The fact I had to give 1 star to do this review is insane. But- I came in on a Saturday and had to come back that Monday for them to fix a nail. Then again on Wed of the same week to fix 3 nails. It is now Thurs. another nail fix...at this point My time has been wasted. I called to speak to a manager -Tommy who was not there at the time. Tiffany took my call and hung up on me twice. She said I saw your nail and your nail is too thin. Well if my nails are too thin why take my money the Saturday before and keep fixing it. Obviously its the person not my nails.This place has THE WORST customer service ever. Do not let Terrance do your nails you will have to go back every other day. Tiffany will hang up on you and Tommy has not called me back or understand what goes on in his business. No refund... Disgusting establishment. And will be reporting them to BBB.Pic- 5th nail broken in 5 days....Ridiculous!!!!!!!

Tommy is the best with acrylic! He takes his time and is definitely a perfectionist in the best way. My nails are always even and my cuticles look perfect! Finally found my forever nail spa

Ive never experienced a mani-pedi like this. They are so gentle, fast and efficient. It had been a long while since I had either service but by the time they finished, my hands and feet look absolutely stunning! The complimentary water was a nice touch, too! Glad they are close to where I live and so happy to have found this place.

This place does a great job on your nails and toes. I’m very picky and their technique and finished product is superb. That said, it’s not necessarily a fancy or upscale atmosphere, which is fine. I would have given another star except for the Fox News/Qanon stuff on all of their TVs. This is Brookhaven not bumble f**k Alabama. No one is trying to watch that here.

Worst experience ever Do Not Recommend!!!!!!!!Walked in no one spoke or instructed me on what to do! Once someone finally came and asked which service I told him pedicure he sat me in the chair and filled the bowl with water I sat there 30 min and watch them begin to service others who came in after me. I asked for a towel to dry my feet so I could leave.

No It looks great but they charged me more than I thought. Two guys have worked there and 1 keeps saying greazythings. Not many people there.

I used to come here to get a full set or refill when my main nail tech wasn’t available. They usually always do a pretty good job.This time, I had the guy that sits directly in the front (to the left when he “did” my nails). He seemed to be the main one greeting people as they walked in.Long story short, he CONNED me into completely taking off my NEW full set because “he didn’t have the shape” of nail tip that I wanted. — [ Mind you, I’m a Master Cosmetologist, I knew he could just file the tip to the shape I desired, but I didn’t want to tell him how to do “his job” ].So I was thinking I’m completely changing the shape now. Which would have been fine. JUST for him to tell me that the OTHER shape I had “looks better”, so he files the tip BACK to the shape I had— (that he apparently “didn’t” have the shape of)After I got played, he lays the acrylic on and starts to shape my nails. He made EVERY. SINGLE. NAIL. CROOKED. I politely let him know that every nail was crooked.And this man laughs in my face and tells me that ALL of MY FINGERS are crooked.I stopped the service right there, asked him how much I owed.. and it was $45. For an incomplete, unpolished VERY CROOKED and unnecessary full set of bs.It took everything in me not to cause a scene.I will be letting STATE BOARD know to definitely give them a visit, as many things and employees in there were not up to standard.

Came here for a gel pedicure. Lady who did my toes was not very polite & did not ask any preferences throughout (shape, length, etc.). She cut my cuticles way too short and as a result woke up with an INFECTED toe the next day. The pedicure as a result was painful & she was very rough. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, go elsewhere. Also 48 dollars for a gel pedicure is a rip off.

I have been going to this salon close to four years now. The staff is very professional and the place is very clean and the tools they use as well. The owners are also very nice and are always ready to help and make you feel welcome. I love coming here!

Technician cut me

Should have checked the reviews prior to my visit. Visited today for a manicure and pedicure. While the salon appears clean, the results were disappointing. Requested a fix to my polish- instead of redoing the polish. She made it worst. The manicure was so poorly done I opted to remove the polish all together. Never again!

I found the two goodies for an amazing mani and pedi. I’m good. No complaints here, despite the shady reviews!

Used to love this place and would only go here. However last time I got a pedicure and gel nails and the nails started peeling off while I was on vacation just 3 days later. When I got back from vacation I went in to let them know and they refused to fix them/refund me. They even made me show them where I had even been there on my credit card statement and proof that I had been out of town. They still didnt fix my nails.

5 stars ONLY if you see Araceli!! She is beyond wonderful! Speaks both English and Spanish!!! If you see anyone else, I cant guarantee the same quality of service.

Great service and a comfortable atmosphere. Very affordable. My daughter and I were walk-ins and did not have to wait. The foot massage was exceptional.I would highly recommend this establishment.

Amazing experience! I was immediately greeted, shown where to select SnS and Gel colors, and seated. I received great service by three kind technicians (mani, pedi, and waxing). I sincerely appreciate the attention to detail and making sure I was satisfied and comfortable with all aspects of service. I love the late Sunday hours and the fact the provide wine! Looking forward to my next pedi with Helen, Mani with Calvin, and waxing with Ms. Kim!

