The groomers here are awesome! Everything my babes are using in this photo is from Petsmart and they love it. Between the toys, the massive pet bed and the cute little bandana from her grooming appointment, they are in heaven!

Wasn’t Greeted when I walked in with my dog just stared at, then we were avoided like the plague, but when a woman came in with a smaller dog she was Greeted and asked if they could help her find anything???.Umm ok, that kinda upset me especially since my dog holds a ATT Title, (American Temperament Test Society) Is very Well Behaved, but because of size of my dog I was avoided?. I know smaller dogs are more “desirable” but all owners should be Greeted and Treated equally. I left with out buying anything.Please make sure your staff know Large breed dogs are Not all vicious! Or choose another line of work if they have a issue with Large breed dogs.

I went in here because I have a cat whom I love and adore. I wanted to see what they were about and I love them! The staff was really nice and clean when I walked into the store they immediately asked if I needed help I said yes and they with a smile helped me and then it was so easy to sign up for extra points for their store whenever I get cat stuff and it was so nice!

The staff is always helpful and friendly. They answers questions about pet products. We had our dog groomed. They did a thorough brushing along with bath and nail trim. Our dog sheds a lot and he looks wonderful.

The staff is helpful and friendly when youre shopping in store or on the phone. They have a wide variety of items for many different pets. The store was clean and pet areas were well maintained.

I am always happy to come to this PetSmart store! The employees are always helpful and have good advice on what I may need to get for my critters. The store is also clean and well organized and I love the selection they have. Overall, Im very satisfied with how this store is run! :)

Dude, signup for the rewards program. Its free and we saved like $50. Pups are happy with their beds too.

Bless the worker there i had to get a cat crate because I had my kittens in a box with holes that didnt work out, she was very kind and very okay and made me feel not embarrassed 20/10 would recommend most staff are eager to help and hear about your pets

Petsmart is a amazing store to shop cause I have a Lil dog who is my kid n she deserves the best of stuff n they have such good things for her. They have great food, clothesline and items at great prices. The employees are so friendly and helpful to me ☺️ and I love it. I recommend you get ur pets things at this store.

The staff here is always very helpful and welcoming. Ive adopted my cat from here and brought my dog inside the store as well. My dog has always been welcomed with a treat and if free to sniff and investigate the toys. Adopting my cat was easy and relatively quick. When the adoption was over, I got a book of coupons for having a new pet, which had lots of great deals. Overall, Ive never had a bad experience at this location.

PetSmart in Athens is great! The groomer is always patient and kind with my border collie. My dog actually doesnt mind going. I highly recommend PetSmart in Athens!

Went for feeder insects.Highway robbery and most of them were DEAD! DONT EVER BUY YOUR FEEDER INSECTS FROM THESE BOX STORES THEY ARE A RIP OFF!

Dont buy a lot if anything from here. My daughter just wanted to see the cats they adopt out.

Take my dogs here very frequently to get groomed. They always accommodate me well with my 2 dogs and do a great job and take good care of them. Book ahead because they fill up fast.

Ive went in here a couple of times and Im not sure why but I never have any luck here. My experience is they are overpriced and not helpful. I prefer Fish N Stuff. Im not overly fond of Petland either but even they arent as bad. Theyre more helpful and prices are a little more reasonable.

Attentive employees, good variety of cat food and cat supplies, but most importantly, Petsmart provides support to local animal rescue organizations for cat and dog adoptions. Many kittens and cats have been adopted at the Athens, Ohio Petmart because this business provides a high profile location for these animals to be seen at their satellite adoption location.

I like PetSmart way better than Petland. We went in for crickets and actually found that they had them. Petland did not. We also found the rabbit bedding we were looking for. Their workers were very kind and was very helpful.

This place was clean and we were able to adopt a cat here for $50. There are some good deals but you have to really look. But the services for animals and adopting animals are wonderful.

Employees were friendly but the prices are so high. I stopped in because I was on a time crunch and it was the quickest place to buy quality dog food. Can buy much cheaper yet same quality at Tractor Supply.

Pet smart is a wonderful place to shop for all your pets needs, their knowledgeable and friendly, the store is clean and well stocked, with employees their to help if you need them.

Sort of ignored this place for a while. Not big on chains. But the service is nice and friendly and most times offer you the online price which is always cheaper. I dont like to order online and they seem to understand. They have good deals especially on Black Friday. Have the dog groom for the first time in December and its one of the best places Ive been for grooming. It was a last-minute thing but the service was top-notch. You get the extras for very little more.

Some of the new staff just like to sit around and talk and ignore you. I can get the same amount of crickets at petland for cheaper and not get the cold shoulder when Im trying to ask to find something.

Wonderful place, very clean, amazing customer service!

Two years ago I purchased a automatic litter box for $169.99 on sale. Within 4 months the stopped selling the receptacles and 6 months stopped selling the litter. I have to order the receptacles online at a ridiculous price and the litter is way to high; both are higher than just going to the store and picking it up. The store and corp said because of the re-set they decided to take those items out, but the still sell the box.
