This place went from the pointe at Lindbergh to willoworse in Lindbergh… where do I start, mailbox are broken into weekly with no notice or response from main office.. homeless sleeping in electricity room with no door on hinges.. trash overflowing in garbage area, very unsanitary…residents mail discarded through out the property, not knowing if residents are aware that their mailbox has been broken into and their personal mail scattered through out the property.. when new management took over the property they informed us that they live up to high standards well as you can see it’s the total opposite… wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless even if it was rent free… main office won’t return calls for service request.. my unit flooded two times in a month no one from the office has come by to repair or check for mold. My carpet in my closet is wet my walls are damage the utility closet has a leak. will not be renewing my lease..
It’s the classiest community to live in. The community also has activities centre along with the gym. There are 3 pools in the community, very well maintained. Also, there are barbecue grills throughout to chill.I’d recommend this definitely given the price we pay for the housing.
I love every spot of this complex. My apartment is amazing with great counter tops, water pressure, flooring, and more. The fitness and activity centers are perfect spots to relax. There is plenty of outdoor space to grill and hang out with friends. The vegetable gardens and tennis courts are an amazing location. Love the area with everything I need close by as well.
Love living here! The office has always been incredibly helpful and they plan fun little food truck events every now and then. Also beautiful complex for a good price!
I am currently a resident, at the one year mark. Attached is a pic of the pool (its Aug 1st, Sat morning). The pool has been like this all week, since last Saturday. The management has let it go like this all week - full of leaves and flowers from a storm last week, and an ever-worsening algae bloom. Looks even worse when the sun is overhead. I work from home and see when people are cleaning it. Its usually once every two weeks. I have owned a pool prior to moving here and know how to maintain them - what I see here is never (ever) have they checked the chemical levels with the test kit; they dont know how to control the algae, its been bad all summer, now worse. I have complained numerous times, sent several emails with pics to mgmt and to the corporate office. All either ignored, or an excuse like we are doing our best with limited resources. What if we paid only half our rent, and then said Im doing my best with limited resources? They wouldnt accept it, so why should we accept their excuses? So, move here, its fine for the most part, but dont ever go in the pool, if you want to avoid getting sick.
Overall I’ve been at this location for 2 years and I’ve had little to no problems. If I’ve had any issues they have addressed they quickly. Overall I would recommend.
*I AM NOT A RESIDENT* of the apartment complex, I’ve just visited a couple times and thought some insight and pictures around the complex would help others. From my couple of visits, tenants seems pretty friendly and the complex is well maintained and pretty damn clean. Easy access to recycling area and conveniently located compactor make disposal a breeze as well. Gate operation being able to call a tenant and have it remotely opened is pretty neat as well.
The move in process was very smooth and my apartment is gorgeous. Taahira and Judy were amazing. They worked to get the concerns I had with my unit addressed. Thanks for the great customer service!
The rental office consultants and the maintenance team are professional and friendly! But what I really love are the upgrades inside of the apartment-stylish! Unfortunately, I wish the buildings outside were updated with paint jobs and weekly or monthly cleaning..
The Point is a great place to live! I moved here at the beginning of COVID and the transition was smooth and now am transferring to a different unit within the complex since the staff and living have been so nice!
I have lived here for 3 years now. Maintenance is quick and gets the job done (not that I have had many maintenance issues). The landscaping is incredible and is tended to on a regular basis. The maintenance workers are friendly and are always seen riding around the complex, picking up trash, and ensuring everything (including trash/recycling center) is in great order; they truly deserve all the praise. The gym has Peloton bikes if youre into that, but unfortunately the ellipticals are typically out of service, which is my one complaint about the complex itself.
This is the worst place to live. It is very unsafe and the people who work in the leasing office are liars and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.
This is my third year living at The Pointe at Lindbergh - the staff and maintenance Team are great! They all provide great service. Judith and Mersiha make sure your needs as a resident are taken care of... I have had No major issues at The Pointe but if I did everyone in the leasing office care about making things right for their residents. The area is safe and close to everything. The apartments are beautiful and spacious.
The complex amenities are lovely and the units themselves are kept decently well. The gym has relatively well kept machines and a variety of options, although its small. Outside of covid, they would have a really nice lounge to relax in and is central to most of the complex. They have multiple pools and I think theyre cleaned pretty regularly. The people are nice, havent met anyone disrespectful or unaware that apartment walls tend to be thin. They do have some bug problems (cockroaches), and if you rent a unit with older appliances they may not be in the best shape, but other than that its totally fine. Rooms have good sizes to them and the maintenance crew are really nice and relatively prompt (during move in seasons they tend to be a bit slow, but outside of move in season they are very prompt).
