My experience with The Artisan has so far been a great one, I’ve been here a week today and I hope it stays this way. The community is nice and quiet, which I love, plus my apartment is spacious, bigger than what I remember when I took a tour. The person who assisted me with moving to The Artisan was Dana and she was amazing beyond doubt! She helped me so much!!!! Also, Nicole and there’s another lady as well in the office and both were great the day I moved in!The reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is only because I felt like my apartment could of been cleaned a bit better before I moved in, that’s really my only complaint, other than that, it’s been great so far!

Nicole did a great job getting me moved in and I only had 3 days to do so! She was so much help. She continuously followed up and kept me in the loop on my application status. Also, not once did she seem annoyed by how many times I called. She was actually welcoming! Great job, Nicole! Plus, I love the community!

Robert has been nothing but helpful since he’s been here. I needed help with getting my package this past weekend. Went to Robert and he was very welcoming and willing to help. I ended having to come back Today (Tuesday) to get my package. Which I didn’t mind because his customer service was excellent. Thank you again.

I really appreciate and love how I was taken cared of through my whole process of applying. The community seem quiet, clean, and the apartments are beautiful ! Dana made this experience worth wild and took great care of me. When i found out she was sent to a different complex it broke my heart and i really want her to come back! She deserves a raise or something because she is amazing and really sealed the deal for me ! Thank you and I can’t wait to move in.

There are many cases where people exagerate due to prejudice. This is clearly one of those situations. The Artisan may have had problems in the past but as a new resident (3 weeks) my experiences have been nothing short of stellar. The staff here are professional, prompt, respectful, attentive, accurate and pleasant. The grounds and common areas are beautiful and well kept. The apartment layouts are contemporary yet classic. With Arched entrances, double doors, Crown Molding, High Ceilings, Decorative lighting and Giant Mirrors in the dining room. The balcony is extra spacious and so are the Breeze ways.The new manager Alicia and her staff only get rave reviews from me… because so far thats all thats been earned.McWilliams

So I just moved here 13 days ago and tonight I experience our community gate not working to open for any of the residents. Some of us have been sitting here for over an hour and I have been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for the gates to possibly open. We have called the emergency line and no one has responded. I was told the complex is evil so now I’m very much regarding my decision moving here.

So far I’m loving my new residence at the Artisan. Nice and comfortable and great location. Grounds are nice and free from clutter, noise is minimal given it is an apartment there will be some noise but it’s bearable. I’m glad I chose the place; So far so good.

The apartments are very nice and spacious, and the staff/maintenance responds to questions and concerns quickly as well. Everyone here is very friendly. I’ve been dealing with Daisy Carrillo from the leasing office, and she’s made me feel right at home from day one. Definitely recommend.

I’m currently living in New York but I’m thinking about moving down south. I found this place through a friend and fell in love. I immediately contacted the place to see what was available. I spoke to a gentleman named Jeremy Herbert. He was so kind, professional, and very funny. I appreciate that effort he put into making sure I felt like this was the right place. He answered all my questions through and through. While I still continue my search for a new home, this is a top choice.

My experience so far has been ok. I will say the office has been a little slow with getting back to me before move in and making sure everything was taken care of. But when we are in contact they handle all issues. I did have to tell correct them on the unit number because they put the wrong number in, but everything was solved. We have been in the apartment for a week now, and we absolutely love it. Thank you again !

I stayed here for about a year in a half. Management has changed a couple of times, but it was due to promotions and maternity leave...they made sure they communicated that.Anyways, I can honestly say it was overall good experience. The staff have good guest service and communication. Maintenance always came in a timely manner, and serviced whatever needed to fixed. Location was perfect for any needs.

