Completely unprofessional! Michelle Brewer was not helpful or respectful in handling me as a candidate for any job opportunities. Put me on hold and then hanged up the phone on our conversation.

I worked with Brandon Steele & Michelle Brewer. Brandon was the first person to contact me and was extremely nice and reassuring. A lot of staffing companies I dealt with I only heard from them once and never received a call back for even an interview. After Brandon, Michelle was the one who set up the interview, gave me tips on how to prepare and explained the job to me more. The interview didn’t go as well as I wanted (I was extremely nervous and it showed) and I expressed this to Michelle afterwards. Sometimes Michelle would be pleasant other times she’d come off a little condescending. But surprisingly I got a job offer and I start next Monday. I dealt with Michelle mostly but Brandon made sure to call me to congratulate me which I thought was really nice. Glad I got connected to this staffing company because they definitely helped me get an awesome job opportunity.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Nick Welsh. Nick was very professional. He did everything he promised me. He followed up with me regarding a job offer once he spoke with me. He advised me on what steps I needed to take before my interviews and also followed up with me after my interviews. Nick is definitely the person you want to help you find a job.I have used employment agencies in the past and none have represented me like this. With the job market the way it is, I was very worried not only about landing a job but also being concerned regarding what the salary would be. Nick looked out for both for me.Thank you Nick for amazing work ! I can’t even begin to tell you how you have blessed me and my family.Aimee Grier

I was hired as a temp over a month ago but I could not start until training began. I was fully prepared to start training on August 17th but was not able to start because Michelle and her team failed to send me the information needed for the employment pre-screen drug test. During this phone call I simply stated that I knew I would not be able to start this job on the date I was originally because I had to call her several times to ask whats the next step. She then placed blame on Chelsea another co-worker who was on vacation.I went on to ask Michelle how much this position paid because I had emailed Chelsea two weeks prior with the same question and got no response. Michelle immediately got upset stating that she didnt feel I would start the position and that she thought I would find another job. I tried to calm her by letting her know I had emailed Chelsea the same thing because I needed to budget my expenses but to no avail. She continued this same language until I simply stated if you do not want me to start this position let me know I will apply for other positions at that time. She quickly ended the conversation at that point and I heard no more from her until she finally sent me clock In information on the 3rd day of work. After speaking with other temps they had all received theirs prior to work.I was told on Thursday afternoon that someone in the office thought I was sick and as a result I was sent home. Being a problem solver I scheduled a doctors appointment and a covid-19 test for the following day to ensure that I would not return to work Monday sick and that I not put anyone else in jeopardy of becoming sick. Before I could alert Michelle to what was going on I received a call from her stating that her contact at your company told her I hadnt shown up for work since Tuesday and that ThyssenKrupp Elevator ask that I do not return. Shortly after I received an email from Michelle asking when was my last day which I found weird so I asked again why I had been terminated and her story changed. I went on to reiterate that the contract she had me sign clearly stated that after 3 consecutive no call no show will result in immediate termination. Unfortunately she had already spoken on my behalf and did not have the best business practices in mind since she decided to terminate me while out sick which I have never had experience because of my own good work ethics.

About 2 months ago I received a call from this company. I met with two Managers Malana and Jackie. They were nice to me but they didnt help me at all!! They claimed they would submit my resume to two companies and would follow up with me to keep me posted. Needless to say...they never did. I kept calling them and nobody ever got back with. Here it is February and still not ONE EMAIL OR PHONE CALL! This is very unprofessional to me.

I applied for a position here and today I got a phone call from Michele. She is the rudest person I have ever met! I don’t know this lil girl but if her people skills are that off you really need to hire someone who knows what RESPECT MEANS. I was nothing but nice on the phone and she yelled and cut me off when trying to explain my qualifications for a position. Out of all the phone and in person interviews I’ve had this is my first dealing with someone who is just not a nice person. Honestly I would NOT recommend this place to work for if you have to deal with that DRAMA!!!