The leasing office is wonderfully staffed by professional and personable people. Taahira made my touring experience so comfortable and answered my many, many questions with patience and knowledge. I can’t wait to move in!
Great place to call home. office leasing staff is amazing. maintenance crew go above and beyond to keep the property in good shape. Would recommend. Mersiah & Judith are the best... will recommend anyone to choose the pointe at Lindbergh the place to call home.
Great place and great apartments overall. Clean, noticeably quiet and calm.About the leasing process: My leasing process was exceptionally smooth and easy. Leslie Gomez helped me along the way, she was truly kind, helpful and informative. They manage to give me a great price although I did not have credit historyAbout the community: The community has great amenities; they are clean and it’s usually quiet and calm. The visitor’s gate works well and in a comfortable way because you can open it from your own cell phone.
Pointe at Lindbergh is one of the best places to live in. I have lived here for almost 2 years now. The community is extremely clean, the leasing office staff is great and the maintenance crew is super efficient and friendly! I have never faced any issue that couldn’t be resolved in a day’s time. This is a gated community, extremely safe and I have only wonderful memories to share of this place. I love pointe and if you’re searching for a place to call “home” then your search ends here !!
The complex is clean and quiet. The maintenance team is fast and responsive to any requests I put in. The location is perfect and the excellent equipment provided in the gym is a huge plus for me. Scott Bolton was super helpful and patient with me while deciding on my new place. I love being a resident here!
Great place to live in the Lindbergh/Buckhead area. Conveniently located, and cozy, spacious units. All the staff on site are great too! Highly recommend this place!
Update:I have been living at the Pointe at Lindbergh for four months and am now updating my review to three stars. The complex is well maintained and quiet. Parking is easily available and Ive never had any security or pest issues.I am reducing my review to three stars because of maintenance issues. The office is advertised to be open on Sundays, but staff leaves early without notice. This would not be an issue to me, however there is no way to know if your work orders have been received if you submit them via web. My apartment has had its AC go out three times in the past four months I have lived here. I dont know how the workmen do the repairs, but the fixes seem to temporary. I have been left without AC for up to three days at times because no one is around to work on the repairs. Following up with the staff in person gets mixed results.Scott Bolton an excellent job of helping me find an apartment that met my budget and desired amenities! Scott has been really pleasant and communicative through the application process. I highly recommend any prospective residents look at the complex through him.
Great experience for the past 2 years. I moved because I purchased a house.
I just moved out but I really enjoyed living here. In addition to the apartments being pretty luxurious (hardwoods in common areas, gas stove & modern fixtures), the gate was hardly ever broken, the area was clean despite the amount of pets you see around, theres plenty of parking & lighting at night and the location is spot-on (walkable to Marta and within minutes of retail & grocery stores, as well as 400 and I-85). The gym and pool are average for an apartment complex in this price range, but I personally dont rent based off of amenities. I never had a bad experience with office staff and they were always pretty helpful to me. I was sort of disappointed that there was not any rent relief or any discounts (from amenities being completely shut down) during the earlier months of dealing with Covid but it is what it is. Overall, I would live here again if our lives crossed again later!
Location Location!! Not only that but Judith and her staff members are lovely people, no matter who you Interact with, by far some of the best team work ethic I’ve seen in a long time.. They are very knowledgeable of their property and the surrounding areas but most importantly I can tell they put the residents first.
Beautiful property! It is amazing they have taco trucks for resident events!
I love how friendly everyone here is. Everyone is so helpful also!
I have lived here for about 4 months now. Maintenance always shows up within a decent time period to fix things, the people in the front office are very nice and helpful if there is ever an issue. Only complaint would be how loud the people above me are but nothing management can do about that.
Nice place to live. gated community and easy parking access . Large houses and smart houses. Great views inside the complex, tennis court, car wash
Judith in the from office is more than amazing I lost my house keys both sets lol I went in the office and she got me taking care of less than 20 minutes I was to excited thank you sooo much
Mykal was fantastic, and the whole process could not have gone more smoothly. The complex is beautifully maintained, our apartment is modern and full of natural light. In love with the apartment, and cant wait to be settled and start enjoying our time.