I called with question about the property itself and the move in process. Jeremy Hebert answered all my questions and exhibited a deep knowledge about The Artisan and its policies/procedures. We stayed on the phone for 30+ minutes (I had a bunch of questions, I apologize!) and Jeremy never once seemed agitated, rushed, or unwillingly to help me! Good customer service is very hard to find these days and because of this awesome experience, I am deeply considering The Artisan to be my new home when I move to Atlanta! I have had the opportunity to interact and be assisted by almost all staff and they are all professional, friendly, quickly accommodating and made sure my requests were satisfied.Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Walters, the maintenance supervisor. Very nice staff, very spacious rooms and natural sunlight, but the apartments have a lot of issues, ive been killing at least 5 roaches a day that they only sprayed for once and I’ve seen rats multiple times in my hallway. I’ve only been here for about 3 months and I’ve sat in my apartment for hours without power/electricity multiple times and for some reason I’ve never been able to find out why and they seem to never know either.

I have lived in the Atlanta area all my life and I’m currently trying to deal with the transition of moving into my first place in the mist of COVID-19. When I came to look at the apartments they were extremely nice and Jeremy Herbert was super helpful, professional, personable and also hilarious. This was one of my top choices but I needed something closer to the Buckhead area. I will definitely be sending some of my friends looking for apartments over to you guys, never heard of the complex prior to last month but it’s definitely a huge bang for your buck!

Brice was SUPER AMAZING! I moved in last week during COVID-19 and his customer service was excellent. Moving can be a difficult process and COVID-19 didnt make it any easier, however Brice was pleasant and reassuring every time I talked to him during the process. His associates in the office could use an attitude adjustment because they just made the process difficult. So difficult that I was ready throw away the whole app/admin fee and look for something else. Even with that, Brice remained pleasant and turned the situation around. No issues since I have moved in and Brice has answered any additional questions and resolved any issues that I have had after I moved. First impressions are the ones that last. Brice made a good first impression for the complex, but the other two in the office, not so much. Outside of that, I cant complain about the apartment or complex. I love my apartment and the complex is nice and quite.

DO NOT BE FOOLED!!! MANAGEMENT HERE CHANGE MORE THAN I CHANGE MY CLOTHES. Apartment & pool are nice, but the management really sucks. Who makes you pay for lightbulbs when they blow? They do. Who makes you pay to have your packages dropped off? They do. Who holds packaged for you? They don’t. Please don’t be fooled, worse ever seen.

I love my apartment. Beautiful interior. Convenient location. Diverse community.Management is definitely an improvement from last year. Alisha seems to be dedicated. She communicates with the residents. Maintenance requests are being fulfilled much faster. They are doing a better job keeping the breezeways and parking lot clean.Negatives...The pool and grill area just never seem to be clean. People throw trash into the bushes and breezeways. Entry gate breaks almost every weekend. Even with large mailboxes and parcel pending lockers, packages are stolen on a regular basis.

Ive only been here a short period of time, but have had a few issues with management. Before moving in, I was told to apply for renters insurance one way. They contacted my roommate and I several time within a couple of days to say that it was done incorrectly and asking for an updated policy. We were then charged a fee due to a misunderstanding on their part. I provided proof. Instead of them removing the fee, we were told to pay it and they will credit our accounts for the next month. We should not have to pay for their mistake!

I’m helping my boyfriend on an apartment hunt, and we were assisted by the lovely Zariyah. Her service and professionalism is OUTSTANDING, hands down. Anything questions or confusion we had were answered directly and clear. She was patient with our constant reiterating for a confident confirmation, and not only did she present the the perfect layout we were looking for, but her energy was so vibrant and positive! THAT alone made us even more exited and interested in the apartment! Some will argue that it’s her job to be that way, but as much as we’ve been hinting she was the BEST by far. We couldn’t have asked for a better leasing agent.

Do not move here!! Maintenance is HORRIBLE!!! They take one week to do something as simple as change a bulb. They will enter your apartment without you being home to work on things and if you are home they want even attempt to fix it. They will claim they knocked and no one came to the door but the truth of the matter is they only want to work on things when you’re not home. This place is absolutely ridiculous and don’t get me started on the management and leasing staff!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! You want get your mail or packages that are sent to you and they will give not one explanation as to why.... because they simply don’t care!! Save your money!!!

Had a maintenance issue that caused my energy bill to spike and it took them 2 months to credit my account.Also, they towed my car due to a paving project without giving a proper 24hr notice. Staff has been unprofessional and would not recommend anyone to stay here.