Initially my nails looked great, but that only lasted about a week. I’ve had SNS done numerous times and I’ve never had them to crack. Now it’s been a little over 2 weeks and almost every nail has multiple cracks going across or down the middle. Usually my nails are dipped in the sns powder 3/4 times. This nail tech only dipped my nails twice. I won’t be returning. Total waste of time and money.

Awful. I came in for the first time and requested a gel manicure. To get my existing polish off, the dude literally scraped it off my nails for 20 mins, taking part of my nails off with the old gel. No soak off. If you want gel on hands and regular on toes, keep in mind that only have DND brand, which peels off. My gel manicure lasted two full days before peeling entirely off. I had to go Will never return. Oh yea, If you pay in card, they will not give you a receipt with the tip line. They keep both. Shady.

You need to get any of men working here to get a nice nails done. Men there do excellent job! Everytime when any of those women/girls did my nails, it was simply horrible. When I came again, I requested Tommy to do my nails. He was truly shocked that someone did such a bad job with my nails before and asked me what woman did my nails before but I didn’t remember. He gave me a card and said to always call him if I want to get my nails done. He does awesome job and I always love my nails from him!!!

I have been coming to the salon for about a year and I refuse to go anywhere else! Kenny does my manicures and is so creative and precise! Cindy does my pedicure and is extremely thorough. Best place in Buckhead/Brookhaven area!

Had my eyebrows waxed and the lady took off a good quarter off of one brows. I had to go to ULTA to buy make up to fill in my brows! The staff was horrified when they saw me walk in! My gel manicure looks like it was done at home, the back massages are a joke, the service is nothing special. I will not be returning.

Lucky to get the one star. I got a full set done and pedicure on a Tuesday 3 nails needed repairs and my toenails chipped by Saturday. If you know anything about pedicures the polish never chips. I didnt do anything that would cause this. They did repair my finger nails on Monday after I put up a big fuss. By Weds the other hand started to lift so I just took them off. I didnt even bother about the toe nail polish because I was so over it. I will NEVER go back

Went in for a mani pedi the price on the wall was 25 fill in gel and 3$ nail repair fee i had two broken nails and a shape change 5$ mind you when i get my nails done i always get short because of my kids vivian began to tell me my nails are a 20 dollars extra sheis the young one with brown hair is it because im black?? I wouldnt waste my money on this place again. I visited Buckhead Nails for the first time for a pedicure and gel nails on a Saturday and by Monday all of my gel nail polish was peeling off..When I came back to explain what had happened she told me it was a normal occurrence with gel nails and refused to redo.

I hadn’t been to this nail salon in awhile so I decided to go back. I got a gel polish manicure and within 3 days the polish was lifting a peeling off my nails. I then remembered this happening before too. Day 6 of having the gel polish done I went to another nail salon in the Brookhaven area and got my nails redone. It was funny to me because the new nail tech at the new salon knew my nails had been done less than a week! They told me the previous gel polish didn’t set/dry so that’s why it started coming off. Don’t waste your money here. The people are nice but the technique and products aren’t the best.

I gave this place 2 chances. The first time, I got a gel manicure, and the gel polish lifted and peeled off of several nails completely within 2 days. I went back to get them fixed, and they again peeled a day or 2 later. I decided to give them another chance last night, as they are located right next to my condo, and I was in a huge hurry. This time I got SNS. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and I also told them I was in a hurry and had to be out of there in an hour and 15 min. They assured me they could do it, but apparently the lack of time meant they lacked completing my nails. I walked out with the most ratchet, ghetto looking nails I have ever seen. I was so embarrassed I went to my regular salon this morning and had to pay to get them fixed. Even my boss told me to leave the office and go get them fixed. The girl didnt even file the tops of my nails to even out the SNS powder. They were horrid!! Ill never ever go back

I was content with the service until I was getting ready to leave. My younger sister was waiting for me at the front of the nail salon while I was getting a pedicure. As I was PAYING for my service one man asks if Im paying for both me and my sister. Mind you he walked past my sister SEVERAL times and knew she did not get anything done. I tell him no and I am the only person who received a service. He presents the question several times and then asks a few of his coworkers if she had any services done. I tell him to ask everyone in the salon and check the cameras if he has to. There were other customers who had people waiting on them and they did not receive the same treatment. This was a humiliating experience and I will NEVER return to this establishment. Also the flies that were constantly landing on myself and the nail equipment did not help the situation at all.

Tracy does excellent and long-lasting gel nails. My last application lasted more than 2 weeks

This place is horrible. I caught a major infection in my toe and went in to speak to the manager and they refused to fix it or acknowledge it. They took pictures, asked me to come back and then when i did they told me that the service had been provided to long ago. I went to other shops and could not get my feet done for over a month. Dont risk it!!!!

Discrimination!!!!!! The worst service ever. Took my client there before, who was in a wheel chair. They did what they had to do and just walked away without even letting me know they were finished. No courtesy or help getting her to and from the wheel chair.... went back again today they told me for her I dont think we can help that is just straight up discrimination. It it were up to me, I would not have even gone back a second time, but my client wanted to.....i will never go here.

Terrible customer service. Ive been a few times and its always very long waits, even though they say its 5 minutes. Ive walked out twice now after waiting 30 minutes when they tell me a 5 min wait. They are rude and there are much better options in the neighborhood less than a block away.
