I personally been with Aerotek since 2017 from ny to California and I have always had a great experience the always found me a job in a timely manner and was great with communication how ever I came to Georgia and went to areotek and the service was terrible job no one ever called me back sent any job info just nothing the worst Aerotek ever

I called 2 weeks ago to speak with someone about a job. Ive worked for Aerotek before and my last experience was great. Im not sure if the staff has changed or what happened but Ive called and left messages. No one ever returned my call and after a while they stopped picking up all together.

I was called for an interview, once I was honest and said I had an misdemeanor from 5 yrs ago, I soon began to be treated like a murderer!! Was told instead of waiting for a background check, that he has to go ask someone something!! Completely unprofessional and I didn’t know a simple misdemeanor bars employment...

Horrible and the representative do not know nothing about customer service not a pleasant attitude.. rude and I just assume he is in the wrong 😑 field or either it’s just because I’m black .

I had the opportunity to work with Aerotek as a temp in 2016. My recruiter, Bree, was very helpful in conveying information during the hiring process, as well as orientation. She and the HR Manager of the company I was hired for, Lisa, did a wonderful job of expressing the protocol of both companies, as well as setting an example for employees to follow. Aerotek is a great company to work for, because they make the process from temp to full-time really smooth and conduct business both professionally and quickly, so there are no delays in meeting goals and filling positions as needed. I also have the pleasure of coming back to work for the company directly this year and the level of service has not change a bit! The employers really do take care of their recruits and I am excited to say that the people I worked with are still with the company and doing well, which really shows that the staff really believes in the people they hire as well as the people in positions to hire recruits for other employers!

Don’t bother RUN FAR AWAY. They’ll put you in front of a client but they forget as a recruiter their job is to REPRESENT you, they will leave you hanging high and dry with no communication and not care.

Horrible Agency. Called me about a position, verified i was qualified, had me fill out information they sent me through Email, then never got back with me.This is the second time they did this and Im a skilled worker with years of experience.Time wasters!!!

Aerotek had been such a great staffing company to work with. Ive been working with them for over 3 years and it has been nothing but support and great follow up from them and their team. I always find a job that fits my experience and always good compensation. My most recent and best recruiter is Shakaira.

Horrible recruiters with no sense of timeliness or care for applicants. I called several times trying to contact a recruiter, and never received any emails or even a call for entry-level positions. I was able to speak to a recruiter once but they have ghosted me with no leads or even an attempt to help me find a position. If you are looking for entry-level positions through this company dont waste your time.

I have had an excellent working relationship with Aerotek Staffing over the past 12 months. They have continually provided me with quality candidates for my call center needs. They always do their best to meet our needs, even when we make requests on a short notice. They are the best in the industry!!!!

Love this company! I will be honest and say there were a few kinks in the beginning regarding payroll, but, every since those were resolved, my experience has been wonderful! The staff is easily accessible and very supportive. Lisa Nash is a wonderful resource and a wealth of knowledge. Shakaira Colman, who was my POC while on assignment, was always accessible and readily answered any questions I had. As far as employers, they work with very reputable companies who make you feel as though you arent just a temp. If you are looking for a job, you should definitely give them a call!

I just called 2 aerotek staffing companies the phone just rings and rings went in to the camp creek location and met with vanessa yepes only to be rushed out with her card told to call and email her she never responded to the emails or calls, then when you do get someone to pick up you get the run around a waste

The staff is professional, personable and do exactly what they say they will. I was fortunate enough to have a choice of offers and selected an opportunity provided by Aerotek. It was a pleasure working with Jessica Spencer and her partners!

I get a call from a recruiter for a job in my area. Call them back to say I am interested and can come for the interview. Left two messages and two days pass and the day came that the company had interviews, never heard from recruiter to tell me when and where the interview is. Recruiters are a joke. They get paid yet hang you out to dry.

I have worked with recruitment agencies in the past and this is not a good one. They failed to properly vet the job that I was suppose to be hired for. As a result of terminating my previous employment I was lefted unemployed. The local Atlanta office was not empathetic until I started calling the corporate office in Maryland. Only then did they become responsive. I would not recommend this company.... poor customer service.

Im convinced Temp agencies are not here with our best interest at heart. Theyre never reliable and not consistent. I went on an interview back in the 1st week of May. I called and emailed my recruiter over a dozen times. The company asked for me to return for a second interview 2 months later. My recruiter did the same thing again. Not professional in any form. My background is in HR, and Aerotek is not a service I would recommend to anyone.

I would avoid this agency at all cost. Originally I had an interview for an Instacart position and my original recruiter went out to lunch and forgot..I was then scheduled with Caitlyn. She did a great job giving me details on the job, as she shouldve.However, after sending in my assessment that I took my time writing for the position she never followed up as far as an interview opportunity. I took things into my own hands and decided to follow up with an email twice and no response. Very unprofessional! Now I mightve not been the best candidate but communication is key.A simple response would have been great. Terrible.

I have worked with agencies in the past, good ones! This is NOT one of them! Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service and people skills, no one answers the phone most of the time! When you get someone on the phone its as if theyre trying to find who they can throw you off on to get YOU off of their line.JUST horrible! Unorganized, unprofessional, organization! If youre looking for a job make this the last stop! Or just dont bother because they dont!