I have lived here for three years. The apartment complex is relatively safe overall. I’ve experienced no break-ins (apartment or car), and the unit itself is incredibly nice compared to other luxury apartments in the nearby area. However, this complex is ghetto in its culture (polite and unproductive office staff, understaffed maintenance team) and bourgeoisie in its appearance. My AC has been out for a month. I’ve sent over three requests to have it fixed. It hasn’t been fixed because they are short maintenance staff members.I’m deciding to move. The years I have stayed here were good. But until recently, I’ve decided to leave this complex alone. It’s a complex I suggest moving to when you’re relocating to Atlanta and plan to move to a better complex, not it you are familiar with the city and seek to stay more than one year.Update: The maintenance staff fixed my unit on Wednesday but the air is now out again. I’m definitely moving to another complex. I decided against renewing my lease as of today.

I’ve been a resident for some years now and the complex has continuously gone down with every change of management. You can hardly ever get in touch with the leasing office. Calls have started being routed to an off site call center. When you do speak with someone in the office, you never get a straight answer. Breezeways are dirty and residents often leave trash and pieces furniture laying around. Cars are often double parked or parked on the curbs. There is supposed to be a courtesy officer but he never shows up. There are generally always people hanging outside at night. Once I definitely saw a gun. The last straw was when there was fighting in the breezeway of the building which resulted in a blood trail.

Bait and switch. I signed a lease for one price, they turned around two weeks before my move in date to tell me that the room was no longer available. Before signing the lease, I asked them specifically if the room would be taken off the market when I apply and they confirmed this. Now, conveniently, the only other room available for my lease term is significantly more expensive as well as not accessible and that is all theyre offering me at this point. They assured me that the room is accessible, but I am certain that it isnt, and they proceeded to act in an extremely discriminatory fashion towards my disability. I later attempted to get a significantly more expensive room that was accessible (they told me that the apartments on the firsts floor are wheelchair accessible in a phone call I made before applying) and they told me that not only was it not accessible, but theyd charge me an additional $50 fee to get this room even though Id already paid my administration fee and application fee with no room to show for it. They refused to refund my administration fee although that it is used to take a specific apartment off the market during the application process which didnt happen for me. I was forced to stay in a room that isnt accessible because the staff believes that just not having stairs makes something accessible, which is incredibly ableist. Do not even bother applying to a room that doesnt read Available Now.

2021 Update: Much of the management has changed since last year and it is somewhat better. Julio specifically took the time to help me locate a package that Amazon delivered incorrectly. I am really grateful to him for this! However, on another note, my washing machine has not been working properly for over a month now and maintenance has been slow to resolve this issue. They did finally replace my washer but the same issue is still persisting despite all of the maintenance requests that I place. When they did show up, they just looked at the washer but never even turned it on to TEST it so I dont know what they actually did. Maintenance has now updated my request to resolved and washer does not need repair without even showing up to look at my washer again. Thankfully, Julio at least reopened my maintenance request when I mentioned the issue was ongoing, but that was last week and so far maintenance has yet to show up to look at my washer again. At this point I feel like they just dont know how to fix the issue and are choosing to ignore it instead.

If you want a great community with a stellar leasing staff, clean property, and outstanding service all around then this is the apartment complex for you. When me and my fiancé first got ready to move here last year, we read the reviews about roaches, break ins, car thefts all that other stuff. And I’m here to tell you all those reviews are “ALL LIES” this is the SAFEST community around. Gated community, vigilant neighbors, maintenance on the property and it’s always quiet. Alisha the new manager is by far the best manager I’ve seen at a leasing company in a while. Her and the whole team are always on the ball. Doing everything to make the apartment better and make it not just a apartment complex but a community. Love it and I don’t think I’ll ever move!!! Move here and you’ll see all the greatest for yourself!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Do you like management that does not care? Well if so this is the apartment for you. Every week the gates are broke. The arms or the gates are always messed up. I fear going around curves in the apartment complex . People speed so fast in the complex. I’m scared for my life to even park my car under the parking deck. I see nothing but broken glass underneath the parking deck and MANAGEMENT FAILS to clean up any of the broken glass or do anything about the break-ins. How about INSTALL CAMERAS and give more lighting. The parking deck closest to the residence gate always have illegally parked cars. They aren’t even between the lines and again MANAGEMENT FAILS AND DOES NOTHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM! HOW ABOUT GIVE FINES! There is always mildew in the windows and I work from home and pest control doesn’t even exist!

