Bright Start Nanny Services has gone above and beyond for myself and my 2 children. I have a 6 year old daughter and a 7 month old son. I was in desperate need of a nanny due to my busy work schedule. I told them my expectations and what I needed, and I had a nanny immediately. They are very professional. I absolutely love their services and would recommend them to anyone.

We moved from Utah to Georgia 6 months ago. We were referred to Bright Start from a friend who was currently using their service. We have 3 kids, one who has special needs. We called Bright Start and Sydney was wonderful! We let her know our family dynamics, needs and challenges. She sent out 4 nannies for us to interview and we found the newest member of our family. Sabine has been with us for 5 months now and our kids love her and so do we. We couldnt have asked for better. Thanks so much Sydney!

I am an attorney and a single divorcd mom of 4. My life is super busy and I needed some reliable help. One of my fellow attorneys uses Bright Start Nanny Service and referred me to them. I usually dont post reviews but I had too in this case. Our nanny has been with us for 2 months now and she has made such a difference in our household. Wish I called Bright Start years ago.

I tried to use their transpiration service for my son. I paid their deposit and they sent me a photo (see attached) of the car that would be picking my son up for school daily. The car is completely unacceptable considering the cost of their service. I declined the car and transportation service and they refused to return the deposit. The car is a 2006 Ford Taurus with missing hub caps and body damage. I doubt Lyft or Uber would allow this car. Not sure why they think a car like this would be acceptable for kids transportation. Per my experience, this is not a professional operation. Buyer beware! Lesson learned for me. I do not recommend doing business with Bright Start Nanny or their subsidiary company, Commute My Kid.Response from Owner is not accurate. 3.9 Stars speaks for itself.

This is a business run by a single individual who untruthful. I would not recommend her to anyone. She underpays her staff and keeps them on a short leash. Beware.

Im a single father of a set of twins and a third child. After my divorce I got custody of my kids. Talk about a father lost...well that was me. My neighbor suggested I get a nanny to help me with my kids. Although I never considered a nanny I thought it couldnt hurt. They have been using Bright Start for 3 years and absolutely LOVE their nanny. I called them up, interviewed about 4 nannies and chose a wonderful nanny. My kids love her and frankly, she has made my life SO much easier. I am forever grateful to Bright Start and our wonderful nanny.

Had a tough time finding a good nanny for our children. As the mother of 1 year old triplets theres no need to say we needed help. My mother looked around for nanny services and found Bright Start Nanny Agency. The process was pretty simple and their prices were very reasonable. We interviewed 4 nannies and didnt know who to choose because they were all so impressive. We ended up hiring a wonderful young lady. She has made our lives SO much easier. She cooks, helps clean, does their laundry, takes 1 hour each day to teach them their ABCs and 123s, takes them on outings and helps with potty training. She handles more than we expected. We couldnt be more pleased.

We are so grateful to Bright Start for sending our familys perfect nanny match...They have also provided us a back up nanny when Madeline had to go out of town unexpectedly. Very friendly staff. Our family was in need of a nanny and a tutor for our 2 kids. I happened to mention this to my neighbor and she referred me to their nanny agency to get some help. We called Bright Start Nanny Service and had 4 interviewers 3 days later. We hired a wonderful nanny and a very knowledgeable math tutor. It is now 3 months later. Me, my husband and my two children couldnt be happier.

Our family of four moved to Atlanta 6 months ago. We contacted Bright Start Nanny Service to hire a nanny for our 3 & 7 yr olds. Within 3 days we had 4 interviewers. We hired Melissa and words cant describe how she helps our busy family operate efficiently . She has been heaven sent. We would recommend this agency to any and everyone!

Please don’t use this company. It’s a scam!!! I worked for them as a tutor and worked 30 hrs and received no pay. Then refuses my calls. Don’t give them your account info!!!! Find another agency!!!! I’m currently bringing legal action against this horrible agency.

I worked for bright start and was always there on time,they still did not appreciate this,payday went from friday,to Saturday to Monday if they were more organized it would have been great.....

SCAMMM!!This agency never answer their phone & will not pay you on time.