I’ve had a nice time living at The Pointe! I really love the community, it’s so nice to walk around the complex. The vegetable garden area is so nice and I’ve enjoyed going to the gym. Although parking can be a bit difficult sometimes, to find a spot close to the building and to pull into spots where it is right, I’m grateful that there’s a centrally located parking deck. The ability to walk to MARTA, Kroger, Target, and many restaurants is amazing, I’m not much of a walker but it’s a comfortable distance and not driving is such a relief sometimes. My own apartment has had its up and downs, there was a leak through the wall that took a while to figure out what the problem was, and there are more bugs that get inside than I’m used to. That could be because I’m on the first floor, my other apartments were up on higher floors. I was surprised to find that the water bill is for the entire complex and divided by the number of residents, which was disappointing when I use very little water. I appreciated that it came with a washer/dryer and that they resealed the bathroom before I moved in. For a one bedroom the bathroom and closet are very big, which is great. All in all, it’s a nice place to live and I don’t regret spending a year here! If life brings me back, I’d definitely consider living here again.
Update 1:I’m upgrading my stars to 3. The management has recently changed their pest control team and the new team has been doing a relatively good job. We’ve been roach free for 3 weeks!! I think combined with the cooling weather, and the new pest control, the roaches are gone. :fingers crossed:2. The maintenance team is pretty amazing, we’ve had all our issues fixed within 2-3 days of placing the request.Old:This community is a great place to live...1. If you’re willing to share your apartment with roaches. We moved here about 8 months ago and noticed roaches in our apartment the same night. We have been using their pest control service since then. Till date, I have not gone a week without seeing a roach in my apartment or in my building’s breezeways.2. If you plan on cleaning your apartment after they hand over the keys to a “clean” apartment. There was dust everywhere, and grease above the stove range that we had to clean prior to using our kitchen. The cabinets had a funny smell coming out of them that we are still battling. It would have been fine if the smell didn’t stick to our clean dishes.3. If you’re not planning to use the pool. The pools are not cleaned regularly, so you have no idea what you’re really wading into.4. If you don’t mind stepping out of your apartment to more roaches and who knows what else. Their idea of cleaning the breezeways in the building is not pressure washing. It’s using a blower to push the dust out of the building.5. If you don’t mind your car being damaged. We recently found that someone had attempted to remove our license plate (by clawing at it, and bending it out of shape!). Who knows what stopped them from finishing the job.I don’t even feel like renewing my lease because it’s obvious the community doesn’t care enough about it’s residents. I wouldn’t go by any of the 5 star reviews (especially the ones that are provided by people who don’t even live here!). 🙄All this to really say - don’t take the chance. Unless you’re willing to turn into an OCD cleaner who wipes down every counter and sink at night to make sure roaches aren’t interested; and walks around their apartment at 3am to check for roaches.
It’s a great gated community to live.
Jose did a great job fixing the toilet 3 weeks ago in the apt. He was super efficient and helpful he was during a time of great stress. He was also very careful, pleasant and wore a mask.
A good place to live with friends and family. I like the pool and clubhouse equipment a lot. The gym and parking facility is also super cool.
Stay far away from this place. Ive lived in a 2 bedroom then a studio. When i was in the 2 bedroom it was alright minus the noise from MARTA, but you get used to that pretty quickly. When I lived in the studio it was a nightmare. The floors were sunken in and also the porch door wouldnt close properly because the frame was so rotted and warped. They told me they couldnt do anything about it, so they used some weather stripping to help with the bug infestation. I also, had an upstairs neighbor that would stomp so loudly that plaster would fall from the ceilings. I complained multiple times about the issue as I would be woken up at 3AM-5AM every morning. I complained to Zach multiple times and every time he told me he was going to call the residents and tell them to keep it down, but i suspect he never did. After months and months of complaining he then told me the residents above me had moved out so I couldnt complain anymore, which was total BS because I could see their custom blinds opened during the day and closed at night while i walked my dog. Hes literally the laziest person ive ever met and will do nothing to help you which is funny because he lives there too. Youd think hed be more understanding also being a resident of the complex. Also, the security here is a joke. while i lived there we had multiple break ins and also people going through the parking deck smashing peoples car windows. They dont care what happens to anything after you sign your lease. Ive also had people follow me through the gates. You can call the security, but good luck having them show up. Theyre just as lazy as Zach and wont do anything for you.Oh and good luck getting your packages, Ive had multiple packages go missing because if they try to deliver past 6 they will some times leave everything out side the gate. If they do get in, they wont assign a package to your own locker, but theyll just cram everything into one big locker and 20 other people will have the code to the locker with your package in it.I couldnt stand it anymore and decided to break my lease and move out after staying in the complex for over a year and a half.
