I got my nails done on Thursday and by Friday they were already chipping and peeling. I got SNS. Also the first time I went in the tech was trying to peel of old SNS with a fake nail. I had to pull my hand away from him. He was not concerned about the health of my nails.

Was looking for a new nail salon in town and visited here twice. 1st time for SNS, wasn’t bad but nail lady spoke maybe twice and stopped in the middle of doing my nails to respond to texts…2nd time came for SNS & a pedicure. I had regular polish with a gel top coat and they charged an extra $5 to remove the polish (I’ve never had anyone charge to remove gel until I got here). Anyway, got a regular pedi and boy was it RUSHED. I asked for square shape and 1 big toe was round and the other was square, my other toes weren’t all square either. You could see that the polish application was lumpy because the lady was literally zooming through the pedicure. Not sure why because it was pretty empty in the salon, when she was done all she did was go sit down and go back to being on her phone. The pedicure literally lasted a week smh The guy who was doing my hands also stopped in the middle of it to check his text messages…What’s up with that? It’s very rude like at least say excuse me or something. Ideally I would like to find somewhere that I can go to confidently for both my nails and feet so I’ll have to keep shopping around

I started going to this salon in January 2021 after a year of not getting my nails done due to the pandemic. Im new to Georgia so this place was recommended. Back in April I received a good ombré but when return for a refill (every two weeks) a man name David tried and failed. The nails were super thick and not ombre. After attempt, I ask him to paint the nails white. Well here we are July and same person messed my nails up again. It’s been 6 days and my nails are lifting. When I went back to get them repaired, of course the manager I’m assuming, ask how long I had my nails. I told him 3 weeks and just got a refill 6 days ago. I waited 40 minutes for David. Once my turn came around, David took out nail glue and told me they should last. I was angry, I asked him to fix them correctly, shaving down the base and applying new acrylic. David attempted to say my nails are long. I quickly shut him down. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 15 years, nails even longer. He felt some way, mumbling the entire time under his breath. The next day 2 more are lifting. I will not be returning. I paid $100 for my hands. I should not be going through this.

Ive been going here about 2 years. At first the service was great, but now, my regular technicians always seem rushed by the manager. Its an assembly line service without much regard for individual needs. The shop is borderline dirty and the workers are rude with a smile.No thanks, Ill take my money elsewhere.

I’ve been many times and my last experience was horrible. I spent $160 and that includes tip and my little sisters nails and feet. David, I believe that’s his name suggested I should get ombré. I agreed I should try something different. Anyway, my nails were done on a Thursday and my index finger and thumbs on both hands had already fallen off by Saturday. I called to come get it fixed they told me they have a long wait and will get to me when they can. That was unacceptable for me since I did have a flight to catch that same night. I’m upset and wish I could get my $67 dollars back. I will not return nor recommend anyone to go here.

As a visitor of the state and new client I was not impressed. Ive had many pedicures in my lifetime and overall, it was as basic as they come. I waited for thirty minutes in the spa chair before even being serviced. Once the lady came, she was not attentive and she kept checking her phone during the actual pedicure. The massage was horrible. All she did was beat my leg with a closed fist. Oh, I forgot to mention she went to drill the nail polish off my toe nail and I had to tell her it was polish was not gel! I wont be returning. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not one is because there a very kind man who kept everyone smiling. I think he knew people were getting frustrated with the lack of services being received. Perhaps he was the owner, who knows.

Incredible service. Tina does an amazing manicure. Very professional service and they go over and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. Prior to Covid-19 they served soft drinks and wine complementary.

I went there a week ago, I got an fill in and a pedicure. A couple of days later my gel polish start coming off. I went back up there to the lady who did my nail only wanted to do over two nails and the owner of the shop got involved. Then say I will have to pay again to get my nails re polish. They dont have to worry about me coming back.

I came in and just need a polish change in my toes and got skipped 7 times.They said every one is busy but all 7 people that came was sat in a pedicure chair. And I wasn’t the only one that got skipped. They had a sign in sheet but didn’t go by it. Everything was out of order

