Having done a lot of hiring through vendors; I will say Matrix has been an awesome partner. First it that they bring an extra level of scrutiny to candidates which means I spend less of my time weeding out candidates. Second is they work fast bringing those candidates to us. The combination of speed and quality is a big factor for my recommendation. However, their communication style (early and often) is probably their biggest strength. I highly recommend them.

We have had a lot of success working with the Atlanta branch for MATRIX. We work with other agencies and have been very impressed with the quality of the candidates. Hiring Managers state that the hit rate of candidates submitted by MATRIX is significantly higher than candidates submitted by other agencies.That saves us time compared to other agencies, which may not invest the time to screen the candidate to the required skills/experience as MATRIX does (and then we have to do it).

Being on the job hunt its expected that youll come across a lot of bad experiences with recruiters and staffing groups. However when a person reaches out to you and you give them your time and personal sensitive information and they present an opportunity wrapped in a bow and say theyll follow up regardless of the outcome, its unprofessional, inconsiderate and a bad look for the overall staffing group.I would not recommend Matrix to anyone. I spoke with Michele Williams and even after a follow up email on the status of the opportunity, I got crickets. The same energy you have when you initially contact a person, please keep it throughout!

I cant speak to the rest of the country, but the Dallas office is a black hole, and Ive got one of the most bizarre email threads to back it up.Basically its a hand off from one recruiter to another. Then its Alright! Lets Go, Go, Go! followed by crickets. Prodding did produce results, basically Oh sorry >> INSERT EXCUSE HERE

Asked for my SS without a job offer.. illegal... Called multiple times about jobs in NJ when I said numerous times I dont live in NJ. Communication with this company needs some assistance.

MATRIX has been around for a long time and they just know how to do it right. I used MATRIX years ago when I graduated from college and will use them again in the future.

They hold your paychecks and it is a fight to get them to pay you. For such a large company they should pay their employees. One star because I had to rate them.

After bringing a friend to a Cox Automotive job fair, matrix recruited my friend although never having spoken or met him before. When my friend got hired, they promised me a referral bonus months ago that I never received.