I have lived at The Pointe at Lindbergh for 2 years in a 3 bed 2 bath unit (building (477). I had great experience here. The location has great access to the highway, public transportation, small park, and grocery stores. The unit I lived in was very spacious but also relatively quiet (warning: buildings aren’t concrete so the noise does bleed through walls and floors). Maintenance is quick even through the quarantine times and the property is well maintained. The residents also seem to be a nice blend (mainly leaning towards young), and I have had no issues with any of the residents. My only reason for not giving The Pointe 5 stars is due to parking. There are a lot of parking spaces throughout the complex. Unfortunately there are times where people park in handicapped and white line spaces to avoid walking. It makes it much harder to navigate out of the parking lot, and impossible to move furniture or large items to and from your unit as the cars will block the pedestrian path.
Ive lived at Pointe at Lindbergh 3 years going on 4. I simply love it here for many reasons. Its very clean. I love the dog parks, my fur baby Pickles has a blast. The neighborhood is filled with friendly residents and its quite safe. One of the best perks is that there is plenty of parking which is a big one in my books. But most importantly the staff is amazing, customer service is top notch! Highly recommend to live here!
Its a small, nicely maintained community located 5 mins from the Lindbergh Marta station. Weve enjoyed staying here - the leasing office and maintenance staff are all very helpful and responsive. The community is relatively quiet and has a home-like feel. And the assistant manager Judith, shes the best!
I have had a wonderful experience living at The Pointe at Lindbergh these past 1.5 years. My roommates and I were thoroughly pleased with how easy it was to communicate with the management and leasing office even when we were not able to tour the property and see the units in person. We were able to see property maps, floor plans, and different options of available units by speaking over the phone and communicating over email with the staff. I have enjoyed being able to use the gym with the weights and Peloton bikes, the tennis courts, and the pools. The Luxor mail system, the parking garage, and easy access to the Lindbergh MARTA station are huge plusses!
Horrible place. Thin walls. Management will scam you out of money. The only reason google reviews rate this place highly is because the reviews are about the TOUR here, not the actual place. Ignore reviews and do NOT live here
I just moved in ! Mykal was amazing with the move in . He was very helpful answering questions and went above and beyond to get me moved in . I love my apartment .The minor things i noticed Mykal had maintance on them immediately.Sonif you need an apartment here is your new home ask for mykal he was amazing probably the beat move in ive ever had ❤️
So far its been amazing, no issues with other neighbors, parking has been easy, and there’s always quick responses from staff. The trash “system” is convenient and easy as well.
I visited this Property and it was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had, Mykal’s happy energy was very contagious and made everything more fun. Everything was clean and they made sure we got through the tour properly . I also appreciate Mershia, Scott, and Judith for being very helpful in the process! I look forward to becoming future resident!
A great place to live The maintenance staff is great and service is always provided quickly and expertly . The staffs are friendly and helping solving any issues .The appartment is well maintained
Apartments are nice and spacious. Office and maintenance staff are friendly and respond quickly to requests.
Can you say prime location I love it here quiet community with a lot to offer
I lived at the Pointe for 2 years and it has been my favorite place to live in Atlanta. The apartment itself is nice, there is plenty of parking for myself and guests, walking distance to Marta, and I got a lot of use out of the tennis courts. It is also a more affordable than some other options in Buckhead. I would highly recommend the Pointe!
The staff here is beyond amazing! They are always so kind, always listen and truly do everything they can to assist their residents. I have lived here for 1.5 years and have loved it.The managers and leasing conultants in the office have always gone above and beyond when helping me with the little things that might be out of their direct responsibilities. They have hundereds of residents to manage, but they do an amazing job at attending to every detail. The maintenance staff has also blown me away with their timely response to all work orders. Even with after hours emergencies, they go out of their way to make sure that the issue is resolved entirely. They always wave to me every morning from the golf cart as I leave for work so it makes me love being a part of this community. If I could give them a million stars I would because I have lived in 5 different states at countless communities and have not recieved customer service like this. I went in for a tour at The Pointe and signed a lease on the spot, which made me very nervous, but I have absolutely no regrets and feel like I 100% made the right decision. In addition to the staff, these are other reasons you should sign here:- Great price for the apartment size/rennovated units- Location is prime. Easy drive to Buckhead shops, 400/Lenox and Midtown is only 5 min away when you take Buford Hwy.- Target, Homegoods, Kroger, Sprouts, Starbucks, Gas, Liquor Store- literallly everything you need is less than 3 minutes awayOnly thing I would reccommend is them getting valet trash because the dumpster is kinda far and I do not like walking all the way to it late night when I get home and do not have anyone to help me carry it.