My nails look as if I picked them up at the Halloween store. Theres nothing pretty about them. I think they set me up with an inexperienced tech because I asked the guy who started my nails to cover his blisters. (Yes, one of the techs had open cuts with visibly dried blood all over his thumbs and nail beds of two fingers. It looked really bad) Actually, I asked him what happened and he explained that the nail file machine has been cutting him, I said shouldnt you wear a bandage or covering? ( a start wouldve been to clean your hands with alcohol to remove the blood, so gross), he said he cant do nails if he has on a bandaid, but if Im so scared I can go to another chair( sounds like he shouldnt be doing nails until his wounds heal). I went to another chair but I should have known better & just left. He wasnt remorseful about it, he was nasty about me wanting to protect my health. And then they paired me with a girl who cant do nails or maybe she pretended like she couldnt, all while the guy with the bloody fingers starred me down like he wanted to kill me the whole time. They also very obviously started talking about me in mandarin & random technicians kept coming over to my table as if I were a trouble maker. I wont even post pics of the nails because they are so embarrassing. They looked just okay until she started playing in the acrylic( & I do mean playing because it took her 45 min to put acrylic on my nails & she did a horrible job, I wanted to cry). I hope she was licensed. I wont ever never ever be back. Im mainly reviewing because a young lady that came in later was paired with the guy with the blisters & she let him do her nails and push down her cuticles with those bloody finger tips of his & he never got up when I left his station to wash his hands. Ladies when it comes to your health & safety dont worry about being difficult. Hep B, C, Hiv & fungus is transmittable at the nail shop via the technicians & the tools they use. Also dont let any salon cut your cuticles unless you watch them sanitize their machine, their really not even suppose to do that. I mentioned this because I overheard another young lady say ouch twice when she was being filed. These people dont have respect for us. How big of a deal is it to clean your hands, why would you as a professional even present your hands to a customer in that condition, why would they want to work on strangers hands with open cuts to expose themselves, think about it. After looking at the reviews to see if this was an isolated issue, I see others have had the same experience.

Great experience. I used to be a regular customer and I recently moved back to this side of town. Tony and Ben did an excellent job. I’ll definitely become a regular again.

The best SNS and pedicure ever! I just left and Mary and Kayla made me feel like a million bucks. They such a great job. Mary did my nails and this is the most natural they have ever looked. Kayla did my toes and she was so sweet and detailed. They were super friendly and kind. Their energy made me have a much better day!

First time going last week and BEN did so good on my pedicure . I love him I will be coming back .friendly employees, cleanliness, and quite .

So I went here two weeks ago for sns the next day my nail cracks and the polish/powder comes off. I go back up there for them to fix that one nail the nail tech got my color wrong twice... approximately 1 week later all of my nails started to crack. I had to get my nails redone (at my normal spot) the next week. The lady name Lee who did my nails initially did a poor job she did not take the time to file them and rushed through it. They just want your money here and they dont do quality work. I was referred by a friend to go here so upset I did. I was told Maria does good work but she was not available the day I went so I got Lee instead. Do not let Lee touch your nails.

I love coming here when I’m in the area! The techs are so nice and always do a great job on my nails toes and eyelash extensions. I never know when I’m going to be in the area so I can’t make appointments but I can always walk in and get service pretty quickly. They offer wine sodas and water. During COVID time everyone wears a mask. They take my temperature and sit me one spa chair away from another clients. Which I truly appreciates. I wish I live near by so I don’t have to go elsewhere. I will be back every chance I get in the mean time

I was extremely disappointed to see that they were NOT enforcing safety precautions for Covid19 on this day. There were MANY children in the salon who werent being serviced, several of which were running around. One appeared about 2-3 years old, and was crying loudly and playing w the techs tools. Both he AND his mother were unmasked.When I expressed concern about this, the manager said that if he asked them to leave they would say its because theyre Black. I pointed out that his posting clearly states no children or extra visitors during this time and that everyone was required to wear a mask. I feel he was more interested in money than safety.A manager should speak up for thier customers safety and experience, especially now! Say it professionally, and noone will be offended.

Large professional nail bar. Great full sets and pedicures...they even have the kiddie pedi massage chairs! Tons of colors...gel and sns. Appointments or early walk in to avoid the wait. Temp checks, masks and sanitizing all surfaces throughout the visit. Thumbs up for safety 😷

These people are AMAZING. They greet you at the door and during these tough Covid-19 pandemic, they are sanitary. Customers immediately receive hand sanitizer and have their temperature taken once walked in the door. Everyone wore a mask. I received a gel polish change and spa pedicure. The nail tech was friendly and did a good job. My spa pedicure was great and the lady who did was nice and friendly. I would definitely come again because its worth the price and the techs were nice.

This was usually my go to shop for me and my daughter. But we will be finding somewhere else to go. This place is not social distancing and it was packed. If my daughter and I was not in the middle of a pedicure we would have got up and left. No one was 6 feet apart and the guy who did my nails (CHRIS) did the worst job ever while trying to rush to get to the next person. They require you to wear a mask but this is ridiculous. We will not be going back.

I came in on Sunday to get my nails done. By Wednesday one was already broken. I came in Thursday around 720pm and the owner wouldn’t fix it because he said they were closed. Online and at the salon it said 8pm as the closing time. That was poor customer service and I will never be back.

