If you need a tow these are definitely the guys to go to. They didnt overcharge. They took very good care of my car. And they were friendly and very sweet and they were super fast. I called a couple tow companies before this and they told me an hour wait 2 hour wait. Blair Towing told me 15 minutes. And they were there in 15 minutes I didnt have to wait around in the hot sun for the tow people to come. Thank you so much Blair Towing next time I need a tow I know where to go.

Wow! Called them this afternoon, so nice and friendly on the phone, and were at my house in about 15 minutes. The gentleman who came to pick up my car was incredibly kind and careful with loading the car. What a great experience. Highly recommend!

I went to Blairs to have my engine and underbelly if my car power cleaned. I had multiple oil leaks and the mechanics at my shop wanted to make sure they could see where all the oil was leaking frim so they could fix all the leaks. Blairs was the only place I could find in Asheville that offered engine power washing so I made an appointment. I wasnt sure if I was in the right location when I arrived. I saw someone who worked there and tried to ask but they mumbled something and walked away. I got out and walked into their garage and another employee approached me and asked for my key. My response was, do you know why Im here? Normally Id be greeted and asked for my name, etc first. I wait in the back of the garage for 15 minutes and then am told they are done and to see how it looks. My car was out front with the hood open and a small jack (the ones that most people have in their trunks for fixing flats) laying next to my car. I wondered how they had cleaned under my car with a small manual jack but I didnt question it. I looked in the hood and the top of the engine and battery from what I could see looked clean. I head over to my mechanic who tells me the top of the engine is clean but that they hadnt cleaned anything from underneath. What had I paid $70 for? They literally cleaned only what I could see. I have the same jack that they used. If I got a power washer I could have done a better job. I dont recommend this place to anyone. They are not professional and most importantly they didnt do a good job.

Honest and trustworthy. Had my car there for six days because of an accident and never had to worry about my belongings. They also waited until I gave the okay before letting from insurance touch it.

My mothers car was stolen and we were not notified when it was located. They towed the car and charged 176 dollars to get it out. They do not answer your calls and gave us a time to be at the lot and were not there. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Israel who actually rents out part of the Blair towing facility over charged me as well as stopped answering my phone calls when I tried to reach him and discuss him repairing my car properly. Israel also would not give me a receipt for the parts that he put on my car saying that he simp ly could not give me the receipts. Beware of this auto mechanic especially if you are a woman he will diffinately take advantage of you charging you more than you should ever pay and not willing to show receipts for what he paid for the parts he supposedly put on your car. BEWARE!!!
