No costumer service in this place at all and they don’t care how clients feel about their discrimination. It was my first time going there and left very disappointed on how they turned me down after waited for my turn. I needed it a Brazilian wax and whoever supposed to take care me decide to take care of other clients who walked in just like me for the same service. And had a gut to tell me in front of other clients that she can’t do my wax because I didn’t have an appointment. Is 2021 and some people are still acting like no diversity.

I’ve been coming here for about a year, after my experience this weekend I won’t be back. I have sensitive skin so I’m used to irritation. The lady who did my eyebrows made me bleed, not even anywhere near my eyebrow. Has NEVER happened before. My eyebrows are uneven and the tint didn’t hold. This place is not worth One star. They have terrible customer service! I should have known when I walked in and was not greeted properly. Their was no “Hello” but instead I was asked “What do you need”! The lady they told me to sign in. A lady walked up took my temperature and told me to sit down. As I started to tell the lady how I like my brows done she said “yeah yeah yeah” I said please don’t cut the middle of my brows and just clean up but please keep thick.I demonstrated how to clean my brows and she said “yeah yeah I got it” Just for her to say she is done and she made my brow super thin on the left. When I told her her messed up my brows. She said that’s how my brows grow! I said to her my brows don’t grow like that and then she began talking loud in her native language like I’ll make the one on the right match the one on the left. I told her no need to touch my eyebrows I’m just ready to pay and leave cause she messed my brows up. The lady told me I didn’t have to pay cause I was tearing up. I have to go out of town and I look a mess like why did she wouldn’t she pay attention to what she was doing. I wish she would have listen to me. Her attitude didn’t help. I try to go into establishments with a great attitude so that I can have a great outcome and this place gave me a horrible outcome. I will never recommend this place.

I am an esthetician student in search of a great waxing place that is clean, sanitary, safe, and professional, and have yet been able to be fully be satisfied until today! It was my first time coming here and let me just say my experience from walking in the door, to leaving was a 10/10. I received a full body wax treatment today with Simi and she was so kind and professional. She made sure to check in on me every couple minutes to make sure i was doing ok and was extremely sanitary with every move made. I have never been properly cleaned after a wax until today and I must say it made the biggest difference on my experience. This business has the kindest employees. I know many people aren’t wearing masks anymore but I still do, and appreciate that they wear them as well and are still practicing the proper guidelines even though things have been lifted. If you are looking for a place that you can trust will do things correctly and clean, this is the place to go. I will definitely be back, thank you!

I’ve been going here for years to get my eyebrows threaded! They have never let me down. A few months ago I started getting a Brazilian wax and Rose does an outstanding job! She really takes pride in her work to make sure she gets all the hairs and will have you feeling like a new person! It’s also help that she engages in conversations and 9 times out of 10 they are funny to keep you relax during the waxing period!

First time here, but not my first wax. The place is nice, welcoming and clean. I stopped by just to make an appointment, but Tia was free and quickly got the job done. I enjoyed the sugar wax more than the traditional wax Im used to.Overall, it was as nice as a wax could be and the staff was friendly. I left very pleased with my service, smooth and no sticky residual. I made an appointment to return in 4 weeks.

I’ve never made a bad review before and sadly I was very disappointed. I came in for a Brazilian wax a couple months ago and honestly my experience is still heavy on my mind. I cannot recall the woman’s name, but she manhandled me. I didn’t think much of it when I was there since that was my second wax ever and both at this same location. I’ve gratefully found a better esthetician at a different business, but my god. When I got home and I checked to see how my wax appeared and was completely shocked by what I saw. I had a HUGE bruise on my vaginal area. It was a VERY painful experience, which at the time I assumed it was normal. Now I know much better. She went over and over a the same spots. It was excruciating.

Received a full body including Brazilian...the absolute worst experience. I only came to this location because they were open on a Sunday... never again!! The tech stopped twice during my service to get supplies and didn’t change her gloves either time. She also was horrible at the Brazilian wax... HORRIBLE!! I’ve had many waxes before, and never experienced it in this way before. She had no clue as to the proper methods for a Brazilian ! I scheduled their sugaring services, but received a regular wax! I asked was I going to be receiving the sugaring service.. was told yes ....just to get a regular wax. She did keep asking was I okay, but I was over it once she got to the Brazilian!! I was ready to leave. I had to get her to do several spots over after she said she was done, and She still did a horrible job! And she had the audacity to show me what she did afterwards in a rude way wanting me to just be done.. which I was! I was pleasant the entire time! When time to pay.... I paid my $75 and she sat there expecting for me to leave a tip! She asked was everything ok! She knew it wasn’t! I told her..”I’m fine”, paid the $75 and bounced. For some people...... it’s just not worth saying anything in my opinion, I just knew to never again go there or recommend anyone that I loved dearly to ever step in that establishment!!! HORRIBLE...NEVER AGAIN

ASK FOR NABI! She is friendly sweet and does great with eye brow threading and wax! She has never disappointed me with service !! She is my go to! I have not had any issues at this place ! Wonderful

This place is really good if you’re looking for hygienic conditions and cleanliness in addition to the best services. Staff is welcoming and what I like the most that they listen to the costumers what they want and in which style.In case of facial also they always put great relaxing music, good smell and they chew chewing gum so as to prevent our faces from any kind of bad breath etc. Prices are also great. Simi is very cooperative and gives me great threading. A small piece of advice that you should keep a hanger to keep the clothes while doing facial instead of putting them on stool.also be careful while doing threading to avoid tiny scratches and wounds. Keep up the good work and keep us posted with great offers.👍🏻

Went here for my first sugar wax and had an amazing experience. Sugar wax is definitely gentler than regular hard wax. Tia waxed me and threaded my eye brows. She was very polite and professional. She explained what she was doing and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a one stop shop for brows and waxing.