When I tell u...that leg n foot massage was everything....i only get gel nail polish one color nothing fancy but she does a great job with that....i get the spa in a box or something like that but i can really go 3 weeks and push to 4 before getting my feet done (i go every 2 weeks)

Tina is the best nail tech Ive ever encountered. Ive been getting my nails done for years and no one does it quite like her. She is a perfectionist and I love it. I have other nails techs tell me how sharp and precise my lines are. I will never go to another nail tech as long as I have Tina.

Me and my mother went here off a recommendation. Won’t be going back. The owner or manager was nice and he did my pedicure nicely. But the lady & man who did our nails no bueno! She cut me and my finger was sore for days. The gel nail polish is peeling off and there are bubbles and dents. My mother’s nails were all shaped differently(she ask for a square shape) I price was average $80 for two regular pedi 1 mani clear 1 mani gel.

I went here to get my nails done for a dance and the service was great! I got acrylic with gel and they look so much better than expected. If you want acrylics get Tina to them, she did an awesome job and for toes get Sue to do them she works really fast and she does them neatly.

Eyebrows look GREAT

I am highly dissatisfied with my nails. The shape is sloppy and uneven. The techs hands were visibly dirty, and thumb nail was thick and yellow. It made me cringe, because I he kept touching a cut I had on my finger. He was bouncing between myself and a lady at the pedicure station. He would drill off her gel polish and return to paint a coat on my nails. He was painting my nails with all of the lady’s orange powder everywhere. He didn’t even bother to wipe it off or shake it off his hands before touching me. The top coat was very dull and bubbly. I hate wasting my hard earned money in places like this.

I literally come here every two weeks sometimes three the twins do my toes and i fogot the man name but he does my nails !!!

This place used to be good. But as of my last two visits, I’ve been disappointed. The last two techs took my eyebrows off. And I have to point out and explain obvious things, like my nails being filed unevenly. This past visit, I had to point out details in my nails yet again and my eyebrow wax is basically nonexistent (it’s cool Bc at least I have them this time). I say it’s time for me to find a new location. Friendly staff tho.

My first visit was a bad experience, the nail tech did a horrible job on my nails and filled my nails in a point shape that I didnt request and when I told him I wanted a oval shape, then charged me for the mistake he made. Never go to this shop, horrible service and bad customer service!!!!!!!

Paid for a pedi for my kids all under 10 and went outside to take an important call, came back in and only one actually was given a pedi, the other 2 told me their person only painted the toes and nothing else. Older kid 15 had 2 of her fingers cut and her guy put nail glue on it which later got infected. 2 stars because he gave kids a drink and the place was clean inside.

I love this nail spa!!! I’ve been going here for about 4 years and I’m never going anywhere else. I moved from camp creek area about a year ago but i still drive over to get my nails done by Nick. He is awesome. Nick for the nails always. Great atmosphere, relaxing environment.

I came to the nail shop around 7:30pm I got a full set gel polish and a pedicure. I received both services at the same time and both technicians took their time and did a good job.. they were also very clean they put the bag over the foot tub and used a new scrub bar to scrub my feet with.. they also scrubbed my feet with something that smelled like lemon heads candy. I would come back to them

I have been looking for a decent nail salon near my home that wasnt too outrageously expensive. This industry has definitely changed. My daughter asked me if I wanted to get a pedicure so I didnt change words with her.We went to this salon on a Saturday afternoon around 4 pm. There was no one waiting in the reception area however there were plenty of clients being serviced. The salon is impressive. The place is large with pedicure stations along both walls. Never seen so many. The nail stations are in the middle. Again never seen so many. They have a lot of technicians working as well.Nice ambiance. Crystal chandaliers, glass and the ceiling looks like the sky. I did not have to wait. I was seated very quickly. The pedi chairs are very comfortable for a large sized person like myself. There is a shelf on each side. I didnt have to strain to maneuver my feet.Rose is a gem in this establishment. She gives the best feet and leg massages. They use a sea salt scrub if you are getting the deluxe. It feels wonderful. They then add a mud mask and wrap your legs in hot towels before they add oil for the massage. There was no dead skin left on my toes or bottom of my feet and her polish game is on point. Not sloppy. I was impressed. My feet felt like butter. My left toe had peeling skin from gout. She didnt hurt my foot. Big points for that. I was given a bottle of water while my feet were drying. I will be back again.