First apartment and I LOVE IT. Its perfect. From the area to the apartment complex i have nothing to complain about!
Judith, Scott and Mersiha are the best. Wonderful people and customer service.
My fiancé and I are new to Atlanta, and recently moved to the Pointe at Lindbergh. The staff at the front office are wonderful and they have been so incredible with helping us get settled into our new place and a new city! We’ve mostly interacted with Scott, who has been wonderful, and the other staff members we’ve met have been great as well! We’re so glad we accidentally found this place while looking for apartments. Our place is up to date, modern, plenty of space, and in an excellent location! Would definitely recommend them!
AMAZING staff! Scott Bolton has been amazing from our initial tour, to the lease, to always being responsive and helpful as tenants. The location is wonderful as well. Highly Recommend this property. Ask for Scott!
Ive lived at this complex for 1.5yrs and have loved it! The staff and leasing agents have been so helpful and friendly, and I always feel welcome calling or walking in to ask something (shout-out to Scott!).Ive learned that its hard to avoid all roaches in the south, but Ive experienced relatively few in the apt compared to some other Atl complexes (and only 1 this year). The maintenance team is friendly, professional, and quick to fix even non-urgent issues (usually within 2 days), including pest control. They even recaulked and repainted my bathtub when I noticed some mold.4/5 because parking lot security could be increased. Although Ive safely left my car for long periods of time, there have been a handful of car break-ins and fender benders over the past year with limited to no security footage accessible.Great location being close to several stores, the highway, and a major Marta station (youll get used to the noise). Nearby residential areas are nice for strolls/runs, and the complex itself is quite walkable, too. The gym is on the smaller side, but its enjoyable with the right timing. The main outdoor pool space has been a highlight (second pool not clean enough to go in). And never any parking issues with open lots + garage!Plenty of natural light in the apt, open floorplans, and updated appliances, etc. make me love to be home. Definitely glad I chose to live here while in Atlanta!
Great place to stay~~
I was able to take a tour at this location and the whole staff, Mykal, Judith, Mershia and Scott were very pleasant and helpful. The area was very nice and quiet and I love the park and grilling area as well!
Staff is friendly (mainly Scott I’ve interacted with) including grounds crew! And the amenities are superb! I enjoy walking around the grounds because they are so well kept. We haven’t lived her long but it’s been enjoyable so far! Shout out to the friendly maintenance crew I met the day of submitting a request. We also got Google Fiber set up and it was done the next day in a short 15min visit!
Location, location, LOCATION!! I am in love with my complex and the area is perfect for someone that is new to the city. I just moved from Florida and it was very stressful finding something with a reasonable commute and with grocery stores around. I only drive my car to buy groceries which Target is 5 min away! Other than that, having public transportation so close by has made this transition super smooth and painless for me.
Pros: Nice management, very clean property, maintenance is pretty quick. The location really couldnt be more perfect.Cons: There are ALOT of added fees per month. Water/Sewer is by building so my 2 bedroom apartment we were paying about $80 to $90 alone. We also have a $15 a month electric bill that pays for the streets lights, community center electricity etc. The separate utility bill was always around $120 a month. Sometimes as much as $180. The apartment has a nest thermostat. Idk if ours was broken or not (management couldnt find a problem) but the AC runs constantly. It also never gets pretty cool with it. The heater portion ran fine but because the AC was so finicky, our electric bill was always pretty high. About $130 to $150 in the summer time.
Really fun community events!
Judith is AMAZING ! Her energy is everything ! From the moment I spoke with her she made sure to gather my list of wants and accommodated them plus more. I was hesitant because of previous reviews but one thing I know from experience..people like Judith don’t get enough credit for their time and patience with people. I was a determined to get my application in, get a approved and moved in within a day or two and she made it happen and made sure I have everything that I needed. Truly grateful
The gate never works !! Super annoying if you have guests coming over or waiting on an Uber
The maintenance team is awesome; thankful for kind and timely service.
Great place to call home. office leasing staff is amazing. maintenance crew go above and beyond to keep the property in good shape. Would recommend. 5stars... great place to live.. well maintained complex.. Mersiah & Judith are the best... will recommend anyone to choose the pointe at Lindbergh the place to call home.
Overall I’m very happy with the Pointe. Compared to other complexes in the area, it appears to be of higher quality for a lower price.
