My sister and I had appointments for 2:00 pm on a Wednesday. When we got there though, they had no record of us having appointments at all. It was busy, but they were able to fit us in after we waited for 15 minutes.Jonny and Rosie did my classic pedicure for $25 (includes lotion, scrub for calluses Christian did my classic manicure for $15. They all did a great job! I appreciated that they let me try out a few colors. I went with DND DC Peacock Pink.They spray down the chairs after each use. They sanitize their tools. It felt clean!I wouldn’t rely on appointments, but I would go back.

My aunt and I had a nice experience at this salon. They were not overly crowded, everyone was nice, it was clean, there were a wide variety of gel colors to choose from, and we were happy with the quality of our pedicures. My aunt said hers was the best pedicure Ive ever had!

LOVE this place! Been coming for almost a year now, and I’m so happy I found this nail salon! I’ve been to multiple people, and they are all amazing. The owner Lee, though, consistently does an amazing job on my SNS nails. I always receive so many compliments on my manicures!

I absolutely love coming to Le nails. The service is always impeccable and consistent. They’re clean and have a great selections of colors. My go to service is sns nails, gel deluxe pedicure and eye brows wax.

I went to this place twice in a matter of two days. The first day I was told they were “too busy.” The second time... two days later, I was told “ we are so busy, it would be a two hour wait or so.” They lost a potentially regular customer...no apologies or anything. My money is green too.

Clean salon and fast service. Im very happy with the fill in Mi Mi did.

The facility closes at 6pm on Sundays. I got there around 5:10. If they were not going to be able to complete my service in that time frame they should have turned me away. I was kicked out while my nails were drying, I kept advising the (older lady ) my nails needed to try she insisted I leave. Of course my nails got messed up. She could care less.I have been here plenty of times. That was my last! That older woman is terrible and needs to work in the back. Lacks basic customer service. Im sure if I wasnt black she would have handled it differently.

Got my nails done here on Saturday and my gel polish is already chipping. Called yesterday and requested to speak with nail tech who did my nails. Instead whoever answered the phone was rude, disrespectful. I asked to speak with the manager, he said no manager was on duty. Instead of trying to rectify my problem the young man became combative. I just want my polish redone. Period! I paid $50 for full set and I shouldnt be inconvenienced.1/21/20Mia is the best at this location! She turned my bad experience around, into a wonderful experience. She also fixed my nails. Because of Mia. Me and my daughter will return! Management should be thankful for her professionalism and class! You rock Mia! Thank you again. ❣💌💅🏾

I have been getting my nails done here off and on for several years. Most recently Ive been coming here for several months consistently. I love the staff and the environment is comfortable! Theres a ton of color choices and they can match most colors between gel and regular colors.

Wow I was overdo for this experience I had a great pedicure

During Covid-19. I feel so safe in this salon. They check every client temperature when they walk in and required every client to wear face mask. Technician Take their time to clean and disinfect everything. You must book an appointment right now because they only take appointment only because they have to sanitized after every client; they are pretty booked up with just appointments clients. And Chris does an amazing job on my SNS. Even after my nails grown out 3 weeks, my nails doesnt even lift at all. Everyone should give this salon a try. Owner is super sweet.

Good service, although I always feel like the workers are making comments about me, and lately there has been more pressure to upgrade mid-service... feels like there is a lot of effort going into trying to get me to buy more, which I dont enjoy. Last time, 3 different people asked me if I wanted to add a manicure to my pedicure... its just too much. They do quality work, though.

I recommend this salon. Been there twice for manicure, pedicure and my eyebrows and was impressed by the result. The ladies give friendly but professional service.

They always do a great job no matter who you go to in the salon. They never mistreat your cuticles and theyre fast

Literally waited 45 minutes for them to start doing the wrong service mid way the guy tells me he doesnt know how to do an acrylic set so another 30 minute wait. then a girl comes drills the living daylight out of my nails and cuticles at this point i just want some white tips easy to get out since the other guy took my sns off and cut only one of my hand nails. another freaking hour . she left globs of acrylic and all uneven . oh and to top it all of even asks me if i like them finally proceeds to charge me $45 . People work hard to earn their money do not waste it here.

Ive been going here for 10 years. Im a trained cosmetologist and know what it takes to do a good job and be professional -- these people have it down. I feel like I could say much more but their work and service can speak for itself ! Highly recommended.

I had SNS done at many salon but they were all thick and chunky...I came in yesterday and Mr.Zee did my nails and he did such an AMAZING job!...my nails look so NATURAL and it look so PRETTY!...the shape was on point!...I got so many compliments!!!..

I only go there for my pedicure with Mia. Shes great! She knows my feet and does an excellent job.

First time here on yesterday. I got 3 nails repaired and a fill in. I paid 43$ only to come home And scratch my face and my nail broke! Then I look at the rest AND alllll 3 nails are thin and wider then the other ones! Never again

My first time at this salon. Got a regular mani and pedi and a message in a great massage chair. Service was great and it was refreshing to see smiling faces from the gals who treated my nails. I was impressed by the PACKAGED sterile tools that were used on my nails. Id not seen that at my previous salon. Very clean and professional place and lots of smiling and friendly faces. My previous salon was a downer----they all looked so miserable and were not friendly----only a forced smiled here and there. I will be going back to this nail salon!!

I’ve been twice. Thought I found a new nail shop that was a lot closer to my job and home. First experience with Mia was excellent. Second experience was terrible. I asked for SNS in ombré; brought a picture for reference. Was told it could be done however when the powder was being applied it appeared the woman(who I think is named Barbara) doing the service was unfamiliar with how to acheive the ombré style. She had to get assistance from a coworker..which is fine..but upsetting when you are spending close to $100 on services. That was only the first issue. The second was that the left hand looked completely different from the right in terms of shaping. After bringing this to her attention she practically gave up on trying to get it right and got the same coworker she was consulting with earlier to “fix” it. He came to correct the poor shaping and did well but the ombré SNS looks terrible.I would just like to piggy back on someone’s previous review on how it feels like the employees talk about you in their home language. In this case they were and it almost seemed as if they thought is was funny they did a poor job and charged me $90. Which was significantly higher than my first visit and receiving the same service.

TERRIBLE.

I arrived at the nail salon and was told there would be a 30 min wait. I was fine with that and went to a store nearby to pick up some items. I came back a little over 5 mins and was then told I would have to wait another TWO hours even though I made an appointment. When I was trying to get an explanation, I was dismissed by a rude man ad was told I was an hour late even though I was not late. Super frustrated and annoyed. I will never come back to this dead place.