Horrible customer service. Please don’t spend your hard earned money here. These people are so money hungry that they’ve forgotten the concept of actually pleasing customers.I was extremely patient with my nail tech but my visit there ended prematurely after I realized that they actually DO NOT CARE about your time nor the quality of your nails. Instead, they bounce back and forward from customer to customer. The tech I had disappeared after telling me to wash my hands. Apparently, she went in another room to wax a customer. When I returned to my chair, I noticed that she wasn’t coming back anytime soon.Finally, the owner came over to complete my manicure. I ended the visit after he excused himself to assist other customers after painting only two of my nails.This place is horrible!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was the second person in line waiting outside for this place to open on Saturday morning (they don’t open until 9:30). So how in the world 5 other people were serviced first when only one had an appointment is beyond me. They didn’t even have my feet soaking while I waited. There was a nail clipping in the cup holder of my chair. The nail tech did a horrible job. No hot towel. Rinsed my feet in the dirty water. She kept coughing into the open air and on my feet. The whole time I was two seconds from walking out but I had somewhere to go and needed my nails done. This place is horrible and nasty. I hope I don’t get some kind of nail fungus for allowing them to do my nails.

I used to give this place 5 star rating but only because of nail tech Selena. Now that shes gone I havent found anyone half as good for my pedicure. If anyone knows where she went let me know. I will follow her wherever

I love spataneous nail salon. I only go to them. Every body there knows what they are doing. Normally when you go to the nail salon you have to have one selected person to do the job and get it done right. Here everyone is qualified. I thoroughly enjoy their fast service do not be discouraged by their busy salon on a Saturday morning they do move fast

Techs: Andy and Helen are the best hands down! I’ve came here a few times when my schedule didn’t permit me to be here while they were here and i liked the outcome but nothing compared to the overall look being accomplished, along with their customer service and Andy’s massages are everything. My coffin nails always look right, never uneven etc... i went an entire month and a half without my nails done (very unlike me) bc i couldn’t match up with their schedule.Salon: Atmosphere is inviting. Always have great music playing, never extremely loud. Prices are nice. Chairs are comfortable and the temperature is nice. Bathrooms are clean. I go to an aesthetician so i can’t tell you how their waxing service is.

I have gone to this nail salon for the past 8 years. An eyebrow wax is $8.00 as far as I know. Days later I looked at my card and they charged way more. No tip was even added by me upfront. This one screw up tells me that this business will be headed down hill real fast. Since Kelly has left I see the changes and lack of customer service. She took my card and said 8.00 but discretely charged a higher amount. So my advice to anyone going there.. Use cash only or youll be surprised days later. Im all about honesty and integrity and I can see that they have none.

Question: Why do my fingers itch after getting acrylic nails?Answer: Because, they do not clean their nail tools/drill heads after every customer. If you observe them you will see how they will use the same nail tools on every customer with out cleaning any of those tools. They are always in such a hurry to get to the next customer they have no regard for spreading germs and bacteria through unclean nail tools/drill heads.Every nail technician should take the time to clean and disinfect all of their nail tools/drill heads in between customers. Also, they should use Lysol disinfecting wipes to clean their nail station after every customer. When they do not germs and bacteria are spread from one persons body to another. Which results in itching, burning, and, swelling of the fingers.

Horrible service. I got a gel fill in and the lady charged me $40 when the price list CLEARLY SAYS $23. I didn’t even ask for gel repeatedly told the lady I wanted regular polish. She was super rude talked on the phone. Had me waiting while she finished a conversation.there are so many quality nail salons in camp creek I WILL NEVER BE BACK. African Americans comprise 98% of their customers yet the employees dont mind talking about us in their native tongue. This is very disrespectful. If we stop patronizing this establishment it will go out of business. I will not longer get my nails done there.

I read the reviews which made me very hesitant. I was waiting for my mother to come out of an appointment and this was the closest place to her location, that did lashes. I was very pleased. My eyes are sensitive and usually it takes a while to get my lashes done because they water. Most people get annoyed at the time it takes to do my lashes. I was in and out in 15 minutes! I hope to go back the next time I visit Atlanta.

My daughter brought me here and Luu and Patrick took great care of me. We arrived shortly before closing and they both took their time. I felt very welcomed and unrushed. Steven works for food so he was inclined to have me serviced by the best today.

I just went here on a whim... Needed my nails done badly! But I was throughly pleased! My nail tech Scott did a great job I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he matched the colors up perfectly. I did get a pedicure as well didnt get the guys name but I was entertained and he did a good job as well! Ill be coming back.

I’m literally turned off totally now I see y a lot of the good nail techs that used to work here is all over Atlanta Ga in different shops due to unprofessionalism. Andy is typically my nail tech has been for years until recently I referred a friend to him and he was VERY UPSET TEXT MY PHONE SAID HE WILL NOT EVER DO MY FRIEND NAILS BECAUSE SHE DIDNT TIP HIM. So I go this past weekend to get a manicure and pedicure Andy got upset because didn’t want his WIFE to do my feet I personally don’t like her work so he felt the need to charge me $70 for. Full set with 4 nail designs then told me Nick is an alcoholic how professional is that? I will never Go back here again