My girlfriend lived here for 2 years and I can confidently say this place is so unprofessional, unsafe, and just all around bad. June 4 to July 4 of this summer their air conditioning was out, and was solved by installing (duct taping) a portable in room air conditioner in the living room meant to cool the whole 3 bedroom apartment. The same thing happened last summer. Compensation was promised, and none was given after multiple follow ups. This spring an armed robbery occurred in the parking lot outside my girlfriends ground floor unit, shots were fired, and then in the following days the apartment complex did nothing to increase security or notify the residents. After many questions were sent their way they sent out a vague email explaining this happens in Atlanta all over. This was just one of many robberies or car break ins that have occured while she lived here. Good friends of ours in another unit had all their stuff stolen from their apartment, and weeks later there was a man lurking outside my girlfriends window for an hour. Yes, Atlanta is like this, and Lindbergh especially is dangerous, but the Pointe did nothing and tried to ignore all these situations.Other problems:- the guest entry code box didnt work for my girlfriends code for the last 6 months, so she had to walk up to the front to let me in each time I came to visit.-One time maintenance left the door open once they had finished while she and her roommates were at work all day.All around, unresponsive to these problems when raised, then finally after all this, theyre keeping her security deposit without explanation.
Cant thank them enough for helping me on my transition back. I was stationed in Virginia for 5 years and moving back without seeing the apartment was daunting... But Leslie walked me through everything even as far as sending me a video of my new apartment. As soon as I got to my new home, I was blown away with how big and nice the apartments are and how close everything is. Thank you to everyone for going above and beyond, while I was not able to see in person my new home until I got here, they were very helpful, detailed and responded very quickly. Im very happy to be settled here. Thank you guys much!!
I just moved in about two weeks ago and my move-in experience has been a 10/10. My leasing agent, Leslie, has been so helpful and welcoming. So happy to be here!
What a wonderful experience. Happy with a new apartment. Moving my daughter to The Pointe at Lindbergh was the best part of the move. GREAT STAFF and wonderful apartments. We viewed about 9 different apartments complexes and The Pointe at Lindbergh was the best by far.
So far so good, i enjoyed my resident experience thus far!!! I wish I knew more about the hidden fees that are described n the lease, but other than that, I am definitely a fan of my new apartment!!
The best community hands down if you are looking to have an easy commute. Walk to restaurants and the rail station. The community is very well kept, such great customer service from the office staff, the Manager Mersiha really cares and always takes the time to listen to your concerns and fix any issues you may have. Judith is truly a bright light, and her love for her community truly shows.
Staff at the front desk remember you and your needs and do their best to meet them. Recently moved in but feel valued and safe as a new residentWrote this in a hurry on the week we moved in because i was so impressed with how smooth and positive the move in process had been for us. Three months in we have continued to have an exceptional experience. As i wanted a renovated apt, had to move by a specific date, and wanted to lock in a lower price for our specific unit the staff expedited the renovation process to get us in on time. I was concerned the job would be rushed but the apt is flawless. Any concerns or questions i have ever had have been resolved promptly and with kindness. We love living here and plan to make this our home for quite some time.
Love this place. Community staff is super friendly and extremely helpful if you communicate the situation. Neighbors keep to themselves but not in a rude way. Glad we signed for another year lease.
I have absolutely LOVED living here ! The community has beautiful amenities and the apartments have all the latest finishes. Most of all, the stuff is incredible. They all know you by the name and are there for you no matter what you need . Overall, I highly recommend !
We love our apt and just renewed our lease. Overall, weve been very happy. Location is stellar. Being next to MARTA is essential, as were a one-car household. Its really easy to walk to a coffee shops and a few restaurants nearby. Our apartment was a newly renovated one. Ive never been happier with an apartment for the price (granted, weve always lived in big cities). Beautiful kitchen and hardwood-type floors.Maintenance is amazing. They get to most requests within 24 hours (this has never happened at my other apts). Seriously. Jerry has always been so helpful. Hes almost always the one on my requests.Kaitlin has been helping us over the last years, from move-in to lease renewal. We considered upgrading to a bigger place and she was very patient with us as we toured units. We ultimately stayed in our unit but I appreciated her consideration.Judith is the new manager and is SO kind and has been helpful as we are unfortunately moving. I definitely recommend it, especially for younger professionals.
Really like the location and convenience to everything. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. The Amenities are great, I even cancelled my gym membership because our community gym has everything I need.
