Hire Dynamics made a great match for me at a great well-known company, and in my field of expertise. I REALLY appreciate Joyce Harris in the Buckhead office for taking time review my resume, and then match my skillset and qualifications with the job that was of interest to me, instead of wasting time like many other staffing agencys do, just to fill a slot. She was professional, quickly responsive and gave me great tips - all of which worked to my advantage. I highly recommend Hire Dynamics for your employment search.

Reviews are very fraudulent and fake. Most of them are written by HD Employees so take them with a grain of salt. I’m writing this review as someone who is new to the Atlanta area, and is trying to gain footing in a career and make connections (I don’t know a soul down here). You go to Hire Dynamic’s website and it tells you to download the app and apply for whatever positions would be a good fit, and a recruiting team will reach out to you within 24 hours. Seems simple enough right? Wrong. I downloaded the app at the beginning of the month, filled out all required paperwork and documents, submitted everything required of me, and nothing. I’ve even played the cat and mouse game with this company and called several locations because none of them had a clue as to which office had what positions available. They said they would give me a call back. Still no response from anyone. Very frustrating process and potentially even stressful if you have bills and rent to pay. They don’t seem to care or even possess interest in hiring good workers. It shouldn’t be this hard to find work as an experienced (20 years come November) career woman with a Master’s Degree in Business. You’d have better luck landing gigs on Craigslist. SMH

I recently got hire-on with hire dynamics and for the most part I love the team! They make sure you understand and give you a lot of informative on your duties and responsibilities with the job requirement. I will be working from a remote position as a Customer Information Specialist that specialize with a Energy Utilities Company. I love the fact that (knowing it’s my first job being remote) that they given me all the equipment on how to do the job, we have trainers, and also an IT-Tech department. Everyone is based on team-leadership building. They set you up for success. I love the fact that’s it’s four weeks of training. So knowing that I can learn ( visual, hands-on, and writing my notes) makes me prepare and organize for the training. I’m liking so far what I chosen for my new career and I can’t wait what they have in store for the near future. I recommend this position for anyone who’s starting/ looking/ or even (have/had) experience in a searching for a career. I can’t wait to start my temp position and moving long term to permanent.Way to go Hire dynamics !

I’m pretty sure these reviews are fake and/or written by the staff. I’m happy I did come across the one genuine review that explained her experience with the “job fair” because I almost wasted my time going tomorrow. I don’t get why people can’t apply online and conduct phone interviews if possibly a good fit. Who has time to waste driving there just to hand in a paper resume...Aside from that I’ve received numerous of emails regarding positions paying $12/hour. I’m not sure if that was a joke or not. I’m 26 years old, with real bills; my last job paid me $25/hour, I’m not expecting to make that but it’s no way on earth I’ll settle for $12/hour. Good luck finding those candidates that will.

Im convinced that most of the reviews written here are fake. I gave Hire Dynamics a try last month based on the reviews here after looking for staffing agencies in my area.1. Their job fair is a small room of job seekers that show up and hand in physical resumes to one person that works for Hire Dynamics. There is no mingling with multiple companies or networking as the term JOB FAIR traditionally entails.2. There was no interviewing process or sense of organization. You either try your luck going to their job fair, with their app or on their website. The app has a lot of glitches and there never seems to be new opportunities posted...if there are any new opportunities posted, theyre in a different HD office where job orders arent handled by this location.3. There was a lack of professionalism within the office. The office manager didnt seem to be managing...she was collecting identification for people that came to the job fair and there was someone else leading (ie. collecting resumes and announcing what job opportunities were available).Please keep in mind that they advertise job fairs every Tuesday and Thursday at a location where it costs to park as they do not validate parking. In addition, people drive from all over to come for it not to be set up for them to succeed with this company. It makes so much more sense for them to post opportunities on their website, have people apply and conduct phone/in-person interviews for those that are qualified for positions.I would never recommend this agency to anyone.

First off let me just say this is the best temp agency in the Atlanta Metro area! I first used Hire dynamic (Buckhead) location in 2016 where I first got my 1st temp to a permanent assignment. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable about the assignments. I was there for about 3 years before I got laid off because of the company downsizing. After being unemployed for a few months I became very depressed from all the jobs I was applying for but no one wanted to hire me. After almost getting evicted from my place and my car reposed I decided to go to hire Dynamic job fair on Tue and Thur at 10 a.m. That’s where I was able to be match with and assignment that fits my background and income. I started the job for less than a week. I’m excited to say I’ve been on my assignment for a month and it’s going great hoping to be permanent soon! Was referred to check out hire dynamics Buckhead from my husband who was employed by them for a few months while he was in between jobs. I called the office and got information on a job fair. Employees were welcoming and very prompt. Before the job fair even started I was pulled into an office and told that My resume qualified me for an extremely great position. 5 months later I am still employed by hire dynamics working the same assignment and about to be hired as a permanent employee by the company I’ve been assigned with.