This apartment is horrible. The front staff is quiet lazy and is spills down from the lazy General Manager. I have placed numerous maintenance request that was never was fulfilled and often forgot about. The change in management have been for the worse. They have bandaged my air conditioner for years never replacing what was really wrong with with. It was quite disturbing for at these rates how lazy the customer service have continued to exist to be. I would not vote for my dog to live in these outlandish conditions. If you want to be completely miserable and absolutely HATE where you live, deal with miscommunication then this is the place for you. My car was continuously broke into, windows busted and absolutely nothing was done to help me feel at bay. The gates were constantly broken, never working so any intruders obtained access to this apartment. Money well spent - Thanks Artisan .. I am submitting this review anonymously because I know how venomous the front staff is. I wish it was an option for a 0.

Do not move there - plain and simple. Management changes like clock work; maintenance doesnt come; pest control fulfills your work order without coming; no one knows whats really going on. Save yourself the headache, there are much better homes in that same price range with staff that care and do their jobs.

The apartments look beautiful at first glance, but after you live here for a while, you notice the cheaply built cabinets and drawers. the paint on the walls is cheap too. its almost chalk-like, so if you press against it with anything, it will leave an oil mark. and you cant scrub it off with anything, because then the paint will just come off. the outlet on my back porch doesnt work. the AC broke three days ago and no one has come to fix it. theres nothing luxury about this place. Ive got a neighbor beneath me who just plays loud bass all day long. staff is rude. the only time Ive ever had any help is when Ive spoken with the manager.

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Ive lived here for over 6 years. When First Communities was here, fantastic place. New management is a total joke. Dumpster in parking lot overflowing with bags of garbage, and garbage piled around dumpster along with furniture. I finally had to send a picture to Corporate to get anything done! Residents abuse the property with garbage tossed from cars, and yes..a bag full of dirty diapers. They advertiseLUXURY LIVING...so far from the truth. Good residents are getting out of here in a hurry!Dont be fooled into moving here!!!!

Complex is beautiful but staff is HORRIBLE. The leasing staff does anything they want and theres new faces every 3 weeks. I was even asked to leave my money order under the mat after hours. After I made a request to ban a specific maintenance worker from entering my home they were upset and I was added to their harassment list. There is no way to contact the regional manager. They switch staff a lot also so they ignore emails and phone calls. No one is available to correct the wrongs. If you disagree with any actions youre put on their hit list. They WILL harass you about any little thing to try and kick you out if you complain about anything. This also happened to my neighbor. Listen to these reviews, theyre honest.

After living at complex for 5 years, refrigerator compressor started to make an annoying noise. Refrigerator was replaced with a new one. Maintenance men, Darryl and Jay were very helpful in emptying old fridge, as I recently had shoulder replacement surgery. Total time to remove old fridge, adjust doors on new fridge and place in apartment, 60 minutes.

The team are extremely responsive, the facilities are clean and I have to mention Gabe, the maintenance supervisor Annie, Zariyah and Quita - the leasing agents in the office are just amazing. I’ve been here 7 months now and no way will I renew my lease. If this is considered luxury living then I would hate to see what the opposite looks like. I’ve had problems from day one from not getting the apartment I wanted to an ongoing issue with roaches and cigarette smoke in my apartment EVERY DAY. The ground keepers blow dirt and debris on my patio people walk dogs and don’t pick up after them the breezeways are filthy. I complain about roaches but my apartment has never been exterminated bugs are everywhere. The main selling point is “this is a smoke free community” but my apartment smells like smoke constantly. Also I was told before moving in the clubhouse was available for parties in fact someone was preparing for a party the day I looked at the place. When I tried to book the clubhouse it was no longer available for parties. This is a joke it’s all smoke and mirrors DO NOT CONSIDER this version of luxury living. They finally replaced my refrigerator after repairing it 3 times and only after it finally stopped working and my food spoiled. The maintenance crew took it upon themselves to replace it after I raised hell.