Great place to live! The flat is well-organised and have everything you can dream of! If you have any kind of problem, just call the office and they will take care of it. Nice swimming pool and nice gym to exercice! It is also possible to garden! Eating your own grown lettuce and tomatoes is so great! Great location : Marta station is so close and walking around the area is nice too! Downtown Atlanta is only one hour and a half walking distance!Rating: 5.0 stars
Great location and friendly staff !!!Staff here actually cares about their customers and they treat you like a royalty!!As soon as we walk in I knew we where making a right decision to move hereEasy access to everything, great neighborhoodSecluded balcony is a plus for afternoon coffee after a long day, not to mention my gourmet kitchen which is one of my favorite spots .Cleanliness of this place is amazing and amenities are great !!Just knowing what a great staff we have here it’s a peace of mind as what ever I need them for they are here to assist !!!’
I’ve been at my current residence for 3 months now. The move in process was a breeze and I couldn’t be happier with my apartment! There have been a few safety issues, but management has been stellar when assessing any issues or concerns. Great place!
A target large apartment complex with a smallish pool given the number of residents. Finding the correct building on this complex can be a challenge. Additionally the units have not been updated since they were built. So they are looking a bit dated. Good access to MARTA. Plus conveniently located to get to most of the key areas in Atlanta fairly easily.
Everyone here has made this move painless and it has been a joy settling into my new home. Zoë is making new friends and is enjoying the green space and room to run”
Great neighborhood!
I havent physically moved in yet, but my experience with The Pointe at Lindbergh has been so great this far that I couldnt wait to write a review. (Hopefully my opinion stays positive once Im actually residing there. haha) AVERY IS AWESOME! I had a terrible experience with another community and found myself in a real bind and about to be homeless 2 weeks before my current lease ended... When I visited The Pointe for a tour, there were very few units that were going to be available in time, but Avery and his manager helped expedite the renovation schedule on my favorite floor plan so that a unit would be ready for me earlier (it wasnt supposed to be ready until 6/26, but my current lease ends 6/24, and they are getting me into a beautiful and newly renovated home on 6/22!) This seems like a community that cares and I am so excited to get my new keys tomorrow!!!
I have lived here ever since I moved here four years ago! The location is PERFECT- you have access to all the major highways within minutes. The neighborhood feels safe. Great amenities and very clean!
Please rethink you move in with the current management VG.I lived in the property for 4 years now. I loved POST Lindbergh, the management was amazing and they did everything they can to satisfy the residents. Earlier in 2017, Village green took over and my oh my, how much do they NOT have their S*it together. Every month, the online payment system is mysteriously down and you cant really pay online. Not can they do adjustments to the payments if you have a roommate. Im used to having the rent and the water bill split 50% and I just pay online half of the sum. The first month VG took over, they said they dont know the program yet and theyll try to fix yet, but can I pay with a check or money order instead. I understood that. but two months later, they still cannot accommodate what we were used to with Post Lindbergh. The leasing office ladies are a hit or miss. some days they are nice, and other days they dont even look at you in the eyes when they talk to you. And whenever I try to get the my packages and they didnt put them back on the shelves yet, god forbid you try to look for your things. THEY ACTUALLY ASK YOU TO WAIT AFTER THEY ARE DONE. Im sorry, Am I the resident and the client here or is it you? There are bunch of other little things that are upsetting. one last thing, the printers in their business center dont work. you have to send things to their email and theyll print it for you. I have research papers that are 20 pages long. Of course theyll give you a dirty look if you ask to print them in a certain way. Wouldnt be easier just to fix the printers and connect them to the computers there?.I def will NOT recommend this management overlooking this property. The property is beautiful and close to everything. but dealing with the leasing office is a nightmare and their customer service is certainly lacking.
Hospitality and the welcome from the leasing agents is beyond, every time i had any questions or issues i never walked away disappointed. Thank you Mersiha and your team for always finding a solution and alternative to my problems!
I have loved living at The Pointe so far! Leslie in the leasing office is so helpful and always follows up with me if I have any issues.
Do not live at this apartment complex. I have lived here for over a year, and it has been the worst complex I have ever lived in, and I have lived in Atlanta for over 10 years now in various complexes. The gate is regularly broken. There were 4 break-ins over a 10 month period. The complex did nothing to beef up security until several residents banded together and demanded corporate do something to change the security here. My apartment was broken into and it took them 2 weeks to replace my patio door. My apartment flooded due to a water heater on the above floor exploding and was unlivable for 8 nights. They didnt even care that I had nowhere to stay, did not offer me any type of hotel compensation, and did not even give me the correct amt off my rent for the days I was unable to live in my apartment. I know several residents they have also screwed over in similar circumstances. They are scammers who do not care about the residents. Communication with the leasing office and corporate is terrible. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Its a shame this complex is such a terrible place to live because its super convenient to MARTA, and the maintenance team responds to requests promptly. I wouldnt suggest this complex to my worst enemy.