I have been going here for over 5 years and they have always been consistent ! I have sensitive skin and had skin irritations after a bikini wax...but since coming here they use great products that have smoothen my skin! Love Navy as she is the best for waxes and eyebrows! Sadly, I wont be returning. I am very disappointed because I actually come to Unique Threading Studio at least twice a month. I will say this is the FIRST time Ive ever had an issue, but its most likely because Ive stayed with the same lady (Seeme I believe, shes pretty good) for my brows. However, thats no excuse I should be able to receive any service without any issues. Im not sure if I can ever forgive them for this!

The service was very inconsistent. The would ask just to have them clean, and the lady decided to shape them. From bushy Caterpillar, she left thin little eyebrows. And I told her I just asked her to clean them up. She thought I would like them and disregarded what I said. They had to tint them for the inconvenience, but it doesn’t change the bad service!

I literally was told about this from a friend today, so I went online to read reviews and saw the name “tia” was pretty popular so I went with my gut. And let me say... she DID not disappoint. I got an eyebrow and upper lip done. I am Very PICKY about my eyebrows because they are thick and I love my arch. Tia was very personable and did very well. I will be back.

I have been coming to Tia for about a year and she is fantastic! Very quick, my wax doesn’t hurt (that much lol) she is very thorough and I never have ingrown hairs days or weeks after! & my brow threading always comes out perfect, I don’t even have to look when she’s finished because I know it’s the way I like it!

I have been customer of this location for three years and experience is not consistent. It depends on the technician that works on you. 4 out of 5 times, the are good with eyebrows or facial wax but there are time when things just haven’t been good. I recently got face wax and developed painful burns two hours later, even after applying cold compress. The next day the pain is reduced but there are these long scars like burn marks. I am very disappointed.

This place is so great. It’s beautiful and clean. ALL of the staff is polite and friendly to the point where you can walk in and be okay with seeing anyone. I love Navi but the staff is amazing in general. The quality of the work is amazing as well!

Currently have Tia giving me a full body wax as I type so that tells you how painless and quick she makes it while still giving you a 5 star wax!! I just had the best waxing experience at Unique Threading and Body Wax Sugaring Studio Vinings !!!!!!! I’ve used razors for so long and haven’t been used wax in years, but I looked up this place close to work and they had so many great reviews (Tia has tons of great reviews!!) I went in for my appointment and it turned out that Tia was doing my service today and she was so kind and informative on after care (after care for literally anything is much more important to me now than it was years ago when I didn’t care much about it) and the prices are awesome. All the ladies working were sweet as well, with it being the day before Valentine’s Day it was busy but everyone seemed to be getting in and out quickly, my service flew by and I love the results. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new place to go!

Hands down the best! Simmi is who I see but all of the staff are amazing. I have never had any irritations or bumps after my visit with Simmi. She is great at what she does. The facility is always super clean. They are welcoming and punctual. During the quarantine they are checking temperatures and wearing mask. Everyone should come here!!!

The service from all the staff is always friendly and accommodating! The pricing is more than reasonable. They also offer products like exfoliation scrubs. The person that did my eye brows butchered themZ i jist needed them cleaned up and she literally took the thread and mowed it down. She attempted to fixed but made it worst!! She didnt even pluck the little hairs or trim them.. horrible place i had to go to another place and get them fixed

The Unique Threading on Cobb pkwy is very clean and friendly and nice. Tia is very professional and quick with the Brazilian. I got Brazilian and they use the all natural sugar product. I was recommended to try unique threading & body wax by my sister. I went to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted and also got my chin and lip threaded as well. I was very satisfied with the service. Im very picky about how I get my eyebrows done but Nimi knew exactly what I wanted. They were perfect the arch the color everything. This is definitely my new spot!

I absolutely love this place! Tried it for the first time 2 months ago and I now get my eyebrows done there every 3 weeks. The tinting is so natural and leaves them like if i had makeup for 2 weeks. All the girls there are the best!! Nimi did my eyebrows today and she was so nice, love how they turned out.

I used to like this place. Twice now I have made an appointment with a particular threader and when I have arrived, they said she is off and will be back on X day. They blatantly lie. If you are okay with that, use them. If you are tired of the lack of integrity, boycott.

Went for the first time yesterday, and I’ll definitely be coming back! I didn’t catch her name, but the girl who did my eyebrows was very detail-oriented and I really appreciated that she took the time to make sure the shape was even on both eyebrows. They are so quick and efficient! Their Brazilian sugar wax is much quicker and less painful than the waxes I used to get at EWC. They also introduced me to eyebrow threading, and I will never go back to eyebrow waxes - as their threading is quick and leaves less redness/bumps than waxing.

Plexiglass barriers have been installed at the register and between chairs. They take your temperature when you come in, and maintain limited capacity. Chairs and waxing rooms are disinfected after each use. All staff members wear masks and gloves. As someone who was very hesitant about Georgia’s reopening, I felt very safe and will continue to support this business!