This company is terrible. They sent me to a site to work without properly processing my paperwork making my presence there illegal. Months later im still going back and forth trying to get a paycheck that my past boss already approved. NOONE ever answers the phones! Everyone in at this station needs to be terminated

When I started with Aerotek it was in May of 2016. They called to ask if I was still looking for a job. I interviewed with them that same day. They helped me condense my resume, walked me through the interview process and was with me every step of the way. Even after I was hired on at Transdev 3 months later Areotek checked to see how I was doing. Now I am in charge of getting temps to work for us and we use Areotek. The employees that they send us are very good employees. Areotek is the best. Lisa Nash is the best. She sends qualified candidates to us because she knows what we need.

I am a robotics engineer for Honda. Ive done this twice. Once in Lincoln, AL for Cody Doores and once in Tallapoosa GA under Nida Bhimani. Cody got Hondas attention for me, got the job quickly, and his whole trick is responding to phone calls with each action every time he called back. Couldnt say enough good stuff about him. Nida is one of the smartest and sharpest people I know. She is very professional and respected in the industry. Ive had 3 or 4 more recruiters which were mediocre but my experience at Aerotek has depended on two things.... One is response to my concerns. The other is how respected they are professionally which mainly depends on their responsiveness. The worst part of this experience has been insurance issues or taking a month of business days to find out how much vacation I have (which is very little). These kind of issues arise at any company full time direct or not though. The best part of the experience has been getting killer really good jobs for a good salary to enhance my life with. That takes respect in the industry.

I saw an ad for Aerotek one year ago today actually! I met with Shakira and we did a quick interview she is very professional and helpful on points and tips for interviews. My experierence has been nothing but good. I got in right away .did the pre employer screens and was given all neccessary paperwork in a timely fasion. When hired anytime i had any questions or concerns i was answer immediately within 24 hours. I wanted to give a special thank you and recommend Shakira for her efforts and polite manner !

I came from NY working for Aerotek i called this location when i got out here February 9th and was able to speak to Shakaira Dolman who kindly helped me with getting a position. Today is March 2 and i already have a job i was not even out here for a month yet. CAITLYN MICHEL IS HORRIBLE! She is Extremely unprofessional, bad attitude, and does not have the best interest for anyone! She refuses to return phone calls or respond to emails. I WOULD NOT recommend you to seek her assistance in any way, shape, or form. Horrible people turn good businesses bad.

Good afternoon,I interviewed with D/Angelo Harris on June 27, 2016. During this interview he seem like he was really going to be able to put in a position and it seem like he was really going to work very hard. After I left that interview I felt good about putting my career in the hands of DAngelo Harris. Well 2 weeks after that interview I would call every day for about a 2-3 weeks straight. I would never get a answer. I would leave voice mails no response to the voicemails. I even send follow up emails and no reply to those emails. Now its August 27th (yes a Saturday) and he calls me out the blue and says he has a position for me that he think would be perfect for my career path. I informed him that I current have a full time job at the moment. He asked where this job was at and if I could get him a contact so they could try and get them on as a client. in my mind Im thinking wait I thought this was about me. Then he says well I will email you the information about the position and you can call me and let me know, I emailed first thing Monday morning asking where was the information about the position. no response of course. So I called in on Monday afternoon to ask if he received my email he says no. So I asked him again if he was going to send the information he says well let me call them first and make sure they still doing the interview, No response back from him so now its 530pm and I call the office back and said I was just about to call you Im about to send your resume over to the company now and I will call you back once I hear back from them. So he calls me back a little after 6 and says hey the interview process has stop but they still want to meet with you on Wednesday at 2pm. then he says Im going to email the information right over to you. At this point I still dont know what the position is nor do I know the company or where the location is. Tuesday morning I call about 4 times left two voicemails, no response. I called twice that afternoon no response, I called that evening no response. Its now Wednesday and the interview was schedule for today and I have yet to hear anything from him. I called him twice this morning no answer,, no reply, and no email. Of course you se where this going. I did not make the interview. I would say the best Staffing agency in Atlanta will be Stone Resource Group, Axiom(any location), and or Pride if you want someone serious about helping you get a job.

A waste of time. I drove almost an hour to their facilities for an interview, and the recruiter was not thorough at all. She called me the next day asking the same questions she had asked at the interview the day before, and I had to contact her for updates. She promised that she would submit my application everyday, she never did it and I never heard from her again.

Ive been calling for a while week and has left over 3 voicemails and havent got in touch with no one. Horrible

Said they have a job and make you waste your time calling them or even going to one of their offices and then be told your background isnt good enough

Horrible. They will begin for your resume then never ever follow up whatsoever. When you call they rarely reply back and when they do they say we will reach out to you. They are collecting peoples info and it needs to be reported. Ill start the process!!

Wouldnt give them one star was suppose to be paid on Thursday they messed my paper work up so they was going to send my check by fedex on Saturday but messed up again so now dont get paid till Monday have never seen a company ran so poorly

I missed an appointment due to my living arrangements emailed and asked for it to be reset and they treated me like a criminal that didnt want to work yet I have a family to feed