The apartments are nice and spacious, and those with in unit washer/dryer its a major convenience, but there have been several things that have made the experience a little less great. On a positive note, the leasing staff and maintenance are all very friendly and courteous and quick to respond. Negative details below:1. Things break all the time. In the 4 months Ive been in this apartment, I have had water leak issues a few times in my apartment now, my front door lock has broken-quite a horrifying experience, my heating/cooling has broken, my dryer has stopped working in the middle of a load, and at move in the windows were not even put on their tracks. There was also one of the mailbox gates broken and they left it chained permanently shut for 3 weeks before it was fixed. It still does not properly shut behind you.2. The windows allow a lot of cold in in the winter, so much so that the half of the apartment by the windows is a completely different temperature than the other half, and the amount I hear my upstairs neighbors is almost unreasonable. The insulation from my neighbors to the sides is very good though.3. Security. They say there is a police officer at the front every weeknight, but I often do not see one there. They also have had the front gate broken for a week now and just left open. Bright security lights are claimed as a major security feature over something like cameras.4. They supposedly send out emails way in advance of events in the complex, but I have only ever seen day before or day of emails. This doesnt allow me to schedule work accordingly and I miss out on participating in the community, which has been disappointing to me as a transplant to the city.
Ive lived at The Pointe at Lindbergh for 7 months now and am ready to write a review! Ive lived at some pretty interesting apartment complexes in the past that have not treated their residents with respect after the lease has been signed. I can confidently say that The Pointe at Lindbergh is the complete opposite - Ive been thoroughly pleased with the staff running this property. The location is terrific - its a little off the beaten path so traffic in and out isnt crazy. You can walk across the street to the MARTA station for a trip downtown, which is very convenient. I absolutely love how close it is to Kroger, Target, Home Depot, and more. The units are very impressive! We were lucky enough to move into a unit that had just been renovated, so all of our appliances are new. The counters and backsplash are beautiful and the unit floorpans are spacious. Added bonus - gas-range stoves! We had a great time working with Judith to get the right unit, and she was willing to work with us to get us moved in by the time our current lease ended. The staff communicates necessary information regularly, so youre in the know with whats going on.I have to give huge props to the maintenance team working here. I have had such terrible experiences at past properties, but these guys are wonderful. They have people consistently taking care of the grounds and ensuring the property looks beautiful, the community grills are clean, and the pools are ready to use. They are quick to answer any maintenance requests - Jose did a great job fixing out garbage disposal and did it the next day!Amenities are wonderful. Two pools, a clubhouse, and a fitness center complete with Peloton bikes, squat racks, free weights, in addition to cardio machines. (I was so tired of only living places that had exclusively cardio.) Secure and locked mail room as well as package lockers - these were game changers. I absolutely love having package lockers so I dont have to make sure that I run home before the leasing office closes. So happy to be living here, and are looking to renew for another year! I recommend this property, as its a lovely hidden gem.
Love the complex and staff, however security is an issue. Break-ins of both units and cars are frequent. Complex does not have cameras. It truly cannot be that expensive to hire an off duty police officer or company to patrol the campus. Many complexes do so.
Love this apartment community . It has great amenities with two pools (1 recently renovated), a new dog park, and a newly renovated gym that has more than just cardio machines. It has great access to all of Atlantas big 3 roadways and access to local Atlanta neighborhoods. The staff is wonderful and super helpful. I would recommend living here to anybody.
I had the absolute best customer service! If you planning on living here ask for Judith she is wonderful and will answer anything you need to know !
Cool place. Heart of the ATLIENS!
Free beer and dog treats
Great location gated community walking distance from Lindbergh Train station and many restaurants. Everyone you need is within a mile radius. Friendly office staff and excellent maintenance crew.
I’ve only been living here for about 2 months now but the office staff is great and Jerry in maintenance is awesome. They are all friendly and efficient!
The office promises everything but delivers nothing! Very slow to respond to maintenance needs or bug issues. Marta trains are loud and trash is not convenient.
Just to be clear, I would give the maintenance team 5 stars. Those guys are great, especially the head maintenance man. This rating is for the administrative staff. They are really terrible at planning and responding to issues. None of them are unkind or anything like that, they just arent very competent. The apartments are nice enough, I just finally had to leave this bad review after having several very frustrating issues over the last year.Update: The manager did follow up with me after I lost my temper and complained about issues. I updated my rating from 1 to 3 stars because, again, the management has always been kind to me. I just dont think they do a very good job at being proactive or quickly reactive.
