When I first walked into Encandria, about 2 weeks ago on 29.March.2016, I was pleased with the staff, the promise that they had a position that I qualified for, and would have me working in a few days. I have been calling every other day if not everyday and to check on the position. The person I met with has not spoken with me in over a week, telling me that he had not heard back from the company he was going to put me in. I have left messages for him but he never returned any of my phone calls. I had to call today and speak with another representative to find out the position has been closed. She also told me that she would keep my resume on file and try to find me a position. I thank her for her honesty and her professional communication to me about the position. I am disappointed that the person I interviewed with resorted to avoiding me in lack of communication. This was very unprofessional. I will see how long it takes this company to offer me a position

Dont expect them to pay attention to your paperwork or get your information right for taxes. Theyll just put whatever they want to put.

Hello, I used to work for Encadria staffing, but I worked at the one in Peachtree City. The staff was nice and they kept me working. The pay was not the greatest in the beginning. After I had been there about 7 months, I had some really good jobs that paid $10.00/hr, $10.50/hr and $11.01 per hour. I was getting nice OT. We got paid every 2 weeks and About every other pay period, I was bringing home between $980.00 and $996.00, so I really did enjoy it. If you havnt found work yet, Try Hartsfield-Jackson Int. Airport, they are always hiring for something, Ive been there almost 2yrs.

Terrible experience. After firing me for no reason, lying and being manipulative. THEN here it is 2 weeks later still not wanting to pay me for the 16 hrs in total I worked for this multimillion dollar company wow.

I do not recommend working with this company. Very unprofessional and very rude.

They have big client contracts but overall they are very unorganized and have little to no communication with its employees I would not recommend no one working here for long they held my paycheck for several weeks after I was told it had been sent out threw mail days ago dont waist your time
