell get someone who can do designs. The girl tried to do something but it was still not the correct design. When it came time to pay the owner had wanted to charge me $50 for my nails. My nails were clearly done wrong and he cut me multiple times, I was willing to pay half. He said he would only take $10 off, but I think that was still too much for something that was wrong. So I told him I would pay half or I would leave and pay nothing. So he said I can leave and he would cut the nails off. So he cut them off and I refused to pay anything.

Julio is the best! If you’re looking for glam nails ask for him! He’s creative & friendly. Also he goes by this... “cheap nails ain’t good... good nails ain’t cheap” .

I love it here. If you go for a pedi...ask for Henry! Hes very gentle and I HATE pedicures because Im feverishly ticklish. This wasnt my first time here...and it wont be my last!

Great place fast service, no wait time

My pedicure was nice. My manicure was below average. I got SNS powder and it was applied very thick. When i said something about it the nail tech said he cant control how thick the powder goes on. Ive been getting SNS for over a year now and my nails have never looked like this. They do have a lot of color choices, but not always the matching powder with nail polish for matching hands and feet.

Ive been going here for years and love Daniel and his wife! The salon is always clean and they are always friendly. They do a great job as well. Dont let the naysayers dissuade you.

THIS NAIL SALON IS TERRIBLE. Service is slow. I waited for over 4 hours in this store for management to not do my nails. Management is terrible. I would NOT recommend this store for anyone. LACKS PROFESSIONALISM.

I went in for them to simply take off my gel polish they charged me $10 just $5 LESS than a normal gel mani. The lady cut my fingers 3 times and didnt even take all the polish off. Terrible place save your money and go somewhere else.

My go-to is Tina. She does a great job! I only get pedicures. Reasonable prices, pretty clean location, and no drama. Parking cant get tight sometimes though.

This nail salon needs to work on their customer service. I came to the salon to get chrome on my gel polish. Instead of the technician telling me that my nail polish was too thick, she completed the service anyway. Once she completed the services she just walked away without asking for my money which was not professional at all to me. I asked the manger to come over to informed him that I didn’t like my nails, but he insisted that it was my fault. It cost $15 but I told him that I wasn’t paying that but I still had to pay $7 unfortunately.

Pay attention to all the reviews about customer service. This place is good if you’re desperate. The nail job is not consistently done well. You’d have to ask for two specific people to get a well done job. Customer service is ALWAYS lacking. Nail colors sub par (bring your own)they even have dried up nail polishes left on the shelf.They rush nail jobs. If you care about customer service, don’t come here. You will be severely disappointed.

DO NOT BELIEVE THESE SO CALLED GOOD REVIEWS! If I could give this nail salon a 0, I would. I decided to stray from my usual place and WOW....what a big mistake! First things first, this place does not have a wide selection of colors for OPI. Second, this so called nail tech removed the remaining gel from my nails with her fingernails! How unprofessional is this! Filing and removing my cuticles seemed to be the most difficult things this nail tech had to do because she was struggling. At that point, I was steaming and decided I was not going to pay over $30 for a gel manicure at this place. I told her to put on a clear coat of nail polish so I can be on my way! Poor poor service....DO NOT GO!

I’ve been to this salon enough to tell you that you will receive a quality pedicure every time for just $20. When I go to other salons in the city, even places that are more expensive, I just don’t receive the same outcome. The paint job I receive here is what I love most!

Cant tell if theyre racist or just poor customer service. Came in for the second time for an sns fill-in. They start taking my nails off without letting me know they decided to not give me a fill in but start from fresh which would be an extra $10. Then the man started yelling at me for not remembering which nail color I had last time. THEN they overcharged me by $5 but refused to tell me why. Go somewhere else.

I got my nails done yesterday evening.... service is quick, the girl shaped my nails exactly how I wanted them and the price was pretty affordable. I didn’t wash dishes or do any sort of manual labor and my nail chipped already . Quite disappointing

Outdated selection of colors; the bottles are crusted over and they probably haven’t been replenished since 1998. Customer service is severely lacking in grace and professionalism. The finished product is subpar and won’t outweigh the tacky experience. Save your money. Go elsewhere. Or perhaps ask for one of the more seasoned vets to work on your hands and feet.

Most horrible nail place I have ever been to in my life. the boss is extremely rude and when I went back to ask to redo my SNS with tip (the shape was bad, they were super bumpy and shorter than my real nail was before) he said no and that I lack respect for wanting my nails redone. I paid $32 for something I could have done at home and I’m the one that lacks respect.

This isn’t my first choice when it comes to nails salon’s. I live at the apartment complex above and I will drive 15 mins before getting my nails done here. The customer service is nonexistent and they will leave you to work on another client at any second. However, I go here for pedicures and they’re pretty solid in that aspects and they last a while. Honestly there is where I go when I’m being lazy.

The older gentleman(not the owner/manager) that serviced me did a HORRIBLE job. I asked for a full gel set and he had the hardest time shaping the product over the tips and my natural nails. He filed my thumb nails down so low until all i felt was the skin up under my natural nail up against the tip. He put the gel polish on so thick that my nail looked lumpy. After I showed him where he went wrong he began to drill the gel polish off of my nail smh. I spoke with the owner/manager and I told him I just want the polish off so I could leave. He didnt offer any discount, to fix it or that I come back to get it done properly. No one acted concerned about me being dissatisfied. The customer service there horrible! On the other hand the guy that did my pedicure did a decent job. Even with the horrible full set I still tipped him $5 that he really didnt deserve. Im sure Im not the first person that has felt this way. Needless to say I will never return to Nails Too!

The pedicure was bad and the polish application was not good on my big toes and one of my other toes you could see that she didnt go all the way to the nail bed and not opaque on the other toe. The sns was super rushed and she used the wrong clear polish and my nails felt gritty/rough not smooth. My friend came and got her nails done too and she was unhappy as well. Immediately after leaving the salon I looked at my nails and was unsatisfied and would of gone back to have them fix it but i didnt want to have another bad experience.

Simple mani pedi done competently. Also received a lovely lower leg and lower arm massage. Clean, bright atmosphere and free parking in the Pencil Factory Lofts garage.

I normally really like this spot, but unfortunately I cant justify going back. I asked for gel polish removal and for my nails to be trimmed. Ive just left and have three bloody fingers. I think at that point it should be free, but I ended up paying almost $20 for bleeding fingers, not all my polish off, and and my nails were not cut evenly or in the same shape.

Have been going here 6 yrs until they charged my card twice and when i noticed the charge they told me i would have to wait to Monday but i showed my bank statement and called my bank who also verified i was charged twice they didn’t care and threatened to call the police WOW for them charging me twice i will not be going back moral of the story CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS if u pay with a card