I’m currently a resident at The Artisan. DO NOT MOVE HERE !! I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They have a real bad roach problem. The pest control never comes when they say their coming. The office staff are the WORST. Especially the leasing manager (Alisha Sanders) she’s rude, very unprofessional, and needs to be replaced. The leasing consultants don’t know what they are talking about far as the units or property. When I first went to view the Artisans not once did they mention they had a really bad pest problem. They didn’t mention it until they got my money and it was time for me to move in. Let me not even talk about maintenance because why do they have a job again??Nothing is never done or it takes them two weeks to even act like they coming to fix something. I highly recommend you truly do your research on these apartments before you move in or don’t move in at all at this point my lease WILL INDEED BE BROKEN and surely not looking back this place was never home but a temporary cheap hotel stay thanks but no thanks Artisan and good riddance.

Dont live here.Much like you, I was reading reviews before moving, trying to make an informed decision.I read negative reviews about the Artisan but ignored them because the place was so pretty and I didnt want to believe it was that bad.Make no mistake, this place is that bad. Do not move here. Alisha Sanders, the property manager does not care about you or any of your problems. She will avoid your emails and your calls. The first day we moved in, our ceiling was leaking. Since then, its been nonstop trouble. It took them a week to finish our kitchen, as it was unfinished when we moved in. Our dryer was broken and they did not send anyone to fix or replace it for three days. As a result, our wet sheets spoiled because we couldnt hang them to dry on our patio since thats a lease violation. We had a mold problem in our unit that did hundreds of dollars of damage to our belongings and they just made us live in it for a week before they brought in mold specialists. They did not offer to relocate us.This place is awful. The pool is beautiful but often dirty and at one point, was closed for two weeks because it had a leak. The office is sometimes randomly closed during business hours, so you cant get any help or access the club house. There isnt enough parking. And currently, there is a theft issue that the apartment takes no responsibility for. Paychecks, credit cards, and packages have been going missing from our mailbox for a month now and the property is assuming no responsibility. Nor have they put up cameras, though theyve known about this issue for a while now.Dont move here. Do not move here. This is by far the worst place Ive ever lived. There is nothing nice to say about the Artisan Apartments.

I applied here and got denied which was ok but I was supposed to receive my administrative fee back and I didn’t so I called and now all of a sudden they’re telling me that they don’t return either the app or administrative fee which is a complete rip off the application fee I understand but a admin fee of 150.00 so now Ive lost 250.00 only for a “You were denied” absolutely ridiculous

Move here if you want to throw out all of your furniture from mold. Nasty apartments that look nice when you first move in and consistently fall apart and arent properly fixed. Maintenance is a joke and so is management. Back in July 2018, we couldnt even get our mail delivered because someone was stealing mail and the office knew and did nothing. Complete opposite of luxury living and would never recommend this place to anyone.

I applied to this community i was told the process takes 24-72 hrs.. however it took me about a week to get an answer and each time i called it was the run around as if these people had no clue what was going on.. i feel i was ripped off and had my money stolen fromThem.. luckily my application was denied for whatever reason. I am glad I didnt make the decision to live here because if its this much of a hassle during the application process i could just imagine how it would be living there. Needless to say i was supposed to receive my security deposit back within 30-45 days its been close to 3 months and i have yet to receive my money. What the hell is going on???Warning!! Do not waste your time and money with these unprofessional people!!

Recently my AC went out on the July 4th! I called and the maintenance man Darryl came by on his day off to check the situation. Because it was a holiday he got us a window unit for the night. The next morning Darryl came right over and had the problem fixed in what seemed like a few minutes. He was very friendly and professional. He even suggested a new podcast for me to listen to!! Keep up the good work and get more guys like Darryl!!!(i hope i spelled his name right lol)
